“I am an Orthodox rabbi. I am also an attorney and an adjunct professor of law. I clerked 20 years ago for the Hon. Danny J. Boggs in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Judge Boggs, one of the most brilliant minds I ever have known in any of my walks of life, soon thereafter served as chief judge of the Sixth Circuit.
Of course, I am disgusted by the stories that dominate the election campaign. I am disgusted as a law professor, an attorney, a father of daughters, and as a rabbi. Women making accusations that they have been sexually abused — Paula Corbin Jones who received an $850,000 settlement from Bill Clinton;Kathleen Willey who went to Bill Clinton in the White House, desperate for a job after her husband killed himself; Juanita Broaddrick, a Clinton volunteer who insists he raped her; the new list of women whose names I am only now learning who say that Donald Trump groped or kissed them against their will. The abused women whose reputations and lives were destroyed by Hillary Clinton, as she defended her husband’s public profile after each “bimbo eruption.” Hillary referred to victims as “looney tunes” and worse, her team including the likes of James Carville and Sidney Blumenthal characterized them as “trailer trash,” and Hillary most infamously ruined the life of 12-year-old Kathy Shelton, raped by a 41-year-old whom Hillary was required to defend. There was nothing wrong in Hillary defending—every accused criminal deserves a good defense. But Hillary destroyed the girl in the process and proceeded years later laughing about that case and regaling an interviewer with anecdotes of that tragedy.
All of it disgusts me. So I have decided that on November 8 I am not going to vote for Clinton or Trump. Instead, I am going to vote for the federal judiciary. Along the way, I also am going to vote for an authentic economic recovery that will include repatriating trillions of dollars back home, for a stronger American footprint in the world, for a border that will protect Mexico from free-flowing American weapons that feed their drug cartels and that will protect America from the influx of potential terrorists and murderous drugs that now easily can pour through our porous borders.
I am going to vote for a process that restores civil harmony in the inner cities by restoring respect for law enforcement even as we begin to address legitimate concerns that responsible African Americans have raised about bias. I am going to vote against sanctuary cities. I am going to vote for a stronger military that, after the past eight years, we now unfortunately will need to protect from Iranian terror exports and North Korean adventurism.
I am going to vote for an end to bullying and ceaselessly blaming and threatening Israel, our strongest and only truly reliable ally in the Middle East, the only country in that region that truly shares America’s deepest values. And I am going to vote to stem the perilous slide away from America’s traditional social core values of hard work, self-help, trust in G-d, respect for religion’s central place in our lives, and the sanctity of life.
If we do not have a robust rebound from the terrible recession of nearly a decade ago, let it not be because I voted based on some filthy talk that a candidate spoke 11 years ago. Let young Americans in our inner cities not continue to die in an endless spiral of gang violence because a tape recorded braggart childishly impressed a gullible young news journalist. And how sad it is to see men—Hillary’s male enablers like John Podesta, Rob Mook, Bill Clinton, and others no less cynical on the other side—preying on women’s legitimate and decent values by trying to sway voting blocs one way or the other based on issues other than the life-and-death concerns on today’s table.
How will we explain to our sons or grandsons who one day would be sent overseas to fight to stop an enriched Iran—nuclear-enriched, hundreds of billions enriched—when America’s continued weakness and failure to stand strong now ultimately will leave us with no choice but to fight later? Shall we tell them: “Well, you see, we did not elect the candidate who would have stood stronger because 11 years earlier he was recorded saying the most disgusting things as he bragged on a bus to an impressionable journalist?””

