Increasingly, the story about a bomb found on a UPS flight appears to be fake, a ploy by Obama to appear strong on terrorism before the coming election. What is the truth about this story?

“White House counterterrorism adviser John Brennan said Sunday that explosives discovered on two airplanes could have been detonated en route to the United States, as he warned that more bombs may be out there as part of the same plot.
Brennan, speaking on “Fox News Sunday,” said the plot had “all the hallmarks of Al Qaeda.” He would not confirm how many other potential mail bombs, if any, could be on the loose, but said officials are in a “full-court press” to stop Al Qaeda from attacking the homeland.
“We cannot presume, though, that there are (no) others that are out there, and so we are looking at all the packages that are originating in Yemen,” Brennan said. “The threat is certainly ongoing.”
Though the packages armed with explosives, pulled Friday from planes in England and the United Arab Emirates, were addressed to Chicago-area synagogues, Brennan appeared to lend credence to British claims that they were designed to potentially detonate in mid-air.
“This was something that could have been detonated en route here to the United States, or at the destination,” he said, calling them “self-contained devices” which didn’t require anybody to press a syringe or any other kind of external detonator. “It seems as though that these devices were designed to at least be capable to be detonated on the aircraft.””
“According to sources, intelligence officials were tipped off to a pair of explosive packages on planes in England and the United Arab Emirates early Friday morning. After a six-hour sweep of cargo at the East Midlands airport in central England, Leicestershire police came up empty and removed the security perimeter they had set up, British aviation safety consultant Chris Yates said.
But when officials in Dubai said they had discovered a bomb disguised as a computer printer cartridge, authorities urged the British to look again, a U.S. official said, speaking on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss the matter.
“As a direct consequence, they put the cordon back up again and looked again and found the explosives,” said Yates, relying on a report given to him by an eyewitness to the searches.”

I for one have already voted. But there are thousands who will vote on the November 2. Many are vets. I agree with them …….they are not going to STAND THERE and allow somebody to BEAT ON THEM. I am sure that there are people around who would have them do this, but given the circumstances at hand it is unlikely that any military vets are going to let this happen without protecting themselves. Turning the other cheek is one thing,and works well in literature but in reality only begets additional injury. Nor does any fighting force allow the enemy a SECOND CHANCE.
All that I advocate is defending one’s self against attack. If this occurs you are within your legal rights ANYWHERE in the US to DEFEND YOURSELF. The federal locusts who will descend upon America’s fields of suffrage will include 85 lawyers (“monitors”) and an additional 335 “observers” who will watch local officials “for a variety of potential infractions ranging from voter intimidation or coercion targeting voters because of their race, color, national origin, religion or language skills.”
That’s right; the monitors will make sure local election workers do not unduly burden would-be voters by asking for identification too often, or challenging the voting status of any one ethnic group more than any other. The action will bludgeon poll watchers into submission and ease the process for any illegal alien or fraudulent voter to cast a ballot.

In today’s WSJ, Scott Rasmussen tells us that the tsunami most likely headed for Democrats at the voting booth tomorrow is simply A Vote Against Dems, Not for the GOP.
Voters don’t want to be governed from the left, right or center. They want Washington to recognize that Americans want to govern themselves.
The trends he has followed throughout the year starting with the shocking upset that sent Massachusetts Republican Scott Brown to the Senate last January indicate this is the third administration in row experiencing “rejection of the party in power.” He states “tomorrow Republicans will send more Republicans to Congress than at any time in the past 80 years,” and that Democrats have aimed straight for the iceberg by pushing policies the majority of Americans did not want. A liberal told me several weeks ago that they didn't care that they angered veterans. I was shocked to see how stupid people are. Combat trained, and tested, individuals are much more effective than us 'civilians'. Only incompetent morons don't realize the danger of veteran patriots making a wholesale decision that Constitution has been tossed out, and liberal elitist tyranny prevails. A book called "On Combat" describes what you already know, and the majority of us (including me) have been gladly ignorant of. Personally, if I were the democrats and liberals, whom have broken the laws and disregarded the Constitution, I would be terrified of veterans right now. I would prefer that these problems were dealt with with legal and fair elections, but I sensed that the Democrats would have no choice after the last few months. They have broken so many laws, done so much damage, that they are betting everything and claiming anything, so that they don't get called on the bluff that they can subvert the Constitution and walk away. They will resort to voter fraud, I knew it, and said it would happen two years ago. Hopefully, the rational government honest government of the people, by the people and for the people, can be installed with peaceful elections.

Until I read this I had no idea that “the One” thing was used before, this article compares Obama is to the Dems, what Nixon was to the Republicans, except Obama is a million times worse-never though that was possible. For each armed and able vet, there are five armed and able hunters. I would say we could field about 50 million armed and able men if needed to wrest control back from the Alinskyites.
