The far left, in ignorance, or as part of their agenda of the end justifies the means, perpetually bashes business and the so called fat cats. They believe that anyone making more money than they should pay more taxes. They believe that corporations are evil.
Here is the truth about taxing business and increased business expenses.
Rush Limbaugh, for many years has done an excellent job of explaining the impact of tax increases on American business and ultimately the American public. He explains that corporations do not pay taxes. This also includes non corporations, all business entities. This is the huge message that you never hear from the left, the business bashers. We already have a seious unemployment situation due to Obama and his far left socialists. I am concerned that tax hikes or hidden cost increases that will begin kicking in 2011, coupled with out of control government spending , will take us over the edge. Our new Congress will have to work fast to deactivate the tax and spend Health Care Legislation, cut taxes and provide a more business and jobs friendly envioronment.
Businesses ultimately do not pay taxes. Taxes become part of the cost of doing business. They are passed on to consumers and impact employment and the overall econo. When a business incurrs higher taxes or other increased costs, some combination of the following occurs:
- The increased costs are passed along to consumers. This could be a local family run dairy farm. The cost increases are reflected in higher milk prices. When higher inheritance taxes are in effect, the children of the dairy farmers could be forced to shut down. That would, of course, diminish supply.
- The increased costs prevent more hiring from occuring. The spectre of tax increases is causing that now.
- The increased costs can lead to layoffs and schedule decreases. Our high unemployment rate is witness to that.
- The increased costs can lead to pay freezes and pay cuts.
- The increased costs prevent bussinesses from spending money on expansion and new technology, futher putting a damper on the economy.
And don’t forget, people with money start businesses. Questions they must ask are is it feasible, will it make money and where do I locate. Taxes always influnce those decisions.
So when you are encountered by a brain dead, far left sheeple, educate them on higher taxes and business bashing.

I spent a lot of time collecting, documenting, and forwarding, taxes of every description, all while trying to earn a living. After a while you feel like a slave of government, working twice as hard for half as much.

Jonah and bob strauss, because of being an accountant, I have been privy to the plight of small business owners for about fifty years. You are both so absolutely right about the heavy tax burden they bear. In addition, a number of years ago the mom and pop owners of a small business which I serviced passed away. Their children, the heirs, were socked with a heavy inheritance tax which could have easily put them out of business if it had not been for the installment method of paying the death taxes, one of the most onerous of all. If the Bush tax cuts are left to expire, we will once again return to the worst case scenario, and all at a time when the economy is already in an intense struggle to keep afloat.
To me the inheritance tax is deadly and unfair. After all, taxes have already been paid on the capital invested in the assets which then become subject yet again to a “final” tax. For a family-owned business this is insidious and can end up breaking it altogether. But then again, isn’t this exactly what BO wants?? This matter is reaching critical mass!

Why are the kindergarten records hidden?
“Obama began his education in Hawaii’s public schools. He was enrolled in Ms. Sakai’s kindergarten class at Noelani Elementary School in 1967. He was only there a couple or three months before he was off to Indonesia.
The first little boy in the third row, left is “Barry Obama.” Obama’s sister Maya Soetoro-Ng confirms that the boy is Obama.
The two white girls in the same row are probably the Nordyke twins. They were not identical twins, but they did have the same smile. They were born the same time as Obama. I still want to know what happened to their birth announcement. Twins, being born to a prominent physician is news. More specifically, I want to know what happened to the space their birth announcement was in.
Or am I expected to believe that Vital Statistics included Obama’s name on their announcement list, and forgot the Nordyke Twins? Born within hours of Obama according to Eleanor Nordyke, their names should be here:

