CIA complicit in JFK assassination?, Reason for delay & further review?, Dallas police officer JD Tippit real JFK assassin?, CIA’s David Atlee Phillips aka Maurice Bishop involved?, Antonio Veciana involved?

“No one saw Lee Harvey Oswald or Steven Paddock pull a trigger.”…Citizen Wells
“And if all others accepted the lie which the Party imposed
–if all records told the same tale–then the lie passed into
history and became truth. “Who controls the past,” ran the
Party slogan, “controls the future: who controls the present
controls the past.”…George Orwell, “1984″

“But the records’ release is not guaranteed, says Martha Murphy, head of the National Archives’ Special Access Branch. While the JFK Records Act of 1992 mandated the files be made public in 25 years, government agencies that created the paper trail can still appeal directly to the president to keep them hidden. And some scholars and researcher not to mention the army of JFK conspiracy theorists, fear that is exactly what will happen given the details about the deepest, darkest corners of American spy craft that could be revealed — from the inner workings of the CIA’s foreign assassination program and front companies to the role of a CIA psychological operations guru accused of misleading congressional investigators about alleged assassin Lee Harvey Oswald’s activities.”
“Among the questions still hotly disputed: Did Oswald, who had defected to Russia in 1959 and was tied to radical groups seeking to overthrow the communist government in Cuba, act alone — as the Warren Commission concluded? Did some U.S. officials or intelligence assets have prior knowledge of the plot? Did American leaders willfully prevent a full investigation to protect other closely guarded secrets?”

“FBI informant claimed Dallas police officer J.D Tippit was the REAL JFK assassin – not Lee Harvey Oswald, secret files reveal”
“An informant identified Dallas police officer J.D Tippit as the actually killer of John F. Kennedy, the newly released assassination file documents reveal.
Patrolman Tippit was shot dead by Oswald 45 minutes after he also assassinated Kennedy on November 22 1963.
According to a note sent to the FBI, an informant was told by an H. Theodore Lee in that ‘the president was actually assassinated by Dallas police officer TIPPIT’.
The informant also told Lee that the information came from individuals previously active in the Fair Play for Cuba Committee (FPCC).
The note also says a week before the assassination Tippit, allegedly head of the right-wing John Birch Society in Dallas, and a third party who was possibly Oswald, met in Jack Ruby’s nightclub.”

“JF – When it comes down to the part that this guy was going for Lee Harvey Oswald, the connection is this: Lee Harvey Oswald had just spent five days with me, Lee Harvey Oswald knew who I was, he knew I was in town, he knew what just happened, he was tied to me basically drastically. When I talked to Charles Nicoletti that morning, I told him this: I said: We ‘ve got a slight problem. And he asked me: What’s that, Jimmy? I said: Lee Harvey Oswald. At that time Mr. Nicoletti said: “Jimmy, who is Lee Oswald? I never heard of this guy!” I said he works with the Agency, that he is one of David Atlee Phillips’ people. Chuck didn’t know who David Phillips was. And I told him he is a tie back to me. I am a tie back to you! I said: This makes me nervous. I’m concerned about it! Mr Nicoletti told me: “Jimmy, don’t worry about it. I’ll talk to the boss.” The only one he could have talked to is Sam. If he talked to Sam, Sam evidently told him: Don’t worry, I’ll take care of it! The only party that Sam could have called, and that’s Sam Giancana, that would have been David Phillips. David Phillips was in the area that day. I know that for a fact. I didn’t see him, I didn’t talk to him, but I know he was there. Anyway, this party that was there, that killed J.D. Tippit, he was brought in at a last minute notice. He had to be on standby. And where-ever Phillips went, he usually kept several people around that he could use, people that he needed. Whether he needs them or not, they are gonna be available. They always had, what are you gonna call them, contract agents, operatives, co-operatives or whatever, he’s got people that he can use. If he needs something done he can pick up a phone and have it initiated in a moments’ notice. This party was evidently there on standby cause he did not live in that area. That’s why I was shocked to see him at my motelroom. So evidently they took care of it that way.
J – Okay, so this party that shot Tippit, he was more connected to the Agency than the mob?
JF – To the agency. He wasn’t tied to the mob. He might have done some work for them along the way, but he was strictly one of David Phillips’ people. Because he did not even know Charles Nicoletti. “
“Helen Markham was in the Oak Cliff area when she saw Dallas Police Officer J. D. Tippit being shot. She later described the killer as being short and somewhat on the heavy side, with slightly bushy hair.” Later, Markham identified Lee Harvey Oswald in a police lineup, but this was after she had seen his photograph on television.”
From JFK Facts.
“Earlier this week, we reported on a newspaper interview with former CIA agent Antonio Veciana in which he talked about JFK’s assassination and the CIA man he knew as ‘Maurice Bishop.’
From Citizens for Truth About the Kennedy Assassination, here’s the essential background on this long-standing JFK mystery that has now been clarified:
Why do JFK scholars debate the identity of Maurice Bishop?
In 1963, Veciana ran an anti-Castro militant group called Alpha-66, which staged hit and run attacks on the Cuban government. This violent crusade brought him in close contact with undercover CIA officers seeking to overthrow Castro, including David Atlee Phillips (left)
In the 1976, Veciana told congressional investigator Gaeton Fonzi, that he had seen a friend from the CIA whom he knew as “Maurice Bishop” in the company of Lee Harvey Oswald in Dallas in September 1963.
Working with an artist, Veciana gave a description that yielded a drawing of a man who resembled Phillips (below right).
One of Phillips colleagues, contract CIA officer named Ross Crozier, was interviewed by the congressional investigators twice and he said he was “almost certain” that Phillips had used the name “Bishop.””
