Google is making their searches personal, “relevant to you.”
So Google, a great many people, such as students, use a search in research. Does this mean they will have to “re search” on another search engine to find the same topics as their contemporaries?
Please do not tell or suggest to me what I want. I get enough of that from the government.

“For Google, it’s personal. The Internet search giant is no longer going to roll out the same search results to everyone.
Starting Tuesday, Google will pluck only the results most relevant to you — and not just from billions of Web pages but from the personal stuff that you and your connections privately share.
The idea, says Google Fellow Amit Singhal, is that Google now searches your world, not just the Web, and serves up results that combine both for your eyes only.
“Your world was missing from search until now,” he said. “We are bringing your world into search.”
It’s not just a radical departure for Google. It’s a major salvo in the Internet search giant’s rivalry with Facebook for eyeballs and ad dollars.
Google, with founder Larry Page at the helm, has been looking to blunt the growing influence of Facebook, which is on the verge of a $100-billion initial public stock offering.
Google has been adding more personal touches to its search engine as people flock to Facebook, the Web’s most popular hangout with more than 800 million users who share personal photos, updates and recommendations. Now it’s looking to combine its dominant search engine with its nascent social networking service, Google+.
“It’s one of the most significant things Google has ever done in search,” said longtime Google observer Danny Sullivan, editor of SearchEngineLand.com.”
“Some users may not want or understand why their personal information is appearing in its search results. Google said it would explain the change to users at the top of Web pages.
Even though Google is just making information more visible and easier to find, it may encounter the same kind of resistance that Facebook did when it rolled out its new feature Timeline, Sullivan said.
Like Facebook, Google isn’t asking users whether they want the new feature, it’s just turning it on for all English-speaking users over the next few days. If you don’t want the feature, you have to turn it off.
Google may also be seen as favoring its own products in search results, an allegation that already has made Google a target of an antitrust investigation, Sullivan said. For example, instead of sending someone searching for Britney Spears to her website, Facebook page or Twitter account, Google will suggest her Google+ page, giving the service a “huge advantage,” he said.
“It makes you question if Google is doing the best thing for the searcher or the best thing for Google,” Sullivan said.
Google says it’s hamstrung because Facebook fences off its website from Google’s search engine.
“We want users to have control over what personal content they can search for at Google. We don’t want third parties dictating to users what they can or can’t search for in Google,” Singhal said. “Based on the current policies at many social networks, users don’t have that control.””
I am going to turn this feature off. Do as you want. I will neither suggest or tell you what to do.

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — Fifty people have been accused of conspiring to sell the identities of hundreds of Puerto Ricans to illegal immigrants on the U.S. mainland in the largest single fraud case ever for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, authorities said Wednesday.
Hundreds of birth certificates, Social Security numbers and driver’s licenses were sold for up to $2,500 a set as part of a black market ring based in Puerto Rico that operated from since at least April 2009, according to ICE Director John Morton.

One reason why people no longer have the money to spend is because they are forced to put it in their gasoline tanks to get to work. Can someone inform me as to what benefit it is for the media to be reporting on what a few “soldiers” did to dead bodies?

For your information……….I recently had moderation problems. This has not happened to me very much in the past. The intensity and the frequency is increasing. So I took my hard drive to a computer specialist here who deals almost exclusively in setting up computers so that they CANNOT be invaded by anyone using keyloggers. This has ,and still is getting worse. There is now only two possible souces left as it applies to me specifically. It is either coming from the IP, or WordPress, both of whom have your computer address. Why is this happening? As you know more and more of us are becoming OUTSPOKEN regarding how we feel about what is going on in our (ALLEGED) government. There is a very definite pattern to it and it is occuring at the drop of a hat. It is clear to me that DHS and/or paid snoopers are behind this. They are paid to do anything that will impede anything you type in to a comment from be ing posted. So they have adopted the same exact wording from the blog,and use it to block your comment. I am certain that CW is NOT behind this. Yet they will sometimes quickly end the MODERATION to make it appear that the problem is you. This ALL is straight out of the LIBERAL PLAYBOOK. As I said I now know where the moderation is coming from. If the IP is doing it thereis an agreement with the DHS,and it will continue. If WordPress is doing it it is probable that WordPress has been coerced into doing it by DHS. You can thank the PATRIOT ACT,and the sort of government that we are now up against. There is very little that anyone can do about this INVASION OF PRIVACY. Many of us warned that it was coming. My IP has publically stated that ALL traffic is now monitored 24/7. Here is a little something else for thought………Recently I have been acquiring the parts and components to assemble a 25KW whole house standby generator. (This is an area of expertise in which I have had a lot of exposure to for many years.) Last month I asked our Democratically controlled planning commission for a variance of land use to allow the generator. Yes in Fort Wayne Indiana you must now ask permission and KISS some backsides to even file for such a permit. They are quick to advise that they don’t really give a hoot what you do but the problem comes from federal entities like EPA. That might be true up to a point, but the engine which I had planned to use is a three cylinder,1.0liter

