Philip J Berg has called Obama and the DNC’s failure to respond to his request for admissions in a timely manner “damning” and an admission that his allegations are true. Jeff Schreiber discussed this with Mr. Berg last night. Here are some exerpts from Jeff Schreiber’s article:
“According to Rule 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a party upon whom requests for admissions have been served must respond, within 30 days, or else the matters in the requests will be automatically deemed conclusively admitted for purposes of the pending action.
On September 15, as part of his federal lawsuit contending that the Illinois senator is ineligible, pursuant to the U.S. Constitution, to serve as president of the United States, Philadelphia attorney Philip Berg served Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee with just such a request. Soon thereafter, on October 6, Barack Obama and the DNC acknowledged service in their motion for protective order, filed in an attempt to persuade the court to stay discovery. The Federal Rules require that a response to a request for admissions be served within the 30-day time limit, and Barack Obama and the DNC have not done so.
Therefore, this morning, amidst news reports that Barack Obama will be suspending his campaign for a few days so he can fly to Hawaii to visit his grandmother, who has suddenly fallen ill, Philip Berg will file two motions in district court in Philadelphia:
- A motion requesting an immediate order deeming his request for admissions served upon Barack Obama and the DNC on September 15 admitted by default, and
- A motion requesting an expedited ruling and/or hearing on Berg’s motion deeming the request for admissions served upon Obama and the DNC admitted.
Berg contends that the failure to respond and serve the response within the time limit is “damning,” and made two appearances overnight on Rollye James’ talk radio program, the second one coming shortly after midnight, during which he disclosed the meat of today’s filings and the legal and political ramifications of the defendants’ failure to respond.”
“Given the “usually devastating” consequence of failure to respond in time to a request for admissions such as those served upon Obama and the DNC on September 15, just what were some of the admissions that Berg asserts Barack Obama and the DNC have, at least procedurally, admitted to?
- Admit you were born in Kenya.
- Admit you are a Kenya “natural born” citizen.
- Admit your foreign birth was registered in the State of Hawaii.
- Admit your father, Barrack Hussein Obama, Sr., admitted Paternity of you.
- Admit your mother gave birth to you in Mombosa, Kenya.
- Admit your mother’s maiden name is Stanley Ann Dunham a/k/a Ann Dunham.
- Admit the COLB [Certification of Live Birth] posted on the website “Fightthesmears.com” is a forgery.
- Admit you were adopted by a Foreign Citizen.
- Admit you were adopted by Lolo Soetoro, M.A. a citizen of Indonesia.
- Admit you were not born in Hawaii.
- Admit you are a citizen of Indonesia.
- Admit you never took the “Oath of Allegiance” to regain your U.S. Citizenship status.
- Admit you are not a “natural born” United States citizen.
- Admit your senior campaign staff is aware you are not a “natural born” United States Citizen.
- Admit the United States Constitution does not allow for a Person to hold the office of President of the United States unless that person is a “natural born” United States citizen.
- Admit you are ineligible pursuant to the United States Constitution to serve as President and/or Vice President of the United States.

The thing that fascinates me about the latest Obama Hawaii move is in the entire period Obama has run for president he has only mentioned his grandmother once “Typical White Person”. Moreover he wrote two books and never mentioned his grandmother once. In my opinion there is one of two reasons he’s going to Hawaii, to either see his grandmother because she might die before Nov 4 and that would not look favorable to the idiots already voting for him, or he’s going to print a fresh copy of his birth certificate showing his birth place as Hawaii. Lets face it Obama could care less about his grandmother! Someone need to follow his every move when he arrives in Hawaii.
james4america repeatedly brings up the questions: Why did BO “suspend” his law license? Why did MO “give up” her law license? Why would two, young people, who have worked so hard to obtain one of the most difficult credentials, put them aside?
Did they have to? Were they caught at some sort of misrepresentation?
It just does not make sense.
One of my friends, who is just now getting caught up with current events (rough work schedule), just reignited anger by finding BO’s expanded version of why he does not wear the flag pin. Worth reviewing again:

I hate to rain on the parade, but Jeff also stated that they could have mailed the documents. If the postmark is within the 30 days, then it is okay. I know, I was bummed too!
And this whole “sick grandmother” thing is so transparent considering Andy Martin is about the blow the lid off Obama’s childhood. Coincidence his grandmother got out of the hospital several weeks ago and Obama did not visit her then, but now he is? I also think he is trying to deploy some sympathy in the last days as well, so the journalists won’t question him. Granny, hide that birth certificate or tape a confession before you die–America first!
This is the smoking gun! What next? Does BO declare himself too busy caring for his grandmother to be president and resign the nomination, or does he allow all this to go forward to the devastation of his life?
What does this mean ? Is this why Hillary was meeting with the DNC as reported?

Obama’s grandma may just suspiciously die while he is there. Remember Donald Young? Nothing that man does would surprise me. I really think he is going to Hawaii to stop Andy Martin or at least try to. I just hope and pray Obama never makes it to the White House no matter what it takes. In all of the Arabic lands, if the father is a Muslim, then so is the son. It is patrilineal. This is in contrast to the lineage of Jews, where if the mother is Jewish, the son is Jewish. It is matrilineal. A Jewish male child derives his tribal ancestry from his father, if the father is Jewish. BO is Muslim, regardless of where he was born. And, in the Muslim world a boy or man who leaves the Muslim faith can be subjected to dire consequences. BO, however, claims he is a Christian, but attended a church for 20 years which doesn’t seem all that Christian, and he has a long record of friendships with people of Islam (believers of Islam are called Muslims). Islam allows its faithful to lie about anything as long as it moves them towards their goal of world domination.
You people are disgusting. Do you really think that when Obama put his name in for nomination and was vetted that he was able to hide his citizenship? Please. And he is not a Muslim–you all know that, you are just looking for an excuse not to vote for the (black) man who is clearly the best candidate. And if lineage is so important to some of you, what do you make of the fact that McCain’s grandfather owned slaves? Shame on you.
So, you have evidence that Obama was vetted by the DNC. Please provide it.
Philip J Berg, as you may know, has a lawsuit that was served on Obama and the DNC. In the lawsuit Mr. Berg states that the DNC did not vet Obama.
The DNC and Obama have chosen to try to dismiss the lawsuit for obvious reasons.
Obama is not eligible.

I guarantee NOBODY is going to know where he is in Hawaii… they are going to completely conceal his every move while there. Because he is going to destroy photos/documents that prove he wasn’t born in the U.S. and then he is going to pick up the manufactured certificate for which he likely paid a nice premium to a middle man. Gotta have the Hawaii raised seal on it, you know.

Time is passing fast,but we still have the Qualifiying period after the election. In actuality this is probably the time when Obama will be hopelessly caught,and found to be ineligible. Sadly it is very probable that a petition to amend the Constitution will quickly follow. This will be from Pelosi,Reid and others. We must not allow this to happen, it would be the first step to the complete demise of our nation’s most sacred instrument. It has served us well for a very long time. Foreign nationals must never be allowed to become the President of this country. If the Constitution were to be amended to allow foreign nationals I percieve the possibility of Bin Laden running for US President. Sadly there is millions of people in the United States who would vote for him, as well. While this would be unlikely, I chose to express this viewpoint because it seems a very strong liklihood,and will probably require a resounding well placed legal thump squarely upon the noses of Ms.Pelosi, and friends.
I can’t help wondering how many “blanket parties that Murtha recieved during his tenure in the Corps. My guess is “many”. Only a jarhead will know what I mean. In reality he needs a lot of size 10s simultaneously placed heavily upon his backside.
