Is there documentation that shows Barrack Obama was legally adopted by Lolo Soetoro? Or did Lolo lie about Barry’s name on the Indonesian school record? I always wondered why Ann sent her son to a Catholic school in Indonesia when they weren’t Catholic. I’m not even sure they were Christian, much less Catholic. Was it because it was the closest school? Or because maybe they spoke English? Or was it because there was no proof that he was an Indonesian citizen and the Catholic schools were lenient in regard to citizenship??

The papers got their information from the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, Obama’s parents NOR grandparents had anything to do with the announcements being in the papers, as the media and Obama would have you believe.
All Obama’s parents or grandparents did was ensure the Department of Health received a copy of a notification of a live birth, either through the hospital, through the mail, taking it directly to the DoH or if you read the law, it states that you can do it telephonically if needed.

All there is is speculation about whether Lolo adopted Barry.
But oldsailor is correct, IF Lolo adopted Barry, his ORIGINAL birth certificate would be “altered” with the new information, and a NEW “original” would be generated. The original, original would then be sealed.
Then if Barry changed his name back to Obama, the same thing would have happened, the second original would be altered, the new inormation entered, and a new “original” generated.
I believe that oldsailor belives that Barry would have had to file in court to get his name changed back to Obama. oldsailor says that the courts were searched and no name change was found.

I’m into genealogy and am well aware of alterations to birth certificates and the fact that Hawaii can have more than one “original” birth certificate. I’d like to see the “Official Original” birth certificate that was issued at the time of birth for the child born to Stanley Ann Dunham on August 4, 1961.
If Obama was never legally adopted by Soetoro there would be no need to file in court to change his name back to Obama. Until we see adoption papers we can not say for sure that Obama was ever legally adopted by Lolo Soetoro. There is rumored that Obama applied and received financial aid as a foreign student but no one has presented documentation. Orly said a lady told her she had proof but it was never brought forth.
In 1961, if the birth mother was unmarried it is a likely that the child assumed the mother’s last name. It is possible that Obama has two or three or more, altered “official” birth certificates. Baby Dunham. Barrack Obama or Barry Soetoro.
And it is possible that BO was legally Barry Soetoro and didn’t change back to Barrack Obama until as recent as 2007, the date of the COLB posted on factcheck. And the Lucas Smith BC could be valid also. Remember Hawaii allows births to be recorded even if the birth didn’t take place in Hawaii. There is so much deceit surrounding this man.
And you are right, BO also attended an Indonesian school for two years following his two years at Fransiskus Assisi school in Jakarta . Was he legally Barry Soetoro by then and therefore allowed to attend an Indonesian school? Maybe. But I think the Soetoros moved and that’s the reason he changed schools. Most that you are saying is a strong possibility, but if he changed his name back to Obamaas late as 2007 he would still have had to do it in the Superior court somewhere in the US, to have it legally adjudicated. I tend to believe that this is all related to the reason why his law license was pulled. He had used another name which was allegedly a legal name. Yes the lady at the student loan facility never came forward PUBLICALLY,but she allegedly did tell Orly Taitz,and later supplied Taitz with documentation regarding the name in which the student loan was made. I personally think that the lady who came forward would not have done so unless she thought that something was horribly wrong at her records archive. She took one hell of a chance,or risk if you will by so doing.

My wife is friends with a lady who legally immigrated from Kenya. She is a LICENSED Practical Nurse and worked with my wife until my wife retired. She revealed some stuff last year to us regarding the Kenyan law surrounding the issue of birth certificates in that country,and what the law WAS WHEN Soetoro was born. She was actually born about 2 years after Soetoro was,but she still was required to APPLY for a DOCUMENT showing the information pertaining to her birth. That said it seems to say that unless a parent asks for a birth record it was NOT AUTOMATICALLY FURNISHED,at the time of her birth. So if Soetoro was actually born in Kenya he might not even have had a document issue either. That is until somebody paid to have it done. ….which most of us know about. My wife’s friend found it necessary to have documentation of her birth before she could legally immigrate to the US.

Based upon what I have learned from some outside sources, you have said everything that the people I asked said. These were the two clerk’s employees, who BTW were both paralegals. One has since received his juris degree,and in the interim has moved up substantially.

If there was no justification then it is very doubtful that Mr.Bauer, or anyone would have been needed to represent Soetoro, and nearly two million dollars would have been saved. Apparently, the lady at the student loan facility has been silenced since we’ve not heard any more about her since Orly revealed that she had the goods on BO. I wish Orly would have waited to reveal her source until she had the documentation in a secure location.
There is another scenario in regard to BO’s foreign student status that most people haven’t considered but CW brought it up here a while back. If BO has a Hawaii BC that shows his father is a foreigner then he would have dual citizenship, a subject of Kenya (or the UK) and possibly eligible to receive financial aid as a foreign student under the name Barrack Obama. The name Barry Soetoro may not have been an issue. According to wikipedia:

Yeah, I know we shouldn’t consider Wikipedia a reliable source but keep in mind that BO would have been 17 or 18 years old in 1979 when and if he applied for a Fulbright scholarship and was STILL a Kenyan citizen. So, CW may be right. Obama could very well have applied and received a Fulbright scholarship as a Kenyan citizen under the name Barrack Hussein Obama. Would this have ramifications in regard to Bo’s American citizenship and the natural born citizen requirement?

