Michael Reagan on Iowa Caucus results and Romney, Paul, Santorum, Gingrich, Perry, Bachmann, Republican presidential nomination

Michael Reagan on Iowa Caucus results and Romney, Paul, Santorum, Gingrich, Perry, Bachmann, Republican presidential nomination

From Michael Reagan, son of Ronald Reagan, January 5, 2012.

“Iowa caucus results show it’s still early in the game and nothing’s certain.

So what happened on the way to the Republican presidential nomination?

Well, even with a slim official win, Mitt Romney did no better in practical terms this year than he did four years ago in 2008 because of the level of competition. This proves that the road to the 2012 nomination will be anything but smooth, and that he has a tough road ahead if he is to win the Republican presidential nomination.

Mitt has a big problem in his seeming inability to relate to the average working man or woman. He’s a bit too self-assured. As for Rick Santorum, he threw a monkey wrench into Ron Paul’s meteoric rise by almost winning, and proved that Romney is not as unbeatable as his worshippers in the media would like us to believe.

Rick gave an off-the-cuff, Reaganesque speech that marked him as a staunch conservative in the style of my late Dad, Ronald Reagan. He leaves no doubt that his love for America is genuine and deep-rooted.

Ron Paul proved that his supporters are in there for the long haul. Moreover he proved that the GOP needs to pay attention to his message of fiscal sanity and restraint in federal spending or the average Republican, fed up with the witless squandering of our tax dollars, might bolt in November.

Newt Gingrich managed to live to see another day, and he’ll do battle in both New Hampshire and South Carolina — not with Romney, who he’s out to destroy, but with Rick Santorum. Newt needs to be more passionate and less professorial and, for heaven’s sake, Newt, put on a damned tie.

Perry needs to retool his message and overcome the gaffes for which he has become so infamous. He says he’s going home to reconsider his candidacy, but if he stays in the race he will meet Santorum and Gingrich in South Carolina and that will be the end for him. The conservative winner there will then go on, and the others will need to go home.

As for Michele Bachmann, she made the right decision to go back to Minnesota and run for re-election and not be like California’s Bob Dornan, who stayed too long in running for president and as a result lost his House seat to Loretta Sanchez.

The Iowa caucuses are over but the fun has just begun. Fasten your seatbelts, America, the ride ahead may get bumpy. There might now be room for another candidate to emerge and sweep the field.

Stay tuned.”

    Good morning Zach, et al.

  3. Good Morning all, Fox is reporting that they miscounted in Iowa and that Santorum won…

  4. Good morning!

I came here to post the Iowa miscount story and Bessie is already commenting about it……….

Edward True, 28, of Moulton, said he helped count the votes and jotted the results down on a piece of paper to post to his Facebook page. He said when he checked to make sure the Republican Party of Iowa got the count right, he said he was shocked to find they hadn’t.

  7. When you google, “Obama, Cellini Rezko” the first 5 or 6 entries are Citizen Wells but just under that is an article from Chicago Daily Observer that is pretty interesting…It talks about the testimony from Rosenberg in the Blago trial, the casino deal…What it doesn’t mention is the loan Chris Kelly (Blago’s gambling point man) received from Nadmi Auchi for an undisclosed amount…Chris Kelly and Rezko owned the land and wanted 40% from the casino…I am guessing Kelly got the Auchi loan to pay for that property…

I got about 20 hits regarding my inquiry, but the one that stands out is the Cellini evidentiary hearing. I am assuming that this is what you are calling to our attention.

    Several points.

    Note comment on that site.
And lastly, confirmation that this will get more attention by virtue of general search on

  15. Bessie………………………
Does the word MISCOUNT sound like something from another election, not very long ago? I get the feeling that we are going to see and hear a lot more of that devious little allegation. The only difference between now and in the past is the fact that the WORDSMITHS,and TALLY TWISTERS are gettingt started a lot sooner this time around. If you believe the crap that spews from the mouths of both parties then shame on those people for NOT DOING THEIR OWN RESEARCH.

  16. CW………………
However I am waiting to read about what comes of the hearing. I pretty much already know what it will produce. My only hope is that it produces further documentation of the LEVEL of Cellini ties to Soetoro. I am convinced that there was a HELLUVA lot more which sorely needs to come out, but at the same time it will all most likely be suppressed.

  17. CW……………….
I learned late last year that GOOGLE has specific ties to the Soetoro regime. I no longer use GOOGLE for any online research. There are other places to search, but searching them requires a lot of time. Many people will not,or cannot expend the necessary effort to search in other places. This is a really sad commentary for those people.

  18. Not to worry Romney…pretty soon they will find a box of uncounted votes in the trunk of someone’s car and they will be 100% Romney votes!

  19. Bob Strauss…………………..
I ventured further online information search relating to the Canadian name change formalities. I ventured searches throughout British Columbia, as well as in Alberta, and Ontario. All of these provinces require a BC in preparing a Petition for Name Change. While I did not explore Quebec,or Nova Scotia,I am assuming that it would be a requirement in those provinces as well. The name that was allegedly used for the name change application is one that has come from somewhere in left field. Soetoro would have had to legally changed his name prior to that alleged action. I find myself quite skeptical of the validity of any of the stuff that Pidgeon has offerred. At present I have doubts about the accuracy of anything that he has to say.

Yepper MOBILE VOTES will indeed keep popping up in any election from now on. Really laughable…..HAR DE HAR HAR.

I’m still waiting for proof that Rick Santorum’s Father was a citizen at the time of his birth. Not holding my breath.
On the flip side, is there any evidence that Santorum or Romney’s father were not citizens at the time of their births? No

  36. Did anyone watch the Gingrich town hall last night. He had a pretty nice crowd. There was one childishy OBOT who made a really stupid rationalisation that everybody in the room would be dead within the next 10 years. It pretty much cracked everybody up, including Gingrich. But after Newt laid some pretty heavy stuff on him the only thing the OBOT could muster was a STUPID LOOK on his face. I very much enjoyed what Gingrich had to say. By the way he has oficially called Romney a LIAR. Apparently Romney made some sort of allegation about something Newt done while Speaker of the House. Romney might be ahead in a PHONEY POLL, but when reality strikes people may no longer think UP is DOWN. When the VOTERS speak via the ballot box it might not be Romney who will be the winner. If you send a nincompoop to do something which requires thorough knowledge of the issues and political seasoning, don’t look for a win. Look for a LOSS. Because Romney has allegedly turned MULTI MILLION dollar companies around doesn’t mean that he has the ability to deal with the problems of government. In my own personal view Romney does not have the understanding of the issues

  37. …………necessary to lead the country out of the mess that we are in at present. This is because it is MULTI FACETED. All I am saying is that only a person having strength of character, and a thorough understanding of our problems will be able to lead the country to daylight. Big government, and a FREE LIVING AT TAXPAYERS EXPENSE is not going to help anybody…..including the person getting the freebies. It is in a way like feeding wild animals. When you feed them you begin to destroy their natural instincts to forage. If you want a job you might have to wait for a very long time. Until american business can once again earn a profit it is unlikely that anyone will venture a start up. Until small business can hire trainable help at a reasonable price it is unlikely that anyone will venture a small business start up. Until an employer can offer incentives with out bankrupting himself, or until a company can operate without the federal government dictating every aspect of the venture it is unlikely that the company will remain in the US. Thes things are only a few of the problems that for the most part can be tracked back to either too much government or too much organised labor. Here in Indiana we have a couple of Japanese auto manufacturing plants that are NON UNION. These people are obviously happy with their jobs………they havn’t yet look or solicited a UNION to represent them.

