“‘John Thomas is back,” John Thomas said. He’s a real estate investor and onetime government informant in federal corruption cases and he had just won an auction for an Uptown office building before uttering his self-evaluation last September.
Thomas aspired to redevelop the old Combined Insurance Co. of America building at 5050 N. Broadway, now vacant. It was to be a career rehabilitator for Thomas, who years ago seemed in the middle of every significant property deal in Chicago, then saw his business decline because of the recession and his own missteps.
He was convicted of felony fraud but avoided prison time because he was an informant in the FBI probe of former Gov. Rod Blagojevich and other politicians. Thomas has said his work with the FBI is done and he also said he made restitution for his earlier fraud.
As for being “back,” not yet. Thomas couldn’t close on the Uptown site. As of March 31, it’s been in the hands of Imperial Realty Co., which is based on the Northwest Side. Imperial is known for buying distressed properties, fixing them and leasing them back up.”

In a Washington Post editorial entitled “Why Obama Has to Get Egypt Right,” Soros recognized that if free elections were held in Egypt, “the Brotherhood is bound to emerge as a major political force, though it is far from assured of a majority.”
He stated the U.S. has “much to gain by moving out in front and siding with the public demand for dignity and democracy” in Egypt.
He claimed the “Muslim Brotherhood’s cooperation with Mohamed ElBaradei … is a hopeful sign that it intends to play a constructive role in a democratic political system.”

This is truly a great question. Like, "Why is Rezco paying Obama when he was a State Senator in Illinios?"
Time for everyone to stop and think for a second. I am personally not a lawyer. However, I have seen posted, many, many times, that Hawaiian law demands that the DOH confirm any released vital records document as authentic, and that once a vital records document is made public, the DOH has to allow inspection of the records.
So, my fellow Citizen Wells people, and CW himself, is this made up interpretation of the law of Hawaii? Clearly, if Hawaii is legally bound to release information and confirm information that is made public about vital records we have a problem. Either the State of Hawaii is so corrupt, and malignant, that it is individually decided to violate it's own laws on something so simple as already released vital records.
OR
What Obama has released is a FORGERY, just like the first COLB, and Hawaii KNOWS that it doesn't match it's own records and THEREFORE is LEGALLY BOUND NOT TO RELEASE THE ORIGINAL INFORMATION AND DOCUMENT TO THE PUBLIC.
The people in Washington KNOW that it's a forgery. The CIA knows that it's a forgery. Anyone paying attention with a working brain knows it a forgery!! What are you going to do about it? Under Hawaii Statute 338-18(b)(9), someone acquires “a direct and tangible interest” if a court so orders.
File a motion with the court for an order allowing you to obtain from Hawaii a copy of the records you are seeking.
First, argue that Obama on April 27, 2011 released to the world an alleged copy of his long-form Certificate of Live Birth. Hence, there is no longer any legitimate privacy concern by Hawaii. With no such privacy concern, Hawaii will not be able to state what its objection is to a release of the records that you are requesting. Argue that Hawaii Statute 338-18(a) (the integrity and privacy concerns) should therefore not be a block to your obtaining the records that you seek.
Second, ask that the court declare that you, as a plaintiff, have a “direct and tangible interest” in the vital records you are seeking to obtain. Explain in your motion what your “direct and tangible interest” is. You will either win or lose on your ability to articulate what your interest is. Use the other examples given in the statute of person whom Hawaii considers as having such an interest to show that your interest is just as worthy and important as theirs.
If the court grants your motion, you will be able to satisfy 338-18(b)(9) which means that Hawaii has to then release the documents to you. If you lose the motion, you will learn why the court believes you do not have such an interest.
Include in your motion that, in the alternative, you, as a private attorney, want under 338-18(g)(4) a verification in lieu of a certified copy of the records that you are seeking. Argue that on April 27, 2011, Obama released his long-form Certificate of Live Birth to the world on the internet. Hence, he is not claiming any privacy interest in the document. Argue that he made such a release “for the purpose of legal proceedings,” i.e., to influence any legal proceeding raising the issue of his place of birth. What you want to do is confirm the information that is stated in his released birth certificate.
If the court denies your motion, you could also appeal the court’s ruling once you have a final judgment.”

There is much being said about this particular case, but I have qualms about its success. The article is written by Jedi Pauly, who espouses certain beliefs that differ from those of Mario Apuzzo.
Pauly is very much behind this “most important legal case in U.S. history”, and after reading Apuzzo’s response to Pauly back in Jan., 2011, I have doubts as to this case getting off the ground. Of course, Apuzzo’s well stated article was in regard to another matter where the two differ, BUT I believe there are certain principles that carry over to this current effort.

If HI is ever forced to release any so-called original document I would assume they will merely send out a copy of what O released and they will say over the MSM- “see, it’s the same thing”! THE ACTION
In the spirit of fairness, many Americans are asking, “Where’s My Waiver for ObamaCare?” In response, Grassfire Nation has launched a national “Personal Waiver” initiative where citizens can symbolically receive “get-out-of-ObamaCare” waivers that will be hand-delivered to Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius in a massive public demonstration opposing ObamaCare and the President’s playing of political favorites.”

Cabby – Would that I would have, had this administration dead and buried with Mr. Apuzzo’s lawsuit and by all rights should have been. I had read every word of the Appeals from the original complaint in New Jersey on up, to denied from the Supreme Court, without comment. This petition from the jerseyshoreteaparty coalition had originally requested a stay of Obamacare. The charades that have followed are epic to a “default” judgement. The two spokepersons, Purpura and Laster are not lawyers, I believe though may just as well have been in reading the Appeal. If they should win a “default” judgement its game-over with Obama as an ineligible potus because of his dual-citizenship at birth. Mario most likely knows what they are up against having been there. Whether these Tea Party members know of Pauly other then they may have asked him to write an article for them, I cannot say. I believe it was Nicholas Purpura who was asking to be contacted by the previous attorneys and commentators who had recieved, “death threats” due to the litigation and questions of eligibility, as also criminal acts. Anyway, their are, “no comments” now at, “The Post and E-mail” so, “Citizen Wells” is the better avenue for support, advice and information.
