The 26-year-old man, an Indian national, traveled to New Delhi from Liberia on November 10, almost two months after he was hospitalized in the West African nation after showing symptoms of the illness, India’s health ministry said in a statement.
He was released from the Liberian hospital on September 30 with documents declaring him free of clinical signs linked to Ebola, the ministry added.
As a precautionary measure, Indian authorities carried out tests on his body fluids, which confirmed traces of the virus in his semen, the statement said.

“The swiftly moving Ebola epidemic presents an immense challenge to unprepared national and global health systems, infectious disease expert Michael Osterholm said at an Ebola symposium Tuesday at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota, is one of the leading public spokesmen on the Ebola epidemic, which has killed more than 4,300 in West Africa. Although he has reviewed hundreds of published papers on Ebola and briefs top government officials on the epidemic’s spread, Osterholm readily admits that he knows less today about the Ebola virus than he did nine months ago.
“Let’s acknowledge we’re making this up as we go and we have to become more comfortable with uncertainty,” said Osterholm, the keynote speaker at the event, titled “Dean’s Symposium on Ebola: Crisis, Context and Response.””
“At this stage in the epidemic, Osterholm said, the Ebola virus has the upper hand, and the global health community is playing catch-up.
“The virus is operating on virus time and the rest of us are operating on bureaucracy and program time, and the virus is winning hands down,” Osterholm told an audience of 350 in Sommer Hall and more than 2,500 following the live webcast.”
“As the Ebola crisis continues to unfold, Osterholm said he sees “lots of unexpecteds ahead of us.” He said he is convinced that a vaccine is the only hope of containing the outbreak but characterized the U.S. investment in vaccine research as “a drop in the bucket.”

BOMBSHELL: Investigators Say They Have Recovered Lois Lerner’s ‘Missing’ Emails

Friday, the U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) reported to several Congressional committees that many of the allegedly “missing” emails to and from former IRS official Lois Lerner have been recovered.
Lois Lerner remains at the heart of the IRS scandal for her having overseen the IRS’ tax-exempt division that designated nonprofit statuses. Between the approximate years of 2010 to 2013, Lerner’s division harassed and suppressed the political activities of blossoming Tea Party and conservative nonprofit groups that sought to make a difference. The IRS spent years denying nonprofit statuses for conservative nonprofits while allowing left-leaning nonprofits no such scrutiny.
The IRS made continued requests in their investigations of Tea Party groups by asking for membership rosters, emails, copies of social media postings and making chilling requests such as demanding to know who were members, what was discussed at meetings, what kind of reading material was common amongst members and other intrusive measures to ascertain and obstruct the nature of nonprofit activity.
Lerner had been embroiled in controversy as Congressional investigators have sought emails sent within these years. However, Lerner maintained that she suffered a computer crash and that the “missing” emails were irretrievable.
While government officials have maintained that Lerner’s harddrive with the emails was irretrievable, they also soon revealed that they had “misplaced” the harddrive, thus prohibiting outside technicians to try and recover the emails.
Earlier this month, the IRS admitted that they never really looked for the missing emails or Lois Lerner’s harddrive.
A Congressional aide revealed on Friday, however, that the Inspector General’s Office has recovered up to 30,000 emails on disaster recovery tapes maintained by the IRS.
“They just said it took them several weeks and some forensic effort to get these emails off these tapes,” a congressional revealed to the Washington Examiner.
It is not yet known what is in the emails as it may take several weeks of continued searching to recover all data from the voluminous amount of disaster recovery tapes.
Republican Rep. Darrell Issa, who has vigorously pursued the truth behind the IRS scandal, stated,
“Though it is unclear whether TIGTA has found all of the missing Lois Lerner e-mails, there may be significant information in this discovery. The Oversight Committee will be looking for information about her mindset and who she was communicating with outside the IRS during a critical period of time when the IRS was targeting conservative groups. This discovery also underscores the lack of cooperation Congress has received from the IRS. The agency first failed to disclose the loss to Congress and then tried to declare Lerner’s e-mails gone and lost forever. Once again it appears the IRS hasn’t been straight with Congress and the American people.”

My basic thinking when I used the synonym”groundhog holes” refers to exactly what DSP2 had mentioned. A couple of years ago I stumbled onto the same 1795 law. I didn’t remember all of it so I went to a special law library wing at our public library,and looked up everything I could find about it. DSP2 has it pretty much correct…at least inasmuch as I can digest it. You must have a very open mindset when you read such legal scripture, because so many times there is a number of interpretations of it as is the case when it is TWISTED by our overeducated wordsmiths, and sometimes in case law. That is as far as I will take what I have to say……..except that the alleged law creates many of the groundhog holes,but there are just as many such holes that Soetoro,and his goon squad,are directly responsible for as well. Hopefully he will stumble into a hole of his own making,which he has FORGOTTEN about,and directly above the hole dangles a GARROTE. Compulsive,and repetetive lies also create such holes.