“Janet Napolitano was appointed Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. She has referred to Christians, returning service veterans, and gun owners as ‘right-wing extremists'”

    Excerpt:

“(Jan. 6, 2012) — While the rest of the country is high-fiving the Georgia’s court decision to eventually see actual proof of Obama’s eligibility, the rest of us are keeping our eye on the ball. If you go to any of Republican candidates’ websites, you’ll be induced to take a nap after reading the boring platforms that they expound, after, of course, navigating by the donation page.

“The economy!” “Jobs!” and not a word about deporting illegal immigrants and silence regarding the totally out of control Department of Homeland Security, which purports to target terrorists but really is targeting regular law-abiding Americans, a colossal waste of resources, unless, of course, the goal is to induce fear into the populace.

I really mean “fear and loathing.” The Department of Homeland Security has no basis of existence: at best, it’s a redundant, wasteful organization, and its employees, as they have demonstrated time and time again, are willing to follow illegal orders by violating citizens’ Fourth Amendment rights. And yet our politicians are completely silent about this Goon Squad running amok within our borders, not raiding mosques for arms caches, nor Islamvilles for automatic weapon and PRG violations, but getting in the face of us private and law-abiding citizens.”

    “MUSLIM PLAN TO EDUCATE AMERICA”

“ISLAMIC CENTER TWO BLOCKS FROM GROUND ZERO”

    News Analysis by Harry Hunter

“Without a doubt, Let us never forget! — However, in this we must also not deny the causes. On Sept. 11, 2001, the USA was attacked by loyal adherents of the religion of Islam.”

    Excerpt:

“(Dec. 18, 2009) Imam Rauf’s mission, which will be the mission of the new Islamic Center next to Ground Zero, is to soft-pedal Islam to gullible, well-intentioned Westerners and to evoke guilt in soft American heads. World Net Daily quotes thus from a speech Rauf delivered in Australia in 2004: “”The Islamic method of waging war is not to kill innocent civilians. [I guess a lot of suicide jihadists just didn’t get the memo.] […] The intended purpose of Rauf’s Islamic Center in downtown Manhattan is to delude Americans about the criminal nature, practices, and aims of Islam. It is an obscene affront to a grievously injured Christian nation.”

  39. sorry……..(looked for or solicited).
People are getting all over Wal Mart for how they appear to operate. So lets shut down Wal Mart completely in the US. Lets put over 100,000 employees on the street. Will that make you fell better? Then you will WHINE and CRY that you can’t buy anything at a reasonable price anymore. Well guess what it was YOU who advocated shutting down Wal Mart……..so LIVE WITH IT………DUMMY. While they bring a helluva lot of merchandise into the US from China, why the hell do you think they do that? It is for the purpose of earning a profit. That is, like it or not, what business is about. Now enters US government stage left……. now all of their not even 5 year old diesel powered trucks must be upgraded to conform to the EPA bullsh#t, or taken off the road. To retrofit a fleet of over 100,000 trucks it costs over $50,000.00 to upgrade each one now multiply that times the number of trucks. Now you know another reason why the operate like they do.

    “OR MORE THAN ONE!”

    By Dr. Laurie Roth, ©2012

    Excerpt:

“The first problem to fix is to throw the ineligible Obama out of office in November 2012. Next, we have to throw out all who voted for the NDAA bill that shreds our Bill of Rights, Posse Comitatus and Miranda rights. Shame on Senators John McCain and Carl Levin for authoring such an American betrayal. Levin has said that he and others, at least 14 Senators, tried to have thrown out the part about our military and President having the right to round up US Citizens on vague terrorist charges and hold them without charges indefinitely.

Senator Levin said it was Obama’s demand to put that back in the bill or he wouldn’t sign it. The bottom line in my book is who cares who said what? Senators and Representatives didn’t have to sign it, did they? If they actually loved their country and Constitution they should have stonewalled it or destroyed it when Obama demanded something so unconstitutional and immoral! Those who voted for this should never be allowed to be in office again….not even run a paper route or lemonade stand.

The NDAA Bill must be repealed and crushed by the new President and administration.

FEMA camps must verifiably be closed.

The Health Care Bill must also be repealed and crushed.

All attacks on our energy systems, coal plants and power plants must be reversed and stopped.

The START Treaty must be reversed and our Nuclear lead put back where it should be.

Our Military must be supported and built back to the number one military in the world.

Tax revolution and liberation must and can occur.

Energy independence, jobs and energy wealth will grow.

Border security will finally happen and stop the $200 billion a year in drug trade.

There is plenty to dream about and build with the next President, but first we need plenty of wrecking crews to clean up this mess! I’m a tomboy, Mom, Black Belt and Annie Oakley of the Airwaves. Perhaps as the new President, I could swing the first of many wrecking balls. I will play the very pesky and bloody “Star Spangled Banner” as I do it.

  41. …….Whose pocket do you think the cost of the Wal Mart Truck Fleet retro fit, and upgrade is going to come out of…….you guessed it….YOURS. So to keep prices down they do what they do best. TRY TO FIND PRODUCTS that they can sell at a low price which all of their customers want and seem to enjoy. You can’t have it both ways. If you don’t like the merchandise they offer then the solution is simple . Go to the other retailer down the street and PAY HIS PRICE for a similar product which in all probability is NO BETTER quality. While I do not like the idea of buying foreign made products I have learned (hands on ) that at lest the CHINESE made cast iron brake rotors are far superior to those made in the us. They do not heat warp, or warp from a 100foot pound wheel lug torque being applied. The equivalent US made product warps to beat hell from a 100 ft.lb torque on the wheel lugs. Apparently the Chinese are HEAT drewing the residual casting stresses out before they machine the rotors. Something that is NOT done any more in the US…….COSTS TOO MUCH!

