Unemployment applications jump to 399000, Increase 24000, January 13, 2012, US Labor department, 4 week average rose to 381750, Media silent
“the Times of the nineteenth of December had published the official forecasts of the output of various classes of consumption goods in the fourth quarter of 1983, which was also the sixth quarter of the Ninth Three-Year Plan. Today’s issue contained a statement of the actual output, from which it appeared that the forecasts were in every instance grossly wrong. Winston’s job was to rectify the original figures by making them agree with the later ones.”…George Orwell, “1984”
Last week, when the alleged drop in unemployment claims was announced and the media was lavishing praise on Obama, I certainly had my doubts. The temporary jobs of the Christmas Season are always a problem and now with so many job applicants giving up, a realistic number is even more difficult to arrive at. Before reacting to last week’s numbers, I decided to let the dust settle and wait for the effect of the seasonal hiring to diminish.
Yesterday I heard Rush Limbaugh react to the Unemployment applications jump to 399,000. His reaction was much the same as mine with the recent jubilation in the media of reports of so called reductions in unemployment. Yesterday the media was silent. We still do not have a realistic number to reflect the true unemployment rate. Last week Sean Hannity indicated it is probably around 15.2 %.
From the Lake County News Sun January 12, 2012.
“Unemployment benefit applications jump to 399,000”
“The number of people applying for weekly unemployment benefits spiked last week, largely because companies let go of thousands of workers after the holiday season.
The Labor Department said Thursday that applications jumped by 24,000 to a seasonally adjusted 399,000, the most in six weeks. That followed three months of steady declines that brought applications to the lowest level in more than three years.
Applications typically soar in the first two weeks of the year. That’s because many companies lay off temporary workers who were brought on to help during the holidays. The department tries to adjust for those patterns. But the task is difficult because the data can be volatile.
The four-week average, which attempts to smooth such fluctuations, also rose, to 381,750. It had fallen in the previous week to a three-and-a-half-year low.”
“The pickup in hiring reflects greater economic growth. The economy will likely expand by more than 3 percent at an annual rate in the final three months of last year, economists expect. Rising consumer spending will likely power much of the gain. That would be a sharp improvement over the 1.8 percent growth in the July-September quarter.
Even so, economists worry that growth could slow in the first half of 2012. Europe is almost certain to fall into recession because of its financial troubles.
And wages didn’t keep pace with inflation last year. So without more jobs and higher pay, consumers may have to cut back on spending. That could drag on growth next year. Consumer spending accounts for 70 percent of economic activity.”
It seems that someone planted a pretty malicious virus or malware at Orly’s site. My security system picked it up and squashed it, but it is out there. Visit at your own peril.
That bad item at Orly Taitz’s site I reported earlier is an exploit, quite nasty indeed. It is identified as SWF/Blacole.R. Really bad stuff.
http://obamareleaseyourrecords.blogspot.com/2012/01/hawaii-attorney-general-seeks-to.html
Hawaii Attorney General Seeks to Sanction and Label Orly Taitz Vexatious Litigant in Hawaii Banning Taitz from Filing Future Cases in Hawaii
Hawaii Attorney General files opposition to Taitz’s motion for reciprocal subpoena enforcement and also seeks sanctions against Taitz including labeling Taitz a vexatious litigant in Hawaii which means Taitz would be prohibited from filing future lawsuits in Hawaii related to Obama’s (non-existent)records without first obtaining leave of Court. The opposition motion also argues why the GA subpoena is not valid in the State of Hawaii, as we already raised and pointed out here. The GA subpoena per OSAH rules is only valid in GA. The Hawaii Attorney General also claims the subpoena was not properly served upon the parties involved.
Folks,
Need some help. Does anyone know of a website that lists the many lawsuits against Obama, including the ones requesting his BC and school records?

Usurping the office of President is a criminal act, and there will be many crimes committed to retain it. Don’t be fooled by the Taquia practicing criminals, they are here to destroy our Country, and our way of life. Orly has been hacked numerous times, I am sure she will do what ever is necessary to repair the damage. Orly Taitz deserves more assistance from the American people, than she receives.

Just had the same experience and was also going to warn folks. The only comment to what Orly writes about now over in HI is vicious. You have to give her credit for continuing to fight with all that is coming against her. Perhaps the only one with enough conviction to continue such a fight in the only ways she sees available is someone who has actually lived under such unlawful power and knows what we’re in for IF people just comply with the threats.
Orly better be careful. She basically, on her site called Nagamine a “criminal.” This may open a defamation lawsuit against her. I know passions are running high with her, but she should really cool it. She should delete that entry. It is clear that Obama and his foot soldiers will stop at nothing to derail Taitz and anyone else seeking answers on the issues of Obama’s eligibility or lack thereof.
Obama is indeed on the path to acquiring more power for himself, fueling fears of a dictatorship by those with the conspiratorial bent to interpret it that way. See the new story at the link below. Also, with his non-recess appointments, thereby bypassing Congressional authority, Obama has basically thrown down the guantlet, telling everyong in no uncertain terms, “Try to stop me.” These indeed are perilous times.

It appears that Fuddy Duddy has openly defied the Hawaii court,as well as the Georgia court. Would the next stop be the Hawaii Supreme Court, this time filed by the Georgia Judge himself?
Further why is the Hawaii AG involving himself?

Oldsalt,
Yes, that’s fine, with what Fuddy is up to and all. But you must realize, along with Taitz, that for right now Obama has all the legal forces on his side. Whatever Taitz or anyone else thinks about the obfuscatory or even criminal conduct of those in Hawaii and elsewhere concerning protecting Obama, is sadly irrelevant to the legal issues she is pursuing. Remember, Taitz is fighting a legal battle, and that means she needs to play by the technical rules in place, and it cannot begin with the presumption of nonfeasance, malfeasance, or misfeasance by all the higher ups in the system whom Taitz is challenging. She needs to “prove” these things. She cannot merely assert them. And of course, the deck is stacked against her, because she will have trouble rising to that level because of lower level “standing” roadblocks. It is truly a nightmare to try to work within the system when seemingly everyone in the system is working to keep the truth about Obama from emerging. But that’s how the legal game is played. The complainant or plaintiff has an enormous burden of proof .

Gianni……………..
While I realise all that you are saying is undeniable fact,i am asking if the Judge in Georgia NOW HAS the right to take his court order to the Hawaii Supreme court. He as a Judge examined Orly’s request, and obviously felt that it was a legally valid action, and that is what I think he acted upon. I am NOT trying to split legal hairs or question the laws involved………I only FEEL as though Malahi now has JUST CAUSE HIMSELF to pursue the case in the Hawaii Supreme Court. Orly may have signed her complaint to Malahi, but Malahi signed the Court Order from his court which(allegedly) is only valid in the state of Georgia. Could Judge Malahi be that ignorant of the extent of his jurisdiction?
Gordo……………..
It seems to me that the debacle that you describe is EXACTLY what needs to happen.

