The results of the Sheriff Joe Arpaio investigation of Obama’s birth certificate, Selective Service Application and other records are beginning to surface and a news conference is expected soon. Press coverage, though often biased is increasing. It is good to see Obama questioned in print in NC.

“Finally some reporters are doing some investigation of the life of President Obama. The left has done a great job of making anyone who asks any questions about Obama’s past out to be crazy.
People who just wanted to see Obama’s birth certificate, not anymore than Obama would have to show if he wanted to play Little League baseball, are called “birthers” and are by definition the same folks who see black helicopters hovering over their houses every night. The left has done a remarkably good job of defining people who just wanted to see proof that Obama was born in the United States as nutcases. His Republican opponent in that last election, Sen. John McCain, went to court and proved that even though he was born in Panama, he met the definition of a “natural born citizen.” Obama facing the same challenge went to court and said that he didn’t have to prove that he was a “natural born citizen.”
As it turns out, people had good reason to ask that question about Obama, because for years Obama claimed to have been born in Kenya. He was listed as born in Kenya in his publisher’s biography. That was no doubt done to boost book sales, but it is either evidence that Obama was born in Kenya or evidence that he is not a very honest person. In some of the information about Obama when he was running for the Senate is information that Obama was born in Kenya. Once again it makes him seem more exotic and was supposed to win him more votes, and unless you’re running for president it doesn’t make any difference where you were born.
Now we find out that Obama was a member of the far left-wing New Party. He joined when he ran for the Illinois State Senate. The head of the New Party said the New Party didn’t have members, but according to the party’s own documents, they did have members – and Obama was one of them. Two separate documents confirm that Obama joined the New Party on Jan. 11, 1996.
It should not be startling that Obama was a member of a far left-wing part of the Democratic Party when you consider the church that Obama attended for over 20 years and then tossed off as if he were not really a member of that either.
Obama is way far left, and the longer he is in government the more he proves it. The goal of the New Party was to move the US government toward the European social democracy model. From his actions and statements it appears that is consistent with Obama’s position, although in light of what is going on in Europe right now, it seems he might want to rethink that.

Two interesting polls have come out in the past week. One shows that in North Carolina Obama is rapidly losing black voters and the other shows that in New York Obama is losing Jewish voters at a rapid rate. Obama’s support among Jewish voters in New York has dropped 22 points in the past month. Both make sense. Blacks are being hit harder by this down economy than whites, and Obama has treated Israel badly every opportunity he has had.”

Colon was specifically (along with Panama City) excluded from the Canal Zone. So I don’t see how McCain (notwithstanding S511) could be an NBC.

I believe there are a lot of father issues in the gay community.
I believe that what is escaping people is the fact that, unlike any other time in history, we, the oppressed, have a communication network, (the internet), far surpassing anything even imagined in the past.
I don’t know whether or not the oppressors are aware, that WE are aware, that the battle has already begun. If this generation cannot save the emerging generation, then things will indeed be manifestly different here for the forseeable future. Has anyone noticed the current screening of the military that has been going on? Gays and Lesbians, communists, socialists have nothing politically in common with us. They already see us as the enemy. By hook and crook, they have one in the catbird’s seat right now.
What I see is the head-on collision of two ideologies that are diametrically opposed. The prize will be, what used to be, one of the most productive nations in the world. That is what made this nation so appealing that others would risk all to achieve victory here. Make no mistake, these “others” are very much aware of the stakes. I truly believe they originally thought they could just slide in without the risk. The larger question is whether we are at least that motivated.

I don’t believe a “birth certificate” exists….at least not any place in the U.S. And IF there is any notation of a birth elsewhere you’ll never see it.
We’ve reached that time for all mankind where there is NO middle ground any longer to hide behind. There is the clear division between evil and good no matter how you want to declassify that evil…..and people are making their final choices. They know what evil exists and is permitted to continue at the highest places of our government. They will be asked to choose what they want to continue to control their lives. Unfortunately there is the real chance that the soft underbelly has become too soft and so there’s no courage left to face reality except by a small number.

Actually, no one really knows who fired ‘the shot heard ’round the world.’
The first shots of the Revolutionary War were indeed fired on Lexington Green (approximately 18 miles south of me) on the morning of April 19, 1775; Paul Revere’s famous ride occurred the night before. The British fired first in Lexington upon a small contingent of only 38 men, killing seven farmers (the ‘Minutemen’).
The fight in Concord at the North Bridge was next. Instead of 38 men, the farmers were now 450 men strong; they beat the &$^#@ out of the British, and retook the bridge. 273 British were killed and the rest retreated.
It is the battle at the North Bridge where the term was coined. An excerpt from ‘The Corcord Hymn’ by Emerson illustrates this:

