Obama will give a speech at Guilford Technical Community College today, Tuesday, October 18, 2011. This speech will certainly be a campaign speech disguised as a jobs speech which is something he obviously knows nothing about.

Oh, I see, Obama is creating jobs for the security people and new tasks for the students trying to get to class. Today is the first day of the short schedule fall classes. I am certain this will help those students.

Over on Network World where I’ve had a gig as a columnist for about 18 years, my Backspin column I wrote this week about a power generation system called E-Cat that is to be tested on October 28th.
If you’ve missed the recent brouhaha over the E-Cat (which stands for Energy Catalyzer), you’re missing out on a three ring circus over a technology that will either change everything or change nothing because what is promised is, in theory, power too cheap to be worth metering.
The E-Cat is a simple device albeit with functioning that defies all known explanations.
In summary, the E-Cat is a cold fusion (CF) device (the inventor, Andrea Rossi, prefers to term the technology “Low Energy Nuclear Reaction” (which appears to be the same thing as CF but a less contentious phrasing). Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. (Hereinafter “Taitz”) is hereby notifying this court of an Appeal being filed challenging the following orders:
1. Order granting Motion for Summary Judgment by the defendant Michael Astrue, commissioner of the Social Security administration. Plaintiff files this appeal based on following:
a. Court made an error of facts of the case and misrepresented the case and the argument by the Plaintiff in its’ order, as well as error of law.
b. Court showed bias against the Plaintiff, political dissident civil rights leader attorney Dr. Orly Taitz and in favor of the defendant, Commissioner of the Social Security administration, aimed at shielding from criminal prosecution Mr. Barack Hussein Obama, II, currently occupying the position of the President of the United States and Commander in Chief, party of interest in the case, in spite of clear, undeniable, irrefutable evidence, presented by the Plaintiff, showing that Barack Obama is fraudulently using a Social Security number, issued in the state, where he never resided, which was never assigned to him according to the Social Security administration. Contrary to the court assertion, in and around March of 1977, when above Social Security number was issued in the state of Connecticut, according to the Social Security own guidelines, the application was supposed to be submitted from the state of Connecticut. At a time Barack Obama was 16 years old and resided in Hawaii and was nowhere near the state of Connecticut, which clearly shows him fraudulently using a Social Security number issued to another individual. The court erred in completely ignoring affidavits of Senior Deportation office of the Department of Homeland Security John Sampson, licensed investigators Susan Daniels and Neil Sankey, attesting to the fact, that the application for Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, had to be submitted and mailed from Connecticut, as well as information that in the national databases this Social Security number is connected to multiple dates of birth, including birth in 1890, which places the holder of the above number at an age of 121 years old, which is clearly not the age of Barack Obama.
2. Order, denying motion for reconsideration is appealed on the same grounds.
3. Order, denying preparation of Vaugn index is appealed on the same grounds
4. Plaintiff Moves this court to stay its’ final order pending appeal, so the Plaintiff can proceed with the Motion to compel hearing currently scheduled for November 21, 2011 in USDC in HI to compel inspection of Barack Obama’s original birth certificate, allegedly created in 1961 and kept in the Health Department in Hawaii since then. Plaintiff previously argued to the court, that Barack Obama’s use of a fraudulently obtained Connecticut Social Security number is integrally connected to his fraudulent use of a computer generated birth certificate, which is a forgery based on statements of experts Chito Papa, Douglas Vogt and Paul Irey. When one does not have a valid birth certificate, one resorts to obtaining a forged, fraudulently obtained Social Security number. This is a matter of outmost urgency for the United States national security, as we currently have an individual, occupying the position of the U.S. President and Commander in Chief without a valid Social Security number, without a valid birth certificate and consequently without any other valid identification papers, as any secondary IDs are based on a valid BC and SSN ID. In light of the gravity of this situation and unprecedented danger to the U.S. interests, plaintiff moves this court to stay its’ final order pending appeal.

This is a major news story because Limbaugh has been reluctant to credit Congressman Paul for much of anything, and indeed he has been quite critical of Paul.
Congressman’s Paul’s plan is bolder than any of his counterparts has put forward so far. He is taking a big risk because he undoubtedly knows that many Americans are too scared or too entrenched in government dependency to be amenable to serious budget-cutting. Americans frequently say they desire cuts but when they hear the specifics, many recoil. Dr. Paul is thus offering a sober prescription to an addicted population – telling us what we need to hear rather than what we want to hear. None of the other candidates is doing the same. President Obama is an outright enabler.