The more time that passes, the more we see what a firm grip this dictatorship has gotten upon every facet of the court system, Congress, the media, and the general public. Orly knows that when this happens, we are indeed living in a very dangerous situation that could end up being irreversible. God bless her for her zeal and determination. May she have the necessary wisdom.
This is a repeat statement, but it needs to be burned into our thinking. When a leader becomes a dictator, he controls nearly all of the means by which he could be replaced. It is not as simple as just voting him out.
For example, I just read today that the DOJ has stated that O’s so-called recess appointments were entirely legal. We all know the present DOJ is there to protect O.
Whatever O doesn’t control by fiat, he controls by fear, e.g., Congress. The media are very progressive, so their support is a given. It is going to be up to us, We the People.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
My understanding in that it would not be the Hawaiian Supreme Court, but rather the Hawaiian Federal Court if not enforced.
A snippet from Attorney Van Irion interview at the postandemail site pertaining to the GA ballot challenge. Question: “I was told that the Deputy Attorney General, Jill Nagamine, has said that Hawaii doesn’t have to answer a subpoena from another state.”
Attorney Van Irion responded: “Oh, that’s hilarious. That violates the Constitution of the United States and is akin to seceding from the nation. If the state of Hawaii does that, the judge has the right to jail them. The way that works is that he writes a contempt order and sends it to the law enforcement of the state of Hawaii, and if they fail, then they’re violating the Constitution and we need to get the federal court in Hawaii involved. The Full Faith and Credit Clause of the Constitution states “must honor the judgments from courts duly constituted in other states.” They don’t have a choice, and law enforcement must follow the orders of courts from other states….”

Good for Allen West for pointing out the fact that the enemy is by far the worse of the two alleged evils. After all as was the case in WW2, and every war since there has been alleged atrocities committed by both sides. But it is simple and well known, and documented fact that the enemy is more often than not the real perpetrator of atrocities. The US DO GOODERS most of whom havn’t the slightest idea what a foot soldier is up against run their mouths and spew the most BLATANT LIES AND BULLSHI# in general……simply because they are MENTAL,and MORAL IDIOTS,and have NEVER themselves carried a rifle in the defense of their own country by successfully evading the draft. Yet they are among the most vocal regarding the alleged misconduct of our troops. I will once again state that idf an enemy has fired upon any US soldier he is completely justified in returning the fire, and shooting to kill, after which if the enemy or enemeys he would also be justified in BAYONETTING any that might not be yet deceased. It is part of the job of fighting a war.
If you “DO GOODERS” can’t handle that fact then the problem is not with the idiots and other morons it is with YOU. You might consider about 20 “16 count manual of arms”, and maybe about 20 pushups for your LARD A$$ES, followed by a few hours of MARCHING DRILL/with rifles. All of that is nowhere near what a BADASS DI would do to you.
The only thing the Marines done wrong was photographing their alleged activity.
Once again “THREE CHEERS” FOR ALLEN WEST. Keep telling it like it is Sir.

You know what Orly Taitz ought to do? Just start sending letters to the White House addressed to Obama, asking him the various questions she has been pursuing legally regarding his eligibility and other issues of concern to her. Just bluntly ask the questions she would like answers to. And if there is no reply keep sending letters, and say in each letter that if I don’t hear back from you in so many days I will send another. In a free country anyone has a right to write the President and ask him questions. Orly ought to do this as a layperson, not as a lawyer. It’s worth a try.

Did you notice who Obama threatened when he wasn’t getting his way on raising the debt ceiling?
He threatened to not pay: Social Security Retirees, Military Retirees, Social Security disability and Federal Retirees.
NOW……… Let this really sink in!!!!
He did not threaten to stop payments to illegal aliens
He did not threaten to take frivolous benefits such as Internet access away from violent inmates
He did not offer to fire some of the thousands of unnecessary federal employees that he hired
He did not offer to cut down on his or his wife’s frivolous gallivanting around the world
He did not threaten to not pay the senators and representatives or any of their staff
He did not threaten to take benefits away from welfare recipients
He did not threaten the food stamp programs
He did not threaten to not pay foreign aid
He did not threaten to cut back on anything that involves his base voters
The list could go on and on. He is in full political re-election mode!
Why are we allowing this person to destroy this wonderful country with his selfishness and his lies?
His type of change is killing our country. He needs to be stopped and only our votes can stop him.
Do not forget about his tactics when it’s election time. Vote Obama out of the Presidency in 2012.
2012 – THE END OF AN ERROR!

Obama reorganizes government, adds efficiencies, expands economic footprint
This theme is playing a large role in his 2012 re-election bid, as he tries to persuade voters that government is their ally in a turbulent international economy.
If implemented, the Commerce Department reorganization would cut the clout of business groups and increase the clout of environmental groups.
It would shrink the domestic clout of the Commerce Department’s officials by focusing them on international trade.
It would also boost the power of environmental lobbies by transferring the massive climate-related resources of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to to the Department of the Interior.

He is using a supposed consolidation (all by himself – no need of Congress) in order to get a jump on the Repubs for the election. He is one shrewd politician and consummate liar, as well. He wants to be able to claim that he is for smaller government, but we already know the truth……which is, if his mouth is moving, he is lying.
Observer, a word of explanation. My above post was not meant to negate the points you made. He can kill two birds with one stone.
Cabby, the lines re: adding efficiences, etc. were the headlines on the link, not my summation….just in case that was misunderstood. Your points demonstrate the ONLY places the guy is “transparent”….at least to those who think clearly! IOW,he consolidates the power for the thugs while “kneecapping” those he considers to be his personal enemies….after all, it’s always very personal with him and his “partner”. He’s defining the “politician” of our day as a wiki definition for “shake down artist and street agitator”. How nice it would be if conservatives would start defining that to the public rather than “polite speak” and double talking their meager intentions to call him on his actions. After all these years they still don’t know he plays them for fools in all their niceties?
Observer, truer words were never spoken! “Shake down artist and street agitator” are apt descriptions for this low life. I never cease to be appalled at the way his opponents tip-toe around to avoid calling him out for what he truly is. ” Oh, no! One must not attack his character”, they say “Just talk about his failed policies” That approach just irritates me no end, and I’m afraid it will end up being our undoing.

Although I know there is still a week before the primary, I can only hope that his popularity continues to grow.

Another thing that should be entering our minds now is what exactly will happen where the DOJ is concerned if Soetoro is voted out of office. I personally believe that the DOJ, and the SCOTUS will continue to block any form af legal action by anybody……..or at least they will TRY to. You see, this only reaffirms the need for ALL patriots to keep re reading the Declaration of Independence. It SPELLS OUT what we probably will end up having to do NO MATTER WHO IS POTUS. I have my own personal beliefs that NOTHING WILL CHANGE no matter who we send to DC. We need to first clean out our OWN ranks, because we have thousands around us who SAY ONE THING, but DO ANOTHER. Once we have a CLEAN LIST we can move forward in complete UNITY.

