The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America
When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. He has obstructed the Administration of Justice by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.
He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

For protecting them, by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:

He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.

My ancestor, John Wells signed the Tryon Resolves in August 1775. His house, begun during the revolution, is still standing.

“The unprecedented, barbarous and bloody actions committed by British troops on our American brethren near Boston, on 19th April and 20th of May last, together with the hostile operations and treacherous designs now carrying on, by the tools of ministerial vengeance, for the subjugation of all British America, suggest to us the painful necessity of having recourse to arms in defense of our National freedom and constitutional rights, against all invasions; and at the same time do solemnly engage to take up arms and risk our lives and our fortunes in maintaining the freedom of our country whenever the wisdom and counsel of the Continental Congress or our Provincial Convention shall declare it necessary; and this engagement we will continue in for the preservation of those rights and liberties which the principals of our Constitution and the laws of God, nature and nations have made it our duty to defend. Today is a great time to remind family members that our constitution is our protection from the Federal governments overreach into our lives. I will spend time with my family and Grandkids explaining why what we have is so very important to preserve. Thank you CW for your time and effort to get things out in front of the mainstream media. And to all who contribute to this effort, HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!…from a 20 year US Air Force vet! God bless our family, friends and our country which is need of a visionary!!

John owned a lot of land in the area that was passed down to the descendants.

You should be proud of where you came from. Be sure and often tell your children of their background . .I too know York and that area of SC well….
In fact, my second wife and I (first died in 2005, God rest her soul) were married in the old Lattie (sp) Plantation Home in the small town of York SC in 2007….a beautiful place with history seeping out of every timber in the building.
I was 70 years old when I got married for the second time….Don’t let anyone tell you that life ends at 65 !!! Since then, my 2nd wife and I have travelled to Europe 4 times….and plan many more trips…..Age is only a number, and life doesn’t end when your beloved spouse dies….I am living proof of that fact.
Meanwhile back at York SC…..Now an active Muslim training camp is located in the County of York…I wonder what our forefathers would have said about that !!!
But I’m sure there are enough real Americas still left in York SC to handle any problems that may arise….
It’s funny how the passing of time seems to change everything that is good in life.
This is a bit off topic and without a doubt will shock a lot of people. My wife drove me up to Mickey Dee’s this morning. While I was awaiting my order I got into a conversation with a person who immigrated to the US from San Salvador. He also has relatives living in Guatamala. They told him that the conditions in that country are so bad that many parents have BUTCHERED AND EATEN at least ONE OF THEIR OWN CHILDREN…..while the BASTARDS who lead the country enjoy a life style fit for kings. Even if this is only a half truth it is sickening,and the people who lead the countries of Central America should be IMPRISONED. In addition given such circumstances it is not difficult to see why so many of these people are WALKING to America for a PERCEIVED sanctity which is CRUMBLING before our eyes. …..and so the LIFEBOAT is now taking on water. I personally feel a deep sympathy for these people,but when the lifeboat sinks,so goes those on board. This illegal immigration is comparable to what happened at the turn of the century,with respect to the MASS invasion of people from Europe. My own father,and his parents were among those people. In those days people came from England,Scotland,Ireland,France, Italy, Belgium, Germany Greece, Sweden,ETC.(literally everywhere on earth) because America was looked upon as a place where they could be FREE from the tyranny of their own governments.
Now all we have left to offer them is slimey politicians whose mentality equates with that of a MORON,we have millions of people who practice perverted sex, we have youth gangs who rape ,murder,rob, and STINK like DEATH ITSELF, who are getting larger and larger in numbers,motorcycle gangs who murder people for FUN. we have a drug culture that is rapidly expanding (legally). We have more and more people who are turning away from God’s word. It is easy to see why the lifeboat is SINKING……and life preservers will help only for awhile. Worst of all we have a leader who is trying to make the country even worse than the places where all of the children have left.
I find myself pulled in two directions at once,but if our country is to survive we cannot tolerate such an invasion a second time. They must be sent back to where they came from. At this point I have my doubts that even one of the kids will be returned to their homeland. The BLEEDING HEARTS DO GOODERS will see to it that every dollar of everyone’s money is spent on SAVING the INVADERS,and saying TO HELL WITH the CITIZENS. Just steal their liquid assetts,and turn it into cash and give it to the invaders. Exactly what Castro done in Cuba. All of this is happening to all Americans yet only a few have so far gotten off their complacent asses and tried to do something……but ALONE you can do very little. Soetoro is ramming his shi# down the throats of Americans and it appears that all Americans are doing is saying………. thank you!.
……….AND NOW IT IS ALMOST TOO LATE TO SAVE OURSELVES.It appears that Americans are going to wait until the lifeboat has already gone under before they suddenly jump to their feet and start SCREAMING at EACH OTHER “DO SOMETHING, SAVE US”…..please God save us. I too feel sorry for the young children who are now invading our country at the request of our president….but like you said…it must stop, and stop before America is also destroyed in the process of giving aid and comfort to the people of South America…..
FREEDOM ISN’T FREE…..and if the people of South America are eating their new born children, it’s because they are unwilling to stand up and be counted …and it’s up to them to change their form of government…..America cannot be “all things to all people”……we can provide assistance for them to free themselves from those who are acting as dictators and tyrants in their country, but we cannot and will not accept them into this country in an illegal manner.
There’s an old saying that goes, ‘You can take a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink” which applies here….we can provide assistance, but until the people of these impoverished countries of South America say, ENOUGH is ENOUGH and put some of their own “skin in the game”…..well nothing will change. it’s that simple.
Until the people of these countries rises up “en mass” and are willing to make a blood donation, their fate is sealed by the actions of the tyrants who call themselves countrymen.
The people of every nation who is now living under such conditions, should look to America and the history that we have accumulated in the short 238 years of our existence, and take a lesson from how we did it. With a lot of personal sacrifice and grief.
Like you, I feel sorry for those children, but I loth their parents who are unwilling to “pay the price” required in blood for their freedom and liberty….
Freedom isn’t Free, it requires a payment in blood, sweat, and tears.
I cannot speak for these people, or for their nations, but as for myself, I would rather “die on my feet as a free man than to live on my knees as a slave”.

