Apathetic people tend towards the philosophy of pacifism as a means to vindicate their own behavior, but this is merely a mask designed to hide their fear. They might fear suffering, they might fear loss, they might fear failure, but they certainly have fear, and it stops them from standing in the way of developments that they know are evil in nature and that require an aggressive response.
Apathy can also be bred into a society through the use of false hopes. Tyrants conjure scenarios in which the public is made to believe positive “change” is about to take place, usually through politics. But, there will be no change for the better beyond the cosmetic. Things only get worse. In this process of conditioning, tyrants raise up the hopes of the masses, and then dash them to the ground over and over, until the public gives up.
The problem is not that things cannot change for the better, but that the public keeps playing by the rules of a game fabricated by the very people that are causing their misery. Stepping outside the constraints of that game requires us to take matters into our own hands rather than waiting around for others to make changes for us. It requires risk. If the farce of tyranny is to ever end, all awake and aware people will have to take many risks.
I have heard it argued that tyranny is a natural and inevitable product of human society. That tyrants cannot be avoided, that they will always exist and any attempt to remove them will result in them only being replaced with other tyrants. This is the pinnacle of the pathetic mindset. It is the dark void of nihilism.
One could also argue that there is no point to washing ourselves because we are just going to get dirty again tomorrow. But these people would eventually die of disease. If tyranny is a human constant, then rebellion must also be a human constant, otherwise, humanity dies or is turned into something unrecognizable.”

The problem with this storm is not only the initial impact, but the fact that she’s gonna stall and dump rain inland through the weekend. And then, more rain.

She will filter south into SC, traverse the state, and just keep dumping rain. Both the NC and SC coasts are in the crosshairs.
High pressure over the Ohio Valley has begun to build; that’s the only thing that’ll move her along next week. Unfortunately, this will be a long duration event, unlike the usual tropical systems that are in and out quickly.

…………..makes me wonder if there was a large land shift in the vicinity of a gas main. It doesn’t take much land movement to snap metal gas mains…….particularly older ones. For so many properties to have such a thing happen makes me believe that this might be the cause. Old Sailor, just this past Monday morning, a brand new gas line exploded in Beaver County Pa evacuating 1/2 mile radius of homes. One home burned to the ground. Luckily the people got out. There was a lot of flooding around here in western Pa. All the rivers, streams, creeks, roads and a lot of homes flooded. It’s been a really rainy year! The weight of the building compounded by torrential rains was all that was needed the building tipped nearly on it’s side, and simultaneously sunk over 7 feet into the extremely soft mud on the surface, because the layer of limestone below it had no support. Ford manufactured both B-17s, and B- 24s at Willow Run Michigan. Heavy tanks were made at Chrysler Jefferson Plant. in Detroit, Here in Fort Wayne a huge amount of both 105mm, and 75 mm artillery rounds were manufactured, along with 20mm and 40mm ammo. The hiring of people brought people to these manufacturers, and made the housing market a real problem. Yes land that is saturated with water does slide, ask the people in California, Tennesee,, and Kentucky about massive landslides. As for underground piping, it doesn’t take much of a land shift to snap such piping……..old or new.

Yes, the explosions (70 homes exploded and/or burned) were about 9 miles from me. I was at work 40 miles away when I heard about it. I hightailed it home. It did *not* affect my area, but it was close; too close. All you could hear were sirens. On my way home, emergency vehicles were passing me like I was stopped. The response was incredible.
So far, the thinking is that it was an overpressurized pipeline that caused it. Columbia Gas, the supplier, (I’d never heard of them) said they ‘were doing work in the area on Thursday morning.’ I think that’s all we need to know.
I understand that National Grid (my supplier) owns Columbia Gas. Workers at National Grid have been locked out since July; they’re saying that National Grid puts profits before safety. One of my coworkers mentioned that perhaps some locked out National Grid workers somehow infiltrated Columbia Gas, and caused this. No one has mentioned the sabotage angle.
That said, over 8,000 residents have been displaced. Our Governor Baker declared a state of emergency today, and took the investigation away from Columbia Gas (he said they weren’t capable of handling it) and turned it over to Eversource, another large gas supplier in the area. It will be a while before we get answers. People just wanna go back to what’s left of their homes.
So far, there has been one fatality: An 18 year old who just got his driver’s license was parked with friends on one of the affected streets. The house he was parked in front of exploded; the chimney hit his car. He was medflighted to Mass. General Hospital in Boston, but he was DOA. There was nothing they could do. 18 years old….
Between hurricanes and explosions, many of us are on ‘overload’ this week. Things will get better, but not right now.

………….in thinking about possible sabotage all the saboteur would have to do is to quietly loosen the coupling ring (union) at a meter. By backing of the union ring it would allow a lot of gas to escape in a relatively short period of time. Any bastard who would do that should be charged with attempted murder when he is caught. (Natural News) Google has become so unethical that even some of its own employees want nothing to do with it anymore. In the latest example of the company driving away valued workers, senior research scientist Jack Poulson has quit his job in protest of the company’s plans to launch a censored version of the Google search engine in China.
Last month, news emerged that Google was secretly working on a Chinese search app code-named Dragonfly for devices running Android. It removes any content that the Chinese government doesn’t want its people to see, such as that pertaining to free speech, human rights, democracy, and political dissidents. It will also see queries that have been deemed “sensitive” blacklisted entirely, meaning that no results whatsoever will turn up if people type in certain terms or phrases.
As part of the company’s research and machine intelligence department, Poulson was tasked with improving their search systems’ accuracy. He raised his concerns with his managers but ultimately decided that he couldn’t work for them any more in good conscience. He resigned at the end of last month, and he told The Intercept that at least four others have done the same.
He said that the plan was a violation of Google’s principles stating they will not design technologies “whose purpose contravenes widely accepted principles of international law and human rights

This will be the technology which will ultimately lead to engines that will take mankind to light speed and beyond. Only Rice University and MIT have so far made serious commitments to do research into this force. Anti matter could be used in warfare as well. One bomb could remove an entire continent from the face of the Earth. Would make NUKES useless and otherwise obsolete. ……….after reading the story about the FORCLOSURE, and Kavanaugh’s mother, it would seem there is credibility here. It is more than probable that Brett Kavanaugh probably didn’t even know his accuser.
