Nearly 1,500 St. Lawrence University alumni and faculty are calling on the school to rescind an honorary degree Sen. Susan Collins was awarded last year because of her vote to confirm Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
A more moderate Republican, Collins was targeted by liberal activists and those opposed to Kavanaugh – particularly after allegations of sexual assault came to light – who thought she could abandon her party and vote against confirming the judge. But ahead of the vote, Collins said she didn’t believe the charges could “fairly prevent Judge Kavanaugh from serving on the Court.”
More than 1,300 alumni of St. Lawrence University in New York signed onto a lettersaying Collins “lack[s] the integrity and commitment to justice that we expect from the St. Lawrence body.”
“We ask that the University revoke this honorary degree as we find that she is not deserving of it in the face of her recent actions. We ask the university to do this in support of truth and for all of the victims of sexual assault and violence, of which many of her fellow alumni and students have suffered,” the letter read, in part.”

Good morning.
I was shocked and outraged when I learned of the treatment of Senator Susan Collins by so many associated with your university.
I taught college computer science many years ago. I can assure that no institution I have been affiliated with would ever have allowed such outrageous behavior.
I realize you cannot control members of your alumni.
However, the faculty members should be held accountable!

………..yesterday I watched the video of allegedly Kashoggi entering the Saudi embassy in Turkey……BUT in watching the video there is a telling part which suggests seriously that the video is photoshopped. As he crosses the area of the door the video stops and he instantly disappears BEFORE ENTERING the building. This part of the video is only being shown OCCASIONALLY. This causes me to believe that the MEDIA also has noticed the instant end of the video. I do not believe the video. I think it is PHONY. We are not always seeing the sudden cutoff because the broadcasters are making sure it stops a few micro seconds beforehand.. Anybody who wasn’t watching very closely would get the impression he actually entered the building. The video instantly stops and he vanishes long before he enters the building. Most of the videos we are seeing stop before he is even at the opened door. There are NO VIDEOS showing him passing through the doorway itself. The video could have easily been scavenged from an older recording and used to make it look as though he had entered the embassy. Unless we see more concrete evidence that he actually entered the embassy I will continue to believe that the whole thing is a setup perpetrated by the LIBERAL DEMOCRATS and their foreign FRIENDS. It wouldn’t surprise me if Mzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Piggy, and perhaps Lil Barry were both heavily involved.

……….try walking through a doorway yourself……..did you suddenly disappear, or did you disappear as you moved forward…….Kashoggi disappeared instantly without moving forward which = electronic cutoff. Had the video been an actual video of him approaching and passing through the doorway you would have watched his body disappear from front to rear as he moved forward. This was not the case in the video. He disappeared in whole instantly without moving forward. REAL BULL$HIT !!!!

Khashoggi was engaged at the time of his disappearance, having been married once before to a Saudi woman, with no children. The Washington Post columnist was last seen in public entering the Saudi consulate in Turkey to obtain documents to marry his fiancée