  42. “OBAMA’S MOTTO”

    David Limbaugh
    January 6, 2011

    Excerpt:

“Indeed, Republicans have repeatedly submitted and passed comprehensive and detailed budget plans to restore our financial solvency, and Senate Democrats have blocked every one of them. Meanwhile, the Democratic Senate hasn’t produced a budget in almost three years. Three years!

It is undeniable, undebatable, irrefutable, inarguable and certain that the United States is spending at a level that will destroy it.

It is equally indisputable that Democrats have shown no willingness to join Americans in tackling the problem.

    […]

If Democrats had any concern about spending, they wouldn’t have crammed through Obamacare, which will increase the federal health care budget obscenely. If they had the slightest concern about our upside-down national balance sheet, they wouldn’t have spent $900 billion in a worthless, corrupt, ineffectual “stimulus” program and be clamoring for another one. They wouldn’t urinate federal money into dead-end green projects, such as Solyndra. They wouldn’t have desperately tried to pass a monumentally wasteful cap-and-trade bill that wouldn’t have made a dent in global temperature in a hundred years, even if you blindly accept all the superstitious nonsense the environmentalists propagate.

[…] Why aren’t people, even Democrats, freaking out over this? I’ll never understand this.

Obama is now proposing drastic cuts in our defense budget at a time when global terrorism is on the rise and other nations — from China to Russia to Iran to North Korea, most of whom mean us harm — are aggressively increasing their defense budgets.

We are sharing nuclear secrets with Russia and sending technology to China that can be used for military purposes. Our war game projections show we might lose a conventional war against China over a disputed Taiwan Strait. We have killed our F-22 Raptor, while China and Russia are ramping up their next-generation fighters.

Obama’s motto seems to be this: If spending is called for by the Constitution, bleed it dry; if the Constitution forbids it, no holds barred. Gut nation-saving defense spending; increase nation-destroying domestic spending.

When will the whole nation wake up to this madness?”

  43. “DINNER WITH TERRORISTS”

    Mona Charen
    January 6, 2012

    Excerpt:

“Ayers and Dohrn were members of the Weather Underground in the 1960s and early ’70s. They set off bombs at the New York police headquarters, the U.S. Capitol building and the Pentagon. In 1970, the group blew up the Park police station in San Francisco, killing Sgt. Brian V. McDonnell, a 45-year-old father of two and wounding eight others. The San Francisco Police Association has claimed, as recently as 2009, that “There are irrefutable and compelling reasons to believe that Bill Ayers and his wife Bernardine Dohrn … are largely responsible for the bombing of Park Police Station.”

    […]

Neither Dohrn nor Ayers served a day in prison for their crimes, though Dohrn was featured on the FBIs Most Wanted List for three years. That’s the way it often goes in the American justice system. Evidence is thrown out. Statutes of limitations toll, though, even in California, there is no statute of limitations for murder. They got away with it.

That McDonnell and his fellow victims never got justice is bad enough. But more inexplicable is the smooth segue of two unrepentant criminals into members in good standing of the liberal intelligentsia. Bill Ayers became a professor at the University of Illinois and Dohrn taught at Northwestern law school. The pair were very friendly with fellow left-wing academic Barack Obama — but it was considered very bad taste to mention that during the 2008 campaign. They and Rev. Wright could have burned the Constitution on the Capitol steps in 2008 and gotten scarcely a mention.”

    “OBAMA: THE MASK IS OFF”

    By Steve McCann
    January 6, 2012

    Excerpt:

“The mask is fully off. Barack Obama is the most corrupt, power-mad president in this nation’s illustrious history. By his actions in bypassing Congress and making appointments that should be subject to Senate approval while the Senate is still in session and innumerable extra-constitutional actions since he became president, he is following in the footsteps of the despots who dominated the 20th century.

In late September of 2008, it became clear to me that Barack Obama would be elected president. Based on his background, education, motivation, and indoctrination, I saw a man who could single-handedly destroy the country and someone with no respect for the history, the Constitution, or the people of the United States. The specter of a megalomaniac who was a stranger to the truth and would or say or do anything to achieve or retain power overcame me. In Barack Obama and his fellow travelers, I saw what I feared the most since I came to this country: a person and a political mindset that would, if allowed, spell the end of the noblest experiment in the history of mankind.

It was at that point that I wrote my first article for American Thinker in an attempt to warn the people of America that the result of the 2008 election would be critical to the nation’s survival. This was the first column I had written since my college days over 40+ years before, and I am eternally grateful to AT for publishing it and giving me a forum to speak to the American people.”

“To the American people, it is far beyond time to wake up to who this man in the White House is and what his ambitions are. As for the Republicans in the Congress or running for office, the task is upon your shoulders to stop Barack Obama in his tracks before he goes any farther. It is time to do your sworn duty to preserve and protect the country. And for the Democrats who are so blinded by party loyalty that they would sell their country for the proverbial thirty pieces of silver, the long-term difficulties and potential downfall of the greatest nation on earth will be your legacy.”

  53. OOPS! Boston Globe Just Helped Ron Paul Win N.H.!
In a state that has historically proven to be completely unpredictable, Ron Paul may now be in a position for a big win!! Here’s why…..

    READ ARTICLE -> http://bit.ly/z5E3ON

The Boston Globe’s endorsement of Huntsman does one clear thing, it takes votes from Mitt Romney and gives them to John Huntsman! The result is that the gap between Ron Paul and Mitt Romney will decrease, as Ron Paul votes will very likely not be affected. It also casts more doubt on Romney in a state that has proven to be anything but loyal, even though it is in his own backyard!

The New York Times is now projecting that there IS A POSSIBILITY that Ron Paul could win the New Hampshire primary! Notice below that Ron Paul has the potential to get up to 38% of the vote, whereas Mitt Romney could get as low as 26%. That is a rather large overlap which leads to some uncertainty. The likelihood of a win is low, but given the unpredictable nature of the voters in New Hampshire, anything is possible. Ron Paul’s appeal to Independents has now been shown to be very strong as witnessed in Iowa. As we mentioned, Independents were the key to swinging the results in favor of both McCain and Clinton 4 years ago! (See GOP Fear is Growing over Ron Paul)

Finally, let’s look at the delegates. Four years ago, McCain won by 6 points and walked away with 7 delegates. Romney gained 4 delegates, and even Huckabee grabbed 1 delegate with a distant third place finish and only 11% of the vote. If Ron Paul can put some serious distance between himself and the thrid place candidate Santorum (See Run Rick, Run!), and give Romney a run for the top spot, he could walk away with enough delegates to make this officially a two man race going forward, and steal a “psychological win” in Romney’s backyard!