The state of North Dakota has officially named a new publicly-owned landfill after President Barack Obama.
In an overwhelming 35-10 vote, the state Senate advanced a bill naming a 650-acre site currently under construction after the nation’s 44th president. Governor Jack Dalrymple is expected to sign the measure into law Tuesday.
When completed, the Barack H. Obama Memorial Landfill will be the largest waste disposal site in North Dakota, and the 17th largest in the United States. It will be especially rich in toxic waste from the local petroleum and medical industries.
“We wanted to do something to honor this president,” says Republican State Senator Doug Perlman, who was the lead sponsor of the bill. “And I think a pile of garbage is a fitting tribute to Obama’s presidency”

The president is hardly popular in North Dakota. My town recently came into the 21st century and supplied us with those new-fangled trash and recyclables containers; an arm on the truck picks the things up and dumps them; no more ‘sanitary engineers’ to physically pick up the trashcan and empty it into the truck.
On my trash container (owned by the town), I printed a sign and simply wrote ‘OBAMA,’ laminated it, and placed it on the front of the container. Last week, someone from the disposal service (who rides shotgun in case you have ‘overflow’ bags to be picked up) took a Sharpie and put a large check mark after his name :).

I am beginning to think that the CDC has been doing a lot of EDUCATED GUESSING where the transmission of Ebola is concerned. Sounds as though Boston is 5 years behind Indiana with respect to GARBAGE COLLECTION……we have had the barrel clamp pickup for a little over 5 years. It obviously speeds up the collection,and it doesn’t have a cell phone up to it’s ear while it is cycling. Of course it doesn’t have an ear either……but it works hard. Cycles about 20 times per each city block. It only requires about 10 minutes for the truck and the operator to empty about 20 totes.Utilises two way articulation,of the hydraulically controlled clamp arm. The papermaking industry has used the same apparatus for decades at the PAPER mills, to handle the huge rolls at the output of the machinery. The city owned totes are pretty large and are on wheels like a two wheel cart. We will never need to buy another garbage can. WHOOOOHOOO!
BTW……most of the garbage truck operators are on a 25 hr week here……yet the trucks operate MON-FRIDAY! All PART TIME DRIVERS! Anybody having a COMMERCIAL DRIVER licensure, who holds a PART TIME job,tells a sad story. Ain’t going to get any better for a long time either. Recently a NITWIT liberal Senator who was on FOX and friends had the stupidity to say that the country is gaining 200,000 jobs a month……When I heard him say that I nearly choked on my TEA,and nearly fell out of the chair with uncontrollable laughter. Let me try to explain what a criminal investigation is all about: You have an accusation but your job is to *prove* that the charges are true. You investigate however, you find that many roadblocks are thrown in front of you; false witnesses and leads are planted to throw you off the track, threats to yourself and your family are made. If you’re lucky, you gather a mountain of stunning evidence you must sift through to try to determine if it’s real or a lie.
In this case, you also have legal ramifications; this is not a two-bit thief we’re talking about. Remember that there’s only one shot to get this right; there won’t be another chance.
If the media will not listen, do without them. Congress knows he’s a fraud; they ALL know however, they protect the usurper in order to protect themselves; when he’s exposed, so are they.
You may be right; A/Z might just need to take this to the American people and let the chips fall where they may. There was no ‘media’ before the Revolutionary War and the people took care of the problem just fine. The CRIMINAL BASTARDS will continue to burn,and pillage businesses in their community,but sadly all they will accomplish will be to cause even more unemployment,and property loss. In their TWISTED mentalities they believe they are justified. Now you see why they are where they are with regard to social station. Where is all of their anger when a BLACK murders one of their own? They COULD’NT CARE LESS, and it tells the TRUE story in STARK REALITY. Sooner or later America will be forced to deal with them in the way that they should have been dealt with in the beginning. While I do NOT BELIEVE IN VIOLENCE, there is a point where there is NOTHING LEFT except violence, and violence begets violence.
The riots have started. The message from Blacks and the Obama supporters is now very clear. They want to be able to break the laws at will. They want to rob. They want to beat people for no reason or because they are white. They want to kill and murder. They don’t want to respect the police or law enforcement. They don’t want to respect the legal process. They don’t want to listen to truth or evidence. They believe they are ‘entitled’ to a ‘pass’ for all crimes because they are black, and Obama and Holder support this notion.
A rational person would have been happy an animal, with no respect for property, people, or the law, had been removed from the streets. The evidence in favor of the officer was overwhelming, whom had been injured in the line of duty. God help those innocent families who are just in the way in Missouri.

