“The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows that 23% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-five percent (45%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -22. That’s the lowest Approval Index rating yet measured for this president (see trends).
Enthusiasm for the president among Democrats, which bounced following passage of the health care law, has faded again. Just 48% of those in the president’s party now Strongly Approve of Obama’s performance. That’s down from 65% earlier.
Among men, 20% Strongly Approve and 50% Strongly Disapprove. Among women, those numbers are 27% and 40% (see other recent demographic highlights).
The Presidential Approval Index is calculated by subtracting the number who Strongly Disapprove from the number who Strongly Approve. It is updated daily at 9:30 a.m. Eastern (sign up for free daily e-mail update). Updates are also available on Twitter and Facebook.
Overall, 43% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president’s performance. Fifty-five percent (56%) disapprove.
The number who give the president good or excellent marks for handling the economy has fallen to 35%. That’s down four points from a week ago. Forty-eight percent (48%) say the nation’s economic problems were caused primarily by President Bush while 43% blame President Obama. I remember reading a few weeks ago a comment on another blog (I’m too lazy at the moment to find it again) that Israel Insider, said to be a reputable publication, reported that the Mossad has obtained a Kenyan birth certificate for BO, and would release the information in advance of attacking Iran’s nuclear sites.

The Hawaii DOH has confirmed in 2 different ways, through official communications, that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery, because1) The HDOH has made a statutory admission that Obama’s COLB is amended. DOH Administrative Rules (which were illegally hidden until Nov 2009) require all BC’s (including the COLB, which is technically an “abbreviated birth certificate”) to note amendments. Since Factcheck doesn’t, it is known to be a forgery. And2) The HDOH has said that all Oahu BC’s were received and given a certificate number by the state registrar’s office on the same day – the “date filed”. The Factcheck COLB has a “date filed” 3 days earlier than the Nordyke twins’ but a cert# 2 later (higher) than theirs. The latest HDOH statement rules out the previous explanations for the discrepancy, since hospitals were not given pre-numbered certificates or blocks of number to use, and BC’s were not sitting around in piles for 3 days awaiting processing. Because of the discrepancy between the “date filed” and the certificate number, the Factcheck COLB is known to be a forgery.Documentation and more at

There is an article in Esquire Magazine about David Petraeus running for President in 2012. In which it is alleged that this would be treason for an officer to run against his CIC – and if he won, would amount to a military coup.
Do we know if this is true? Surely if DP resigns, then he would be a civilian and could run? If so, are there laws about how long must elapse after his resignation?
One of the concerns seems to be that, regardless, DP could do things NOW to make BO look bad and therefore set the stage and enhance his chances.

My questions are primarily procedural, i.e., does the board inclusion of defendants not subject you to multiple Rule 11 Sanctions?
Can not conservative Republican members of congress claim a good faith reliance on other parties?
Does the board inclusion of defendants not subject you to myriad discovery objections?
How can a trial against over 535 individuals be managed, i.e., don’t all defendants have a right to be present with all their lawyers at the trial?
Shortly, after your lawsuit was filed I had email correspondence with your lawyer. Perhaps he may recall those emails. I could check my files, but if memory serves me correctly, that email correspondence took place on or about January of 2009.
How has your case progressed since then? Have you obtained any meaningful discovery? Do you have a trial scheduling order?

The definition merely states that the parents must be citizens of the US at the time of the birth. It does not disqualify someone whose parents are naturalized US Citizens. It only disqualifies someone whose parents were aliens at the time of birth.

I thought you were a lawyer. I did not sue the members individually. I sue the Congress as a group and branch of our government who failed to do their duty under the Constitution.
I brought this lawsuit to my attorney, not the other way around. I told my lawyer I wanted to sue the Congress and wanted them included for all its violations of my constitutional rights and for their illegal conduct in not properly vetting Obama and during the Joint Session.
I also saw you say earlier in this blog that my case was DOA. That is hardly a comment that is helpful to those on the tip of the spear fighting Obama’s usurpation. In addition, my case is one of first impressions as to what the “natural born Citizen” clause means in Article II. It is a multifaceted attack on the Usurper and his enablers. I would hope you would be supporting my action and not calling it DOA and trying to tear it apart in a blog.

