“During a segment of Glenn Beck’s Fox News Channel show, the controversial host declared that while the Chinese government and businesses pose a threat to U.S. economic stability, the Obama White House and government agencies are powerless to stop the enormous amount of espionage perpetrated by Chinese spies. Beck claimed that his government sources revealed to him that the U.S. intelligence community was ordered to stand down because of the huge amount of debt owed to China by the United States.
The almost legendary MI5 British counterintelligence service is said to be deeply concerned over an increase in spying by Chinese operatives in the United Kingdom. Although intelligence experts aren’t certain how widespread the problem is, they believe the espionage is rampant and a serious consequence of the global economy.
MI5 suspects upwards of 15 foreign intelligence services are working within the UK and are a threat to the United Kingdom’s interests, and the primary focus of their counterespionage efforts are the Chinese and Russians.
In the United States, the FBI is suspicious of Russia, Iran, and North Korea but there needs to be more focus on the Chinese. The feds estimate that there are over 2,600 Chinese front companies in the U.S.
The foreign intelligence threat within the United States is far more complex than it has ever been historically. The threat is increasingly asymmetrical insofar as it comes not only from traditional foreign intelligence services but also from nontraditional, non-state actors who operate from decentralized organizations.
Intelligence collection is no longer limited to classified national defense information but now includes targeting of the elements of national power, including our national economic interests. Moreover, foreign intelligence trade craft is increasingly sophisticated and takes full advantage of advances in communications security and the general openness of U.S. society.”

Keeping this sort of secret from the public record means one has set themselves up as a target for blackmail and extortion. reason these actions are a threat to National Security is simple, just because the American Public has not seen those documents; that doesn’t mean Intelligence agencies around the world have either. Chances are, every nation that has any sort of grudge against the US already has copies of those documents in their assorted Intelligence agency files. Chances are just as probable much of the unaccounted for US funds outlined in the Stimulus Bill went straight to those nations in the form of blackmail and extortion payments to keep quite about knowing O is not an NBC and is a Constitional Userper.
These nations will not come forward with this information, nor will they ever directly confirm nor deny they have it. As long as they keep quiet, they get free money and intel.. That is why none of them are willing to leak that information to the American Public as well, and keep play acting like they know nothing. It is a win win situation for them. If the American Public somehow manages to force the issue and it comes out in the open, those same nations can then claim “Ignorance” about knowing. This gives them a legal out in the UN and World Courts when every deal, bill, and Law that has O’s signure is on becomes illegal and over turned for being a Userper. Which of course means, they will not have to pay any of that money back to the US Government as well.

I find myself quite surprised by all of the sudden concern towards Chinese spying. They don’t even really have to spy. OFF TOPIC BUT IMPORTANT
Yesterday I offerred some viewpoints regarding the Toyota problems, and the people who drive them. Today I talked at length with a ASME Certified Master Mechanic who recently changed his employer from a Toyota dealer to a Ford dealer.I have known him for over twenty years, and I personally put a great deal of stock in his viewpoints. Regarding the Toyota problems he has said that in several instances it was found that the CRUISE CONTROLS were NOT DISENGAGING PROPERLY as they should when the brakes are applied even lightly. He personally drove one of their customer’s cars for over a week and nothing happened. Within a day after it was returned to the customer it acted up. He had the customer take him for a ride out on the interstate and put it on cruise control. He left it operate in that mode for about 20 minutes then he told the owner to slightly apply the brakes at which point the cruise control should disengage. He slowed the vehicle down to about 50MPH and immediately the cruise control tried to resume the 70 MPH that it had originally been set at. It began to speed up. He told the owner to apply the brakes lightly. This time it refused to slow down. He was able to override the control module because he had taken the time to install a Toyota special analyser in the circuit. He told me that the control module is not programmed correctly. This is something that can be accomplished in the field. He done the one belonging to the person who agreed to allow this test. So far there has been no repitition of the events. Two weeks of being driven every day has past,and so far so good. Here is the kicker…..He advised his service manager about his results,and was advised that he needed to stay out of it because it was Toyota’s baby to fix. He apparently got into an argument with the service manager when he told him that he was going to contact NTSB about it himself. He was then told that he would either stay out of it or he would be fired. He turned around and told the service manager to stick the place up his BACKSIDE, and left. Two days later he was employed by the Ford dealer. The Ford service manager could not understand such an attitude towards somebody who might just have found the real problem. He did contact NTSB who advised him that they would call him up if they needed him. Although they did ask for his analysis in writing,as soon as possible. Maybe he got lucky! Maybe some lives will be saved, who knows. Just thought it might be worth passing on.