Whether or not Soetoro applied for a Fullbright scholarship is one can of peas,but what was his actual legal status when he applied…..again if he was legally adopted by Lolo( which I happen to believe) it would have made him a citizen of Indonesia and the automatic loss of a Kenyan citizenship wouldn’t matter because he would still have dual citizenship. However I am seriously doubtful that he even possesses a legal citizenship of the US. Yes this is my own personal belief, but there are some clues which though quite old are still valid facets of the possibility. The Kenyan thing is a separate issue with regard to the Indonesian aspect. I also believe much of what Sharon Rondeau has put online. However I have to admit that when we develop a prognosis based upon logic,and simple reasoning,there is always a factor relating to the potential for error..But Commander Kerchner once said that simple logic is hard to beat MOST OF THE TIME..
……..and I also believe that simple logic,when properly utilised is HARD TO BEAT! Generally speaking,if Soetoro was born in Kenya, his citizenship to that country allegedly ended in the 80s. So that ends any significance which it might carry…..but it does NOT ERASE THE FACT that he was born to a British subject,and under the protectorate laws he to is a British subject. There is NO WAY THAT he can get around that one. ………but because of the insane Hawaiian birth registration laws, Soetoro could have been born on the MOON and he could be considered to be an American citizen.

Very interesting. I’ve viewed many microfilm reels like those in genealogy searches. It would be easy to take the reel, modify and duplicate, and later return to box without anyone knowing. I’ll pass this on.
……….Insofar as any legal citizenship to the US that Soetoro MIGHT possess is concerned, I personally look upon this as EXTREMELY DOUBTFUL. To this I point and again refer to the surrender of his law license. Nobody who is in their right mind voluntarily surrenders his/her law licensure…….that is unless there has been some really serious criminal activity detected by the bar association, of a state. I would seriously think that the same reasoning applies to Michelle Robinson as well. The use of an illegal name would be absolute justification for the bar to demand the forteiture of both law licenses.

I would agree to that 100%, but I would hasten to add that a trained document examiner would know what to look for in any “clipped” joints within the background of the microfilm. Hint…….there is ALWAYS an undiscernable hairline where the prior microfilm was CLIPPED. This is simply because there is a minute surface which refracts light, even as a hairline. When this happens it causes a microscopic black line at the joint. I have personally dealt with this phenonema when operating a lithographic copy camers. the cut end of the joint does not reflect the same amount of light as the rest of the copy,and as such it causes a different level of development at that line. We see this on a more pronounced level when the copy artist uses an exacto knife to crop a photograph which will be screened into a halftone. Very often there is a very fine black hairline.. In the screening process much of the hairline is disseminated.,and becoimes almost invisible. to the naked eye.
Now days the screening of halftones is done electronically. We no longer refer to lines per inch,we talk of PIXELS now. The electronics used today in the lithographic procedure have taken photograph resolution, to a whole new level ,and made the reproductions contain very fine detail,as well as color resolution. I recently went over to my son’s business place and watched as he electronically printed some color brochures. The product was really fine and when I looked at it through my OLD magnifying glass it nearly blew me away . The detail and sharpness was way beyond anfthing which I used to produce.He is doing quite well.

Yes, forensic examination of the microfilm would reveal if there was any tampering. The microfilm would show signs of wear and tear over fifty years. Old microfilms often have black streaks which likely are slight scratches embedded into the surface. A duplicated microfilm or insert would show a smooth surface.

I would be remiss if I didn’t ask why the box marked Aug 1 is a much newer box than the surrounding ones. Since those boxes are still intact I would strongly suspect that there WAS a box similar to the rest of the boxes,but in the process of removing the microfilm spool it was either destroyed or some fool thought that nobody would notice the NEW BOX, which causes me to ask the question why would that specific box need to be replaced to begin with. Har har Shows just how damn stupid the goon squad is

Serco has seen a large amount of criticism involving its private prisons and detention centres. In particular, the Union of Christmas Island Workers has said about the Christmas Island detention centre, which hosts many refugees as well as 1,000 children who have tried to immigrate into Australia, “Serco’s failure to perform is huge.” Serco has been accused of beating prisoners, not adequately maintaining their physical and mental health, and allowing suicide and self-harm incidents to increase over time. Australian ombudsman Allan Asher said to the Australian radio show AM, “In the first week of June when I visited Christmas Island, more than 30 incidents of self harm by detainees held there were reported.” Serco, in a company memo leaked to The Australian, blamed the detainees for “creating a culture of self harm,” and using it as a “bargaining tool.” Serco has been fined for breaches of contract every month it has managed detention centres in Australia, leading to a total of $4 million in fines in early 2011. Also, Serco’s Christmas Island detention center was reported by its own former manager to be “typically 15 staff members short every day.”
Serco has also gained criticism for its inefficiency in its pathology labs. Its laboratories in St Thomas’ Hospital saw an increase in the number of clinical incidents, such as patients getting inappropriate blood when their medical history was not flagged by the system or patients’ kidney damage results being calculated incorrectly. A Serco employee later revealed that the company had given false reports to the National Health Service 252 times over its medical services in Cornwall.
