“Centegra Health System’s plan to build a hospital in Huntley was subjected for the first time Wednesday to public reaction, and it generally was split between other hospitals saying the proposal would drive up health costs and local people believing it was needed and wanted.
The public hearing at Huntley Village Hall was moderated by two officials of the Illinois Health Facilities and Service Board, which must approve any new medical proposal. The board later will hold a hearing on a competing plan by Mercy Health System to build a hospital in nearby Crystal Lake.”
“Mercy Health System is proposing to build in Crystal Lake at Route 31 and Three Oaks Road. Its hospital would include 100 acute-care medical and surgery beds, 20 obstetric and eight intensive care units, an emergency department and a focus on geriatrics. Mercy also is touting its proposed multi-specialty clinic of 45 physicians that would be attached to the hospital.
Mercy’s project would cost $200 million and be paid for with $176 million in bonds and $20 million in cash and securities. The hospital has a planned opening of early 2014.
This isn’t the first time Mercy officials have sought a certificate of need for a hospital in Crystal Lake.
A proposal for 70 beds was shot down by the state board in 2003. Mercy tried again in April 2004 and was awarded the certificate as board members became the target of a federal corruption investigation.
A few months later, former Gov. Rod Blagojevich and state lawmakers revamped the board. The Tribune reported in June 2005 that then-board Vice Chairman Stuart Levine planned to split a $1.5 million kickback with former Blagojevich fundraiser Antoin “Tony” Rezko from contractor Jacob Kiferbaum, who was to build the hospital.
Judge Maureen McIntyre revoked Mercy’s permit for the proposed hospital in May 2005. Mercy officials, never charged with any wrongdoing, did not appeal.
The state health facilities board tentatively plans to vote on both proposals May 10.”

I’ve been involved in a discussion/conversation on one of the military forums and thought I might share a part of with you.
Yesterday, I put up the Poll questions that I wanted PPP polling to ask. Several of the comments immediately started to question the questioner (me) and imply racism. (I assumed they were directed at me.) I responded this morning and shared a part of my diverse ethnic background including African and Native American and pride therein. I also stated that I question his policies, etc.
I got an immediate response from one of the long time participants stating that he was not aware of anyone calling me racist but that there were a couple on the forum who could be. I thanked him for not implying that I was racist. Then I gave the following response to his last statement. I hope you will consider it. You might want to use it if you are faced with this question.

I question the meaning of the term ‘natural born citizen’ and Obama’s blatant disregard for the limitations of Constitution and the rule of law. I believe the term Natural Born Citizen is derived from the Founders understanding of the ‘Law of Nations’ and excludes those who were born on American soil to parents who were not citizens (naturalized or by birth) at the time of the person’s birth. To date the references in cases that touch upon the issue should/could be considered obiter dictum. Thank you for not calling me racist. I sincerely appreciated that.
Is it a policy to continually side step living up to the standards and limitations of the Constitution – and the rule of law? Isn’t the eligibility to serve in the Office (or lack thereof) indicative of a fundamental disregard of the Constitution?
Hasn’t the Obama Administration been held in contempt regarding its disregard for the ruling about the moratorium in the Gulf? Isn’t the Obama Administration continuing to try to ram ObamaCare down the throats of the American people in spite of being ruled Unconstitutional in toto. Isn’t Obama ruling without the consent of a majority of the American people?

The alleged publication of birth anouncements were probably precipitated by the REGISTRATION of Soetoro to which a CERTIFICATION of Live Birth was issued. Bear in mind that a CERTIFICATION of LIVE BIRTH is not the same thing as a CERTIFICATE of live birth. The CERTIFICATE of LIVE BIRTH is HOSPITAL generated,and the CERTIFICATION of live birth is NOT. The latter is generated by the registration of the birth at the HDOH. IN the case of Barry Soetoro,his birthy was REGISTERED by his GRANDMOTHER,so thyat he would allegedly obtain US citizenship. He could have been born on the MOON but in the 60s Hawaii accepted such registrations as being the same as an infant having been born in Hawaii. I personally believe that this would be illegal but fortunately I am not a lawyer. I am sure that CW could answer this much better than I can.

Now, with the Gov. Scott Walker taking on unions in Wisconsin, it was only a matter of time before Obama gave his two cents. He has taken the side of the state government unions against Walker’s plan that would force state workers to cover half of their pension contributions and 13 percent of their own health insurance cuts. The plan would also strip government workers of the power to collectively bargain for higher wages unless the public approved it through a vote.
When asked about the public employee benefits cuts in Wisconsin and the resulting union protests President Obama said he saw the cuts as an “assault on unions”.

I looked at both of the alleged newspaper pages that was again alleged to be blown up copies of a page from the two newspapers, yet both pages are exact carbon copies of each other……word for word……even in unrelated advertising text. The only difference is that sombody stripped in the name of one newspaper onone of the pages and the name of another newspaper on the other. IN ALL OF THE YEARS THAT I WAS INVOLVED IN COMMERCIAL PRINTING DO I EVER REMEMBER TWO NEWSPAPERS HAVING THE SAME EXACT TYPE MATTER ON A SPECIFIC PAGE,AND LAID OUT EXACTLY THE SAME. THE UNRELATED STUFF WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THE SAME. For someone to imply that these pages came from TWO different newspapers is ABSURD to say the least. In addition at various times we cooperated with both of our lacal newspapers in various sorts of advertising publishing. Even though the two newspapers are owned by the same parent company they do not use the same format in their editorial,or vital statistics pages. ie both exactly the same. Further I have serious doubts that the two pages that were shown on the butterdezillionblog came from two different newspapers either. If that was the case then one of them would have long since either ceased to exist,or would have had the living hell sued out of them for illegal COPYRIGHT violations.

…………further if either of these newspapers ever see these pages bearing their name at the top, the person responsible for it could still be prosecuted if the owners of the newspaper choose to. Altering a page that is under COPYRIGHT protection is illegal,as is adding the name of the newspaper so as to make it appear that it was printed by that company.

There are selected Hospitals around Illinois that are setup to be used as extermination sites by the criminal system/shadow government. In the 90’s there were three, one being Central DuPage Hospital. There are witnesses and I would go so far as to say the “right people” know so this issue would be expected to surface when it’s important. CDH had it’s wings closed because it had exceeded the amount of unknown deaths some time ago. There are limits to how many unknown deaths are allowed in a given time and when exceeded a probe is launched to determine what happened.
Keep in mind that the Brain Child as told to me by my brother-in-law is Dick Cheney while he was in the CIA. My ex-brother-in-las told me that the families of the deceased NEVER question the death and for that reason this method works. The criminal system calls these hospitals “Killing Machines”.
Aside from this, I’ve moved my internet operations back into my home. I’ve connected with a Whistleblower site and am working towards connecting with other Whistleblowers in the Illinois area. There are only 5 that I’m aware of. One is Tammy Ryan who I met a few weeks ago, she was i the news much earlier while surfacing what former Governor Ryan was doing and helped send him to jail. She told me she was singled out by the criminal system and treated much like I have been. Another whistleblower I’ve been talking to weekly moved out of the state for his safety. We’re talking about getting together for a day. They destroyed his family in similar fashion as they did mine. Like myself he declared war on them.
There appears to be an effort to put us on Youtube.com. I’m not sure when but it’s coming.

I previously had an open mind about Ron Paul, but after learning of his antisemitism, and then listening to your rants, I just can’t bring myself to ever consider supporting him. I think you have done him more harm than good.