Those who strive to legitimize AKA Obama have made much of the questionable “birth announcement” that may have been published in the Hawaiian newspapers. This “evidence” if so flimsy that refuting it may actually lend substance to the claim.
There are literally dozens of anti-Birther articles in the media that continue to claim that AKA Obama’s birth announcement was in “two different newspapers”. These two newspapers are printed by the same publisher and share the same stories and sources. The purpose of this “two newspaper” claim is to falsely imply that these newspapers are independent of each other, and therefore, unlikely to run the same birth announcement.
Birth announcements were called in or mailed in all the time. The Nordyke twins were announced, then recently (about a year ago) that announcement was replaced with the AKA Obama one. And the original owner of the “birth” residence died about 2 years, before the newly discovered birth announcement was touted by the Obama campaign after AKA Obama’s Hawaiian ‘birth” was challenged. There is also evidence of splicing in the microfilm. The most likely scenario is that the Nordyke twin’s birth announcement was spliced out and replaced by a post-dated AKA Obama announcement. The fact that the home address in the fake AKA Obama announcement was never occupied by Ann Dunham and Barack Obama, and that the birth announcement just happened to appear right after the actual tenant of the home died, pretty much drives a stake though the heart of this story. Although Obama has had a first-class education that spanned 25 years, there is only a single document that has ever been released, the application for entrance to the Franciscus Assisi Primary School (next item) — and that document was discovered by independent investigators.
This is an important feature because Kindergarten records for original school entry would have contained the following:
1. Obama’s REAL Birth Certificate.
2. An application with the following:
• His Legal name.
• Parents or Legal Guardians’ names.
• Date of Birth
• Place of Birth
• Vaccination Records (revealing a timeline to the place and DOB.)
It also is important for two additional reasons:
A. The Department of Education does not “lose” the records of one particular student. (So, who paid whom what sum to make this record disappear?)
B. There would have been NO shameful low-test scores, NO embarrassing Equal Opportunity advancements, and NO trails of fraudulent funding to hide that could possibly “excuse” the quashing of public school Kindergarten entry records. For the rest of his life he attended very expensive private schools and has had his records legally sealed to deny the public his true life story.
This is different. Hawaii should be able to verify he attended their school since he is featured in class photographs. State and federal tax dollars paid for his initial year of education. Why is there no documentation?

When the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure were adopted by Congress in 1946 it gave a “green light” to all levels of the judiciary to violate the spirit and intent of the 5th Amendment. We the People are now suffering from 65 years of judicial corruption at the federal, state and local levels. They know no other way to operate now and it will take a monumental effort by We the People to return our God given rights to us. We desperately need a nationwide effort in every court in America to watch and report on any and all corruption that is taking place. Monroe County Tennessee is just a microcosm of a national problem. Really, it’s so easy a caveman could do it… just go to your courthouse and read the bulletin boards, observe the court proceedings and ask questions of the clerk of the court if things don’t look right. sees his lawyer. But KSM is not taken to America to see a lawyer. Instead
he is taken to a secret CIA “black site” in an undisclosed location.
Upon arrival, KSM finds himself in the complete control of Americans. He
does not know where he is, how long he will be there, or what his fate will be.
Despite his circumstances, KSM still refuses to talk. He spews contempt at
his interrogators, telling them that Americans are weak, lack resilience,
and are unable to do what is necessary to prevent the terrorists from

officers make sense of documents and computer records seized in terrorist
raids. He identifies voices in intercepted telephone calls, and helps
officials understand the meaning of coded terrorist communications. He

* United Airlines Flight 959 to Chicago departing at 3:40 p.m.;
* United Airlines Flight 925 to Washington departing at 4:20 p.m.;
* American Airlines Flight 131 to New York departing at 4:35 p.m; and
* American Airlines Flight 91 to Chicago departing at 4:50 p.m.
They seize bomb-making equipment and hydrogen peroxide to make liquid
explosives. And they find the chilling martyrdom
videos the suicide bombers had prepared.
Today, if you asked an average person on the street what they know about the
2006 airlines plot, most would not be able to tell you much. Few Americans
are aware of the fact that al Qaeda had planned to mark the fifth
anniversary of 9/11 with an attack of similar scope and magnitude.
And still fewer realize that the terrorists’ true intentions in this plot
were uncovered thanks to critical information obtained through the
interrogation of the man who conceived it:
Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.
This is only one of the many attacks stopped with the help of the CIA
interrogation program established by the Bush Administration in the wake of
the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

