Jeff Van Drew just announced he is switching from the Democrat to Republican Party.

As it stands now, prior to the release of the Barr/Durham investigations/indictments, any Democrat running for office in 2020 could potentially have a tough time winning.
If there is an impeachment vote this week, any Democrat voting to impeach Trump is committing political suicide. Except of course in a few liberal bastions that don’t care about right and wrong.

The above is an illustration of why they all have to go to prison.
My college training was accounting and one of the first things you learn in audit is that there are no internal controls against collusion. Nothing can be designed to stop certain crimes when the players collude.
They had multiple levels at the FBI, multiple levels at the DOJ, and they had a fisa court judge. It’s designed like this to stop fraud and crime. But it cannot be stopped if there is collusion among the participants. And for the crime to succeed, just look at how many people had to collude to pull this off.
So when some asshat crooked lying politician tells us that they need new procedures and safeguards ‘so that this will never happen again’, it is prima facie evidene that the person saying it is a corrupt lying crook.
They can either do away with the fisa court or they can sentence the crooks to rot in prison, which will be an effective deterent to future crooks.
Our gov’t is rotten to the core.
