“The courtroom was packed. Rod is wearing a navy pinstripe suit. Looks paler than usual. Been alternating wringing his hands and clenching his jaw during proceedings. Patti is seate between her brother Rich who often has his arm around her and her sister Deb Mell. She is dressed in a grey pinstripe jacket and white top. She looks paler than when I last saw her and seems serious. This morning the Government and Defense both stated their cases- pretty much the same as has been reported in the recent court filings. The Defense says Blagojevich didn’t take anything, that he relied on his advisors and that indeed Childrens got their legislation and the racetrack passed their legislation. The Prosecution said “It is not an issue how much money was involved- the issue is what he wanted to obtain” They stressed that Blagojevich was the only one who stood to benefit- not his aides. Judge Zagel made a few points: – that Blagojevich’s failure to complete an offense does not necessarily lessen his culpability -“The Governor of Illinois had the power to inflict penalties on those who did not pay” -The recorded voice of the Defendant mentions $1.5 million – speaks only of this amount- that was the benefit he had in mind. In a very real sense that is what he said. The demand might have been more “the valuation is based on his words””

Looks like a set up for an appeal. Zagel can say he through the book at him then some appelllate judges will let him off down the road.
Either way, he will do 5 years in the can before it get’s resolved.

“A lot of people agree with me and find it amazing,” Trump said of the eligibility controversy. “It’s miraculous how this birth certificate just appeared.”
He said many people have questioned the birth certificate’s authenticity.
“It’s strange that after years all of a sudden it appears,” Trump mused. “How come there are no records his mother ever was in the hospital?”
He noted there are records of other births in the Hawaii hospital at the time.
“There’s no record of Obama or his mother,” he said.
Trump added that members of Obama’s own family have pointed to different hospitals in Hawaii as being his birth location, and his grandmother reportedly made statements linking his birth to Kenya.
“I have real questions [about Obama’s eligibility],” he said.
But he said he’s working to rebuild the country’s job-creating ability and is not focusing on Obama’s eligibility right now.
“I also know that Obama is totally protected by the press, unfairly so, I would say,” he said.
“They protect him like I’ve never seen anything protected,” he said. “He’s protected like a landmark in New York.”
Trump said, after all, should the allegations about Obama prove true, it “basically is a violation of the law.”
“My gut tells me couple things. No. 1, you know, it took a long time to produce this certificate, and when it came out, as you know, check out the Internet, many people say it is not real, you know, that it’s a forgery,” Trump said. “They go over it, and lots of different things and lots of different reasons.”
At the time, he continued, “The other thing is, nobody has been able to see, you know, the day of his birth, they had twins born, they had another one born. Nobody has been able to find any records that he was born in that hospital.”

Among the significant unresolved issues is that two weeks before Obama finally released his “long-form birth certificate,” Hawaii’s former Health Department chief Chiyome Fukino – the one official who claimed to have examined Obama’s original birth document – told NBC News’ national investigative correspondent Michael Isikoff that she had seen the original birth certificate and that it was “half typed and half handwritten.”
However, the document released by the White House was entirely typed. Only the signatures and two dates at the very bottom were “handwritten.” What Fukino described is apparently a different document from what Obama released to the public.

The fix is NOT in. Until at least 3/4 of the states of our country vote the Constitution down, it still remains the law of the land. Those who write their slime laws are simply SLIME who think that they can override the Constitution. In the end they ALL will discover the ERROR OF THEIR LIBERAL BULLSH#T. They can write all the laws they want but anyone who still believes in the Constitution will vehemently object,and eventually take whatever action becomes necessary to resurrect our country. This is spelledout in the Declaration of Independence. So more crudely put those who write illegal laws will live to have their illegal laws shoved up their A$$ES.
Congress has chosen to be the gangsters at Soetoro’s command. They can write all the laws and bills they want but this still remains “A STATE OF MIND”. If you THINK that they are the supreme arbitors of our laws then you are not a believer in our TRUE CAUSE. Laws are written as rules that CIVILISED PEOPLE are expected to comply with. But when the scribes themselves are CRIMINALS then whatever they try to pass off as law is suspect and should NOT be mistaken for the law of the land. This is because the Congressional SLIME do not readily have the power to circumvent the Constitution.

Sooner,or later…….at some point ……. hopefully SOONER Americans are going to suddenly and FURIOUSLY BOIL OVER, like an overheated pot. When that happens Soetoro will be exposed for what some of us already believe he is, and I personally think that he will NOT SURVIVE the SCORCHING HEAT which he receives as a result. I also think that if he is forcibly taken from the WH, (similarly as was the president of Honduras) he might not be as lucky as the ex POH was.
You only need to read many of the blogs, and certain tabloids,and authored books to realise that there is a very angry underlying
human force building,in our country. While I can’t definitely pinpoint it clearly …..it comes across in WHAT is written, and the context in which it is
written, and up to a point WHO wrote it. If or when I see a so called RENAGADE federal judge write anything hostile about his absolute master,then I will know for certain that the anger is entering the ranks of theven federal judges. If that was to occur it is well within the REALM of possibility that he is likely to rebel against his boss.
