“9 accused of accessing Obama’s student loan records plead not guilty in federal court in Iowa”
” Nine people charged with illegally accessing President Barack Obama’s student loan records while employed for a Department of Education contractor in Iowa pleaded not guilty Monday in federal court.
The former employees of Vangent Inc. are accused of gaining access to a computer at the contractor’s office in Coralville between July 2007 and March 2009 and getting into Obama’s records while he was either a candidate for president, president-elect or president.
They appeared in U.S. District Court in Davenport, where they were read the charges against them and one by one entered their pleas.
U.S District Court Judge Celeste F. Bremer scheduled a trial for July 6 and released the defendants on promises to appear. Bremer told them not to leave the state and to stay employed or seek jobs. They can’t have guns or possess other weapons, and they’re under pretrial supervision.
Those charged are Gary Grenell, 58; Andrew J. Lage, 54, Patrick E. Roan, 51, Sandra Teague, 54, and Mercedes Costoyas, 53, all of Iowa City; Lisa Torney, 49, of Coralville; Anne C. Rhodes, 32, of Ainsworth; Julie L. Kline, 38, of West Branch; and John P. Phommivong, 29, of North Liberty.
All but Rhodes face one count of exceeding authorized computer access. Rhodes faces two counts because she allegedly went into Obama’s records twice. Each count is punishable by up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $100,000.”

You know, come to think about it, she – Doris Kearns Goodwin – hasn’t been around for a long time. What about some of the other historians? They seem to be silent also. Have you ever seen an issue that has been so off-limits to us, the American people, who have every right to know?
There is a chance that if the nine people who are facing prosecution would cross complain against the US Government,and Soetoro to PROVE that he has the right to either arrest,or charge these people. There might have been legal justification in their venture. At any rate they should make the US Government prove their allegations,and charges. But it is essential that they cross complain. They need to be on record of having done so. They need to force the Government to fight for every inch of ground that they take.

I personally believe that Soetoro,or the DNC will ever voluntarily surrender any documents ,or any data relating to the ELECTION. They have the protection of the US Courts (INCLUDING THE SCOTUS).They also have the protection of Congress. Until Congress is dealt with in a meaningful way there is a liklihood that nothing will change. We can have a Citizen Grand Jury in every state, and they can hand down indictments, but until we can find just one Federal judge who will go against his boss, it is unlikely that the utilisation of legal means to remove Soetoro will ever be successful. Any Federal Justice who acts against his boss will likely end up either fired or DEAD.
I’m not sure if this has been posted already. Disturbing.

We MUST continue to read, search,and dig out every scrap of information. No matter how seemingly unimportant it might appear we need to PUBLICALLY post it for the world to read. I think that at some point a scrap of information will emerge that will lock in a a fact so damning that not even Congress can ignore it. We need to let the world know that we do not have a valid POTUS, and that anything they sign jointly with Soetoro will be an INVALID document. Even in the World Court. It will happen, but I cannot say when or how. I feel it in my gut!

It will take a courageous federal judge to buck the tide as far as court efforts are concerned. Hand the indictments down by the dozens, or even, hundreds by citizens’ grand juries, and unless the present court system can be penetrated, they will go nowhere, except to spur public attention. Congress might take an interest if they thought their political causes were threatened. Shame! Where are the statesmen? Statesman – that is a word that is missing from our vocabulary. You and I are of the age group that remembers what that meant once upon a time.
What did they find I wonder? Will they be required to fess up in court about what they read? This could be good. If I was one of their lawyers, I’d sure get this out in the open.

I am waiting for a foreign country who has been attacked as a result of Soetoro’s orders to file a complaint against Soetoro in the World Court. He is not a VALID CINC and therefore a WAR CRIMINAL if he should act to carry out a military action against any country. Let him try to BUCK the HAGUE!

This could eventually turn into a trial that could in a moment of carelessness,by someone furnish the political bullet,and the weapon that will end the political careers of hundreds of people in Congress, the DOJ, and if were lucky the executive branch as well. As long as Soetoro has the protection of the SCOTUS, the DOJ,and Congress, it is going to be really tough to even challenge him. If the foreign countries become either angered at him,or are afraid that they are going to be invaded by his order, there is always a chance that one of the countries will challenge him in the world court. This is where AXELROD,or JARRETT would have very little influence. An extremely angered foreign country could be Soetoro’s waterloo.

Could this be what they are so paranoid about, hence no records released, loss of lawyers licenses both. If Obama in his “glory” days was with a minor it is possible he has a felony conviction on his record-it is within the realm of his prior activities.

That is an option OldSalt, but I think it would result in our military members getting prosecuted before they would even get near the Puppet in Chief. The world Loves our current PIC, but as unfortunate as it is there are more nations out there that absolutely hate our Military. They in turn want to obliterate it, the men, and women in our military services instead.
This is why I believe that: With all the international bankers backing our Puppet in Chief, there is no way in Hades the World Courts would peruse him. Therefore they would be more than happy to engage in dirty work for him instead.
They would go straight for our military members with the sole purpose of pounding the final death-nails into it. The World Court would flat out accuse those military members of not following the Geneva Convention dictates regarding the Command Responsibility clause of those conventions. Which in not so many words states… If you had an illegal CIC, or a reasonable doubt to that leaders legitimacy to hold the position: Then why did you not take measures to remove them?

I respectfully disagree. 1. Local County Grand Juries will be successful. Fed GJ’s will not because Presentment is not allowed in Fed Court. 2. bo will be acquitted in DC Fed Court regardless of evidence. Remember Marion Barry.

Not necessarily, the thing that nobody has addressed about both the Passport and the College records violations is; if these employees/hackers/whatever were able to get as far as looking at these vital records. What makes anybody believe these folks were not in fact working for Odumbo? If they got to the records, then they had ample opportunity to change and/or modify them in Odumbo’s favor as well.

The Constitution is DEAD.
Since we have an illegal alien squatting in the White House, Congress can conduct no business without the signature of a constitutional president. Hence, the US Government is leaderles.
However, Mr. Soetoro screwed Dr. Alan Keyes out of the US Senate seat in 2006. And then Mr. Soetoro screwed Dr. Keyes out of the U.S. Presidency in 2008.
So if we have no president, Dr. Keyes becomes President by default. You cannot give the Presidency to the Republicans because John McCain is a Panama citizen NOT a natural born citizen. And you cannot give it to Democrats because they made this whole mess.
The American Independent Party is the 3rd largest party in the nation so the office of President falls to ALAN KEYES who was the nominee of the AIP.
President Alan Keyes is our first BLACK PRESIDENT!