This might upset a few people here, but somehow I cannot
wrap my arms around Orly. Although I applaud her tenacity,
I question her ability. After nearly 4 years of this nightmare,
maybe I am just getting cynical.
We have all felt the ups and downs, always to be left down.
We have seen brave people challenge the issues to no avail
The lying liberal, progressive machine has been developing over
many years and is so pervasive; I think our efforts need to be
spearheaded by someone a bit more credible.
She certainly is the drama queen in this effort. There is always
some sensational roadblock thrown her way at every corner. It is
like another saga in the “neverending story”.
Her website should at least be secure enough to view. I can’t tell
you how many times over the years, people have complained of picking
up viruses and other crap from visiting her site. It could be the powers that be
are causing this havoc in trying to quiet her, but I really don’t believe that. I visit
many right-leaning sites every day, some more questionable than hers, and have
never been infected. I would assume there are safeguards that could be
put in place to prevent some of these viruses.
If she really does have a dental practice and if she really does fly all over this
country managing all the many lawsuits she has filed, than something, somewhere
will fail. She is never given the credibilitly that she probably deserves and most likely
never will. If ultimately she succeeds in taking down the O machine, I will be
the first to admit I was wrong. But like I said, I am getting very cynical of her
efforts and will no longer get my hopes up.
Honor First………………..
Here is another thought………why the hell hasn’t some really big time Constitutional lawyer, lawyers,or even a law firm gotten with Orly if for no other reason than to glean a high level of PR for themselves. Sometimes it isn’t what is said, or done, it is WHAT ISN’T SAID OR DONE!
I honestly believe that there are extremely skilled Constitutional lawyers all around us who could verbally slice the DOJ NUMBSKULLS up in tiny pieces if they felt justified. I think all of our problems could have been brought to a SCREECHING HALT long ago, but Orly seems to be the ONLY lawyer who is still trying to save the country. The rest are the YUPPIES that I sometimes criticise. They live in their OWN SPECIAL UTOPIAS, and play with their expensive toys, in their 20,000 sq foot mansions that they got as a result of sucking the blood of the innocent people who done nothing except ask them for some help.
IB , take your hawking for ron paul elsewhere…..he’s a moe and complete dufus, unqualified to be president. One thing you completely miss every time you post are the racist comments he posted in his newsletter, and he was the author of it. He was the manager, he owned it. His isolationist policies would take us to a nuclear war with terrorists. He has no vision on foreign policy. He will not win the nomination.
as far as orly is concerned the people running the obamarelease your records site are in full attack mode against here for their complete misunderstanding of what’s is going on , complete lack of vision of end game, complete lack of legal terms. They are being completely unfair in their continued attacks against her. She needs their support. It is pretty clear that their true colors as haters and divisionist, closest obots, have been revealed.
oldsalt79 | January 14, 2012 at 11:45 am |
Yes, I agree….Out of all the many reputable law firms that represent the conservative movement, there has been NO one with any stature to help Orly in her cause. Surely there is something to this. I don’t think they have all been threatened. Politics is a very dangerous world, too many people suddenly develop the “arkansas flu” or end up in the lake in Chicago. But they can’t possibly stop everyone! There have been a few leading our cause that have had questionable motives. I can’t say for sure,if that’s the way I feel about Orly or not. I have always admired her tenacity, but am getting tired of all the dead-ends. ( no pun intended!) Is this just another diversionary tactic trying to draw us away from the truth?? Perhaps I am too suspicious of all the crap being thrown around from all angles.
I guess the point is to never give up, but we are running out of time chasing wild geese, if you know what I mean.
The self acknowledged law GURU JBJD has posted in the past that HE/SHE has trie in vain to assist Orly, and met with obstinance, which seems a little weird by itself. It would seem that if a lawyer is either contemplating ,or drafting an action they would WANT the best possible representation of their points to VIVIDLY show. It would seem that if JBJD is the GURU that HE/SHE tries to appear to be then Orly would have a hell of a lot to gain by utilising such help. Just my own viewpoint. No offense intended.
Honor First and Old Salt,
You have expressed aptly the sentiments I have about Orly. My disadvantage is that I have been apprised of her work for only the last two years and am not adequately trained legally to properly evaluate her legal ability.
I have often wondered, too, why no other legal eagle has come alongside her to assist where she may be erring in her judgment. Of course, there is such a thing as professional ethics, which could hamper interference by another lawyer especially if she doesn’t ask for it. Then again, her judgment may be so flawed, or she may let her ego get in the way, so that none other wants to get associated with her.
Professionals are a certain breed and their code of ethics prevents them from criticizing another’s work, so it’s probably impossible to find out what other attorneys, like Donofrio and Apuzzo, think of her expertise.
We DO know that she has been up against a block wall of entrenched corruption in Hawaii and elsewhere, and the “powers that be” are going to see to it that O is “protected”, regardless of who the attorneys are.
Daverg………………
My point exactly when I said earlier that there are thousands of DO GOODERS among us WHO SAY ONE THING,BUT DO ANOTHER. I guess that has something to do with PRACTICING WHAT THEY PREACH.
CabbyAZ………………
In my own insignificant way,I tend to think that as long as the entire DOJ is “SHUT DOWN” by Soetoro, nobody would be able to get past go……even JESUS himself……(LITERALLY).
Looks like more waste and fraud in the energy loan department. In a document dump yesterday (yes another Friday document dump) more news that might make Solyndra loan guarantees look like chump change!