    Dear Editor:

The following letter was sent to Representative Graves and other north Georgia U. S. Representatives. The letter documents one more in a long string of Constitutional encroachments, or worse, by Obama and condoned by Congress. This transgression is specific to the Senate but the request for charges of treason applies to the House, equally.

It is absolutely urgent that you spread the word about this video to every single person you know. The future of our country is at stake. The mainstream media has been manipulating Americans into supporting Mitt Romney, when if elected he will be exactly the same as Obama. Ron Paul is the only real candidate running for President. Ron Paul is our nation’s only hope of surviving hyperinflation, but unless millions of people see this video, it will be very difficult for Ron Paul to defeat Mitt Romney.

WASHINGTON, D.C., January 3, 2012 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Constitutional experts warn a new law that allows the president to permanently detain U.S. citizens without trial could be used against pro-life activists, who have already been defined as potential terrorists in documents by some government agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security.

John Whitehead, founder of the Rutherford Institute“This law can apply to pro-lifers, yes,” said John W. Whitehead, a constitutional attorney and founder of The Rutherford Institute. Whitehead told LifeSiteNews.com the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (NDAA) “would allow the military to show up at your door if you’re a ‘potential terrorist,’ and put you in military detention where seeing a lawyer is difficult.”

Scion of Prominent 19th Century Political Family Announces Write-In Candidacy for President of the United States and Files Quo Warranto suit challenging Obama’s “natural born Citizen” Status
    snip……
Among those “retained” and “reserved” common law rights is: “the right, possessed by every citizen, to require that the Government be administered according to law and that the public moneys be not Wasted.” Fairchild v. Hughes, 258 U.S. 126, 130 (1922). Accordingly, Montgomery has filed this day in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia a Quo Warranto suit seeking to oust Barrack Hussein Obama II as President of the United States and/or preventing him from holding the franchise of being on the ballot for that office on November 6, 2012, insomuch as he is not a “natural born Citizen” of the United States as required by Article II, §1, of the U.S. Constitution. There are thus two plain requirements: being born (i) in the United Stats and (ii) of two parents, both of whom must be United States citizens.

Barrack Hussein Obama, II has represented that he is the son of a non-citizen of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., who was a citizen of the United Kingdom in 1961. Moreover, even allowing for a definition of “natural born Citizen” to include one born within the United States to only one United States citizen parent, the significant questions raised by his publically released “Certificates of Live Birth” would nonetheless challenge his eligibility to be President of the United States. A detailed analysis of the apparent tampering with Barrack Hussein Obama, II’s putative “Certificates of Live Birth” is contained in the Quo Warranto lawsuit.

Doing the numbers of one representative for every 30,000 people in article 2, we would end up with 10,000 Representatives(300 million divided by 30,000). GOOD GOD!!! and article one was to prevent conflict of interest.

  66. According to the latest Pentagon statements the military forces are going to become much smaller, but much more MOBILE. Mobility only cuts a SHORT distance but is useful. Primarily because the potential enemies have also become much more mobile. But if you have a 100,000 man enemy force that has had time to dig in your work is cut out for you,no matter HOW MOBILE YOU MIGHT BE. I do however agree that only a highly mobile force can surround, and eventually overrun an enemy force……..that is if they are inept enough to allow that to happen. But in reality cutting our military strength is the same as telling our enemies that they can do as they choose, and little or NOTHING will happen in retaliation.

  67. ‘Where Have All The Leaders Gone?’.

    Lee Iacocca Says:
‘Am I the only guy in this country who’s fed up with what’s happening? Where the hell is our outrage with this so called president? We should be screaming bloody murder! We’ve got a gang of tax cheating clueless leftists trying to steer our ship of state right over a cliff, we’ve got corporate gangsters stealing us blind, and we can’t even run a ridiculous cash-for-clunkers program without losing
$26 billion of the taxpayers’ money, much less build a hybrid car. But instead of getting mad, everyone sits around and nods their heads when the politicians say, ‘trust me, the economy is getting better…’
Better? You’ve got to be kidding. This is America , not the damned ‘Titanic’. I’ll give you a sound bite: ‘Throw all the Democrats out, along with Obama!’

You might think I’m getting senile, that I’ve gone off my rocker, and maybe I have. But someone has to speak up. I hardly recognize this country anymore..

The most famous business leaders are not the innovators but the guys in handcuffs.. While we’re fiddling in Afghanistan , Iran is completing their nuclear bombs and missiles and nobody seems to know what to do. And the liberal press is waving ‘pom-poms’ instead of asking hard questions. That’s not the promise of the ‘ America ‘ my parents and yours traveled across the ocean for. I’ve had enough. How about you?

I’ll go a step further. You can’t call yourself a patriot if you’re not outraged. This is a fight I’m ready and willing to have. The Biggest ‘C’ is Crisis! (Iacocca elaborates on nine C’s of leadership, with crisis being the first.)

Leaders are made, not born. Leadership is forged in times of crisis. It’s easy to sit there with thumb up your ass and talk theory. Or send someone else’s kids off to war when you’ve never seen a battlefield yourself. It’s another thing to lead when your world comes tumbling down.

On September 11, 2001, we needed a strong leader more than any other time in our history. We needed a steady hand to guide us out of the ashes. A hell of a mess, so here’s where we stand..

We’re immersed in a bloody war now with no plan for winning and no plan for leaving.. But our soldiers are dying daily.

We’re running the biggest deficit in the history of the world, and it’s getting worse every day!

We’ve lost the manufacturing edge to Asia , while our once-great companies are getting slaughtered by health care costs.

Gas prices are going to skyrock again, and nobody in power has a lucid plan to open drilling to solve the problem. This country has the largest oil reserves in the WORLD, and we cannot drill for it because the politicians have been bought by the flea-hugging environmentalists.

Our schools are in a complete disaster because of the teachers’ union.

Our borders are like sieves and they want to give all illegal’s amnesty and free healthcare.

The middle class is being squeezed to death every day.

These are times that cry out for leadership.

But when you look around, you’ve got to ask: ‘Where have all the leaders gone?’ Where are the curious, creative communicators? Where are the people of character, courage, conviction, omnipotence, and common sense? I may be a sucker for alliteration, but I think you get the point..

Name me a leader who has a better idea for homeland security than making us take off our shoes in airports and throw away our shampoo?

We’ve spent billions of dollars building a huge new bureaucracy, and all we know how to do is react to things that have already happened..

