Army Regulation 27-10, paragraphs 20-4b and 20-4e define the terms “commanding officer” and “wrong,” respectfully. A “commanding officer” is “[a]n officer in the complainant’s chain of command, up to and including the first officer exercising general court-martial jurisdiction over the complainant, authorized to impose nonjudicial punishment (Article 15, UCMJ) on the complainant.” General Casey does not meet the definition of “commanding officer” because he is not a member of your chain of command and he does not have the authority to impose nonjudicial punishment on you.”

If you are in the military, including, but not limited to General Casey, and you are not involved in removing or at least challenging the usurper in the White House, you should be court martialed, not LTC Lakin. How about posting LT Col Lakin’s petition on veteran web sites such as American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars etc. and also might contact the Elks and Moose organizations. Most of these organizations have Facebook connections and would be willing to help circulate the petition.
I also advertise in an Auto Trade Magazine and will be contacting the editor about the petition. I know that they are in line for keeping America Great and will help.