Old Salt, okay, you have opened the door for me to say what I’ve really thought was strange from the first time I ever went to Dr. Orly’s website and then also in noticing her behavior when in the limelight.
This is such a ticklish subject and I may be way off here, but I’ve never visited another blog where the owner’s portrait is displayed so prominently. Of course, that is the owner’s prerogative, but could it be an indication of an ego situation?
Ouch! I know this will probably get me into trouble with some here, but I can’t help but be frank at times. Ego is okay, but sometimes it keeps us from asking for the assistance we really need and gives us the feeling that we alone can accomplish a goal. I just don’t know! Never would I intend any offense to her or anyone. Ego can also keep us from recognizing our own mistakes.
In ancient Greek mythology there were Gods like Zeuss, Mercury, etc. Wouldn’t it be neat if one of the real badasses materialised over DC and sent down several multi billion volt lightning bolts, and VAPORISED the WH along with it’s occupants. They probably wouldn’t even be able to find Soetoro’s sneakers lying around. Now if only God will awaken his sidekicks. Zeuss might have to start a little early,he will need a bank of huge capacitors to charge up……..but once they are charged….. “look out below”.
Cabby AZ……………
I think that in Orly’s case it is more the result of BASIC INEXPERIENCE, than anything else. I too have questioned her lack of NOT soliciting the brain power which does exist in the legal world. I had a practicing attorney for a business partner for many years. He was basically the reason why we were successful in the DOD printing contracts. So that by itself seems to say that if I had tried to prepare our bids or anything else I would probably have failed miserably……..just because of INEXPERIENCE.
………That is to say”inexperience” with the DOD.
CabbyAZ…………..
I have watched certain clips of her in court, and in nearly everyone of them when she spoke there seemed to be a lot of stuttering, and then followed by volumnous, and otherwise profuse language. I have in the earlier days of my life stood in a court of law, and listened to both sides of the legal “bantering”, and in EVERY CASE that I witnessed the attorneys always seemed extremely careful, and mindful of what they were saying. The judges always seemed to APPRECIATE their RESERVE.
da verg commented:
“One thing you completely miss every time you post are the racist comments he posted in his newsletter, and he was the author of it.”
A complete fabrication.
It has been investigated and found that Paul was NOT the author of those “so called” racist remarks.
To make such a blatant mistruth, it shows your desperation.
da verg continues:
“He was the manager, he owned it.”
He has taken responsiblity and said that the words written were NOT his views.
What more do you want?
da verg goes on:
“His isolationist policies would take us to a nuclear war with terrorists.”
How do you KNOW that?
Maybe. just maybe IF we’d get our nose out fo EVERY little issue the world brings up, they’d find their OWN solutions to their problems.
To me, this is simply a sensational comment that is trying to incite the public.
It reads alot like the media sounds.
da verg next comments:
“He has no vision on foreign policy.”
Maybe you can explain this FACT for me then.
If he has “no vision on foreign policy”, why are the folks who will be tasked with defending his foreign policy supporting him more than all of the other candidates (including Obama) COMBINED?
Simply answer me that question de verg
da verg concludes:
“He will not win the nomination.”
To be honest, when he came in thrid in Iowa, when I had hoped he would actually WIN there, I was leaning toward believing that he couldn’t win the nomination.
But then when he came in, all be it, a distant second to Romney in New Hamshire, beating Newt AND Santorum, I got my hopes up again.
Seeing his rise in BOTH South Caroliina AND Florida, my hopes are rising even more.
It has been encouraging to see Dr Paul in the media more and more. His message is getting out, and people are starting to see THROUGH all of the “dangerous” rhetoric.
Dr Paul’s stance on the issues are REASONABLE.

Georgia’s Constitution authorizes The Attorney General to offer opinions regarding legal issues that concern the State of Georgia and its agencies; represent the State of Georgia in capital felony appeals and all civil cases; prosecute public corruption; prepare contracts for state agencies; and serve as legal advisor for the Governor and the state government.

Cabby, OldSalt79, Honor First,
Leo Donofrio’s effort to bring Obama’s eligibility to be President before the Supreme Court was denied to be heard.
Clarence Thomas admitted the Supreme Court was evading the issue of Obama’s eligibility.
Mario Apuzzo’s case went to the Supreme Court, and they refused to hear it, not because the case was presented in the wrong way, or because Mario Apuzzo is not competent, but because of “politics”
Orly Taitz is no different, she puts forth a work product, and the courts turn her away, sanction her, and label her a vexatious litigant, and they all get away with it because they know, not even the Supreme Court will touch the issue, of the ineligible, Arab, usurper, posing as an African American, in our Country’s, White House. What is a lesser court to do, when they know not even the highest court in the land will touch the issue?
The people in this country are regarded as peons, and the 535 plus 9 individuals in DC are not going to rock their own boat, and start a race war with the people that are too stupid to see their their country slipping into the abyss of history, with the aid of a Muslim usurper, and a chosen batch of communists, and the Muslim brotherhood.
My comment at 1:54pm is in moderation, I guess I was a little to harsh in my description of our leader.

All I have to say is if the Clinton machine could not out Obama, then Orly Taitz will not either. There is a whole lot more behind the story here that we consumers (they don’t think of us as citizens) will EVER know.
The best that we can hope for is to get this dangerous administration out of DC entirely. We need the WH, and both houses of Congress. If they are embarrasingly ousted by overwhelming majorities, perhaps those that know will step up and speak to the truth. Once out of power, their pawns might start singing like birds.
I would like to see them all disgraced for their overt and shameful lack of integrity they brought to our Nation’s capitol.

I am not going to get in it with you, you are obviously delusional as ron paul is.
I will say Ron Paul is so delusional he blamed 911 on America. That says enough for me. I don’t need to back up my statements to you. You are an obvious Paul-bot.
I like most Americans think Ron Paul is a crack pot.
He won’t get the nomination, and he’s likely to split off and run on his own, thus exposing his true intentions as a enabler of Obama like. This is not the tout Ron Paul board. Your continued hawking of Paul on this board has been noted, and you have been exposed as who you are. Every time you repeatedly go off topic, I will expose you as who you are.
Deal with it, paul-bot. In my opinion Ron Paul is a complete idiot. He’s a racist, isolationist, and clearly in the anti American crowd with his 911 and other comments.
Move on, I am not going to argue against your repeated lies posted here.
Breaking: Atty. Orly Taitz Reports on January 13 Hearing in Hawaii
What I was always hoping to hear was that some of those who have worked to gain the evidence we would like present to a friendly court, like Susan Daniels, or Mr. Stankey, or the Chicago property investigator and others, would find a competent and moral attorney with great knowledge of how things should proceed (the first being not to get on the bad side of the judge or publicly diss the judge before having to appear again before him/her, or going beyond the expected courtroom respect for procedures) and begin a well received, without blatant errors, hearing that can’t be questioned. Since most attys won’t get into the BC procedures since the definition of NBC will have to go through all of the steps to the Supremes in order to sort out all of the various objections and definitions for a solid definition in and of itself, beyond relying on precedents with their differing offerings, I’ve felt that the current evidence of the fraudulent SSNs used, and proven to be of no match to Obama and which definitely point to no citizenship at all, in the here and now, is what, if presented by those who’ve kept the evidence, to perhaps someone like Sekulow of Center for Law and Justice, there might be a calmer presentation of the facts to the public and the courts. Unfortunately, I think, when Orly was offered help from an experienced atty in HI, she not only rejected him but in a rather dismissive way. And others who have contributed to various other cases appear to get the same, rather paranoid treatment so that no attention can be given to their approach or involvement or help. I think those who have contributed to Orly’s operations as she has requested for their monetary help should be able to make suggestions as to just how things proceed using those contributions so they aren’t wasted. Her zeal is amazing and her determination to keep the issue out there, but when seen as the only poster person for the cause isn’t fair to all of the others who have the same hopes and who have also worked tirelessly gathering info and trying to get it out there who may get put down IF they might have another approach to getting their info into the courts. We really need to pick and choose judges as well if possible….but no judge, even if well intentioned, will have his own procedures villified before the public, esp. when personally attacked.

