Frawley was picked up in March of 2006 and started acting as an informant for the feds immediately. During this time he was wired, recording conversations and according to the court file of Frawley vs. Weaver it sounds as if Frawley was acting independent of the feds recording for his own personal use. While he was working under instruction for the DOJ, Frawley actively sought to reactivate his security contract with the Iraqi government, having met with Senator Obama staffer Seamus Ahern numerous times, exchanging emails, phone calls and faxes.
(It is important to note that in an interview with local press in 2008, then Presidential candidate Obama made the ridiculous claim that, he didn’t know Daniel T. Frawely was Tony Rezko’s partner. The creditless Frawley couldn’t get an appointment with anyone let alone an Illinois Senator.)
It was later that year October of 2006 that Tony Rezko was indicted. Another partner in the Companion Security deal Aiham Alsammarae ex-Minister of Electricity for Iraq had escaped the Green Zone in Iraq in December of 2006. Alsammarae was convicted in Iraq for stealing $650 million U.S. and Iraq dollars, he was sentenced in absentia of 21 years. This entire time D.T. Frawley was acting as a covert informant recording conversations…Unearthed in Frawley vs. Weaver it would appear that he wasn’t completely forth coming with the DOJ, what he kept to himself and what he reported to the feds has yet to be revealed BECAUSE the feds NEVER brought charges against anyone involved in the Companion Seucrity scam…

WHY did the DOJ and the press drop the ball on this? Is stealing $650 million dollars from the U.S. war effort not enough incentive? Imagine for a moment if these unvetted convicted felons succeeded in bringing the 150 Iraqi militants here to Illinois to train to use Ak-47′s and other assault weapons? Being trained by Daniel T. Frawley who has no military experience, no college and was fired from the Chicago Police Dept. after 7 months for being an extreme racist back in 1977. (Do you know how extreme you have to be to get fired from the CPD in ’77 for being racist?)
WE now know that Bernard Barton/John Thomas was acting as an informant as of 2003 within the Rezko circle along with Dan Mahru, Stuart Levine and Daniel T. Frawley…It is doubtful they knew about each other. The feds compare notes and work out who’s telling the truth, who’s holding back and who’s lying.
WHY should we care? WHAT’s the big deal? The feds caught these guy’s before any harm was done??????
IN Frawley vs. Weaver they (Weavers lawyer) inferred that this lawsuit started out as a blackmail attempt by Frawley and when Weaver did not comply to his demands Frawley filed the lawsuit. THE potential for Frawley to blackmail the President is staggering, he has the information, the experience and nothing to lose.

Frawley: “I’m not answering that question, based upon my attorney’s instructions.”
Konicek: “But on March 13, 2006, you’ve already indentified for me being at 219 South Dearborn. You’re talking to Tony rezko on the phone, and Mr. Weaver makes this gesture to you, right?”

Newt finally surges to the top tier. I like Newt. I wonder if he’ll be able to stand the vetting that I’m sure he’ll get next from the lamestream media. I hope he does. If he doesn’t then Erik Erickson suggests another look at Huntsman if he can be forgiven for joining Obama’s administration. I think until these candidates are vetted, it’s foolish to pick one over the other, but I would love to see Newt debate OB. I personally prefer him over Huntsman.

O/T This is an update on a post I made about a month ago on the effects of cinnamon on type-2 diabetes. My husband has had at or near-normal blood sugar levels for over 30 days. He continues to take the same meds, and we are now considering reducing his doses. Before the cinnamon and using all the medications (oral glyburide/metformin and 30 units of lantus) he still had high blood sugar readings. Now, with the cinnamon and eating just about anything he wants, his values are remarkably normal. Not sure what the cinnamon does to the metabolism, but it is doing the trick. Anyone interested, let me know and I’ll elaborate on how much and how often he takes it

Sure observer…..He takes 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon in the morning. He just dissolves in a small glass of hot water, then adds a bit of his morning coffee to it. (It is hard to dissolve) then he drinks it down. It will take about 3 days to kick in, but be sure to test your blood levels because it will definitely bring them down. Some people try the cinnamon capsules but i am not sure they will work as well. He sometimes takes a little more cinnamon later in the day (just sprinkles some in water) if he eats a high carb supper. This is working unbelievably well for him. Let me know if you or someone you know tries it and if they have any luck. I am a believer now! He takes 2 diabetes pills morning and evening, so we are going to eliminate one of the morning pills and see how he does. Be sure to test your sugars daily if you try this.. Don;t want anyone going hypoglycemic without realizing.
Observer….it is probably best to limit to 1/2 teasp (about 3 grams)/day. Just be sure to let physician know what you are doing. My husband told his doc it was a secret, lol……..I am not sure if there are any harmful side effects, prolly best to discuss with doctor. He has had no problems whatsoever. He is thrilled that he can eat something he enjoys without having to spit it out. He told the Doc, he might as well go out and graze with our mares, hahaha.

Found the study done with different amounts, 1 to 5 grams a day, taken for 40 days. The differing amounts didn’t seem to matter to the good results, but 20 days after the 40 days of dosage, that is, 20 days not taking anything, had a lingering effect for only the group that took the least amount, the 1 gram daily. That 1 gram was split to 500 mg after lunch and 500 mg after dinner. The placebo group of not taking any cinnamon had zero good effects after the 40 days. Apparently there is also the benefit of lowering bad cholesterol!!
Sorry for this little discussion being OT….you learn something new here every day!