This morning, I read in my “ragsheet” the Charlotte Observer, where a 12 year old black boy was shot and killed by the police in Cleveland Ohio……
The 12year old black kid was carrying a “pellet gun” , which looks like a real pistol, near a playground. A concerned citizen called the police and the police were not told it looked like a pellet gun.
Normally a pellet gun has an orange cap in the barrel end of the weapon…this one didn’t. The police responded and told the kid to raise his hands. He reach for the pellet gun.
End of story. All was caught on a camera. Police were justified in shooting.
I guess now we will see Ohio burn, especially Cleveland, unless the policemen responding were black. I will bet three to one we have a repeat, much worse than Ferguson…..any takers?

The American people were given the FALSE impression that Barack Obama was signing an EXECUTIVE ORDER providing amnesty for an estimated 4 million illegal immigrants residing in the United States.
Presidential Executive Orders are designed for emergency circumstances wherein there is no time for congressional action, the circumstance falls under the legal authority of the Oval Office, and the order is designed to carry out the duties of the Federal government under the U.S. Constitution and existing U.S. laws.
In the case of Obama’s recent Executive Action, THE ACTION IS NOT WITHIN THE LEGAL AUTHORITY OF THE OVAL OFFICE, it is not the result of any emergency circumstance of the United States, and it is not designed to carry out the sworn duties of the Federal government under the United States Constitution or U.S. laws. In fact, it is designed to subvert the U.S. Constitution and U.S. laws governing immigration and naturalization.
As a result, Barack Obama did NOT issue an Executive Order. Instead, he used what is called EXECUTIVE ACTION, which has no force of law behind it, whatsoever. In doing so, Obama acted under “the color of office” to openly subvert and circumvent U.S. law.

After consoling a weeping McSpadden, the 38-year-old Head–who was standing atop a platform in the middle of the agitated crowd of several hundred protesters–began screaming “Burn this bitch down!” He did this at least TEN TIMES , and at one point yelled for a microphone so that he could broadcast his message beyond the range of his unamplified voice.

There won’t be a trial for Wilson, so when Holder comes out and states that Wilson was justified in his actions, it’ll be another reason to go out and get some free stuff.

Most everyone who post here at Citizenwells are old enough to remember the Vietnam War…..most everyone remembers the riots and civil disturbance that occurred during that time….
I remember the second time I came back from Vietnam…..the riots were in full swing….the slogan driving the unrest was ‘Hell No, We won’t Go” ….I remember all the flower children and their expression of ‘peace’…..above the smell of “wacky weed”……..
Now I feel I have come full circle…….we are experiencing civil unrest over a ‘hoodlum’ who was shot while trying to ‘take out’ a law enforcement officer….the only difference I see in this and 1968 is that this is a “black organized, black lead, and black inspired” civil unrest……
There is no doubt in my mind all this has been PROGRAMMED, PLANNED AND EXECUTED at the highest levels of our government……for one purpose…….to put Obama in office FOR LIFE.
What really got to me last night while watching the TV, was the apparent absence of any really effective resistance from the law officers. They just seemed to “stand down” quite a bit, and I believe that was in response to Holder’s admonition to go easy on the offenders.
The black mob resorted to the basest of instincts – goon-type destruction and completely uncivilized behavior. They are not far removed from the jungle where their roots originated.
We are becoming more lawless each day. Is it little wonder considering the individual that sits in the W.H.? He is the very epitome of lawlessness. The citizenry can hardly rise above that which sets the tone for the country.

Reported tonight: About 1400 of our finest citizens (most likely college kids) tried to block the Southeast Expressway in Boston to ‘protest’ the GJ’s verdict in Ferguson.
Now, we’re expecting a pretty good snow dump on Wednesday (winter storm warnings are posted; first of the season), just in time to screw up Thanksgiving travel. Like many other municipalities, our snowplows plow in ‘tandem’ on the major arteries and in light of the weather, they’re ready to go.
It was suggested that we allow the ‘protesters’ to take to the SE Expressway then, send out the plows. If they intend to block a major artery in the city, that roadway needs to be open and cleared of debris.
Terrible idea? Maybe, but an act of civil disobedience does not include shutting down a major roadway when there’s a storm coming and people are trying to get somewhere for Thanksgiving. Go sit your sorry butts down in front of City Hall and protest; bring a sign while you’re at it….maybe they’ll put you on the news and make your parents proud that they raised a bunch of morons.
Also, the rioters in Ferguson did not riot to protest a verdict in the killing of a thug; their only purpose in doing it was to get free stuff.