jbjd, Don’t you find it odd that The President of The United States has already shown two versions of his “birth certificate” to the world via the internet, but Hawaii has a problem verifying the information as being true.
************************************************************************************
No, absolutely not. I would not find “odd” that any state official refused to comment on anything on the internet, published on a commercial web site. Nor would I find “odd” that any state official would refuse to comment on personal records held by the state, absent either a signed waiver from the person named in that record or, an order of the court.
I find odd that 4 years out, people are still focused on whether Obama is a NBC, especially given that, this fact alone is no barrier to being elected, given current state laws. I find odd that, unable to find evidence in the public record that he is a NBC, these same people fail to grasp, this means, no one else can have found such evidence he is a NBC, either; and, this means, everyone who swore he is a NBC (or “duly” nominated) in order to get his name on state election ballots; must have made that oath without such supporting documentation. This means, either they committed fraud or, they lied.
I find odd that citizens in only 6 states have examined their state laws and, initiated complaints to their state A’sG.
And, while I am at it, I find odd that the same people who complain about government corruption have not streamed to Presidential campaign of Buddy Roemer, the only candidate who refuses to take donations greater than $100. No PACs; no SuperPACS; no lobbyists; no bundlers. (After being a Governor and U.S. Representative, he started a bank; and he didn’t even take federal bailout money for his bank!)
As a result, the media sponsoring the debates refused to include Mr. Roemer. I find their conduct understandable; who wants a President who is only bought and paid for by the citizens who elected him? But I find “odd” that those same citizens who claim they want an honest politician; are ignoring him, too.

I think we need to take a hard look at our news media, and their bias towards ineligible, and quite possibly, foreign alien candidates, which might explain why they ignore Roemer, and make sure he is buried deep in their networks.

Observer, your complete post says it right on! There have been many times when the big question has been, “Is Dr. Taitz really competent enough in the practice of law to be presenting these types of cases to a court?” I simply do not know the answer to that but somehow surmise that she may not be, notwithstanding her zeal, patriotism, and steadfastness.
Old Salt, one of the key words you used was “inexperience.” Also, the court presentation is VERY important. (I’ve watched enough real court proceedings on TV to come to that conclusion. 🙂 )
Bob Strauss (1:54 PM) – I cannot disagree with you basically, but when you say, “Orly Taitz is no different, she puts forth a work product, and the courts turn her away, sanction her, and label her a vexatious litigant, and they all get away with it because they know, not even the Supreme Court will touch the issue, of the ineligible, Arab, usurper….” part of that is true, certainly about the collusion that exists in the system, but Orly’s work product doesn’t seem to be on a par with Apuzzo and Donofrio, who, as far as I know, have not been sanctioned in any manner like Orly.
Furthermore, I haven’t gone to Orly’s site, because of possible dangers of which some have been warning, but according to the Birther Report it seems that she has come down pretty hard on them for maligning her. I read over there often and have never read anything of that type that would justify her accusations. What gives with that? Maybe I just don’t know all of the facts and will be the first to admit that.
Now here’s a hopeful story:

Aspiring first black GOP congresswoman: Don’t put me in a box
Love’s parents immigrated to the U.S. from Haiti. They had little money and “pulled themselves up by their bootstraps” working multiple jobs, learning to speak English, studying American history and ultimately achieving American citizenship.
That background informed Love’s politics, and her aversion to what she sees as an emerging entitlement-dependent society.
“On the first day of college my dad said to me, ‘Your mother and I have never taken a handout, we have given you everything that we possibly could, we’ve worked hard for everything that we have. You will not be a burden to society. You will give back,’” she recounted.
That “stuck in the back of my head,” Love said. Indeed, a major reason she is running for Congress is because she feels that the government’s current policies are “crippling Americans by giving everyone everything, by saying that we’re entitled to everything. We’re not entitled to anything that we don’t earn,” she said.

**********************************************************************************
No; this is spin, as opposed to fact. For several reasons, the appeals court withdrew its show cause order (show cause why sanctions should not be applied for a frivolous filing), none of which had anything to do with discovery. Rather, in a 90+ page brief, Apuzzo persuaded the appellate court, he really believed his arguments had a chance, albeit remote, of prevailing, notwithstanding Berg had failed in an eerily similar claim, in the same circuit. (In fact, this ‘coincidence’ in large part triggered the court’s suspicions; indeed, the court specifically cited to Apuzzo’s failure to even mention Berg in his original filing, let alone distinguish the case he – Apuzzo – now filed, from the elements of Berg’s case, rejected by the court, which it found troubling.)

observer, who does the moderating?
===========================
I think it depends on what system your blog is using. Different ones use different automatic “tests” for comments to pass through in order to get posted or they go into moderation and then they have to be manually permitted by owner. When we let CW know which time went into moderation then CW has to be the one to get it posted I think. If the moderations are not obeying the rules that were set for them then something outside must be interfering. I know previous comments of mine that went into moderation were ALWAYS just those with embedded youtubes. And sometimes when I go to other links in the middle of a comment, stopping and starting while writing seems to trick something too. And, I don’t know about others, but when my comment goes beyond so many words I can’t make corrections further down in the comments…..it just bounces back up to the start and jumps all over the place. That may be a function of my own system or misconnection but it usually doesn’t happen anywhere else. Frustrating when attempting to add something at the end….won’t stay in place.
P.S. Here’s some info about wordpress moderation system:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Comment_Moderation
Bob Strauss…………………
I think that there is ample evidence being clearly shown by the various courts that they are going to seize upon every oppertunity no matter how insignificant it might be to block an attorney from ever getting to discovery in any action brought by them against Soetoro. With regard to Hawaii, the judge waas Nishimura. Do you know what nationality she hails from? Thats right JAPANESE. The last head honcho was also of Japanese extraction. Just like the Okinawa invasion the Japs decided that they woulld rather die from their own hand than face defeat. Thousands of civilians even took their own lives rather than be captured,or herded into prisons,as they thought they would be. Once these people are programmed by their superiors they are largely un reprogrammable. When we were in drydock in Yokusaka I used to talk with one of the Japanese machinists. He told me a lot about the Japanese beliefs, and customs. It is not really hard to understand why they behave the way they do……after all their culture was POUNDED into their brains, over, and over until they believed everything they were told. Isn’t that something like the Alinski crapola?
HOW ABOUT THAT!!!! THE MODERATION CHILD IS BACK. I JUST GOT PUT IN MODERATION AGAIN. THAT IS TWICE TODAY. IT REALLY DOESN’T TAKE ANY REAL BRAIN POWER TO SEE WHAT THE OBOT MODERATORS ARE TRYING TO DO. I POSTED EVERYTHING ON SEVERAL OTHER BLOGS THAT I WAS PUT IN MODERATION FOR THIS MORNING. I REALLY DON’T GIVE A DAMN WHETHER THEY “MODERATE” ME OR NOT. I JUST GET IT SAID ELSEWHERE IN THAT CASE.
Observer…………….
The “moderation thing” is really a ploy in an effort to control what people have to say. This sort of requirement wasn’t on this blog until about a year ago, or thereabouts. I was then under the belief that we had the RIGHT to SAY whatever we choose as guaranteed by our Constitution. I am STILL of that belief so MODERATOR DO YOUR THING! It really doesn’t get to me. I just go to another blog and say what I think. WORD FOR WORD. BYE BYE I’m headed to another blog!
This comment is still in moderation above so I’ll try it again and see if it’s the comment itself or the corrupted system:

I tried the comment that’s still in moderation again and it wound up in moderation again. I used the name of a particular person in discussion so I wonder if that particular name is a trigger. Testing testing.
Okay, since this last comment DID make it and I didn’t use the name that I think triggered the other two previous ones in which it was used I think someone has gotten in and modified the moderation system with certain trigger words to prevent certain types of discussion and just to control the other side. Again, testing, testing.
Frustrating when your post is out of sequence.
Observer, so far, so good for my posts the last couple of days, BUT one never knows when it will strike. Thanks for the info re. Word Press’ methods. It seems as though some outsider could manipulate their system – Does it to you?
I have never been able to figure out what has triggered moderation in my case. I have sometimes repeated the posts omitting certain phrases, but in most instances it does no good. CW has to come along for the rescue, and it does not appear to be discriminatory among us posters. Most have gotten it one time or another.