The Toyota ECMs are a really salty item to replace should it be deemed that they need to be replaced. For Toyota this could add up to some really serious money,and this is why they are trying to eliminate all possible causes before they admit it. At the same time the ECMs can be reprogrammed in the field. The rub is that not all technicians have the understanding to reprogram the ECM. I would have to think that this is a sad state of affairs when a CERTIFIED technician does not have the ability to perform a service that would be expected to be within his certified capability. My friend never received training on this sort of service either. He taught himself how to do this. Of course he is NOT certified to make repair or adjustments to the ECM. This doesn’t mean that he CAN’t do this but if it was ever found out that he did this especially if his efforts failed and somebody ended up dead. His employer could be facing a real hairy lawsuit. Perhaps that is why the service manager at his first employer told him to stay out of it. I don’t buy any of it though. Why would anyone tell a mechanic to stay out of it when that is exactly why they employ him. I personally think that there is some sort of order from Totota for the service managers to stand down, until they tell them to act.b It makes me wonder if they had some JIHADI employed there who was PROGRAMMING ECMs, and he figured out a way to sabotage them in a way that would kill people.

OIP Attorney Linden Joesting Declines to Correct Terri K’s Understanding
NOTE: This post has had to be edited because all of a sudden Word won’t publish my documents to my blog; it “has encountered a problem” and shuts down when I try.
After “Red Flags in Hawaii” was posted, skeptics questioned whether a denial of access is truly confirmation of a record’s existence, as the many documents and statements cited in the supporting link all agreed. Terri K/Miss Tickly decided to ask Linden Joesting directly, whether Terri was misunderstanding what Joesting had meant – specifically by concluding that the records requested must exist since access to them was denied. The complete record of communication is below. (Note that MT’s communications are listed according to Hawaii time, so the real time for MT and for comparison purposes would be 5 hours later than the time that appears. Joesting’s communications show in Eastern time so to Joesting the time would have been 5 hours earlier than the time that shows. Highlighting emphasis is mine).
Summarizing, the question was asked on Monday. Monday through Tuesday morning, Joesting asked for clarification so she could address the question, signaling that she had the time and intent to do so. Tuesday afternoon was when the hearing on the “Vexatious Requestors Bill” was held – at which Joesting’s boss (OIP Director Cathy Takase) testified that the bill was necessary because staff was being overworked because of all the “mentally ill” people who can’t even recognize when their request has been answered. At that hearing it was decided to move the bill forward. Three days after that meeting, on Friday, Joesting told Miss Tickly she was sorry but she (all of a sudden) didn’t have time to respond.
Miss Tickly had asked Joesting to correct her if her understanding was wrong. It would have taken no more time for Joesting to say, “You misunderstood what I meant” than to say, “I’m too busy to respond.” Joesting’s response wasn’t because she was too busy; it was because she was told not to answer the question. Her answer, when asked to correct any misunderstanding by Miss Tickly, was essentially “no comment”.
This tells me 3 things:
1. Miss Tickly did not misunderstand what Joesting was saying. In a 30-second e-mail Joesting could have ended what the OIP considers to be “harassment” from the public, if she could only have said it was all a misunderstanding. They’d have jumped on that chance. But they didn’t have that chance because Miss Tickly’s understanding was correct. The most non-incriminating answer they could give was simply to refuse to answer. So that’s what they did. Just like Obama.
2. Linden Joesting is being gagged by Cathy Takase.
3. The “over-burdened” argument for the “Vexatious Requestors Bill” is just an excuse to not be forced to answer to the public.
The same thing happened in December when Janice Okubo sent out acknowledgments to requestors saying that she was too busy to answer their requests. Out of curiosity I requested all the UIPA responses she had sent out in the previous 10 work days. She took the time to answer my request promptly (even as these other requests for simple one-glance responses sat waiting, some of my own for another month) – and sent me the huge workload she was burdened under in those 2 weeks: 5 form-letter denials (which took a minute or less each to respond to) and 2 denials consisting of 2-4 paragraphs – none of which involved ANY research or inspection of records. Okubo later told the Advertiser that she averaged 50 requests each week. For the 2-week period she was checked on (during the time she was claiming to be too busy) that would be an “exaggeration” of 1400%.
Fukino’s testimony in support of the “Vexatious Requestor Bill” toned the claim down to 50 e-mail requests for Obama’s records each month (not even 2 per day) but that has recently been proven as an exaggeration of over 400% even when all the requests not related to Obama specifically are included as if they were requests for Obama’s info.
I wonder what would show up from a UIPA request to see the “so many requests for assistance on matters pending before agencies” the OIP was dealing with when Joesting gave her response. This is how these people make more work for themselves… I’m not going to make that request because in 2 similar situations we’ve already proven how untrue the excuse has been in the past, but you see my point. They (Takase and Fukino via their spokesmen) are willing to use any excuse that allows them to not have to answer questions or provide documentation – including outright lies to the Hawaii Senate. When backed against a wall their response is to soil their armor and run (Brave Sir Robin). Why not just answer the questions? Why not just follow the laws and rules?

