an invalid vote and be replaced by a substitute elector. The Supreme
Court has not specifically ruled on the question of whether pledges
and penalties for failure to vote as pledged may be enforced under
the Constitution. No elector has ever been prosecuted for failing to

The US Supreme Court Obviously has not given Electors the option to
violate the US Constitution. Therefore, obviously, if the presidential
candidate is qualified, party pledges and state laws are permissable.
Q: What must an Elector be aware of when voting for a presidential candidate?:
A: The following are important considerations when casting a vote. Voting
as instructed by a political party, another person, or a state law in
conflict with the US Constitution or Federal Election Laws is a serious
matter. Those not voting in accordance with higher laws are subject to
prosecution and may be guilty of “High Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

SO CALLED “FAITHLESS ELECTORS”
“It turns out there is no federal law that requires an elector to
vote according to their pledge (to their respective party). And so,

popular vote or their party. These electors are called “faithless
electors.”
In response to these faithless electors’ actions, several states
have created laws to enforce an elector’s pledge to his or her party
vote or the popular vote. Some states even go the extra step to
assess a misdemeanor charge and a fine to such actions. For example,
the state of North Carolina charges a fine of $10,000 to faithless
electors.
It’s important to note, that although these states have created these
laws, a large number of scholars believe that such state-level laws
hold no true bearing and would not survive constitutional challenge.”

1860 election: 4 electors in New Jersey, pledged for Stephen Douglas,
voted for Republican candidate Abraham Lincoln.

and duties associated with electing a qualified president.
It is also clear that the states have not performed their
duties to ensure that the Electoral College votes will be
for a Qualified candidate. The Electors have a constitutional
duty to perform that supersedes any party contract or state
law. Each day that passes without verification of eligibility
of any candidate being voted for by Electors, brings us closer
to a constitutional crisis. There are pending court cases before
the US Supreme Court and state courts. Congress will meet in
January to count and certify votes and there will certainly be
challenges in Congress. If Congress or the courts shall fail to
do their duty, a Supreme Court Justice will be faced with a
decision to uphold the Constitution. The crisis will increase

“This election does not get decided until Mid-December when the Electoral College cast their votes.

If just 17 RED States agreed to NOT cast their votes in the electoral college – then it goes to the House. And if pressured – they just might do it.
We do NOT have to convince ANY democrats – at all.
All we have to do is convince 1/3 of the States to NOT cast their electoral college votes.
Well more than 1/3 of the States did in fact vote as RED States. And they too can see the obvious, wide-spread vote-fraud which has taken place.
So, if the Electors in 17 States which Romney won decided to NOT cast their electoral college votes — then the electoral college does not meet the requirement as defined in the Constitution. And in such a case, the electoral college is thereby null and void. The matter then goes to the House.
In every State, each political party chooses its’ own “electors”.
Then, whichever party wins the popular vote in each State is the party which gets to have its’ electors cast their vote in the electoral college.
However, according to the Constitution and the 12th Amendment, in order for the Electoral College to have a quorum – then at least 2/3rds of the States must cast their votes.
As stated in the Constitution and the 12th Amendment:
“A quorum for this Purpose shall consist of a Member or Members from two thirds of the States,”
So, if 1/3 of the States (17) do NOT cast their electoral college votes – then it goes to the House of Representatives (not the senate) to elect the next President.
YES!! WE CAN DO THIS!!

Excellent thought! BTW If you are a person who is receiving Social Security,you might want to take notice that it was recently changed to Federal Benefit. The wordsmiths have done it again,because now it will be possible for a lot of things to happen,one of which is a tax on the Federal Benefit which could exceed 20%. This would reduce a $500.00 “Benefit check”to $400.00. This would also clip everybody receiving a “Federal Benefit”check. If you get $1000.00 you will find yourself $200.00 short, each month. Hope everybody has another source of income.

The day after People’s Daily became the laughing stock of the world for apparently becoming the latest in a long line of Chinese media outlets to run a piece from the U.S. satirical website The Onion as if it were genuine, two regional Chinese newspapers also ran a story about a scandal involving sex, drugs and the sitting president of the United States.
The story, which was based on extremely flimsy allegations made by a man named Larry Sinclair during the 2008 election campaign, was widely reposted across China’s top news portals including Sina, Sohu, and Baidu on Wednesday. State media websites like Xinhua and People\’s Daily also reposted versions of the story.
It seems that some sections of the Chinese press might be on the look out for embarrassing stories involving the U.S. President…..
Good for Larry. His story is still alive. He has always been extremely courageous and one day there will be evidence to support his story. It will take a few others to come out in public. Maybe Larry can do an interview with the People’s Daily.
Larry may want to contact the author of this story and set him straight on what’s what. The author is hard on Larry and uninformed.

Superior Court against the three District of Columbia Electors of the so-called Electoral College – Barack Hussein Obama, II, refused to produce his original Short-Form “Certificate of Live Birth” and his original Long-Form “Certificate of Live Birth”. These documents are the sole evidence that Mr. Obama has proffered to the American People to establish his Article II, §1, eligibility for the Office of President. I had subpoenaed those documents for the hearing. As a result, I today filed my Verified Motion for Rule to Show Cause Why Barack Hussein Obama, II, Should Not Be Held in Contempt of Court. Judge Mott has reserved decision on that motion pending a response by the Defendants.
What exactly is the objection to producing your original birth certificates when subpoenaed? No objection was filed by Mr. Obama or his attorneys. He simply chose to ignore a lawful court process. While secession is always an extreme act, it might become necessary for ALL states to formally secede from the union simultaneously. This would disfranchise the alleged Fed,and in less than 10 minutes a new government could be established. I have a gut feeling that sooner or later the states are going to be pushed into such an action. At the same time the secession would be accompanied by a formal declaration that ALL CREDIT DEBT is legally declared void,and paid in full. This would be accompanied by NEW MONEY,and a NEW start. While this all would be quite painful,it conceiveably would be the lesser of all the evils.

Unless we have real-time video of the Zero-Romney meeting, anything anyone says about what allegedly took place there, or what was allegedly discussed, is nothing more than speculation, rumor, and innuendo.
CW…..wondering why these challenge court cases for Obama to show his originals never appear to place in evidence as backup before any judge rules, the established probable cause evidence for forgery of the proffered documents shown thus far to the public by the pResident. That would keep the usual response of “already shown” documents from getting established as some legally verified evidence. Those phony documents must be up front challenged via this already documented evidence. They must be challenged on the record via this established probable cause for felony forgery in some ongoing case to my mind.

As to your question re: the Bible Code & Paul Ryan, I haven’t done any searches in that regard. Most of my time studying the Code is trying to understand if it is real, how it is to be read. At the current time all I can say is at very remote odds associated information will show up at equidistant skips in a compact area relative to a common matrix (skip). In this regard, I found in Genesis 2 thru 6 the “finds” concerning America and Obama, Biden and Romney.
As to religious questions, for my Christian friends, there are some strong indicators in the Code in favor Christianity and Jesus. The question is how to interpret the “finds?” The “finds” in favor of Christianity are very impressive.