This also means that in emergencies we cannot generate our own power. This is complete insanity. In addition they allege that the home generators disturb neighbors. I have always with certain profoundness – prided myself and families ability to grow crops, raise cattle and at times barter when needed over a period of time throughout a longevity of history. I as an individual do not conduct such for a living of course, but my family on both side do.
If the worst fears were ever to come, I would be the first person to personally have my dear friend Cabby (and her family) immediately relocated from Arizona to the humid southeast. Of course I would consider a several others.

I saw a comment the other day promoting Obama’s ‘ignoring’ the Constitution on various items, including the new appointments. The blogger applauded Obama in his contempt for the Constitution because he believed that Obama was supporting the ‘middle class’ by helping organized labor with his appointment. I asked myself a simple question: When in the history of the world did countries have a Middle Class?
This is a profound question, as both liberals and Conservative alike believe that the heart and soul of this country is the middle class. Where did the ‘middle class’ come from? The answer, when I explored it was astonishing. There is no ‘middle class’ historically speaking. The middle ages were feudal Europe or empires, resulting in only elites and poor. The industrialization in Europe and the United States resulted in the middle class, but in reality industrialization in other countries did not. The middle class isn’t a ‘industrialization’ or ‘technology’ phenomenon, it’s a result of rule of law and a working Constitution.
Therefore, you cannot as an American support the middle class and NOT support the Constitution and rule of law. Those obots whom believe that Obama is ‘saving’ the middle class by attacking the Constitution are hypocrits, and treasonous. I warn my fellow Americans, learn your history and what happens when you don’t have rule of law and a working Constitution!
The DHS can keylog all they want, watch comments, and even put this into moderation. They cannot change the fact that an assault on the Constitution is an assault on the middle class of America and the future of this Republic. Should the DHS really want to protect Americans they should start with those whom defy the Constitution.

All has been quiet for the last half hour so there is enough reason to send out a group to take a look. More and more people are forming SMALL groups for what I call RESISTANCE. It will be in the form of INTELLIGENCE gathering, and analysis. There are even a few WW2 people who have seen fit to return for the purpose of training recruits. Intelligence gathering is an artform,and requires INTELLIGENT people to begin with. You can be sure that what they learn will be distributed quickly throughout the network. I talked with a WW2 Navy veteran who is thinking about assembling some encodeing devices that will be far superior to anything that the German Navy had in WW2. Even I don’t know anything about it other than it is being designed NOW. But by whom,or where,your guess is as good as mine. I tend to think that such a venture would be something that the Oathkeepers might do. If this is the case then it will probably happen,and then there will be PRIVACY in COMMUNICATION.
For anyone – How will we know what to do to “turn off” the latest Google innovation? (computer illiteracy speaking here)
I use g-mail (probably shouldn’t, but my instructor set me up on it when I first started) and am amazed at how the ads alongside the e-mails coincide with the contents of the letters – all automatically generated, of course. If I talk about needing to fix a leak, then there are all sorts of ads for plumbers, etc. Uncanny. Spooky.

