Obama challenging Senator Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States, has received confirmation from his Process Service Company that the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Senator Barack Obama were served today, September 4, 2008, with the legal documents pertaining to Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083. The DNC was served at 12:00 p.m. and Senator Obama was served at 1:00 p.m. The U.S. Attorney’s Office accepted service on behalf of the Federal Elections Committee (FEC) on or about August 22, 2008.

Seriously, I wonder if anyone else noticed her behavior and line of questioning. I had never seen her in that mood before. (???) Is there a video or youtube on this out there?

Also, about O’Reilly’s Obama interview– It seems more than coincidental to me that for the past couple weeks, Bill had been touting that well, fine, if Obama’s not going to come on my show, I’ll do 25 days worth of investigation on every aspect of his life starting Sept. 8. Voila! Obama. If this is a quid-pro-quo, we’re being openly sold down the river by Bill O.
And you’re right. Across the board, Fox shows have totally gone milquetoast on Obama.
Uh, watching Bill roast an obviously nervous Obama on his views and positions, even accusing him of bloviating about the Taliban in Pakistan– I take back my fears that Bill sold us down the river. I do still fault the entire media, including cable outlets for not reporting on the open lawsuit about Obama’s citizenship and identity. Unforgiveable.
I guarantee you, if Sean Hannity or Citizen Wells had been asking the questions, Obama would have been more than nervous. We would have asked real questions ignored by the MSM.

gaetano – While I’m certainly not going to say the current crisis is all Bush’s fault, (or even just the Republicans) the roots of it are definitely long before the Dems took over the legislature… these financial “tools” that have been flying all over the globe like little time bombs waiting to cause this crisis began their journey long before 2006, and the Treasury Secretary and Fed Chairman that Bush appointed were big promoters of these little gems… Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m certainly not saying that the Democrats have been very effective in fighting against them, either…they were pretty weak and deserve some of the blame. But, unfortunately, the problem stemmed from a lack of regulation of the financial markets, and the Republicans have been convincing people for years that ALL regulation is bad… and a lot of Democrats jumped on that band wagon, too. And now these unregulated assets have blown up in our faces.

I find it shocking and unacceptable that it is better for a Presidential hopeful to refuse to provide proof of his eligibility than to openly answer the question. Senator McCain was questioned about his overseas birth and provided information rapidly WITHOUT lawsuits being required. Even WITH lawsuits pending in 7 states, Obama, who has TAUGHT Constitutional Law, refuses to answer?
One HAS to ask why?
Further, one has to ask why isn’t the mainstream media reporting on this?
They reported on McCain being asked for proof, and PROVIDING IT IMMEDIATELY. NOT ONE WORD about Obama refusing to produce his, even when requested to do so by a judge.