——————————————————————————–
Well said !
Paxson sparked my interest in the Patriots vs. Broncos football game. I just read where Patriots won 45 to 10. Sorry about that, but I also have a friend who is a fan of the Patriots, so……
The good news is that Tebow’s faith in Christ is not dependent upon whether he wins or loses a game, regardless of how important. The media won’t understand that, but we people of faith do. I wish more folks could see that truth.
da verg comments:
“I am not going to get in it with you, you are obviously delusional as ron paul is.”
And then you go on, and on, and on.
And come on da verg, you can do better than “delusional”. Geesh, I’ve been called worse than that by my mom.
da verg next comments:
“I will say Ron Paul is so delusional he blamed 911 on America.”
Now WHO’s “delusional”?
You link to me where Paul blames 9/11 on the United States.
I honestly do NOT believe you can link to a video where Ron Paul says that the United States was responsible for 9/11.
I will admit, and I agree with him, that Paul says our ACTIONS in the middle east was a motivation for the 9/11 hijackers, but I guess hearing that out of bin Laden’s own mouth isn’t good enough for you? I heard him directly asked if he believed that the United States knew about and allowed the attacks, and he said NO.
da verg goes on:
“That says enough for me. I don’t need to back up my statements to you. You are an obvious Paul-bot.”
“Paul-bot”… ROFLMAO!!!!
You have GOT to be kidding me.
No da verg, I am just some lower middle class nobody who can NOT stand MIStruths stated by anyone against anyone.
da verg insults Dr Paul:
“I like most Americans think Ron Paul is a crack pot.”
You mean the man Mitt Romney turned to and stated:
“Let’s ask the Consitutional expert”?
That crack pot?
da verg comments:
“He won’t get the nomination, and he’s likely to split off and run on his own, thus exposing his true intentions as a enabler of Obama like.”
What? I’m not getting this comment.
Are you suggesting that IF Dr Paul runs as a third party candidate he will “split” the conservative vote, or siphon off enough votes to ensure Obama wins?
Well I’ve seen it commented here just the opposite of that. If Paul would run as a third party candidate, he coud siphon votes away from Obama.
So I’m not getting it, are you afraid that if Paul would run as a third party candidate, he might siphon votes off of BOTH sides, and maybe just enough to WIN?
But I digress, because I have heard Paul say he has no plans of running as a third party candidate. He hasn’t ruled it out though, so stay tuned.
da verg goes on:
“This is not the tout Ron Paul board. Your continued hawking of Paul on this board has been noted, and you have been exposed as who you are.”
OH NO, I’ve been “exposed”.
You know da verg, I very seldom bring up Paul on my own, I’m usually TEACHING people Paul’s stance on the issues when “people” like you come on here and post something that is NOT true like you did.
Me posting the link to RCP was in response to a comment from Pat, who commented that Paul was “done” after New Hampshire.
da verg next comments:
“Every time you repeatedly go off topic, I will expose you as who you are.”
Expose away. Please be more ACCURATE in your exposing though.
da verg comments:
“Deal with it, paul-bot.”
You mean “deal with it” as in let people like you post untrue comments?
Let me think about this..
MMMMMM
MMMMMM
NO
And there’s that “paul-bot” insult again. Oh my da verg, your intimidation tactics are quite “impressive”. Impressive indeed.
da verg continues:
“In my opinion Ron Paul is a complete idiot.”
Well, you ARE entitled to your OPINION da verg, but in my INFORMED opinion, Ron Paul is the only candidate who wants to FUNDAMENTALLY change the way our Country is being run.
And in MY opinion, this Country has been MISrun for the last 70 years or so.
da verg insults Dr Paul some more:
“He’s a racist,”
You mean the “racist” who delivered minority babies for free back in the 60’s and 70’s?
“isolationist,”
If by this you mean he wants us to get our nose out of everyone else’s issues, then yes, I would agree with him being an “isolationist”.
What’s so bad about being self reliant? Why shouldn’t we be harvesting the over 300 yeas of energy under OUR Country instead of depending on the very people who want to see us “go down”?
Why are we importing things because we NEED too, instead of because we WANT too?
We would be the ENVY of the world once again IF we would be concerned about our OWN, before we worry about others, but we don’t, it’s a “global” economy dontcha know?
“and clearly in the anti American crowd with his 911 and other comments.”
Yeah buddy, the lasting impression I get of Dr Paul is that he’s “anti American”.
And you suggested I was “delusional”?
da verg concludes:
“Move on, I am not going to argue against your repeated lies posted here.”
After all of THAT you’re insisting I “move on”?
Look da verg, don’t post mistruths, and I won’t correct you.
Deal?
Cabby – AZ | January 15, 2012 at 12:11 am |,
I think everyone knows that the Broncos were trying to climb a VERY steep hill tonight.
They should be proud of the season they had.
And the Broncos should be proud of Tebow, who played with heart when given the chance to play, and turned their season around when everyone was writting them, and him, off.
Paxson,
Keep your head up buddy, I’ve been there.
I watched the Colts in Miami just get smeared by New Orleans.
It wasn’t pretty.
IB, We missed you earlier today. Let me guess: You were working!
I was going to step in and defend your right to express your opinion but decided that you would best take care of yourself. Everyone, including you, has a right to defend their opinions. Just my 2 cents’ worth. 🙂

“WE THE PEOPLE ARE FED UP”

(Jan. 14, 2012) — Sen. Inhofe, Sen. Coburn, Rep. Boren:
Excerpt:
“When patriotic citizens of this nation are called terrorists and the real terrorists are called victims of bigotry something is very wrong. Our nation is on the verge of collapse and Congress has its foot on the accelerator running us off a cliff.
It is time for you to stand up and publicly call for the resignations of John Boehner and Mitch McConnell. It is time for you to stand up and demand the arrest of Barack Obama, Eric Holder, and Kenneth Melson over Operation Fast & Furious. They should be arrested and held without bond for murder in the death of border patrol Agent Brian Terry, conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to violate gun laws, and treason for conspiracy to subvert the 2nd Amendment by their involvement in Operation Fast & Furious.
They should not be allowed to flaunt any law that I am expected to abide by. What do you think would be my fate if I violated the same laws blatantly violated by them? If you are not willing to do this then you have no right to expect me or any other American citizen to obey any law anywhere. You certainly do not have the right to expect us to honor your legislation if you cannot honor the Constitution. Do your duty, your sworn duty, to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America and stop playing word games with We the People.
I submit this in the name of the Most Holy Trinity, in faith, with the responsibility given to me by Almighty God to honor His work and not let it die from neglect.

