I’m expecting an order from Judge Surrick any day now — in fact, I’m surprised it hasn’t come down before now.
To the folks here at Citizen Wells:
As of now, 3:36am on Wednesday, my blog site (www.americasright.com) is down due to a problem with Google. Should something happen in the court, I may very likely get a hold of it before anybody else as I have worked alongside these people every day for six years.
If anything does come down the pipe and I cannot put it up on my own site, I’d like to e-mail it to you”

We will be holding our breath and saying our prayers that the judge will allow “discovery”. Our country and our Constitution depend on it!
I’m praying the judge brings Obama to justice and makes him withdraw from the race.
Perhaps Judge Surrick was surprised reading Berg’s arguments proving that he has standing in this case and is busy reviewing the cases that he cites in his Opposition, which would account for the delay before he issues his ruling on Obama’s Motion to Dismiss.
I do agree that Berg gave the judge much to ponder.

that you could get his name any where in the
u.s.a. with out his signature . under the federal
law. this is city hall, not a hospital.