body of information about al Qaeda
Until the program was temporarily suspended in 2006, intelligence
officials say, well over half of the information our government had about
al Qaeda-how it operates, how it moves money, how it communicates, how it
recruits operatives, how it picks targets, how it plans and carries out
attacks-came from the interrogation of terrorists in CIA custody.
Former CIA Director George Tenet has declared: “I know that this program has
saved lives. I know we’ve disrupted plots. I know this program alone is
worth more than what the FBI, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the
National Security Agency put together have been able to tell us.”
Former CIA Director Mike Hayden has said: “The facts of the case are that
the use of these techniques against these terrorists made us safer.
It really did work.”
Even Barack Obama’s Director of National Intelligence, Dennis Blair, has
acknowledged: “High-value information came from interrogations in which
those methods were used and provided a deeper understanding of the al Qaeda
organization that was attacking this country.”
Leon Panetta, Obama’s CIA Director, has said:
“Important information was gathered from these detainees.
It provided information that was acted upon.”
And John Brennan, Obama’s Homeland Security Advisor, when asked in an
interview if enhanced-interrogation techniques were necessary to keep
America safe, replied :”Would the U.S. be handicapped if the CIA was not,
in fact, able to carry out these types of detention and debriefing
activities? I would say yes.”
On Jan. 22, 2009, President Obama issued Executive Order 13491, closing the
CIA program and directing that, henceforth, all interrogations by U.S
personnel must follow the techniques contained in the Army Field Manual.
The morning of the announcement, Mike Hayden was still in his post as CIA
Director, He called White House Counsel Greg Craig and told him bluntly:
“You didn’t ask, but this is the CIA officially nonconcurring. The
president went ahead anyway, overruling the objections of the agency.
A few months later, on April 16, 2009, President Obama ordered the release
of four Justice Department memos that described in detail the techniques
used to interrogate KSM and other high-value terrorists. This time, not
just Hayden (who was now retired) but five CIA directors — including
Obama’s own director, Leon Panetta — objected. George Tenet called to
urge against the memos’ release. So did Porter Goss. So did John Deutch.
Hayden says: “You had CIA directors in a continuous unbroken stream to 1995
calling saying, ‘Don’t do this.'”
In addition to objections from the men who led the agency for a collective
14 years, the President also heard objections from the agency’s covert field
operatives. A few weeks earlier, Panetta had arranged for the eight top
officials of the Clandestine Service to meet with the President. It was
highly unusual for these clandestine officers to visit the Oval Office, and
they used the opportunity to warn the President that releasing the memos
would put agency operatives at risk.
The President reportedly listened respectfully
-and then ignored their advice.

I knew something funky was going on with mortgages from various disconnected folks here in FL in just normal conversations. What popped into my head: 2005-2008 all of these mortgages will have to be looked at. Forensic accounts will be very busy. Another problem with cutting corners, no documentation so therefore they have to make it up-they could be using a phone book for their ditsy information while stealing people’s property and/or playing with peoples lives. Examine all of the computerized data bases in formulas-are there rogue employees somewhere along the line, hacked computer records? Any, some, all payments recorded? My neighbor that was having problems, I spoke to her today-she called her lawyer who told her there is no foreclosure on her property-this bank type people are just making it up. This will get ugly but it is not unsolvable.
I just wonder if MERS does have records, they are just lying and saying they do not. The real estate out fits should have something, the lawyers offices should have something, what was used for closing documentation?
The “War on Terror” is now in it’s tenth year. What is it really about?

Sheikh Mohammed, in his bedroom. He is taken into custody. In the safe
house, they find a treasure trove of computers, documents, cell phones and
other valuable “pocket litter.”
Once in custody, KSM is defiant. He refuses to answer questions, informing
his captors that he will tell them everything when he gets to America and
sees his lawyer. But KSM is not taken to America to see a lawyer. Instead
he is taken to a secret CIA “black site” in an undisclosed location.
Upon arrival, KSM finds himself in the complete control of Americans. He
does not know where he is, how long he will be there, or what his fate will be.
Despite his circumstances, KSM still refuses to talk. He spews contempt at
his interrogators, telling them that Americans are weak, lack resilience,
and are unable to do what is necessary to prevent the terrorists from
succeeding in their goals. He has trained to resist interrogation. When
he is asked for information about future attacks, he tells his questioners
scornfully: “Soon, you will know.”
It becomes clear he will not reveal the information using traditional
interrogation techniques. So he undergoes a series of “enhanced

