The first half of a conventional 30 year fixed rate loan is mostly interest on the loan. People who buy the $250,000.00 house end up paying close to $650,000.00 for the property. Many of the POOR auto workers are being paid $35.00 per hour. Those who are in special trades like tooling, and die making earn close to double the $35.00 figure. But one day soon they will all walk around , and around in circles outside their plant carrying signs which tell HOW UNFAIR their employer is, and they want a $10.00 per hour increase.