Hey All,
My 12:38 comment posted WITHOUT going to moderation.
I was shocked.
Cabby,
I will admit that it doesn’t happen ALL of the time, but I TRY to not comment until someone posts something that I have researched and found NOT to be true.
Most of the time when I read something that I want to find out more about, all you have to do is google it, and so much stuff pops up that if you actually do not know what you are posting is true, you could find out pretty easily.
But I guess people are too busy to do that.
And Cabby,
I worked 2 until 10 last night.
I have wierd working hours.
Maher To Cain: You’re Like Reagan, Can’t Help But Like You
http://www.breitbart.tv/maher-to-cain-youre-like-reagan-cant-help-but-like-you/#comments
Brady threw six touchdown passes, five in the first half, putting the Patriots into the AFC championship game and silencing the nationwide frenzy surrounding Tebow.
Isn’t it amazing how the media itself creates the “frenzy” and then tries to diminish the victim of their mad attention who was a private individual as much as he could be. His “crime” was to publicly demonstrate his relationship with Christ which goes against every scheme of the secular society of the day. Actually he hasn’t changed and has given another great example this time of remaining the same even through tough times…which is what it has been about all along anyway. I would say that it’s never always about one quarterback or the other but their teams as a whole….that we witnessed.

IB:
you challenged
and you lost, your credibility decimated. Ron Paul blames US for 911, and makes more anti AMerica comments.
Pretty obvious to ANYONE WITH A BRAIN and COMPREHENSION.
Take your Ron Paul idol worship elsewhere.
Ron Paul lies repeatedly, he doesn’t know what a terrorist is. Since when did we occupy Yemen? Never. Ron Paul is delusional.
da verg:
In the first video, Guliani ADMITS that he gave the money back to the Prince BECAUSE he said the same thing as Paul.
So I guess hearing it out of the Prince’s mouth wasn’t good enough for Gulianni, so he gave the money back.
Guliani said that they did it because we are “free”, even though he was told WHY they actually did it.
If you believe they did it because we are “free”, then YOU are just as ignorant as Guliani. The “they did it because we are free” argument is simply a “talking point”, and YOU are obviously buying it.
Thank you for making my point.
In the second video Paul says the same thing.
Thanks for making my point again.
The third video does a nice job of putting words in Paul’s mouth even though he clearly states that he does NOT agree with what they say (and then they got those balloon things that try to indoctrinate easy marks like you da verg).
I guess hearing Paul say it right out of his own mouth isn’t good enough for you?
He clearly stated that if they cared about him they should STOP blaming the attacks on the US. (but that would mean you’d have to ignore those cute little balloon things and LISTEN to what Paul is saying)
Not sure what point you were trying to make with the fourth video. Sounds like Paul put a provision in a bill that stated that the United States had to get permission from Congress to invade Iran (yeah buddy imagine that, actually following the Constitution, wouldn’t want that now would we de verg), and it was taken out of the bill and when Pelosi was asked why she stated that the Israeli Government asked her to take it out?
And from that you claim that Paul is anti-Israel?
No de verg, it shows that Paul actually wants us to follow the Constitution.
Besides de verg, this is 1:17 of a video that doesn’t even show what Paul was talking about. It starts mid sentence. I’d like to see the WHOLE video, so the statement can be taken in context.
But if you would have linked the whole video, I guess it wouldn’t “suit your purpose” would it?
The fifth video simply is Paul’s stance on foreign aid, and why it should be stopped.
We give Israel money and then put restirctions on that money that they can only use the money to buy United States “hardware”.
I find that odd, don’t you?
If your goal was to show that Paul is anti-Israel, I think it is a HUGE stretch to come to that conclusion.
IF Paul was against foreign aid ONLY to Israel, then you would have a valid argument, but he wants to cut ALL foreign aid.
I also found it interesting that the foreign aid stat was only shown for 3 seconds. Did you pause it and see who besides Israel would be cut?
Maybe you should.
In reference to the sixth video you ask:
When did we occupy Yemen?
Maybe you should read this:
http://stpeteforpeace.org/yemen.html
My question would be what is the United States “interest” in Yemen? Why should we be bombing positions in Yemen?
But this sixth video is a good example of how words are put in Paul’s mouth, just like your second video does with those cleaver balloons.
Stein suggests that Paul is an anti-semite over Yemen? How many Jews live in Yemen?
I’m not getting the connection.
And de verg, you suggest that Paul doesn’t know what a terrorist is.
I would suggest that Paul understands the terrorists MOTIVATION, because they tell us what their motivation is, and then OUR Government twists and turns it in to them hating our “freedom”, as Guliani did in the first video.
The sad thing is that YOU are believing the Government’s “line”. Open your eyes and ears de verg, the information is out there, and not once have I heard that the attacks are because we are “free”.
The bottom line is, your videos actually show that you are ABSOLUTELY wrong in your comments.
Or maybe you didn’t LISTEN to what Dr Paul said in the videos. I can’t force you to LISTEN to what Dr Paul says, it is obvious that you are “spinning” the videos the way you want too.
MAJOR fail on your part de verg, your videos actually prove MY point.
The odd part is, you don’t even realize it.
IB
you are clearly delusional, take your ron paul rants elsewhere, you have been exposed.
major failure on your part to twist and spin what ron paul’s very obvious
blaming america for 9-11, his anti-semite racist position. Your feeble attempts to couch it in the constitution hold no water, none whatsoever.
One of them has subtitles for you to follow along, and you still don’t comprehend.
Move on, you haven’t convinced anyone except to further dig yourself into a hole for being a paul-bot.
Are some taking up Alinsky tactics? The name calling is heating up again.
da verg starts:
“IB
you are clearly delusional, take your ron paul rants elsewhere, you have been exposed.”
Who “exposed” me? I argued, very honorably I might add, that your videos tell a very different “tale” then the one you are trying to sell. I’ll leave it up to the readers of the blog to determine WHO is being honest, and who is spinning.
da verg continues:
“major failure on your part to twist and spin what ron paul’s very obvious
blaming america for 9-11,”
It never ceases to amaze me how “some” people know what another person “MEANS” when the words are right there.
Dr Paul says that the United States being present in the middle east was a REASON the terrorist USED as a MOTIVATION for the attacks of 9/11. bin Laden said it, the “American Taliban” said it, and MANY others have said it also.
As a matter of FACT, I just read an article that states that an exit poll taken during the last Iraqi election showed that one of the major factors in the turnout was to get a Government in place so that the Americans would LEAVE.
It was that article, or another article that I read that stated something to the effect that because we were in Iraq, the insurgent numbers had INCREASED from 3000 to 18000.
I guess it’s because they “hate our freedm” or something like that.