General Petraeus was born on November 7, 1952 to Dutch American parents. His father, Sixtus, was a captain in the Navy and immigrated to the United States following the Second World War.
Immigrated to US around 1945-46 , that would be plenty of time, six to seven years for Sixtus to become a US citizen.
Whether the General is a “natural born Citizen” of the USA to constitutional standards will depend on the citizenship status of both his parents when he was born. Was his father a naturalized citizen when the General was born?

The Simplest NBC rules I have found –
A natural born citizen is a child born on US soil from two US citizen parents.
A native born citizen is a child who is born on US soil from foreign parents or born on foreign soil if one of the parents can transfer US citizenship according to certain conditions, i.e. 10 years residency in the USA, five of which after the age of 14.
A naturalized US citizen is a person who chooses to become a US citizen, relinquishing his former nationality.
Obama is not a natural born citizen because his father was British/Kenyan at the time of his birth. Whether or not he was born in Hawaii is irrelevant as the required three conditions to become POTUS could never be met.
PS – The Usurper could have been born in the White House and he would still be ineligible.

I think you are being way to cute with your questions. As a lawyer, reading my appeal court docket and the case itself which I gave you the link to answers many of them. All my attorneys filing in our approach with dealing with various court invented rules are online in his blog and/or available to you via PACER.
As with all cases such as mine we are pioneering new ground in my challenge via and to the legal system to get a court to hear the merits of the charges and if the Supreme Court ultimately allows Obama to hide behind court created rules which defeat a fair hearing in a court of law of the black letter words in our constitution in Article II, then our republic and our individual liberties in this nation are in very great danger.
I am on the tip of the spear. What lawsuits have you personally brought forward to attempt to defend our Constitution and the eligibility clause and to unseat the usurper and narcissist in chief.
One can never win if one never tries. And I am trying my best to uphold my oath to support and defend the Constitution, so help me God. And nitpicking with me about court created rules for routine type cases is not going to stop me from trying to defend the constitution. The Simplest NBC rules I have found –
A natural born citizen is a child born on US soil from two US citizen parents.
A naturalized US citizen is a person who chooses to become a US citizen, relinquishing his former nationality.
Obama is not a natural born citizen because his father was British/Kenyan at the time of his birth. Whether or not he was born in Hawaii is irrelevant as the required three conditions to become POTUS could never be met.
PS – The Usurper could have been born in the White House and he would still be ineligible.

Whether you sue congress individually or as a body you still have Rule 11 problems and discovery problems, do you not?________
I’m not a lawyer, so I can not give you an intelligent debate on the law. But even I know there is a big difference between the Spirit of the law and the Letter of the law. I will be the first to give you credit for your knowledge of the Letter of the Law.
However, you like so many other Lawyers and Attorneys I know personally seem to have forgotten the Sprit of the Law. Bottom line is law is about Due Process, not the literal interpretation and application of rules used to define it’s procedures. The rules of law are guidelines, and not the written manifestation of absolutism. The word guideline is defined in this context as “an indication or outline of policy or conduct.”
Although I do not remember the name of the Chief Justice who once was lecturing back in my college days, I do remember verbatim what was said by him. “There are three things the Spirits of law and justice abhors; absolutes, imbalance, and a vacuum.” I would suggest you take that nugget of wisdom for what it is, and not what you want it to be.
COMDR. Kerchner is correct, if you want to cuss, discuss, debate, staple, fold, bend, and/or mutilate procedures and rules….. TAKE IT TO HIS LAWYER.
In my not-so-humble-opinion what I am seeing from you Leo, is an overt orchestrated attack trying to goad the Commander into releasing what I would consider proprietary case information. This could possibly violate Client/Counsel privilege and confidentiality, and places your legal ethics in question.