Aloha and I hope all is well with you. I am very reluctant to bother you again, but last summer you advised me on a few UIPA requests for records that I made to the Department of Health. I am hoping now that you might clarify both the advice you gave me and your ruling on appeal.
Some have insisted that I am putting words in your mouth and in Dr. Fukino’s mouth by sharing my interpretation of your advice and rulings on one particular UIPA request. That is the last thing I wish to do so I feel the best thing for me is to ask for clarification. I have assumed that because you both denied me access to copies of receipts and invoices generated by the amendment to the President’s birth certificate as well as my request for President Obama’s own UIPA request made under Part III to access and amend his birth certificate, that was a ’stautory’ acknowledgment that those records exist. You both were very particular on the statutes you cited to deny access. Is my understanding correct?
It is also my understanding that there is no statute that would protect a nonexistent receipt, invoice or records request. Your advice prior to the ruling by the DoH and your ruling on appeal is that Dr. Fukino should have told me if those records did not exist. She did not and you did not, instead I was denied access.
If I am unclear on what your advice meant and on my interpretation of the ruling and appeal, will you please correct me? I do not wish to misconstrue anything.

The problem is that there are no more ‘investigative journalists.’ Don’t know where they all went, but the ‘journalists’ of today (and I do use that term loosely) are more concerned with sensationalism rather than journalism. Just look at the likes of Ms. Chris Matthews (the old leg tingler) that Rachel whatever person, O’Reilly, and sadly, Beck.
It’s all a ratings game and I don’t think most of them give a flying fig what they report as long as it gets the ratings up there, and puts many millions of dollars in their pockets.
I’d really like to see some hard-hitting journalists, like those on your local TV stations who do the consumer investigations. Now, *they’ll* get to the bottom of things if you got ripped off with that new toaster you bought!
Where are the people like that?

Regarding Chinese intentions and espionage, i had a very good link and will try to find it. It referred to the fact that U.S. intelligence has definitely learned that the Chinese are in collusion with Al Qaeda in trying to destroy the United States and or weaken it.