Our “friends” don’t even want us there, how do you think the enemy would feel?
One more thing on this “blame” issue:
In the first video, Guliani says that he had “never heard that argument before”, and then goes on to say in the Hannity part of the video that the Saudi Prince had told him the same thing.
Interesting
But I’m sure the REAL reason is because they hate our “freedom” and don’t like the “freedom” of our female folks, and that we don’t practice Islam en mass.
Yeah da verg, that makes MUCH more sense than the argument Dr Paul gives.
da verg goes on:
“his anti-semite racist position”
What anti-semite racist position?
You mean the one where Dr Paul says that he thinks we ought to quit playing “puppet master” to our “ally” in the middle east?
If that’s the “position” then I guess I’m an “anti-semite racist” also.
As I stated correctly above, IF Paul was requesting ONLY Israeli foreign aid to be stopped, you would have a valid argument.
Since Paul’s stance is that ALL foreign aid be stopped, your argument is moot.
da verg comments:
“Your feeble attempts to couch it in the constitution hold no water, none whatsoever.”
I guess it would be asking too much of you to point out WHERE in the Constitution it says we have to pay Countries to be our friends, or that it’s Constitutional to assassinate Iranian scientists or American citizens, or WHERE in the Constitution does it state that we have the RIGHT to keep the Strait of Homuz open, or preemptively strike another Country because they were trying to obtain a weapon we don’t agree with them having?
Yeah da verg, that little Constitution thingy shouldn’t even come in to play when the ALLmighty United States Government says that another Country shouldn’t do this or that.
Just ignore it.
Your argument doesn’t compute in my brain da verg.
da verg next omments:
“One of them has subtitles for you to follow along, and you still don’t comprehend.”
da verg, I hear just fine, so I don’t need those subtitles, I heard what Dr Paul said, right out of his own mouth.
And da verg, those cute little balloon things in that one video aren’t “subtitles”, they are the attempt of the person who posted that video to INDOCTRINATE the likes of YOU da verg.
Seems you have “bought” in to their trap da verg.
da verg concludes:
“Move on, you haven’t convinced anyone except to further dig yourself into a hole for being a paul-bot.”
As I stated in my response to you earlier,
Don’t post untruths, and I won’t have to correct you.
And finally da verg,
Your name calling doesn’t bother me. What it actually does is show your desperation.
I hope I don’t “stoop” to that level.
paul-bot is the BEST da verg’s got.
Now THAT’s priceless.
IB you twist and spin, you are no more than ron paul’s hand puppet
IB
you like ron paul are delusional, your rants are ludicrous. Ron Paul blames US for 9-1-1, completely spins and twists the history of middle east. Your feeble attempt to hide behind the constitution, which by the way, does justify our actions in middle east. As it did in WW1, ww2, the barbary wars (remember those, and who was president and Congress at the time? Many framers of the constitution), also TDR at San Juan, from the Halls of Montezuma to the Shores of Tripoli (ever hear it, what time frame?), all for american welfare)). Your posts decimated , again. You fail. Move on, hand puppet. Anyone who is part of blame America first crowd is in the liberal camp, and everyone knows liberalism is a mental disease . Your brain function computing logic is flawed. Admit it, FLAWED…error ….error…it does not compute. America is to blame for 911….FLAWED………error….error….Isreal caused 9-11…..doh…error….error….terrorism is justified and good……we are occupiers in Yemen…..error…..error…..over load….over load…..ron putz……BAM…..
da verg,
Imagine that, Paul rises in the polls again:
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2012/president/sc/south_carolina_republican_presidential_primary-1590.html
Isn’t it amazing what happens when people ACTUALLY listen to Dr Paul.
They LIKE what the hear.
With still 5 days before the primary in SC, maybe, just maybe Paul can get to second place, and MORE people will hear what Paul is saying instead of listening to “hacks” like yourself.
Not ONCE in those videos did he say the United States is to blame for 9/11.
We have argued this enough already, you go ahead and hear what you want to hear, and I’ll LISTEN to what Dr Paul is ACTUALLY saying.
As far as the Barbary Wars, I found this most interesting:
“Jefferson sent a small force to the area to protect American ships and citizens against potential aggression, but insisted that he was ‘unauthorized by the Constitution, without the sanction of Congress, to go beyond the line of defense.'” He told Congress: “I communicate [to you] all material information on this subject, that in the exercise of this important function confided by the Constitution to the Legislature exclusively their judgment may form itself on a knowledge and consideration of every circumstance of weight.”
The second “war” seems to have been one battle with 4 Americans killed and 10 wounded. This wasn’t much of a “war” it was more like an attack on one of our ships, and the ship defended herself.
A declaration of war is NOT needed when a ship is attacked. They are authorised to defend themselves.
The last time I looked,
After the sinking of seven U.S. merchant ships by submarines and the publication of the Zimmerman telegram, Wilson called for war on Germany, which the U.S. Congress declared on 6 April 1917.
Do you see where it says the US CONGRESS declared war?
And this:
On December 8, 1941 the United States Congress declared war upon the Empire of Japan in response to that country’s surprise attack on Pearl Harbor the prior day. It was formulated an hour after the Infamy Speech presidential address of Franklin D. Roosevelt.
The declaration was quickly brought to a vote; it passed the Senate, and then passed the House at 1:10 pm. The vote was 82 to 0 in the Senate and 388 to 1 in the House of Representatives. Jeannette Rankin, a committed non-interventionist and the first woman elected to Congress, was the only vote against the Declaration in either house
.
And this:
On December 11, 1941, the United States Congress declared war upon Germany, in response to that nation’s declaration of war following the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor
Seventy-Seventh Congress of the United States of America; in the First Session Begun and held at the City of Washington, on Friday, the third day of January, 1941.
Joint Resolution Declaring That a State of War Exists Between The Government of Germany and the Government and the People of the United States and Making Provisions To Prosecute The Same.
And this:
On December 11, 1941 the United States Congress passed the Joint Resolution Declaring That a State of War Exists Between The Government of Italy and the Government and the People of the United States and Making Provisions to Prosecute the Same, thereby declaring war against Italy.
And this:
On June 6, 1942 the United States Congress declared war upon Bulgaria.
Notice EVERY ONE of these were declared by CONGRESS.
As far as Teddy and his “Rough Riders::
On 25 April 1898 the United States Congress declared war upon Spain, in response to that country’s declaration of war the prior day.
CONGRESS declared War, imagine that.
How many times do I have to correct you de verg? It IS in the Constitution as Jefferson CLEARLY stated.
You may want to read this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Article_One_of_the_United_States_Constitution#Section_8:_Powers_of_Congress