March 10, 2011: At a hearing of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, Science and Related Agencies, Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchinson (R-Texas) asked Holder about the matter.
“What is your view now on that particular program? And I know that you’ve asked for an IG study of it, but tell me if you think that that program should be continued. Is it the correct use of the Project Gunrunner subprogram, I guess? Because it–of course, it’s a great concern.”
Holder responded, “Well, first, I’d say that, you know, the mission of ATF and the mission to which they are dedicated is to stop the flow of guns into Mexico and to people who shouldn’t have guns here in the United States. And that is the focus of ATF, and it is why ATF agents serve bravely in Mexico and in this country, and I think do a great job. It is true that there have been concerns expressed by ATF agents about the way in which this operation was conducted and I took those allegations, those concerns, very seriously, and asked the inspector general to try to get to the bottom of it. An investigation, an inquiry, is now under way.
“I’ve also made clear to people in the department that letting guns walk–I guess that’s the term that the people use–that letting guns walk is not something that is acceptable. Guns are different than drug cases or cases where we’re trying to follow where money goes. We cannot have a situation where guns are allowed to walk, and I’ve made that clear to the United States attorneys as well as the agents in charge in the various ATF offices.”

May 3, 2011: Holder testified to the House Judiciary Committee. Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) and Holder had an exchange about Operation Fast and Furious. Under questioning from Issa, Holder said he was not sure of the exact date he first heard of the operation, but said it was “probably … over the last few weeks.” Holder also could not say who authorized the operation.
Issa asked: “When did you first know about the program officially, I believe, called Fast and Furious? To the best of your knowledge, what date?”
Holder answered: “I’m not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks.”
Issa followed: “Now that you’ve been briefed on it, the president has said on March 22 that you didn’t authorize it. Did your deputy attorney general, James Cole, authorize it?”
Holder answered: “I’m sorry. That would be?”
Issa repeated: “The deputy attorney general, James Cole.”
Holder again acted puzzled: “Did he — I didn’t hear. Did he?”
Issa completed the question: “Did the deputy attorney general authorize it?”
Holder finally gave a less than clear answer: “My guess would be no. Mr. Cole, I don’t think, was in the—I–I think–I don’t think he was in the department at the time that operation started.”
Issa went on to ask: “How about the head of the Criminal Division, Lanny Breuer?”
Holder answered, “I’m not sure.”
Issa followed; “Did he authorize it?”
Holder responded: “I’m not sure whether Mr. Breuer authorized it. I mean, you have to understand the way in which the department operates. Although there are–there are operations, this one has become–has gotten a great deal of publicity.”
Issa later asked: “Do you stand by this program? In other words–and it’s not a hypothetical, really–if you knew this program, knew about this program 90 days ago, 180 days ago, would you have allowed it to continue? And if not, then what are you going to do about the people who did know and allowed it to continue?”
Holder answered: “Well, what I have told people at the Department of Justice is that under no circumstances in any case that any investigation that we bring should guns be allowed to be distributed in an uncontrolled manner.”
Issa followed: “So that would be cognizant with the March 9th letter from Deputy Attorney General James Cole in which he says that we should not design or conduct undercover operations which include guns crossing the border. If we have knowledge that guns are about to cross the border, we must take immediate action to stop the firearms from crossing the border, and so on. That’s–that’s your policy today.”
Holder says: “That has–that is our policy. That has totally been the policy that I tried to impose.”
Issa then asked: “And isn’t Fast and Furious inconsistent with that policy?”
Holder answered: “Well, that’s one of the questions that we’ll have to see whether or not Fast and Furious was conducted in a way that’s consistent with what Jim wrote there, what I have said today. And that’s what the inspector general is, in fact, looking at.”

Gilad Shalit is finally home in Israel. He looked pale and very thin upon his return. During his capture, he was not allowed any visits by the International Red Cross or other visitors which is typically considered a war crime. If Israel had done that to the Palestinians, the world would be screaming bloody heck. The fact that the world said and did nothing about Gilad for over five years is shameful. I’m sure the Palestinian prisoners that were exchanged for Gilad returned home fat and happy. When journalists were captured by the Palestinians the media hung on every breath until they were released. There was wall to wall coverage of reporters held hostage in Libya for a few days. Every news media organization should be ashamed of themselves and the bias with which they cover israel.