Thanks for this post reminding us of what could have happened in 2006 had it not been for the enhanced interrogation of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and the persistent efforts of the CIA. I well remember the potential tragedy that was averted. And guess what? The perpetrators were all Muslims.
Two points: 1) Those who insist that 9/11 was not the fault of Jihadists, what about the 2006 planned, horrible attacks that were averted? Those were proved to be Muslims and that was five years after 9/11.
2) Those who consistently seem to want to trash the CIA should rethink their position, imho. That doesn’t mean that everything has been perfect, but since when are we living in a perfect world? The CIA has been proven to be effective in the war against terrorism, and since BO has weakened their efforts, we are in grave danger.

There is Internet chatter about Mossad having Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate again.

I remember reading a few weeks ago a comment on another blog (I’m too lazy at the moment to find it again) that Israel Insider, said to be a reputable publication, reported that the Mossad has obtained a Kenyan birth certificate for BO, and would release the information in advance of attacking Iran’s nuclear sites.

My educated guess is that Mossad, CIA etc. have enough criminal info on BO to send him to Gitmo for Life, but politically they are waiting for BO’s approval numbers to sink so low that even Oprah, algore and axelrod won’t support BO for fear of joining him at Gitmo.
When the 20th Amendment to the Constitution was ratified, Presidents and Vice Presidents were elected separately. (They still are, given that the word “elected” technically refers to voted on by Electors.) The (or A) President Elect whose Elector votes had not been ‘certified’ was not qualified and so, the Vice President Elect whose Elector votes were ‘certified’ was qualified. (This could be due to the fact, no clear majority of Elector votes had been cast or received.) Otherwise, this Amendment makes absolutely no sense. Because its history points to the time between the Elector voting and the Congressional and Presidential terms, which once were several months apart, and triggered lame duck voting for President.

On thousands of occasions I stated to regulators, CEOS, banks, Fannie and Freddie that the practices of the banks were that they were double and multi-pledging assets and pledging paid off and refinance notes to securitizations. Just some updates about what’s going on:
I just closed the forums. Please rest assured that it has absolutely nothing to do with censorship. I just can’t manage the forums. The point of them is to be able to communicate with everyone in an orderly fashion, but it’s not happening like that. I log in to the forums and it’s just too much. I can’t handle it, so I have decided to close them and see what happens on the 20th.
The Agency has stated that they will be passing through Munich on the 20th. So, we’ll just see what happens on the 20th. I looked at the weather forecast for Munich. It says “rain and sleet”. That’s not good. But I suspect that if The Agency really wants people to see them, they will have to come below the clouds. I don’t know what type of display they intend to do. They just said they’re “passing through” and to watch. We’ll see.
If something happens on the 20th, I will open a new forum. That forum we’re using is pathetic. I can’t stand it. But if/when I open a new forum, all I ask is that you please just try to remain rational and polite. Bombarding the forum with debunking theories, accusations and sarcasm isn’t constructive. It just makes it very hard for me to find and reply to peoples legitimate threads and posts. It has nothing to do with me hiding anything, nothing to do with hitting “nerves”. I am just the administrator people. I don’t want to spend half my day constantly answering debunking theories. I just want to run the website and try to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Debunking theories are moot. If nothing shows up where and when The Agency says, that’s the end of that! Hello?
Anyway, let’s just watch the skies of Munich ok? There’s little time left so please spread the word about Munich.No one is asking anyone to believe anything. All we’re supposed to be doing is watching Munich. If noting happens, well that settles that doesn’t it?
Lastly, I apologise for being a grump. i am not really a grump, but I have just been under so much pressure. If I open a new forum, I just want everything to run smoothly. Please help me if you can? Please, if someone says stupid things that is obviously just to make things hard on the moderators and is disruptive, please just ignore the person, and PM a mod or something. If I start a new forum, I wont be a grump, but I will be deleting people and banning by IP, if they don’t show up with a polite, sincere and respectful attitude.
I don’t mind if people have questions or don’t believe that “The Agency” exists. I have MY doubts too! But there’s a way to go about it, rather than just being a complete AH across the forum all day. It’s just not necessary.
Anyway, thanks for reading. Let’s watch Munich..
