U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia has said that the grand jury is separate from the other three branches of government and “a constitutional fixture in its own right.” Could a county grand jury be convened to examine the evidence against the congressman who represents that county’s people?
(Jul. 29, 2011) — It has become evident that the Congress (Both the House of Representatives and the Senate, 435 members strong) are knowledgeable in the crimes of the usurper-in-chief’s illegal tenure in the People’s White House, and these elected buffoons consider themselves immune from any repercussions of the law or failure to uphold their Oaths to defend the Constitution.
They are wrong.
Every House member represents a district. They must live in that district (or maintain a residence). Therefore they are subject to the Grand Jury of the county they reside in. That is where you put legal pressure on them. The Fifth Amendment gives the Grand Jury “Presentment” authority totally separate from the Indictment process the prosecutor holds.
This procedure is cemented not only in common law but Justice Scalia in 1992 with his infamous ruling about the Grand Juries decreed:
Rooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history, Hannah v. Larche, 363 US 420, 490 (1960) with J. Frankfurter concurring in result, the Grand Jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the three branches described in the first three Articles. It is a constitutional fixture in its own right.

I finally got a good explanation of it and it makes sense. It beats all the other ideas out there and it is a path for a Tea Party victory.
The Federal Reserve holds between $1.6 and $1.7 trillion of our debt. This is thanks to the Fed’s quantitative easing program, where the Fed itself has bought Treasury notes. Even though the Fed has bought these Treasury notes, they are still considered to be a part of our debt. I am probably over simplifying it here when I say this is money we basically owe ourselves.
Ron Paul has one very simple solution. Tear the debt up!
There is no reason, according to Ron Paul, why the Federal Reserve cannot simply burn those Treasury notes. Basically, by “burning” or more likely just by a few keystrokes with a computer, the debt ceases to exist.
Suddenly our National Debt drops by nearly $1.7 trillion. Suddenly, we have no debt crisis any more. The only downside is it will allow Congress to borrow and spend more money but that is next week’s fight, not today’s fight.
We need action on this today. It is the simple solution that works.
From what I have read this morning, I cannot tell if Ron Paul has actually offered this as a bill. As of the time I am writing this, his offices are not open so I cannot reach anyone to ask.
This morning, as soon as his offices open, start calling Ron Paul’s offices. His Washington office is 202-225-2831. His district offices are 979-285-0231 and 361-576-1231. If Ron Paul has not introduced this plan as a bill in Congress yet, ask his office that he do it ASAP. Second, call your Congressman. John Boehner was not able to get his plan to vote yesterday because he did not have the votes. Most GOP Congressmen do not want to vote for the Boehner plan because, not only is it a very bad bill, it will die immediately in the Senate.
If Ron Paul will introduce his plan, it should get immediate and widespread attention and support. It is a painless way to avoid default. It should be very popular in Congress.
We need to get the word out and get people calling. Ordinarily, in the mornings when we put a blog out, we just put a couple of paragraphs out and have you go to our website to read the entire article. This is too important.
Please forward this email to everyone on your email list and your Tea Party, liberty, or Republican groups. Ask people to act immediately.
I was on a talk show yesterday with a liberal Democrat who accused me of wanting the country to default so Obama could be blamed. No, I don’t want the country to default. This will prevent a default and not grow the debt.
This is the path to a Tea Party victory today. Call, email, fax, tweet and do what ever you have to do to communicate with your Congressman.

“Phil Jordan, a former CIA operative and one-time leader of U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s El Paso Intelligence Center, claims that the Obama administration is running guns to the violent Zetas cartel through the direct commercial sale of military grade weapons:
Jordan, who served as director of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s El Paso Intelligence Center in 1995, said the Zetas have shipped large amounts of weapons purchased in the Dallas area through El Paso.
Robert “Tosh” Plumlee, a former CIA contract pilot, told the Times he supported Jordan’s allegations, adding that the Zetas have reportedly bought property in the Columbus, N.M., border region to stash weapons and other contraband.
“From the intel, it appears that a company was set up in Mexico to purchase weapons through the U.S. Direct Commercial Sales Program, and that the company may have had a direct link to the Zetas.”
The U.S. Direct Commercial Sales program is run from the U.S. State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. It regulates and licenses private U.S. companies’ overseas sales of weapons and other defense materials, defense services, and military training. This does not include the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program, which authorized sales to foreign governments.
An El Paso Times article – as of now ignored by mainstream media — went into much more shocking detail:
“They’ve found anti-aircraft weapons and hand grenades from the Vietnam War era,” Plumlee said. Other weapons found include grenade launchers, assault rifles, handguns and military gear including night-vision goggles and body armor.
“The information about the arms trafficking was provided to our U.S. authorities long before the ‘Columbus 11′ investigation began,” said Plumlee, referring to recent indictments accusing several Columbus city officials of arms trafficking in conjunction with alleged accomplices in El Paso and Chaparral, N.M.
Jesús Rejón Aguilar, the number three man in the Zeta’s hierarchy, disclosed last week that the Zetas bought weapons in the United States and transported them across the Rio Grande. Mexican federal authorities captured Rejón on July 3 in the state of Mexico, and presented him to the news media the next day. His recorded video statement was uploaded on YouTube.” (snip).

But somebody must have whispered in Obama’s ear that on people’s list of concerns, more tornadoes a hundred years from now can’t measure up to the need to eat every day until then.
This prompted Obama to threaten our food, as not allowing Obama to create more debt might force him to cut the FDA. How horrible a death would it be to die from E. coli?
Has this guy ever experienced cuisine in Mexico, where merely handling a mango can get you Montezuma’s revenge? You’d think that being African, Obama realizes that the bugs you can get in the Motherland from eating the wrong foods make salmonella feel like slight indigestion.
We weren’t fooled. So when the food scare didn’t work, Obama pulled the entitlement card out. Obama tried to mug old people — gank them like a purse-snatching, wallet-lifting thief in the street — by suggesting that they wouldn’t receive their Social Security checks.
However, even the old “old people will lose their benefits” trick didn’t persuade conservatives to allow Obama to pick their pocket, thus victory was delayed for the battle-worn wannabe hero of the left.
Time for yet another escalation within the Democrat Rules of Destruction of America manual, with willing Democrat Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee pulling out her well-worn but now laminated race card.
According to Lee, there exist racists in Congress who do not want to raise the debt ceiling for this president as they have for all “other” presidents.” (snip).