I did NOT attack anyone personally. I merely asked reasonable questions that are asked regarding cases routinely and for that I was attacked personally.
For two years now I have seen good Patriots led down legal deadends like lemmings into a dead sea.
It is the 11th Hour of this crisis, there is no more time, money or effort for Patriots to waste on deadends.

I know you are, CW, and so am I. When I first started my work it was all done annonymously. I helped three of the most prominent lawyers pro bono. I asked for nothing and hoped for the success of them all. I pleaded with them all to unite behind a common cause, but they did not.
It has been almost two years since I started working on this effort. Of course, AKAbo sidelined me by having me falsely imprisoned and there were months where I can do nothing to help the cause.
It was very disheartening to discover that the lawyers that I had worked so hard for and sacrificed so much for, had accomplished little or nothing during my false imprisonment.
I appreciate your efforts to get lawyers and litigants to work together for a common Constitutional Cause and I sincerely hope that you are more successful than I was last year when I tried to do the same thing.
Again, I would be delighted to see meaningful discovery or a promising trial scheduling order in any case against AKAbo.
However, the only promising things that I have seen have been the legitimate Citizen Grand Juries that have been convened and the litigation against the AKAbo by local officials all across America. From those efforts I am confident that we will begin to see Victory.
Commander Kerchner and Attorney Mario Puzo have done more to educate America and the world about the definition and historical background of the words ‘natural-born Citizen’ than almost anyone else.

BP wanted a big deal with Libya, and Libya wanted their nonsick Lockerbie terrorist in exchange for a HUGE contract, so Obama helped them like BP helped him, massively, during his campaign. Many Americans were killed in the Lockerbie attack, and Obama said zero. Obama also gave Qadafi $2.5 million recently and he’s linked to Qadafi through Wright/Farrakhan who met with him in Tripoli pertaining to Islamic USAfrica and Qadafi called Obama muslim brother…plus Qadafi is linked to Odinga for whom Obama campaigned in Kenya (illegally).
Obama wanted fuel for his cap and tax, and to mock drill baby drill, and to dish out a hefty helping of punishment to southern tea party gumps, and to get China to buy more debt in exchange for it taking over the gulf seafood industry. China is already gearing up to meet the need.
And BP, being one of Obama’s biggest donors, would not be harmed financially because American taxpayers would pay the insurance to cover the rig loss plus it sells the chemical used for clean up (never mind that hay works better and is practically free and nontoxic and adsorbs oil at a 1:200 ratio). Halliburton, which built and blew the rig (every safety valve had to have been turned off simultaneously and O2 is needed for a methane explosion) would be rewarded with a $500million no bid contract and nobody would be the wiser since Obama sent in SWAT teams to prevent any other investigators.
This all keeps the US dependent on foreign oil and weaker, and ultimately Obama will seek to nationalize the oil industry.
The oil is going to swoop around to the East Coast and even go up the mouth of the Potomac.

Census worker Joy visited me last week at my home wanting to gather information about those living here. I had mailed in the form the day after I received it and noted one resident and no other information. I explained to her at length the Constitutional directive for enumeration and told her I believed her requests for more information were unconstitutional. Even after about 20 minutes discussion, she appeared not to understand and continued to offer reasons why I should comply. I repeatedly explained my view. As a concession, I gave her my name. She finally left.
A week later, last evening, she came by again while I was entertaining family on my patio, saying she was coming on her own time and insisting I provide a birth date. I reminded her that I felt such an inquiry was illegal and could not provide such information, which the government and other parties could use for unconstitutional purposes and even discrimination. She left only after I reminded her the visit was an imposition while I was entertaining my son and his wife who just returned from their honeymoon. She reluctantly left, but I had to be very firm and repeat often my request she depart.
I do not get it; what are they telling these people, our fellow citizens? I makes me wonder about anyone who comes to my property in the name of the government. I guess I will be one of those rounded up when they declare martial law.