It is our young people who MUST pick up their RIFLES,and answer the call to arms, led by the OLDER people with experience. RMINNC has told about a MUSLIM training camp in York county. It would seem to me that those who live in close proximity, as well as EVERYBODY who live in the state would band together and go there and turn it into a swath of BARE land, and send the trainees on one way trip back to where they came from. If they shoot at you then you reward them with an extra anus, then ship them out.
Meanwhile everybody is going to be setting fireworks off tonight,and I pray to God that NOBODY gets hurt in so doing. So many of our young people don’t even know the reasons behind the fireworks,and even some could care less, but when they lose a hand, an entire limb,or even their lives, there is always survivor who laments …..FOR WHAT?
Lastly I offer my best to everyone here,and especially to CW. Your predecessors had a hand in originally shaping our country, and you too are doing everything you can to get the TRUTH OUT to all of us. It is however a double edge sword,…..it cuts both directions….meaning that we ALL are participants,and rightfully so. Getting the TRUTH out is in itself becoming a real task. What Obama Just Did Is Nothing Less Than Sabotage From Within
How many more punches can America take?
On August 8th, 1942, six German saboteurs were executed after infiltrating the United States with the intent to cause economic harm to the nation during a time of war. Two more received long prison terms instead of death because they betrayed the mission to the Americans. Yes, that is how we used to treat people who secretly committed acts of war against the United States on our soil. Subversion from within was considered the lowest form of warfare and dishonorable and treated as such.
I’m not calling for anyone to be executed. However, I am calling on the American people to see what is going on right in front of our eyes. The Fifth Estate, or the media, has forsaken its historical duty to hold accountable those in our government who break our laws and attempt to reduce the power and security of this mighty nation. Those currently in power in our Federal government are not doing what is in the best interests of our country. On the contrary, the are actively subverting the enforcement of duly passed laws by Congress in order to incur political gains.
Folks, this is treason. This is subversion. And it should be punished.
Let’s take the current immigration problems we are experiencing. We all know the President and his party have wanted to legalize illegal immigrants in this country. They want them to become citizens because they feel they will vote Democratic and help keep their party in power.
We have heard for some time how our Dear Leader has a pen and a phone and how he will act on his own to change the immigration laws of this country since he cannot get his agenda through Congress. Does anyone really believe that all of these children pouring towards the United States by the trainload are here just by coincidence? Does anyone think that the Border Patrol dropping them off in cities across the nation and then expecting them to appear in court years later is another coincidence? The simple truth is that this was all planned by this administration to get what they wanted. Now they have tens of thousands of more immigrant children who will grow up and expect (and will probably get) amnesty.
This situation is harming the economic and physical well being of Americans. This administration is preventing by force medical personnel from speaking about the spread of disease among these new arrivals. We don’t even know who these people are, and we are dropping them off across America. What if they are terrorists? Can you think of a better way to get into the country than to just join a merry band of kids walking across the border? This is criminal, and this administration needs to be held accountable. The border is obviously not secure because this administration didn’t want it to be secure. What do we have a Department of Homeland Security for if they can’t stop this from happening? Is it just to feel up young girls and old women at airports?
We are being destroyed from within. Just add this scandal to the long list of acts of corruption that has been the hallmark of this administration. The Manchurian President has struck again. How many more punches can America take?
