“PRESIDENT TRUMP FILES SUIT IN WISCONSIN ALLEGING UNLAWFUL & UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACTS
Today President Donald J. Trump filed a lawsuit against the Wisconsin Elections Commission, et. al. in his personal capacity as a candidate for re-election to the office of President of the United States. The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Division.
The complaint is based on the unlawful and unconstitutional acts by Wisconsin public officials, including the Wisconsin Elections Commission, the Mayors of Milwaukee, Madison, Kenosha, Green Bay, and Racine, and other election officials.
The suit seeks relief under the Electors Clause of the U.S. Constitution, which requires that public officials follow State Election Law when conducting a presidential election in their state. The lawsuits asks the U.S. District Court to find constitutional violations by defendants and send the matter to the Wisconsin Legislature for appropriate relief under Article II, Section 1.2. The U.S. Constitution makes the state legislature the final decision-makers on how to address constitutional violations involving a presidential election, and textually grants them the authority to select delegates to the Electoral College.
Specifically, the lawsuit alleges the following key unlawful acts:
- Directives by the Wisconsin Elections Commission undercutting Wisconsin’s Photo Identification Law.
- A Plan by the Mayors of Wisconsin’s five largest cities (Milwaukee, Madison, Kenosha, Green Bay and Racine) and funded by an out-of-state organization known as the Center for Tech & Civic Life to implement a new form of balloting in Wisconsin using un-manned, absentee ballot drop boxes without adequate or uniform chain of custody standards and security protocols contrary to the Wisconsin Election Code.
- Directives by the Wisconsin Elections Commission that facilitated the unlawful, un-manned absentee ballot drop box Plan by endorsing illegal drop boxes (which were then ultimately used throughout the State in the election), failing to adopt uniform chain of custody and security protocols for the ballots in the drop boxes and failing to ensure public access to the process.
- Directives by the Wisconsin Elections Commission to election officials to tamper with witness certifications on absentee ballot envelopes which facilitated the counting of unlawful ballots in the election in violation of the Wisconsin Election Code.

permitted local county election clerks to cure spoiled ballots by filling in missing addresses for witnesses even though state law invalidates any ballot without a witness address.
exempted as many as 200,000 citizens from voter ID rules by allowing them to claim the COVID-19 pandemic caused them to be “indefinitely confined.”
failed to purge 130,000 names from outdated voter rolls as required by law.

fhl, here’s the thing with these two vaccines from Moderna and Pfizer: They work with your genes; mRNA (‘messenger’ Ribonucleic Acid) supposedly disrupts an invasive virus and stops it from attaching to the cells in the body. The issue is whether or not these vaccines can alter human genes. Big Pharma will deny this. Of course they will. Their stocks are going through the roof and as always, follow the money.
Since this is all new, we don’t have any historical data as to what will happen to the human body with the vaccine in 5 days, 10 months, or 20 years. We’re just not there yet.
I question numbers, anyway. If a driver hits a tree and dies from blunt force trauma (head through the windshield), the coroner doing the autopsy will check for COVID-19 while he’s/she’s at it. If positive, the deceased’s death record shows COVID as the cause; never mind that the guy’s head and the windshield became one. This is why I don’t believe the numbers of positive cases and/or fatalities being published….I’m sure not gonna believe the vaccine numbers when they come out.
Will I take this vaccine because I’m in a high risk group? Hell no!!!

I am inclined to think that the Covid 19 army will still be killing people 10 years from now. In addition we could see a secondary danger to humanity resultant of the disease. This is the possibility of mass famine after EVERYTHING STOPS. There are no numbers on these vaccines indicating whether they do anything at all to stop hospitalizations and deaths. None.
What they have submitted is that the vaccine will result in fewer cases. But we already know the cases are bogus because they use cycle thresholds that are ludicrous. An appeals court in Portugal has ruled that the gov’t must stop forcibly quarantining people based on the bogus pcr test using any ct above 25. They said that is the what the scientific literature identifies as a realistic level of CT. Some scientists go so far as to say a ct of 30 might indicate a case. It is reported that the labs in America are using ct’s between 30 and 40.
It’s just another con job along with all the other ones they’re playing on us.
But back to the vaccine. They have given no data on hospitalizations or death rates, just cases. And we don’t know what ct level they are using to define cases. So we dont know if this vaccine stops anyone from dying or not, only that it supposedly results in fewer of these bogus cases. And then there are is the rna risk that you sited and the unknown long term affects.
I don’t want to take this vaccine and i don’t think i would even want to take it if i was living in a nursing home.
They lied about the models, they’ve lied about the deaths (johns hopkins study), and they have lied about the cases, they have lied about the hcq.
And i’m supposed to believe they’re telling the truth about this vaccine that may alter human genes?
Common sense: in the places where there is re-emergence, the masks were mandated and many shut downs were implemented–it didn’t stop a spread, so why bother with these abuses??