Mark Foley was a rep here in Florida. He has a new business and is working on trying to put his life back together. When I saw the part about Rahm, I thought how can you sit on something like this for a year, if it is illegal you act immediately, not until it does the most political harm. To me it goes to character. Much like scum-bag Obama with the Jack Ryan/Jeri Ryan sealed divorce papers which Obama got opened to eliminate Ryan so that he could win. I have a girlfriend who is half Irish, half Italian-smart, hardworking, honest sometimes she would try to stifle herself when she got mad, like when someone was trying to insult her intelligence. Agreed, one has media attention, but when people find out about the murders (how many I don’t know) people locked-up without due process and denied their civil rights, the intimidation to you, your family, Larry Sinclair issues-also beyond terrible-a laundry list of crimes fraud, corruption-well you know the rest. I have to catch up with Andrea and Kevin I had to watch Criminal Minds, it was horrible as usual.

One of the posters on this thread offered you some very apt advice that if you wished some legal pointers from the Kerchner et al team you should seek it from the attorney, not the retired Naval officer. I’m glad to see, though, since you’ve freely been offering legal advice in suvh a completely scattershot manner to posters on this thread, that you say you have a legal background. I may have missed it, but I didn’t note any Constitutional involvement in that background. Since I’ve been known to get to the Left Coast and see some of their handiwodk from time to time, I’d say that that sort of legal background is CONSIDERABLY different from matters relating to the United States Constitution. Your mileage may vary. But at least this way others may judge whether or not they think you have ample grounding in Constitutional law.
Your advice seems odd indeed especially in the overt attempts to question the motivations of the principals involved with the case. You seem to be attempting to impugn them both personally and professionally for some reason. I of course know of you and your jailing for what the court believed to be good reason and please notice here that I’ve made no inference about the the mental problems the court seemed to believe were involved in that ruling. It does, however seem more than “passing strange” that you go out of your way to so aggressively attack the Kerchner principals since they have a case pending before the 3rd Court of Appeals with a hearing date of June 29, 2010 which you should know had you checked PACER or Mr. Apuzzo’s blog.
I think that everyone who opposes our putative President realizes that the Judicial system does not want to hear ANY case against Obama – especially one so Constitutionally sound as the Kerchner et al case – and that certainly most of us would like to see more rapid progress. Attacking the efforts of the Kerchner team, whether you agree with them or not, accomplishes nothing except, perhaps. helping Obama and pals. It’s almost as though you are saying “if you don’t do it my way it’s no good” which is certainly not true. You may not agree with any of the cases so far filed but that does not mean they are somehow “flawed” except, perhaps, in your own jaundiced view of what you perceive as the “legal world”. No doubt the entertainment business is quite different I suppose.
Most of us, Leo, think that the issue will end up in the Supreme Court which is where it must eventually be decided for the definition of the term “natural born Citizen” but all that means is that it will get there sooner if the Kerchner et al case in Appeals is denied “standing” or other procedural nonsense of a similar judicial fiction. It can then be appealed to SCOTUS. If you are a lawyer you should certainly know that, so seeing the Kerchner et al case arrive at the Supreme Court with a very good legal pleading – even if you do not think so; many do – is a very big plus and this will be the first solid case to do so. The first couple of cases that arrived there had some fairly serious flaws legally. The Kerchner case does not never mind that you don’t like the way they go about it. As Commander Kerchner pointed out to you in one of his responses, he has personally laid out a huge amount of money for the frequent printing of full page ads in a major newspaper to help educate others … especially those Inside the Beltway. Perhaps you might do it differently but then again you’ve not been paying the bills as has Commander Kerchner – or have you donated to the http://www.protectourliberty.org site?
You are certainly welcome to your opinion as we all are but please cease the mindless and unneeded attacks on a serious constitutional effort merely because you would “do it differently” … which BTW hasn’t worked out too well to date, but that doesn’t mean it’s wrong nor am I attacking those efforts to try to make those efforts seem worthless or, somehow, not viable.