Everyone’s hunkering down, fingers crossed, hoping the government will make it better for them. Now, that’s just crazy… Deal with life.

Name me an industry leader who is thinking creatively about how we can restore our competitive edge in manufacturing. Who would have believed that there could ever be a time when ‘The Big Three’ referred to Japanese car companies? How did this happen, and more important, look what Obama did about it!

Name me a government leader who can articulate a plan for paying down the debt, or solving the energy crisis, or managing the health care problem. The silence is deafening. But these are the crises that are eating away at our country and milking the middle class dry.

I have news for the Chicago gangsters in Congress. We didn’t elect you to turn this country into a losing European Socialist state. What is everybody so afraid of? That some bonehead on NBC or CNN news will call them a name? Give me a break. Why don’t you guys show some spine for a change?

Had Enough? Hey, I’m not trying to be the voice of gloom and doom here. I’m trying to light a fire. I’m speaking out because I have hope – I believe in America .. In my lifetime, I’ve had the privilege of living through some of America ‘s greatest moments. I’ve also experienced some of our worst crises: The ‘Great Depression,’ ‘World War II,’ the ‘Korean War,’ the ‘Kennedy Assassination,’ the ‘Vietnam War,’ the 1970’s oil crisis, and the struggles of recent years since 9/11.

Make your own contribution by sending this to everyone you know and care about. It’s our country, folks, and it’s our future.

Once again you are correct. A very mobile force is great to get in quickly. But, a larger force is needed to finish the job.

Just think how D-Day would have gone if we had not had an overwhelming force. I shudder to think that we may have been speaking German today.

  72. Lots of coverage of Newt this am on cspan….I am very impressed (always have been) with his command of knowledge of all things American. The more I listen to him speak, the more I can see why the GOP elites are terrified of him. He has and always will be a renegade, not necessarily going along to get along. He stuck to his guns while in Congress and there is no reason to doubt that he will change, if elected. Although the democrats he had to work with, were the old-timey dems, he still was able to work across the aisle to get things done. Washington is in such an ideologic gridlock right now, that we need someone with experience that can get the government running efficiently again. He did accomplish some remarkable things while Speaker…I thinks his record should speak for itself. Btw, this coverage on CSPAN had a caller, a democrat from Illinois that did bring up the subject of “eligiblity of Obama”. I can’t remember exactly what she said, something about the people really need to know more about Obama and his past….and that his eligiblity definitely needs to be examined in the media. She also mentioned how he would desecrate every opponent he ever ran against, from Illinois gov’t to hillary, then on to Romney and McCain…I found that very surprising from a democrat from his state…….

The upcoming debates will be make or break for a few of the candidates…I hope Newt continues to reach out to the people.

  73. HonorFirst,
I agree, the establishment in DC is terrified of Gingrich. He knows DC so well he cannot be BSed by the phonies, and he’s smart enough to see through the charade of the czars, and communists, trying to usurp our government.

The only thing I don’t like about Newt is that he won’t defend the Constitutional eligibility mandate in Article 2 section 1 clause 5.
None of the other candidates will touch the mandate either, except for a few that don’t command a national audience.

I was interested to hear that Leo Donofrio was getting back into the “game” after Georgia decided to hear the eligibility issue. I guess he is going to try to publish material helpful to the effort, at getting the legal facts straight, as far as the Citizenship of the President goes, and the natural born Citizen definition. This will be a great time to educate fellow Citizens about the truth, and the qualifications needed to lead The United States America. I hope people are paying attention.

  91. Is Barack Obama gay?
    by Megan Fox

Kevin DuJan and Megan Fox take a lesson from the mainstream media and make innuendo and rumor into news the way everyone is doing over unproven allegations against Herman Cain. Join us as we irresponsibly indulge in wild speculation about the secret sex life of Barack Obama!

  92. Referring back to my recent post on Newt. While watching the coverage on cspan this am, they had several call-in sessions. The only thing that really stood out in my mind,(other than the female democrat from Illinois who suggested the media vet O’s eligiblity) was the outright anger and hatred from the left. I think the vile, Keith Olbermann started all this angst years ago with GWB. It magically became appropriate for anyone on the left to spew nasty, vicious slurs against anyone to the right of center. Yet, when someone of conservative persuasion questions any of them, they are automatically racist, stupid or liars. I have also recently seen the same anger in a lot of the Ron Paul supporters. I just don’t get it. Those of us questioning Obama have a legitimate beef because he has completely hidden his past and the media never properly vetted him. And now, it doesn’t take anyone with political savvy to see that his policies and agenda are foreign to anything this free-market, capitalist nation has ever seen. After three years of his administration’s takeover, it now seems apparent that this is an intentional assault on all that we hold sacred. I don’t feel I am being nasty or rude, just stating the obvious. Ever since he has taken office, the devisiveness is stunning! The likes of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson are out in full force……making victims of everyone so they can maintain their “saviour” status. It sickens me how fellow Americans are suddenly turning against each other. We have lost several friends over this divide….We will surely need a true, man of leadership to bring us back together so we can all work towards restoring this great nation.

  93. When your family or friends cannot explain why they voted Democrat, give them this list. Then they can then pick a reason or multiple reasons from this “TOP 12”.

    1. I voted Democrat because I believe oil companies’ profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene, but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 15% isn’t.

    2. I voted Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.

    3. I voted Democrat because Freedom of Speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.

    4. I voted Democrat because I’m way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers and thieves.

    5. I voted Democrat because I believe that people who can’t tell us if it will rain on Friday can tell us that the polar ice caps will melt away in ten years if I don’t start driving a Prius.

    6. I voted Democrat because I’m not concerned about millions of babies being aborted so long as we keep all death row inmates alive.

    7. I voted Democrat because I think illegal aliens have a right to free health care, education, and Social Security benefits, and we should take away the social security from those who paid into it.

    8. I voted Democrat because I believe that business should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as the Democrats see fit.

    9. I voted Democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite the Constitution every few days to suit some fringe kooks who would never get their agendas past the voters.

10.. I voted Democrat because I think that it’s better to pay billions to people who hate us for their oil, but not drill our own because it might upset some endangered beetle, gopher or fish.

    11. I voted Democrat because while we live in the greatest, most wonderful country in the world, I was promised “HOPE AND CHANGE”.

    12. I voted Democrat because my head is so firmly planted up my ass, it’s unlikely that I’ll ever have another point of view.

“The Document States It’s An “Abstract””

“I certify this is a true copy or abstract of TXE record on file in the Hawaii State department of Health”

    1. “TXE” is the file extension identifier for a “text file.” What the certification says is that Obama’s “record” is a “true copy or abstract.”

