“Ex-Aide to Hillary Clinton Testifies About Email Server”
“A former aide to Hillary Clinton when she was secretary of state testified behind closed doors for two hours Wednesday in the first in a series of depositions that are likely to raise more questions about Mrs. Clinton’s use of a private email server just as she prepares for an election campaign against Donald J. Trump.
The former aide, Lewis A. Lukens, testified under oath about his knowledge of Mrs. Clinton’s private email system as part of a lawsuit brought against the State Department by a conservative legal advocacy group, Judicial Watch.
At least five other officials — including two of Mrs. Clinton’s top aides at the State Department, Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin — are also scheduled to testify in the lawsuit over the next six weeks in what promises to be an unwelcome distraction for the Clinton campaign.
The last deposition is set for June 29 — less than a month before the start of the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, where Mrs. Clinton is widely expected to win her party’s nomination for president over challenger Bernie Sanders.
Meanwhile, the F.B.I. is continuing to investigate the issue of Mrs. Clinton’s private email server to determine whether any federal laws regarding the handling of classified material or other issues may have been broken.”
“Thomas Fitton, the president of Judicial Watch, who took part in Mr. Lukens’s deposition, said afterward that he could not discuss the substance of the testimony because of the ground rules set by Judge Sullivan.
But Mr. Fitton predicted that once the testimony is publicly released — perhaps as early as next week — it would show “why the State Department and Mrs. Clinton have slow-rolled this and withheld a complete explanation of what went on with her email system. What we learned is going to be embarrassing to Mrs. Clinton and the administration — maybe more than embarrassing.”

These days if they get into serious financial trouble they just declare bankruptcy, and the slate gets wiped clean, their creditors take a beating, and the person goes out, gets another credit card and its off to the races once again. American retail business, and credit card companies get hit big time in personal bankruptcies………..but WHO CARES, it isn’t their money that they are spending……….they HAVE’NT earned it yet. The more UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE we have the greater is the likelihood that a credit card will be used to steal from American retail business. When business gets starved for a profit it is not long thereafter when that business closes it’s doors PERMANENTLY, and even more people become unemployed. Yet employee compensation is only one facet of a multi faceted problem. Now we have more young people than ever before spending nearly every dollar they have on DRUGS, ALCOHOL, AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT, SPENDING THEIR LAST DOLLAR ON THE LOTTERY…………WHICH CARRIES A ALMOST 1 BILLION TO 1 ODDS OF WINNING ANYTHING. MANY YOUNG PEOPLE MOVE BACK WITH MOM ,AND DAD, AND LIVE OFF OF WELFARE, unfortunately they bring their errant vices with them, and eventually it brings an end to the happy household which they chose to intrude upon ,and subsequently destroy. In the end more ,and more people become homeless. I have watched this happen to a number of seniors right here in Fort Wayne. Almost happened to ME………but I took action against it, and soon the problem came to an end when the CHILD obtained her own apartment. Now she can bring all the ONE NIGHT STANDS she wants home with her. When her landlord discovers what is going on she will most likely be evicted.
………..America’s social problem is becoming worse by the day. Believe it or not there are some small business operators who actually PAY THEIR OFFSPRING to STAY AWAY………This is because when they are hanging around……….., and when this happens the business discipline goes out the window, because the KIDDIES GET IN THE WAY……….. SOON the business is bankrupt, and closes up.
There are lots of $7.00 per hour jobs available, but far too many young people feel as though $7.00 per hour is not worth their time……….and they keep on leaching off of MOM AND DAD instead………which all too often ends in disaster for EVERYBODY.
When such childish behavior is compounded by such company policies as that of Target, more hell on earth erupts…….as if we don’t have enough already.

………..at this point in time I would agree. That possibility is on the table. The aircraft had just entered Egyptian airspace. ……….whatever occurred happened so quickly that the pilot was unable to send a mayday. It fell 22,000 feet very quickly. My gut says that something prevented the pilot from keeping control of the aircraft. An emergency beacon was operational until it had fallen 22,000 feet at which point the aircraft probably began to break up. I tend to think that for some reason there was a massive, and sudden depressurization…….at 37,000 feet such an event would be almost instantly deadly to all people on board. Sudden depressurization could have happened resultant of a planted bomb, or as you suggested a surface to air missile. Another possibility is that multiple GOATHERDERS decided to attack the pilot and crew, even with three security persons aboard. If there was gunfire the sudden depressurization could have resulted from such an event. One bullet hole quickly becomes a huge hole, as the depressurization forces tears away structure of the aircraft. This happens in SECONDS, and quickly leads to loss of control ,and subsequent break up of the aircraft.

Washington, D.C. — Select Committee on Benghazi Chairman Trey Gowdy (SC-04) released the following statement regarding the Department of Defense’s failure to find its own employees and provide them to the committee for interviews:
“In February, the committee requested interviews with the relevant drone pilots from the time of the attacks. The Department of Defense ignored this request for nearly five weeks, and on March 31 finally agreed to provide the names of pilots and operators of drones over Benghazi and Tripoli on September 11 and 12, 2012. When DOD finally did provide names at the end of April, the list was incomplete. Three weeks later, the committee has still not received names from September 12, 2012. The committee needs all of the names so the relevant witnesses can be interviewed and the investigation completed. Surely DOD can complete the simple task of finding the people within the chain of command in less than three months. The families of those killed and injured in Benghazi and the American people deserve to hear from any witness who can potentially provide relevant, probative evidence.”
Chairman Gowdy’s May 6 letter to Secretary of Defense Ash Carter revealed that “information previously provided to Congress by the Department has been flat out wrong.” First, “after a Committee inquiry the Department of Defense changed its own unclassified timeline regarding the response to the Benghazi attacks.” Second, “Department representatives informed the Committee the map it previously provided the Committee showing where forces in the region were postured on September 11, 2012 was incomplete.”
The Committee’s former chief counsel, retired Army Lt. Gen. Dana Chipman, said this week, “If some witnesses refer the committee to other witnesses, the responsible thing to do is interview them. The Committee has an obligation to the American people to determine what can and cannot be substantiated, so if an individual makes public allegations about Benghazi, the Committee should interview that person.”

The federal agency responsible for consumer protection is refusing a request from members of Congress to investigate the nonprofit Clinton Foundation.
“When the [Federal Trade] Commission can establish that an entity claiming to be a charity is in fact operating to profit itself or its members, i.e., is a ‘sham charity,’ the Commission can bring an enforcement action against the entity for making deceptive representations to donors,” Democratic Commission Chair Edith Ramirez wrote in a Thursday letter to House members.