I became an expert on Constitutional Law as it pertains to the Presidential Qualifications Clause, Original Jurisdiction in SCOTUS and Citizens Grand Juries in response to bo’s illegal occupation of our White House. Evidently, I am better versed than all of bo’s lousy lawyers because after a year and a half, they still have NO DEFENSE TO MY LEGAL ARGUMENTS.
Of course, I studied Constitutional Law in Law School, but I have learned far more in my recent reading of the Law than I did in Law School.
Btw, President Lincoln never attended law school but he knew more about the Law than all of bo’s lousy lawyers combined.

I have read your outlandish comments regarding Commander Kerchner, me, and the Kerchner case on this blog. Frankly, I do not know where you are coming from or what your motive is. Your attack against us on this blog from nowhere does not make any sense. Why would you attack us and our case after what we are trying to accomplish? I do not know what your problem is.
You said that you “do not not question the legitimacy of the Counts” of the Kerchner complaint. Then what is your problem?
You have this bizarre notion that we sued every member of Congress. We sued Congress as an entity. That does not mean that we sued each individual member of Congress. We also sued the United States but you do not complain about having members of the U.S. government in court with their personal attorneys and all the discovery problems that may cause. The United States is sued everyday. That does not mean that each member of the United States government is sued. How absured can you get.
I fail to see what “multiple Rule 11 sanctions” has to do with the simple fact of suing Congress. I also fail to see how discovery objections may be raised by that simple fact. Your statements simply have no basis in fact or law.
You complain that we sued Congress because “conservative Republican members of congress [could] claim a good faith reliance on other parties? First, you speculate that there could be any such members of Congress. Second, you do not tell us who these “other parties” may be or what type of advice they would have provided to anyone in Congress. Third, even if there were any such members of Congress or third parties, why do you defend these members and not others? I do not see how a Congressperson’s alleged good-faith reliance on some third unidentied party changes whether Obama is an Article II “natural born Citizen” which is the central issue.
Why would you see yourself more of a patriot than any other person who is in this fight simply because you went to jail? Is that what it takes to be a “true” patriot? What kind of a twisted idea is that.
Can you do me a favor and send me what emails you are talking about that you sent me in January 2009. I do not know what point you are trying to make. What do your emails have to do with anything? I will assure you that your emails whatever they may be did not have any impact or effect on anything that have done to date in the Obama eligibility issue.
You insist to want to know about discovery and a trial. There would not be any discovery or trial if the case was dismissed based on standing. I believe that “we” (both lawyers and non-lawyers) pretty well all know that by now.
As far as the status of the Kerchner case, you do not have to attack Commander Kerchner and me in a public blog under the pretext of wanting to know the status of our case and to be protecting those who may want to help us pay for the many advertorials that we place in the Washington Times Weekly. You could have simply sent me an email like so many people do and therein made your inquiries. You could have even called me on the telephone and personally spoken to me about your questions like so many people also do. I will answer you here so that others reading these comments will be updated. The Kerchner case has been “tentatively listed on the merits on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 in Newark, NJ…. The panel will determine whether there will be oral argument and if so, the amount of time allocated for each side….” Letter of Marcia M. Waldron, Clerk of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, dated April 6, 2010.
I hope this information clears up some of the confusion (and hopefully not ill will) that you have expressed regarding the Kerchner case.

I remember reading in Gen. Pattons biography he had come from a military family going back to the Civil War. The Gen. served in WW1 I forget his rank (lower than general) and learned from all the mistakes made. During the time between wars, I remember Patton saying the next war would be a tank war, so he prepared and trained knowing a war would be coming. Patton came from a wealthy family so he would go to Sears and buy tank parts because the government was totally unprepared for any war.
After Pearl Harbor our country had to gear up fast. I have no idea how they did it.