    2. We know it’s not a true copy because a true copy of a text record would not be formatted as a birth document.

    3. Therefore, the document that the White House released is “an abstract of a text file.”

Therefore, we know that the electronic image posted on the White House website is not a copy of Obama’s original birth certificate.

    So, where’s Obama’s “original, long-form birth certificate?”

It’s as obvious as the nose on your face that this guy doesn’t have one, or if he does have one, it has something on it he doesn’t want the American People to see.”

Could it be the work of the forger leaving his mark, laughing at those who take the document seriously?

Now let’s be clear about the subtle use of “txe” instead of “the.”

“TXE” is the file extension for an enriched text file which is exactly what Onaka meant to say! He doesn’t say he gave you an copy of Obama’s original birth document, but an abstract of the “records on file,” compiled from “TXE” files.

This is compatible with Adobe Illustrator or the exact software conglomeration Hawaii uses today. It is pertinent to point out the change from “the” to “TXE” as it leads to the obvious fraud but it means something and exonerates Onaka. These people know that they are not telling the truth. …”

  105. For what ever it is worth,I am encouraging people to look closer at Newt Gingrich. He is the ONLY person who has BEEN THERE, and DONE IT. While this experience is LAUGHED at by many people, I would then ask the NAYSAYERS to STAND UP AND TELL US HOW TO GET IT RIGHT in 2012, because if we don’t get it right we are all going to lose………..BIG TIME. Newt does come with an attitude which many people finsd offensive. There is a reason why,he called Romney a LIAR. This is because he IS A LIAR. He twists words, and spins truths………when you do that you are in fact a LIAR. If you send Romney to defeat Soetoro, Romney will lose. So will Santorum, and all the others except Gingrich. He has the best chance of anybody to defeat Soetoro. This is because the YUPPIES in our country are by far his JUNIORS. They are the huge mass of Soetoro supporters. The only voice that the yuppies are going to respect is the VOICE OF EXPERIENCE. Lee Iacocca is dead on the money, and I personally SECOND everything he had to say. If you send a snot nosed little child to do a level of work that requires highly trained professional you are going to lose…….BIG TIME. Most of the WAGGLING MOUTHS havn’t the slightest idea regarding the constraints of the office of the POTUS. They think that they can BS their way in the course. Look at who else is trying to BS his way, and in the process is severely injuring our country. If you think that a child can do it by all means vote for him. I will be listening afterwards because I will be hearing the anguished WHINES from the supporters of the LOSER.

  106. Folks,

I was sent an email from a personal friend of mine that I wanted to share with you. For those of you that support the U.S. Constitutional Second Amendment, this will be priceless to you. It follows, as a Kansas State Highway Patrol Officer:

…I made a traffic stop on an elderly lady the other day for speeding on U.S. 166 Eastbound at Mile Marker 73 just East of Sedan, KS. I asked for her driver’s license, registration, and proof of insurance.

The lady took out the required information and handed it to me. In with the cards, I was somewhat surprised (due to her advanced age) to see she had a conceal carry permit. I looked at her and ask if she had a weapon in her possession at this time.

She responded that she indeed had a .45 semi-automatic in her glove box. Something—body language, or the way she said it—made me want to ask if she had any other firearms. She did admit to also having a 9mm Glock in her center console. Now I had to ask one more time if that was all. She responded once again that she did have just one more, a .38 special in her purse! I then asked her what was she so afraid of?

She looked me right in the eye and said, “Not A dam thing!!!”…

  108. “KNIGHT: OBAMA’S INOPERATIVE CONSTITUTION”

    By Robert Knight
    The Washington Times
    Friday, January 6, 2012

    Excerpt:

“Back in 1973, when the Nixon administration was under fire for Watergate, Press Secretary Ron Ziegler uttered an unforgettable response when caught in a lie during a news conference: “This is the operative statement. The others are inoperative.”

Well, the Obama administration just topped that by essentially declaring the U.S. Constitution “inoperative.” President Obama did not use that term when making an illegal recess appointment of Richard Cordray to the new post of consumer czar on Wednesday, but he might as well have.

Mr. Cordray now heads the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which will do its best to strangle any thought that business owners might have of getting out from under oppressive bureaucracy long enough to create any new jobs that aren’t in the government.

Remember, these are the same folks who thought it was a great idea to let Rep. Barney Frank, Massachusetts Democrat, bring the magic of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to the financial sector with the awful Dodd-Frank law. But merit aside, the Cordray appointment was made outside constitutional bounds.

Here’s what the official White House blog says about why the administration staged the Cordray coup:”

    […]

“The Obama administration’s lawlessness is becoming so obvious that nearly everyone outside the liberal mainstream media has caught on. Many Americans are appalled, but hard-core leftists are delighted. They regard the Constitution as a sham document that enables an oppressive, racist, sexist, homophobic society of the rich to oppress college students.”

    […]

“Mr. Obama’s piece de resistance, though, was ramming the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare, down America’s throat while assuring us that we could keep our current health insurance. The lies, evasions, backroom deals and front-room bribes could fill a dozen books.

When Obamacare was being debated, the administration insisted that the individual mandate was not a tax. After more than half the states sued to halt this unconstitutional mess, Mr. Obama’s lawyers told courts it was a tax after all. Apparently, the previous claim became
    “inoperable.”

IF THE CONSTITUTIONAL ORDER IS NOT RESTORED AND OBAMACARE IS NOT STRUCK DOWN OR REPEALED, enemies of the state, such as older people who refuse to go gently into the night, might routinely start hearing scarier things than lies, such as: ‘That patient is now inoperative.'”

“VERNUCCIO: NO TIME FOR ADVICE AND CONSENT”

“RECESS APPOINTMENTS SIGNAL WAR AGAINST CONGRESS”

    By F. Vincent Vernuccio
    The Washington Times
    Friday, January 6, 2012

    Excerpt:

“The fact that the president recess-appointed four nominees absent an actual recess is outrageous in itself and has drawn well-deserved condemnation. But also troubling is the way in which he made two appointments to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

    […]

Still, the main fight likely will come on the technicality of whether Mr. Obama was within his rights to make the appointments during the pro forma session. On this point, Democratic hypocrisy is appalling.

Senate Democrats routinely blocked George W. Bush’s recess appointments by going into pro forma sessions several times during his second term. Rather than play chicken with the Constitution as our current president is doing, Mr. Bush abided by the will of the Senate.

In 2007, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid warned Mr. Bush against making recess appointments, saying that he would “keep the Senate in pro forma session to block the president from doing an end run around the Senate and the Constitution.” On Jan. 4, Mr. Reid sang a different tune, praising Mr. Obama’s appointment of Mr. Cordray.