Mr. Obama has proven this by his going around Congress with over 550 EXECUTIVE ORDERS in his short time in office, and usurping the powers that were given to the LEGISLATIVE branch of our federal government by the appointment of his CZARS who report directly to him .
Congress has been too lily- livered to stand up and question his authority.
He has threatened the JUDICIAL branch and ran roughshod over that body to make them see things his way. On most occasions, it has worked to his advantage.
The judges have remained silent hoping he will eventually leave them alone, even though the judges know they have the power to stop his madness.
In short, this man-child has become a ONE MAN GOVERNMENT. The proper term for this kind of leadership is puppet DICTATOR.
America was not founded to be a monarch or dictatorial form of government. We were founded as a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC, and by the grace of GOD hopefully we shall remain one.
We are not a democracy but a republic. As such, we are a government of LAWS, and every man is bound to the same laws. No one person is above the law. The SUPREME LAW of our country is our CONSTITUTION.
If the President of the United States cannot, or will not, support and abide by this document, then he is guilty of treason. If he knowingly breaks our Constitutional laws, then he is guilty of treason.
The man who currently occupies the office of President wants to CHANGE, ALTER, OR ABOLISH our Constitution.. He wishes to do this by his individual power of office. This is treason any way you cut the pie.
If Mr. Obama can take the powers of Congress, the powers of our courts, and the control of the media with such little resistance, then what is keeping him from the total control of the American people that he desires?
The answer lies in the Second Amendment of our Constitution. The right of the people to keep and bare arms . For now, the tyrant is in check.
If things don’t change soo however, look for a FAKE reason from the Obama administration to place the American people under MARTIAL LAW. By doing this, all elections would be canceled, all individual rights taken, and total control over America’s assets. Those behind this puppet will not permit a fair and impartial election under any circumstances.
When martial law goes into effect, then ALL individual liberties go out the window. FEMA and Homeland Security will take over and run the country and their interment camps will be overflowing. A death grip will be around every citizens neck.
When this happens, the dark cloud will cover everyone, both liberal and conservative, Democrat and Republic,rich and poor, Christian and atheist, Muslim and Jew, workers and no workers.
When this happens, and it will if our elected politicians do not start standing up and speaking out…..then people can look back and say…..where did we go wrong as a nation?

They also know that barky’s father was NOT Sr., and he may indeed be an NBC if he was, in fact, born in HI or anywhere else in the U.S. It’s certain that neither of his parents (no matter who the American father is) was on active duty with any branch of the service stationed overseas.

The actual shot was only a manifestation of the frustration of the populace at the near constant harassment they were suffering at the hands of the crown (obama?). If that is the policy at ALL US auto assembly plants, I find it very encouraging………..but at the same time the younger potential work force made up from Americans becomes more and more saturated with drugs,and sadly less and less employable. However I do not in any way imply that ALL of our younger folks are hooked on drugs. This would be a LIE. I only know what I have read and found from research into the intellectual tests that most students take each year. Many of the public school systems have lowered the SAT test requirements for a lot of years, instead of raising them. In spite of this there has been a gradual increase of failure rate which was at one time less than 2%. As I recall the Bush presidency spokesman made the statement that the SAT failure rate has increased to over 3%. This does not include DROP OUTS, which has increased substantially but for a number of reasons collectively. While I do not in any way shape or form entertain the notion that an auto assembly plant should hire ILLEGALS I only stated this viewpoint for the purpose of pointing out the declining intellectual capacity for a small,but increasing percentage of our youth.

I was reading an article about the Mexican drug cartel and remembered my earlier days growing up on the boarder, my friends and their relatives, many of which lived in Mexico. Crossing the boarder for things such as visiting my friends relatives, shopping with my parents and sometimes just the occasional eat out are something I would never do today, sadly…..
The level of corruption there has always been out of control. Plant managers of Mexican own companies take money out of employees checks. Its a practice never prosecuted as they pay out to the judges and sheriff dept. Another reason Mexican workers enjoy working for foreign companies such as America, as they do not practice such corruption. This has been going on since I was a child.
Until Mexico gets their police, military and Judges out of the pockets of corruption, its only going to escalate far much worse than today’s news.

The defense argued for Obama that he (Mr. Obama) really wasn’t the Democrat nominee for the state of Florida until the national convention in September in Charlotte….
To tell the truth, the judge ask some stupid questions of Larry Kelyman too.
The issue there should have been: Is Mr. Obama qualified according to the US Constitution to be on the Florida ballot. Nothing was said about the FRAUD surrounding Mr. Obama, little was said about his FOREIGN father.
I predict this judge will be like all other judges. He will kick the can down the road and rule Mr. Kleyman’s client had NO STANDING to bring the case.

It appears that Obama’s attys main case is trying to get the hearing dismissed based upon their contention that Obama has as yet to still be nominated!!
Frankly I think that the emphasis should be on the yet to be seen latest discovery that points to the fact that Obama is presently not ANY kind of U.S. citizen over and above trying to acquaint a judge with historical precedent and its definition of NBC. But, also, although it hasn’t been of any importance to other judges in the myriad of other cases, this time it appears that Klayman is citing a heck of a lot more law than Obama’s attys. They don’t have anything to back up their contentions. This judge does appear to desire backup law over just the desires and opinions of Obama’s attys. If the judge allows discovery after seeing any of the “probable cause” for crimes committed, and the latest official record out there is of the Indonesian form stating Obama as Soetoro and a citizen of Indonesia, then Obama’s attys will be asked to present something official that will refute that last evidence….like some official naturalization (to prove he’s even a citizen of any kind)…..and that in itself would negate his NBC. That would box them in. I’ve always thought the Indonesian question was more powerful with courts than getting into the murkier (at least that’s the excuse that the courts and Obama’s attys have used) Constitutional and more historical arguments.

There’s no way I could serve in this modern day, devient military, I’m sure you feel that way too.
It’s no wonder we can never win a war anymore. The soldiers are too busy playing sexual games with each other. Kind of like a Catch 22.

Read Jacqlynsmith’s article where she says “once the trigger is detonated”. I have to ask (because I have SQUEEZED a lot of triggers in my lifetime) just how the hell do you DETONATE a trigger? Do you pack C4 around it then detonate the C4,or does the trigger simply DETONATE itself. I don’t know how anybody would DETONATE a TRIGGER. Interesting though! If everybody detonated their TRIGGERS we would have no rifles,sidearms,automatic weapons,machine guns,ETC.