I am somewhat doubtful that he has any contact with anyone who might be involved in such a project. He has been quite ill and it is doubtful that he will last much longer anyway. During his Navy hitch he was involved with the undersea listening program in which such equipment as the Magnavox AN APQ84,and the APQ94 sonobouys were deployed. The only problem is that the newer software which certain versions of are in the hands of INVESTIGATIVE bodies. It does not utilise any form of keylogger. Next time you get email requests from any of those useless members of Congress asking for campaign donations, tell them that have to pay their salaries but you’re not going to finance their campaign too. They need to get off their duffs and do their job. A fraud is destroying our great nation and they are the only ones who can fire him. Our republic is rapidly becoming a dictatorship and they sit idly by and refuse to use the powers given to them by the Constitution. What a bunch of wimps! Wish we could throw them all out. Same goes for our incompetent media.
I sound harsh but I’ve never had a high blood pressure problem until these past few months and now the doctor, recommends meds. The thought of what I see happening to my country scares the heck out of me.
Next thing the doctor will be prescribing anti-depressants. The greatest anti-depressant would be removing Obama from office.

Here is another “MODERATION”observation. The sentence is sometimes in ITALICS,and sometimes in Roman Book Gothic. If it was coming from just one source it is safe to think that it would always be in the same type face. The sentence which is directly below your words is in a different type face than the same sentence that struck me a little while ago. This seems to say that there is at least two sources. Or somebody is using two different computers. My nephew has a connection with a hacker in LA. I have asked my nephew if this guy might be persuaded to take a look and try to take the battle to the PERPETRATOR, or at least determine for sure who is behind all of the moderation crap.
If we can find out where the moderation is coming from then we are in a position to send them something that will shut them down for a while,and make it pretty expensive for them to clean out our little gift.

I don’t know if this helps or not. But last time I was in moderation, I noticed that my pc was “Updating” in auto. When my pc was not updating in auto mode in the background, I had no problem.
I now have everything with “updates” listed as pre-approval before updating for selection.
This may not be much information to go on, and it certainly may not be the culprit, but it should be noteworthly. I am also getting much more update notices than normal daily.
Just a heads up, that may not amount to much. who knows.

I am of the opinion that there were a whole bunch of NECESSARY “blood secrets” during WWII.
When you are fighting ANIMALS, you have to turn in to an animal your self. We will NEVER win a “nice” war, it just won’t happen.
Look at who took over after the uprising in Egypt AND Libya. It is those who are the MOST violent.

I can’t even begin to imagine the great amount of love and labor and long hours you have put into this site in the past four years. And I am aware of some of the struggles you have experienced these past two years. Knowing that we are being “watched”, and then seeing comments being put in moderation makes me want assurance that there isn’t something sinister going on here. Not on your part. But is “Big Brother” alive and well or are there certain words an phrases that trigger moderation limbo?
No, I don’t want money back. I have benefited greatly from my frequent visits here. We have learned volumes from you and the well informed people here. I would contribute more often but you removed the “donate” option from the blog. This is my favorite place on the internet as proven by the fact that Citizen Wells is at the top of my Most Visited list. You’re doing a fantastic job! And I hope and pray that soon we will all be celebrating when a President of integrity and sincere faith moves into the White House.

IB, thank you very much for your kind remarks! I feel like that about you, too. When we are in debate mode sometimes my comments end up being a little rough around the edges. I never mean any offense or harm to you (or anyone, for that matter).
I always like to read what you say and know that you are absolutely sincere and have a great love for our country. Furthermore, I have gathered that you are in a state which is a neighbor to my original one – Ohio, which I left 60 years ago to come to AZ. I have a very warm spot for that part of the country. To me, that is truly “heartland.”
Thanks to you for always remaining civil and respectful in your comments, regardless of the subject. We don’t have to agree on details. What binds us together here is our overwhelming desire to see the present regime defeated, among other issues, of course, like exposure of the Usurper, etc.

IB, just my two cents’ worth – I agree completely. Gen. Sherman said, “War is hell”. All of these efforts the last few years to denigrate our military simply burn me up. Those fools who think that war can be sanitized are absolutely crazy.
Isn’t it interesting that O’s favorite is the unmanned, predator drone? It makes it all so “clean” and “moral”? They have their place, but methinks that someday we may have to be concerned about our own safety as U.S. citizens.