    […]

Adding insult to injury, Mr. Obama made the appointments on the first day of the 2012 session. Recess appointments are valid only until the end of the next session of Congress. Therefore, the four appointees can serve until the end of 2013.

If the president wanted to work with Congress but felt the need to fill the vacancies right away, he could have appointed his choices a day earlier, limiting their terms to the end of this year. Instead, Mr. Obama chose to engage in an all-out conflict with Congress while running roughshod over the Constitution’s advice and consent clause.”

  109. “KENT: CHRONICLING COMING OBAMACARE CRASH”

“HIDDEN COSTS AND RULES WERE EXPOSED IN 2011″

    By Phil Kent
    The Washington Times
    Thursday, January 5, 2012

    Excerpt:

” In 2011, instead of being heralded for its popularity, pResident Obama’s expensive and tyrannical health care law faced its unraveling, month by month.

Last January, Kansas became the 26th state suing the federal government to block implementation of the health care overhaul. By the end of t hat month, a second federal judge had declared the law unconstitutional. The U.S. Supreme Court now decides whether part or all of Obamacare is unconstitutional, and it should rule sometime around early June.

It was also last February when Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius made the embarrassing announcement that the CLASS Act, a key portion of the law that was supposed to “save” $70 billion, was “totally unsustainable.” And the bad news kept on coming.

The law turned a year old March 23, the same day the House Committee on Energy and Commerce reported that the temporary Early Retirement Reinsurance Program would spend its allotted $5 billion far earlier than its January 2014 expiration date. By the end of March, THE NON PARTISAN CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET OFFICE ESTIMATED OBAMACARE WILL ULTIMATELY COST – MORE THAN $1.1 TRILLION – AN INCREASE OF $90 BILLION – FROM ITS FEBRUARY ESTIMATE. [Remember NO Congress Person ACTUALLY READ the ObamaDeath/healthcare law who voted on it.]

Last May, the media reported that 20 percent of Obama administration waivers from the law were going to gourmet restaurants, nightclubs and swanky hotels in Democratic House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s district. The AARP, which BETRAYED MEMBERS with its shameless cheerleading for Obamacare, was also granted a waiver from the law along with various Obama-supporting labor unions.

    […]

As 2012 dawned, sticker shock was becoming evident. Seniors looking at Medicare Part B costs found that the per person Medicare insurance premium will increase from the present monthly fee of $96.40, rising to $104.20 in 2012, $120.20 in 2013, and $247 in 2014. That’s an increase of 156 percent in just three years. Those provisions are embedded in Obamacare but were delayed by the Democratic bill writers until after the 2012 election in order to hide them from voters.

IN LIGHT OF THIS COMING TRAIN WRECK, IT WILL INDEED BE A HAPPY NEW YEAR IF THE SUPREME COURT DECLARES THE WHOLE LAW UNCONSTITUTIONAL. IT WOULD SAVE CONGRESS THE TIME AND TROUBLE OF DEFUNDING OR REPEALING IT.”

Cabby, well said. Another example of a person who is a “fighter” but lacks in the leadership role is Dr. Paul. Although I like a lot of what he says, and dislike some of what he says, he has been unable to get anyone in Congress to work with him to further his ideas. Rand Paul, although brand new, has become much more influential in the Senate. Perhaps that is just the nature of the Senate, but Rand seems to be far more effective than Ron.

  113. ABC persists is asking stupid liberal questions! If only 10% of population is gay, why are we spending all this time on gay issues?

  114. “OBAMA’S RECESS APPOINTMENTS: AN IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE?”

    January 5, 2012 07:02 PM

“Constitution: pResident Obama’s nonrecess “recess appointments” can’t be excused as over-the-top electioneering.

This pResident has crossed over from socialistic extremism into lawlessness and, perhaps, impeachability.

The U.S. Constitution established a strong presidency — so strong that even one of the most esteemed founding fathers, Patrick Henry, worried it would be kinglike. But this week saw a president exceed even those broad constitutional powers because doing so fits his election-year narrative of a “do-nothing Congress” so well.

Now we have the makings of a banana republic, where the rule of clearly written constitutional law is compromised by a ruler’s subjective whim.

The Constitution is crystal clear on the recess appointment authority of the president.

“The president shall have power,” Article II, section 2 states, “to fill up all vacancies that may happen during the recess of the Senate, by granting commissions which shall expire at the end of their next session.”

The Senate has not been in recess. And Congress’ authority over when it is and isn’t in recess is no small matter of parliamentary procedure. Rather, it is a power the Framers explicitly bestowed in Article I, Section 5:

“Neither House, during the session of Congress, shall, without the consent of the other, adjourn for more than three days.”

Yet Obama on Wednesday, with no recess in effect and against the publicly stated position of his own Justice Department, made four “recess appointments.”

Former Ohio attorney general Richard Cordray was named head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau — a new, intrusive federal agency established last year by the Dodd-Frank law — and three spots on the National Labor Relations Board were filled.

The GOP-majority House has been keeping Congress in session, using its lawful power to prevent Obama from steamrolling someone into the CFPB position outside the usual Senate confirmation process because, as House Speaker John Boehner explained Wednesday,
“the agency it heads is bad for jobs and bad for the economy.”

Some may say these are small-potato government jobs not worth a big confrontation. But if a president can trample the Constitution on these appointments, the door opens for similar abuses of power with Cabinet secretaries and judicial nominations.

As Boehner warned, “The precedent that would be set by this cavalier action would have a devastating effect on the checks and balances that are enshrined in our Constitution.”

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., until recently agreed with the Obama and Clinton Justice Departments — and with just about every other legal expert, liberal, conservative and middle of the road — that presidents have to wait for Congress to be out of session three days before legally making a recess appointment.

Now he thinks what Obama has done is great, as does House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif. Why? Again, because they think it makes Obama and the Democrats look like they’re taking on a mean, obstructionist Congress during an election year.

What Obama, with Reid, Pelosi and congressional Democrats in tow, is really taking on, though, is the Constitution and one of the things that keeps America civilized and free: the rule of law.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., recognizes this as a constitutional crisis in which Obama “arrogantly circumvented the American people” and “fundamentally endangers the Congress’ role in providing a check on the excesses of the executive branch.”

Obama claims he has “an obligation as president to do what I can without them,” referring to Congress.

But the Constitution, which Obama took an oath to preserve, protect and defend, says he can’t.

The “I” word — I for impeachment — might not yet be on Washingtonian lips, but it might be soon.”