HERE’S WHAT THE CIVIL SERVICE RETIREMENT ACT SAYS:
GENERAL: The Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) is a defined benefit, CONTRIBUTORY retirement system. Employees SHARE in the expense of the annuities to which they become entitled. CSRS covered employees contribute 7, 7 1/2 or 8 percent of pay to CSRS and, while they generally pay no Social Security retirement, survivor and disability (OASDI) tax, they must pay the Medicare tax (currently 1.45 percent of pay). The employing agency matches the employee’s CSRS contributions.
Please remember all of what you have just read…it will come into play many times before I finish.
Now let’s look at the major areas of this retirement act, in detail.
There are nine major subject areas under the Civil Service Retirement Act….they are;
Eligibility – Computation – Creditable Service – Planning and Applying – Types of Retirement – Survivors –Military Retired Pay –
Service Credit -Former Employees
Now… let’s get into the meat of this post.
FIRST; Mariam Robinson HAS NOT contributed A SINGLE penny into any EARNED Civil Service Retirement…period.
She was on NO payroll in the White House, drew NO month or weekly paycheck from the government, had NO immediate supervisor to respond to, and was given NO meaningful job to perform.
She was nothing but a PERMANENT GUEST at the White House with no official mission or job to perform. There was NO recognized position in the FEDERAL REGISTRY such as “Grandmother-in-Chief” or in any Civil Service category that would qualify her for any government retirement benefits.
SECONDLY; She made NO CONTRIBUTIONS to a Civil Service Retirement, even if she could have legally been justified as a “caregiver” and placed on a monthly payroll of the Civil Service, which she never was in the first place.
Here is the exact wording of the part of that ACT concerning “How much do I get” when i retire from the Civil Service ?….
” The basic Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) annuity cannot exceed 80 percent of your high-3 average salary, excluding your unused sick leave.
OK Let’s stop right there.
Since Mariam Robinson was not on any OFFICIAL payroll of the Civil Service, and since there was NO OFFICIAL position as “caregiver” at the White House, and since she DID NOT receive a weekly or monthly salary
( unless the ‘Moouch’ gave it to her under the table)….she had NO INCOME from this UNAUTHORIZED and UNOFFICIAL family-created position at the White House.
So let’s do the math and see exactly what Mrs. Robinson’s retirement should be according to the Civil Service Retirement Act.
Mrs. Robinson’s highest three years of pay at this NON-PAYING, UNOFFICIAL, and UNAUTHORIZED make-believe family created job at the White House for the last eight years was ZERO DOLLARS, that is her base ….. So now we take 80% of a Zero base still leaves ZERO……”nothing into the system, nothing out of the system” !!!
Generally, you reach the 80 percent limitation when you have 41 years and 11 months of service, not including accumulated sick leave. (Mrs. Robinson’s combined make-believe “caregiving service” was only 8 years, on and off, part-time)
Fewer years of service may result in a computation that produces the maximum benefit under special computation formulas such as for law enforcement personnel. (she did not work for Loretta Lynch, thank God for that !)
Your service beyond the years which provides the maximum benefit will not be used to compute your annuity. Instead, we will automatically refund the retirement contributions you made during those years.( contributions were not made so refunds are not authorized)
Interest is paid on this refund payment at the rate of three percent per year, compounded annually.( no refunds will be made, so no interest is due)
You can use the refund to purchase additional annuity, as if the contributions and interest are voluntary contributions.(Zero added to Zero is still Zero)
However, if you have federal civilian employment periods when you did not contribute to either the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) or the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS), we automatically apply excess contributions toward any deposit due for these employment periods.(Duhhhhh….read the last above…zero is still zero)
Another area that most Civil Servants ask about is; Health Insurance…..although Mrs. Robinson is not qualified, I will state the facts about that area now:
“You may continue your health insurance coverage only if you meet the following conditions:
Your annuity must begin within 30 days or, if you are retiring under the Minimum Retirement Age (MRA) plus 10 provision of the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS), health and life insurance coverages are suspended until your annuity begins, even if it is postponed.
You must be covered for health insurance when you retire.
You must have been continuously covered by the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, TRICARE, or the Civilian Health and Medical Program for Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS): for five years immediately before retiring;or, during all of your federal employment since your first opportunity to enroll;or, continuously for full periods of service beginning with the enrollment that started before January 1, 1965, and ending with the date on which you become an annuitant, whichever is shortest.”
I do not think Mrs. Robinson is qualified for …..Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, TRICARE (she could not claim military service), or the Civilian Health and Medical Program for Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS)(same thing as military).
Finally the area of concerns unused leave accrued at the time of retirement…….”Will Mrs. Robinson get paid for any unused accrued leave at the time of retirement”?
The answer to that question is “HELL NO”, since she has been ‘ON LEAVE’ for the past eight years hunkered down in the WH, no payment is due and she does not qualify for anything…period.

For Mrs. Robinson to silently accept this unearned gift does not speak well for her either and also makes her an accomplice to this fraudulent act…..

One last question needs to be posed and answered:…..WHO determined how much Mrs. Robinson’s retirement would be and how did they reach that determination without any LEGAL BASIS for a lifetime retirement income in the first place ?

In addition the leader of the SCOTUS has become politicized and is no longer an asset to the court either. He too should be removed by Congress, and dealt with appropriately.
