“The Statement of Organizations for recall committees can be found here. Petition signers must be registered to vote in the specific supervisor district, on the date that they sign the petition. Circulators must be qualified to register to vote in Maricopa County. Learn more.

Timelines

Recall petitioners have 120 days to gather qualifying signatures. Once signatures are filed, statute allows for 10 days to certify the number of petitions and signatures, and another 60 days to certify the number of valid signatures. If that certification results in at least the minimum number of signatures required, an elected official may resign within 5 days or submit a statement within 10 days that would appear on the ballot. (A.R.S. Title 19, Chapter 2)”