Amy-you didn’t mention that nurses have to pay for that credentialing and it is always checked before a nurse enters any facility, and I don’t know how many times you have to get retested, each state has slightly different rules.

Kevin from Hillbuzz was on with Andrea Shea King, Radio Patriot. He feels that Obama and minions have totally destroyed the Democratic Party and will be voted/booted out in Nov. being careful to keep the Tea Party not as a third party (neutral) , so between now and November things will be interesting, exciting, weird. Due to Obama -22 Rasmussen and a new level of incompetence and other misery showing up Obama is in a hole he can’t dig himself out of and I think he will be shoveling alone.
I’ll check back tomorrow to see if Leo or his cheerleaders have posted his credentials for us to see.
The only thing worse than championing a fraud and not knowing he’s a fraud, is knowing he’s a fraud and still continuing to champion him.

I personally believe that using experienced troops in the interdiction of the Mexican druggies offers the best chance of bringing an early end to drug smuggling into Arizona. If the druggies begin to lose to much of their products,and their”mules”. They will look elsewhere for an easier PORT OF ENTRY. This will be either New Mexico,Texas,or California. Hopefully the governors of these states will do the same thing that Governor Brewer has done. If there is NO action to stop the illegal drug traffic then there is a strong liklihood of a much larger war in the offing, only it won’t be Federales that our military will be fighting ,it will be paid military mercenaries,with a LOT of fighting expertise. In a lot of ways they are a lot like the Al Quada fighters. Using GREEN National Guard troops to fight them would result in mass slughter of National Guard people. The war in what used to be the Southwest territory,HAS ALREADY begun. I personally think that Soetoro will ignore Arizona while possibly hundreds of innocent citizens of Arizona are raped, murdered, robbed,and beaten. If he does this then Arizona is FREE,and COMPLETELY JUSTIFIED to fight such a war at the discretion of the Governor without Federal Government intervention. Such a “brushfire war”carries a potential of quick exponential expansion,depending upon the prevailing mood of the Arizona border people under direct attack,and those who live in close proximity. As it stands now it would possibly only require one or two regiments of trained soldiers, using ALL of their acquired skills. With enough personell it is even possible that the smugglers would be captured without a shot being fired. But given the fact that the druggies have already murdered an innocent rancher,and attempted to murder two border officers,it is probable that they will not be deterred in their trafficing until THEY ARE STOPPED COLD IN THEIR TRACKS BY whatever sort of armament is required, Rifles, mortars, l.a.ws, rpgs, or missiles from drone aircraft. They need to be graphically shown that they all will end up DEAD. This IS the ONLY force that such criminals understand,and respect. I stand squarely behind Governor Brewer in this regard. If I didn’t have hip infirmities I would pick up my M1 rifle and volunteer to help in Arizona. With a scope it could be a great “one shot one kill”weapon. But then so would my Model 70 Winchester. In armed conflict with large concentration of the enemy I prefer a semi auto M1, over the BOLT action Model 70.
One better aspect of a desert war in the areas around Benson, Bisby, Coolidge, and Douglas Arizona there are thousands of places from which ambushes of the enemy could be launched. There is a lot of cover,and places to “dry gulch” an enemy. The Mexican druggies need to experience a few Claymore M-18s. Once the word gets out that there is a mine field to cross most would think a second time before attempting to enter the US via the back door. I support the right of the people of Arizona to defend themselves,and their property using any means at hand,or they deem appropriate.
I hope that Arizona can come up with a better way to stop the druggies,and illegals without having to resort to the use of weapons. But as it stands now the STATE and it’s GOVERNOR face a LAWSUIT from Eric Holder. This could easily precipitate one hell of an insurrection against the FED. Again they would be within their rights. If the FED tries to prevent the enforcement of duly passed state laws then there will be much worse consequences. The people of Arizona have had enough of the illegals. The Native Americans could even become involved.