Without going into great detail here, which most of you won’t believe anyway, nothing is going to happen really, really bad like that to America, yet. I say “yet.” Stuff will happen, but we’re still in an unconditional blessing period right now. However you can read the handwriting on the wall to see how it’s all being set up. Doesn’t mean that bad stuff won’t happen now, it can and will, just not a huge killing off of Americans. Just that when the bad stuff really happens, it will be from Yahweh and there will be no doubt about it. It’s even so plain that peoples of the world will know who has destroyed this nation.
Use Sodom and Gomorrah as your guidelines. Who destroyed S&G? Was it mankind? No! Know that there will be some people beyond repentance and then understand the sins that they committed.
There’s a lot of stuff that could happen in our country besides getting hit by someone else. Look at the super volcano in WY. If that sucker blows, you don’t want to be around in most of the US. Plus if an asteroid hits it, it could blow, if it received a direct hit, or the asteroid could be large enough itself that it will kill off America. And an asteroid could very well hit in the years to come. If you’re watching this, you know it already.
But right now we’re still in an unconditional blessing period what was given to this nation, which is in the Bible. It’s for a limited time frame. And the power and wealth is for one reason and one reason only, to spread Yahweh’s truth and his covenant, to reveal his covenant. It’s a crying shame that it’s not being done much by a little bit, but it just goes to show you that it takes a large amount of wealth to spread truth when there’s only a few that are willing to do it.
We’re about in the last 6 years of it now, meaning of the unconditional blessing period. And because of this unconditional blessing, we have the wealth that we have over any country in the world. Imagine that! But not for our benefit, but for Yahweh’s benefit. It’s he who gave us this wealth for a reason. Soon the strong arm, right-arm of Yahweh (i.e., the messiah, Yahushua, the true messiah) will pull back from us. He’s been upholding us throughout the time.
The shepherd, the true shepherd, has been holding us up.
A time will come in the next few years, that he and his father will pull back from us and see how we will go. I hate to think it considering how we’re going now. If you don’t think that he could hold stuff back, just consider what would have happened if all the planes had reached their destinations on 9/11, and the consider it would have been worse.

Since chem/bio/rad terrorosm was my former field, I can speak to your comments a bit.
We are totally unprepared for *any* kind of attack. Yes, there are some plans in place to deal with an attack (that was my job) but we are woefully deficient in detection technologies. Those of us who worked in the field would whisper ‘If they want to get us, they will.’
I coordinated a program called ‘Biowatch.’ It used to be a hush-hush project but is pretty much known these days. When we were working on it, sometimes not even the municipalities knew that they had a unit deployed in their town.
This is a detection system that picks up a biological release. It’s an unassuming piece of hardware and works fine for what it was designed to do. Basically, it sniffs the air and collects samples continuously. The main problem with is is that the sample canisters were only collected once/day for analysis. What if there was a release of some agent at 10:00AM? We wouldn’t know until 6:00PM, and how many people would be affected by then?
Even though expansion of the program is mandated, I would always ask ‘why’ since the system didn’t work too well. What does it accomplish? It’s too little, too late.
Bottom line: It stinks.
There needs to be a more efficient, wide scale method to test not only bio agents, but chem, as well. We never worried too much about dirty bombs, because the lead shielding to protect the person carrying it would make it so heavy, it’d be impossible to move it around. The fear was always the placement of several devices in a busy city; we felt we could always handle one device, but 10 of them in strategic locations in major cities throughout the U.S. would cause exactly what they wanted: Terror.
I’m not giving anything away, here-it’s all common knowledge and you can do a Web search and find all the info on this you’d like.
If they’re determined they will succeed, no matter what we do, but we need to do a better job and make it as difficult for them as we can.

On our news tonight there was a couple who were driving a Toyota with accelerator problems, yes they had an accident, no one killed Thank God, the lady received a broken leg, and a few gashes etc. Husband hurt too but not too bad. Car smooched pretty good. I know if you really dig in, you can find the problems, the man you spoke to is doing the right thing.

