1. As most of you know, all of the above emails were classified as type B5. Super secret. And they were sent/received at Hillary’s non secured private server.

Clinton Foundation Is Getting Subpoenaed

This might be it for potential president Hillary Clinton. A subpoena has been issued by investigators from the State Department to look into foreign donations to the non-profit (and thus tax-exempt) charity that was created by Bill and Hillary Clinton, and which their daughter Chelsea Clinton is a board member.
Investigators are interested in learning whether foreign governments donated money to the Clinton Foundation during a time in which Hillary Clinton was serving as Secretary of State for Barack Obama in exchange for favors that required approval from the State Department.
The Washington Post reports that the subpoena is also demanding records pertaining to Hillary’s chief aid Huma Abedin. Abedin is believed to have been simultaneously employed at the State Department, the Clinton Foundation, Clinton’s personal office, and a private consulting firm with ties to the Clintons.
If you are unfamiliar with Huma Abedin, here is a brief reminder.
She is Hillary Clinton’s right hand woman, and has been given a security clearance even though her close family members are believed to be members of the Islamic extremist organization, the Muslim Brotherhood. When then House of Representatives member Michell Bachman asked if Abedin had been properly vetted for the security clearance, she had been labeled as Islamophic and racist.
Abedin is also the wife of disgraced Senator Anthoney Weiner who was caught in a sexting scandal, stepped down from office in Congress, ran for mayor of New York, was caught in a sexting scandal again, and lost his bid for mayor. Perhaps Abedin and Clinton find a commonality in the fact that they are both married to, and support, men who cannot keep it in their pants.
Investigators are limited in specifically what they can and cannot subpoena. For example, they cannot subpoena the source of the investigation itself, meaning neither Abedin nor any of the Clintons should find themselves in the position where they will be called to testify about the matter. This should be a relief to Hillary Clinton who, right before she was set to testify about Benghazi in 2012, “fell” and suffered a concussion that took her 6 months to recover from.

Because investigators will not be calling Ms. Clinton in to testify about this matter, it means that the former First Lady and possible next president will stay safe because she won’t have to invent any injuries to delay testifying. I mean, won’t have to suffer from any unfortunate one in a million injuries like falling down that leave her disabled to such a degree that she cannot testify on the State Department’s involvement over an incident that left four Americans dead.

How did Barack Obama emerge from Chicago in 2008 untainted by political corruption?
His rise to power began at the 2004 Democratic Party Convention when Illinois State Senator Barack Obama was catapulted onto the national stage by the alluring force of his oratory.
Four years later, in December 2008, Rod Blagojevich, the fourth governor in recent Illinois history to be imprisoned, was arrested by the F.B.I. culminating a long investigation led by the U.S. Attorney (USA) in Chicago. “Blago’s” arrest came just as he was about to meet with someone to negotiate a bribe in exchange for appointing then-U.S. Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr. to complete President Obama’s senatorial term.
On the day Blago was arrested, the agent in charge of the Chicago F.B.I. Office said, “If [Illinois] isn’t the most corrupt state in the United States, it is certainly one hell of a competitor.”
Jackson, Co-Chair of President-Elect Obama’s campaign, was later arrested, along with his wife, and sentenced, in August 2013, to 30 months in jail for stealing $750,000 from his own campaign fund.
One year before Obama was inaugurated President, Antoin “Tony” Rezko, a key fundraiser for both Obama and Blagojevich, and one of three core members of Obama’s 2004 senatorial campaign finance committee, was arrested by F.B.I. agents acting on evidence gathered by the USA in Chicago. Three years later, Rezko was sentenced to 10.5 years in prison.
There’s no need here to rehash Rezko’s and Blago’s criminal transgressions in detail, or document the many Illinois politicians, from both major parties, who, over the years, traded their business suits for jump suits. It is common knowledge that Chicago is the center of political corruption in a widely corrupt state.
Yet, somehow, the 44th President of the United States emerged from that toxic cauldron called “Crook County” untainted by the maelstrom of high-profile corruption cases that engulfed several of his closest, political associates. The question is…

The agreement to settle Quine’s federal lawsuit seeking the surgery was announced late Friday, with a brief statement from the corrections department that “every medical doctor and mental health clinician who has reviewed this case, including two independent mental health experts, determined that this surgery is medically necessary for Quine.”
Quine’s victory was made possible by another inmate, ‘Michelle’ Norsworthy, born as Jeffrey, who in April won a federal court order for surgery to reshape his genitals. Gov. House Speaker Paul D. Ryan (R-Wis.) ended a month-long holdout by formally backing his party’s presumptive presidential nominee: Donald Trump.
On Thursday, the speaker penned a guest column for his hometown newspaper in which he trumpeted the controversial real-estate mogul as someone who could support the speaker’s conservative agenda. The move consolidated Trump’s backing from Republican congressional leaders and most party leaders, leaving a small-but-influential bloc of conservatives who have vowed to never support the real-estate mogul isolated and without a significant leader carrying their flag.
Like many senior Republicans, Ryan’s endorsement came with its share of caveats about the speaker and the presumptive nominee’s remaining policy differences. It did not signal any level of comfort with Trump’s sometimes bombastic style compared to the Midwestern values the speaker tries to embody. Instead, Ryan’s decision came down most squarely to attempting to prevent another Democrat from claiming the Oval Office.
“It’s a question of how to move ahead on the ideas that I—and my House colleagues—have invested so much in through the years. It’s not just a choice of two people, but of two visions for America,” Ryan wrote, citing the “bold” policy agenda that he will begin rolling out next week and contrasting that with Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton’s platform.
“Donald Trump can help us make it a reality,” Ryan said.