  127. I agree with the above comment…..ABC, the real loser! The first half of the debate was sickening…. The intention was to highlight Santorum and his recent comments on birth control. Give me a flipping break! Since when did that become a concern in this country. New Hampshire especially is a more secular State compared to Iowa, and the liberal media wants to waste time on an unimportant social issue. Santorum gained some momentum in Iowa and they need to cut him down pronto. The whole point was to get the candidates to fight amongst themselves, diminishing any relevant to the debate. What a disgrace. They didn’t give Newt the time he needed to redeem himself in the polls. They know his debating skills are the best, and they wouldn’t acknowledge him the time. The little time he did have, he directly challenged the liberal biased press…..good for him. Perry jumped right in and had a fairly good night. As far as I am concerned, this debate helped no one….it just looked like a bunch of irrelevant banter, exactly what the media wanted. I will expect the same with David Gregory, tomorrow. I hope Newt will tell them all like it is! I still admire Gingrich and so far, he seems to be the Senior candidate. Once again, the more I learn of the man, the more I can see why the elites in DC are afraid of him. He appears to be the only one that can buck the system and has the experience as Speaker to make the changes we so desparately need. He knows congress inside and out and can play the game better than anyone running.

  128. I agree, HonorFirst. Newt has some incredible ideas, and I loved his attack on the press regarding their war on Christianity.

  129. HonorFirst and Tina,
Good comments to which I agree.

  130. Bob Strauss…………………….
Have you noticed the eardrum splitting silence with respect to Lee Iacocca’s earlier words? I havn’t noticed even one word of negative comment against him. Could it be that he might be RIGHT? I think that a helluva lot of OBOTS had better take what he had said seriously. They stand to lose, just as much as everybody else…………they just havn’t yet realised it. They still think LEFT is REALLY RIGHT.

  131. I stated a few days ago that I would make my personal 2012 presidential election comparison to that of the WND interview with Mr. Jack Abramoff. While I certainly hold the highest respect for Jack through his Washington inside information as a lobbyist reformed, I disagree with some of his 2012 predictions pertaining to Presidency.

As Jack Abramoff stated during his WND interview, “It is always dangerous to try to predict what may happen in American politics, since there are so many variables. Only a true prophet, guided by the Almighty, would have an ability to see clearly through the maze.”
There is a complete acceptance of my agreement which stands with Mr. Abramoff’s first sentence. It is in fact dangerous to attempt prediction of American Politics. Especially with countless variables under consideration, and many unknown. However, I disagree with his partial comment that “only a true prophet, guided by the Almighty, would have an ability to see clearly through the maze.” This is simply nonsensical and rubbish, unless one believes only an anointed person made by the hands of God Himself understands the simplicity of life, freedoms, blessings and the concept of liberty while all others are ignorant? This simply lacks accountability and the feverish embellishment so desired by the American citizens of their elected officials – an understatement.

I certainly comprehend Jack’s concern(s) of Washington corruption –politics at play and natural unethical standards coupled with washing of hands and back scratchings from all branches of our established government. Perversion and redundant politics are neither excused nor accepted when Tyranny and Dictatorship are the prevalent matters of which Washington desires on my watch.

Secondly, Jack claims that “conservative Republicans in the U.S. House will force a vote on retaining Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, in that post, after the Republicans “pick up only a half dozen new congressional seats in the 2012 election.” I agree with Jack’s claim here that the Republican party will retain Boehner as the house speaker. I do not agree with Jack that only a half dozen seats in Congress will be obtained. My prediction is 10 to 12 seats. We’ll see. Nevertheless, such underwhelming in seats remains a concern.
He (Jack) further stated: “Mitt Romney will secure the Republican nomination in June and, days before the convention, name a female or minority vice presidential candidate who is not a former governor of Alaska, but is acceptable to traditional conservatives. Mitt Romney will be elected president of the United States in an election which will be very close.”

I Highly disagree on separate levels here with this prediction. First and foremost, even if Mitt wins the Republican nomination, he stands absolutely no chance of winning against Obama. The suggestion of gaining a female Vice President is merely for votes of sexism and not precedence of ground root leadership, period. John McCain attempted this and backfired. I need say no more on that subject.

Jack’s next comment are perfectly clear and factual: “Ron Paul will threaten a third party run, which will force the Republicans to alot him a prime speaking slot at their 2012 convention. Reaction will be tempered, however, since most Republicans understand that not giving Paul a chance to speak at the Republican convention will ensure he does speak – and possibly accepts the nomination – at the Libertarian convention.”

A consideration in this strategic play of politics should be considered. Ron Paul will back out although a Libertarian and not a conservative republican. But that doesn’t eliminate the additional Presidential Candidates which pose a threat to the GOP of an additional 3nd party breakage which will in fact pull votes from the GOP selected Candidate ensuring an Obama Victory. It is a no win situation.

Lastly, I am under the opinion that unless the great efforts of the Ballot challenges succeed, or additional ongoing legal cases have a breakthrough, or unless our Elected Congressional Officials address the Obama eligibility issues and question him – I can assure you – America will in fact have 4 more years of Obama. You will not beat Obama on Karl Rove’s political Strategy of “Policy Only” and lets be “Gentlemen” about American Politics.

  132. Our Constitutional crisis is actually far worse than most people suspect. Soetoro’s proponents will do anything in their insidious little efforts to make others believe their idiotic lies are the truth. Now they are trying to craft a FANTASY that the Constitution is a FLAWED document. Then to add insult upon injury they try as much as possible to circumvent the Constitution. Yet the millions of yuppies in our country seem to be Soetoro’s main column of support. This is where a hell of a lot of Soetoro’s campaign money has come from.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    I agree with your 100%….

No other way to say it than you did.

  134. Who are “YUPPIES”? They are America’s 30 – 50 year old Mr. and MMMSSS. IMPORTANTS who spend a lot of time and money trying to make everybody believe that they are REALLY IMPORTANT,and that the world should bow and kiss their feet, as such.

  135. “CITIZEN TO CONGRESSMAN: “OBAMA HAS GONE BEYOND HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS”

    “RECESS APPOINTMENTS ANOTHER UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACT”

    January 6, 2012

    Excerpt:

    “Dear Editor:

The following letter was sent to Representative Graves and other north Georgia U. S. Representatives. The letter documents one more in a long string of Constitutional encroachments, or worse, by Obama and condoned by Congress. This transgression is specific to the Senate but the request for charges of treason applies to the House, equally.

    January 6, 2012
    Representative Graves, by FAX:

Speaker Boehner said that Obama’s most recent “recess” appointments: “. . . defies centuries of practice.” Boehner seems to have missed the part about what Obama did was unconstitutional, along with numerous other unconstitutional acts he has committed over the last three years.”