Rep. Paul Ryan says that Democrats are ready to ram a “shell” health care bill through the Budget Committee, on which he serves as ranking Republican member, to use as a vehicle to impose national health care.
In a phone interview with TAS Thursday afternoon, Ryan said that he expects Democrats to begin the complex process on Monday, under which they would have the Budget Committee approve a phantom bill by midnight, which they will then send over to the Rules Committee. At that point, the Rules Committee will strip out all of the language in the phantom bill, and insert the changes to the Senate bill that Democrats have negotiated.
They don’t have the votes right now, but they’re creating the vehicle so that they can airdrop in whatever changes they want,” Ryan said.
He said that Republicans are outnumbered 2-to-1 on his committee and don’t have the votes to stop the bill there. Democrats will also be able to prevent Republicans from offering any amendments, but GOP members will be able to offer “motions to instruct” the Rules Committee, that Ryan said will be used highlight problems with the “unprecedented” step that Democrats are taking.
He said he expected Democrats to dust off last year’s health care bills from the Education and Labor and Ways and Means Committees, to use as the vehicle for reconciliation changes.
Ryan said that the Senate parliamentarian’s ruling that President Obama must sign a health care bill into law before the Senate can change it through reconciliation largely renders moot the attempt by Rep. Louise Slaughter to shield members from a direct vote on the Senate health care bill. He said the idea would also violate Obama’s call for an up-or-down vote. “That’s not an up-or-down vote, that’s sweeping it under the rug and into law,” Ryan said.
He also warned against focusing too much on the reconciliation process in the Senate. “Reconciliation is a distraction,” he said. “Once the House passes the Senate bill we have the massive new entitlement.”

One of the things we get the most hatemail regarding is talking about closeted gay men in elected office.
There’s only one openly gay man in Congress, and that’s Barney Frank. On the lesbian side of the aisle, there’s Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin. But, there are many, many more gays in Congress.
There are three representing the state of Illinois alone. Democrats know about all three of them. They have files on all of them. Someday, when the DNC decides it’s time to take them out, those files will be used. Many people nationally will be shocked – SHOCKED! – by what’s revealed, but people who watch Congress (and certain Governor’s mansions) know all about the various shenanigans “married men” in the closet get up to.
Eric Massa is a classic example of a closeted gay man with a “beard” and family. This is right out of the old Hollywood studio playbook. For most of these men, the only way to win elected office, in their mind, is to “play it straight”, take a wife, have some kids, and then, apparently, set up a raunchy frat house in Washington, D.C. and force young Congressional staffers to be your house boys.
The reason Massa behaved the way he did is because the MSM protects Democrats at all costs. If Massa hadn’t voted against Healthcare Rationing, his secret debauchery would have never come out, no matter what he did. He could have run, like Barney Frank, a male prostitution ring in his basement and the New York Times would have said, “There’s no story there! Move along! Democrats can do no wrong!”.

I watch these videos and read the articles/comments about obama and I think to myself, what does it matter? No one in authority will ever listen to us, the American slaves. I get so frustrated with our judical system and government representatives that ignore their oath and the citizens that I want to throw a baseball through my computer monitor. But, if I do that I can’t keep up with what is going on. So, I don’t. Watching news on tv is worthless unless I want to know what clothes a movie star or singer wore to the last awards presentation.
I just pray and try to let God handle things, but I want to do something myself. After all, this is MY country and not obama’s.

Uhhh. I don’t think so. The House has to vote on the Senate bill without any changes. If a new bill is in the works, the Senate can fillibuster.
I don’t think the dems even know what they are doing any more. They aren’t making sense, that’s for sure. Whatever Pelosi is saying now is pure spin.
I read an article this afternoon, (after today’s meetings) which quoted Pelosi as saying she doesn’t have the votes. Now, I can only find the last part of that interview. Her admission that they don’t have the votes has been deleted.