Now the media is pumping up Newt Gingrich. Anyone with a head can see what we are probably facing down the road. First the progressives attacked Cain with alleged sexual harassment charges to bring him down in the polls. As a result, Gingrich rises.
Once Gingrich is staked out at top position and becomes a threat, just watch the scandals that will surface against him. It WILL come, maybe not right now, but just wait.
In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if the media vigorously pushed Gingrich and would hope that he would be the Republican nominee. THEN it would be open season on him – multiple attacks by none other than the Chicago thugs like Axelrod, a master of dirty tricks, done just in time to smear him for the 2012 election with little opportunity for him to refute the charges. Obama wins by hook or crook.

All I know is that Sharon stated that when she asked Cain to stop and take her back to her hotel, he did just that.
I don’t see how ANY agency could find his behavior as criminal or that ANY lawyer could find his actions civilly prosecutable.
According to the Doctor, Cain was VERY hospitable when they met.
Sharon states he made a pass at her (he touched her leg and her head by her own admission), she rejected that pass, and asked to be returned back to her hotel, and Cain complied.

That is a valid point, too. If that should be the case, then the Chicago thugs will no doubt pull out of their dirty tricks bag some choice “revelations” about Romney also AFTER he receives the nomination but JUST before the election in Nov. This seems to be the modus operandi of the Obama machine. Just reflect upon what happened in Illinois to give Obama the state and U.S. senate seats.

Sexually inappropriate for sure. The woman was there to get help for a job and he grabs her. That is not an innocent pass. He was groping her, according to her. It wouldn’t matter if he said he was sorry. It would be over. The question is who is lying now. It goes to credibility now. More importantly is his knowledge of the issues in interviews and ability to handle a crisis, and what type of people will be his advisors.

Due to some of his disagreements with the Republican Party, some have been quick to accuse him of not being conservative. This accusation has no legs to stand on, and the biggest evidence to show for that is his record. In twelve congressional terms, Paul has never voted to increase taxes, has never voted for a congressional pay raise, and has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
One would be hard pressed to find a more fiscally conservative individual.
One of the most ludicrous accusations against Dr. Paul is his supposed stance of being anti-Israel. This was most likely due to statements he has made saying that the United States should cease sending Israel foreign aid. The thing is, Ron Paul supports ending foreign aid to all nations. This would actually put Israel in a better position than they’re in right now. We currently give Israel’s enemies three times as much aid as we give Israel. By ending all foreign aid, we stop helping Israel’s enemies, and they’ll begin to grow less dependent.
What could be more pro-Israel than that?
It’s no secret that the economy and the debt will be the two largest issues in 2012, and Ron Paul has the most credibility on both issues. Back in September of 2003 he predicted the housing crash that would eventually occur in 2007, which led to the financial recession. This should convince most voters that he knows what he’s talking about. As for the debt, Ron Paul never votes for an unbalanced budget, so it can only be assumed that he would veto one as well. He would decrease spending and cut whole departments; something that most Republicans don’t have the political guts to do. These policies would go a long way towards shrinking the debt to at more manageable size.
While not the conventional politician, this may work to Dr. Paul’s advantage. People seem to be sick and tired of both Republicans and Democrats and are clamoring for something new.
Even with monumental gains in 2010, Republicans were not elected because they were liked. They were elected because they were not Democrats. People are longing for a change of the status quo, and Ron Paul can give it to them. Although some conservatives might be uncomfortable with a libertarian minded Republican, they would do well to listen to the philosophy of Ronald Reagan who once said, ‘I believe the very heart and soul of conservatism is libertarianism.’”

We do NOT know what reason Sharon gave Cain for the meeting.
In HER press conference she stated that she asked if they could meet for coffee. I don’t recall her informing him that she wanted to meet for her to ask him for help in landing employment.
We don’t know what conversation they had at the hotel bar, or at dinner (IF it happened at all).
You sure do make a whole bunch of assumptions about “grabbing” and “groping”.
Placing ones hand on someone’s leg is NOT groping. Trying to push someone’s head toward your crotch would be troubling. (again, IF it happened at all)
But again, all we have to go on is what SHE is saying. Now I haven’t seen any interview she has given, all I can go by is her statement at the press conference.
Let me comment this:
My wife and I attended a pretty ritzy party on New Years Eve 1999. We were seated at a table with three other couples, and I can recall having extended conversations with all of the people at the table, and even exchanged email addresses so that we could share pictures that were taken at the party. (heck, I probably touched one of these women on the leg during the party)
But IF I were to pass by these people again, I wouldn’t know who they were. And do NOT claim I was drunk, or even “impaired”, because I was the designated driver for us, and I did NOT partake in adult beverages for fear of being arrested (it was the turn of the Century, and around here it was advertised that they would be out in force).
So for Cain to state that he doesn’t recall meeting this woman (and I’m sure he meets many more people that I do), is NOT a “leap”, in my opinion.
It just seems to me that Sharon waited so long to go public with her allegations. Although he wasn’t running for President, Cain HAS run for other offices.
As far as the other THREE women who have made statements, TWO got paid off for simply making allegations (and Cain states that Karen’s claims were investigated and found BASELESS), and I’m not sure if Cain has even addressed the second woman who got a SEVERENCE (not a “settlement”), and the third has admitted that she didn’t even report the incident.
I’m STILL giving Cain the benefit of the doubt, even after the Doctor came forward. All the Doctor added to the “story” was that Sharon as “upset” when she returned from DC, but that she had taken care of “it”.
Maybe at some point, the woman who released Cain’s employee file will release the actual report from the investigation the NRA conducted. I would be all for Cain asking the NRA to release it’s report, but I would imagine that the NRA would have to ask Karen’s permission to do that, and of course get her to sign another document allowing it’s release.
I’m thinking Karen wouldn’t look too favorably on that.
But I’ve been wrong before.
