Perhaps the biggest question I have is where is the email sent by Jake Sullivan, on his private account, jake.sullivan@gmail.com, to Hillary?
I have looked and looked.
Perhaps I am not holding my nose right.
Here is the paragraph from the Podesta email that references it.
“for example, many emails jake sent or received from the secretary were
from his state.gov account. but he did send mrs. clinton an email in

I will continue looking with assistance from others.
Perhaps the answer lies in the following questions posed within the Podesta email.
“The questions I have for you are the same ones I sent before:
Why did the advisers use private email accounts – instead of government
ones – to correspond with Mrs. Clinton?
Was this the normal practice?
Why did Mrs. Clinton suggest that her emails were being captured in the
State Department system when she was corresponding at times with her aides
on their personal accounts?
Were Mrs. Clinton’s advisers given legal advice about whether it was
appropriate for them to correspond with her using their personal accounts?
Why did Mrs. Clinton rely on the advice of Sidney Blumenthal?”

The entire administration, including the IRS, were probably using private emails. Think about the close relationship between google and facebook and this administration.
There is no justice department, it is totally a political weapon like most of the executive branch. ……………you are right about the news blocking. I see stuff on Comcast news long before it ever shows up on our news………and Fox also participates…………but I tend to think at this point not quite as much. While Comcast is largely MSN, but (both operate under democratic leadership). TRUMP: The Foundation donors included corporations and individuals with significant matters before the State Department. And then either Hillary Clinton herself or one of her closest aides took action favorable to the donor.
Her actions corrupted and disgraced one of the most important Departments of government, indeed one of only four established by the United States Constitution itself.
The Clintons’ made the State Department into the same kind of Pay-to-Play operations as the Arkansas Government was: pay the Clinton Foundation huge sums of money and throw in some big speaking fees for Bill Clinton and you got to play with the State Department.
The amounts involved, the favors done and the significant numbers of times it was done require an expedited investigation by a Special Prosecutor. After the FBI and Department of Justice whitewash of the Clinton email crimes, they certainly cannot be trusted to quickly or impartially investigate Hillary Clinton’s crimes.
Some former prosecutors have even suggested that the coordination between the pay-for-play State Department and the corrupt Clinton Foundation constitute a clear example of a RICO (Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization) enterprise.
The Justice Department is required to appoint an independent Special Prosecutor because it has proven itself to be a political arm of the White House.

What’s even more a joke is Hillary could simply release ALL of the emails. It is not the DoJ’s responsibility to release the evidence before the trial. Hillary has the emails, release them.

Comey has an insurrection on his hands beyond the ability of anyone to control. These mutinous senior FBI agents have enough dirt to toss Obama, Comey, Hillary and others in jail. They presented Comey and Obama with a choice… “give us Hillary’s head on a platter and we will be silent on Obama’s complicity in federal crimes [effectively a Nixon type pardon by omission of pursuit] and we will allow Comey to quietly be succeeded by a person of our choosing on an incoming Trump Administration.” OR ELSE THEY WILL GO PUBLIC. Comey could have been silent until after the election no matter what they found on Weiner’s laptop because they already have seen ALL the emails including the deleted ones. The fact that Comey is taking this action indicates that his hand is being forced and that he [and Obama] have accepted the terms offered by the insurrectionists in exchange for the face saving terms offered. This also dovetails with Assange saying his next batch [the FBI knows the contents of ALL of Podesta’s emails] will result in the arrest of Hillary. The FBI cannot weather another PR storm revealing them complicit in a cover-up. They also must be proactive and use Hillary’s arrest/indictment/forced withdrawal from the race as a lightning rod to quell a furious public by granting them their ‘pound of flesh’. No one likes Hillary, and don’t think that the Pentagon is going to silently sit still as one of their 4-Star generals get ramrodded for MUCH less than Hillary did. They are aligned with the insurrectionists at the FBI. Comey and Obama’s hand is being forced. Hillary is toast and going to jail. You will know this is true within a few days because the sheriff is about to slap the cuffs on Hillary. Weiner’s laptop is just a cover story.

He has the authority to proceed with an investigation under such a premise. He only needed the content of the last investigation, as justification to RE OPEN the FBI investigation. Huma Abedin’s lawyers are negotiating with the FBI about conducting a full search on estranged husband Anthony Weiner’s laptop in light of the new probe into Hillary Clinton’s emails.
Looks like the FBI is going to sort through 650,000 Weiner emails, thousands of which may have gone through Hillary’s private server.
The big question is whether or not we’ll learn anything new before the election, seeing as how we’re only nine days out.

The Justice Department and the FBI are in discussions with lawyers for Huma Abedin to conduct a full search of new emails discovered on her husband’s computer that turned up during another investigation, CNN reported Sunday.
Investigators believe it’s likely the newly recovered trove will include emails that were deleted from Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s server before the FBI took possession of it as part of an earlier investigation that many thought had concluded in July, CNN reported.
The FBI still has not yet sought a search warrant for the emails, law enforcement sources told CNN.
Investigators need a search warrant to permit investigators to review thousands of emails on a computer Abedin shared with her estranged husband, Anthony Weiner, officials said.
The new search warrant is needed because investigators only had the authority to probe Weiner, who is accused of having sexually explicit communications with an underage girl.
The FBI’s New York office stumbled on the Abedin emails while they were reviewing emails and other communications on the computer, which was considered to belong to Weiner, the officials told CNN.
They immediately ceased their work and called in the team of investigators from FBI headquarters who conducted the probe of Clinton’s private email server. The investigators, based in the New York field office, saw enough of the emails to determine that they appeared pertinent to the previously completed investigation and that they may be emails not previously reviewed.
Justice Department and FBI officials view Abedin as cooperative with the investigation, CNN reported.
