Ladies and gentlemen,
In late April, WHO announced the emergence of a novel influenza A virus.
This particular H1N1 strain has not circulated previously in humans. The virus is entirely new.
The virus is contagious, spreading easily from one person to another, and from one country to another. As of today, nearly 30,000 confirmed cases have been reported in 74 countries.
This is only part of the picture. With few exceptions, countries with large numbers of cases are those with good surveillance and testing procedures in place.
Spread in several countries can no longer be traced to clearly-defined chains of human-to-human transmission. Further spread is considered inevitable.
I have conferred with leading influenza experts, virologists, and public health officials. In line with procedures set out in the International Health Regulations, I have sought guidance and advice from an Emergency Committee established for this purpose.
On the basis of available evidence, and these expert assessments of the evidence, the scientific criteria for an influenza pandemic have been met.
I have therefore decided to raise the level of influenza pandemic alert from phase 5 to phase 6.
The world is now at the start of the 2009 influenza pandemic.
We are in the earliest days of the pandemic. The virus is spreading under a close and careful watch.
No previous pandemic has been detected so early or watched so closely, in real-time, right at the very beginning. The world can now reap the benefits of investments, over the last five years, in pandemic preparedness.
We have a head start. This places us in a strong position. But it also creates a demand for advice and reassurance in the midst of limited data and considerable scientific uncertainty.
Thanks to close monitoring, thorough investigations, and frank reporting from countries, we have some early snapshots depicting spread of the virus and the range of illness it can cause.
We know, too, that this early, patchy picture can change very quickly. The virus writes the rules and this one, like all influenza viruses, can change the rules, without rhyme or reason, at any time.
Globally, we have good reason to believe that this pandemic, at least in its early days, will be of moderate severity. As we know from experience, severity can vary, depending on many factors, from one country to another.
On present evidence, the overwhelming majority of patients experience mild symptoms and make a rapid and full recovery, often in the absence of any form of medical treatment.
Worldwide, the number of deaths is small. Each and every one of these deaths is tragic, and we have to brace ourselves to see more. However, we do not expect to see a sudden and dramatic jump in the number of severe or fatal infections.
We know that the novel H1N1 virus preferentially infects younger people. In nearly all areas with large and sustained outbreaks, the majority of cases have occurred in people under the age of 25 years.
In some of these countries, around 2% of cases have developed severe illness, often with very rapid progression to life-threatening pneumonia.
Most cases of severe and fatal infections have been in adults between the ages of 30 and 50 years.
This pattern is significantly different from that seen during epidemics of seasonal influenza, when most deaths occur in frail elderly people.
Many, though not all, severe cases have occurred in people with underlying chronic conditions. Based on limited, preliminary data, conditions most frequently seen include respiratory diseases, notably asthma, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, and obesity.
At the same time, it is important to note that around one third to half of the severe and fatal infections are occurring in previously healthy young and middle-aged people.
Without question, pregnant women are at increased risk of complications. This heightened risk takes on added importance for a virus, like this one, that preferentially infects younger age groups.
Finally, and perhaps of greatest concern, we do not know how this virus will behave under conditions typically found in the developing world. To date, the vast majority of cases have been detected and investigated in comparatively well-off countries.
Let me underscore two of many reasons for this concern. First, more than 99% of maternal deaths, which are a marker of poor quality care during pregnancy and childbirth, occurs in the developing world.
Second, around 85% of the burden of chronic diseases is concentrated in low- and middle-income countries.
Although the pandemic appears to have moderate severity in comparatively well-off countries, it is prudent to anticipate a bleaker picture as the virus spreads to areas with limited resources, poor health care, and a high prevalence of underlying medical problems.
Ladies and gentlemen,
A characteristic feature of pandemics is their rapid spread to all parts of the world. In the previous century, this spread has typically taken around 6 to 9 months, even during times when most international travel was by ship or rail.
Countries should prepare to see cases, or the further spread of cases, in the near future. Countries where outbreaks appear to have peaked should prepare for a second wave of infection.
Guidance on specific protective and precautionary measures has been sent to ministries of health in all countries. Countries with no or only a few cases should remain vigilant.
Countries with widespread transmission should focus on the appropriate management of patients. The testing and investigation of patients should be limited, as such measures are resource intensive and can very quickly strain capacities.
WHO has been in close dialogue with influenza vaccine manufacturers. I understand that production of vaccines for seasonal influenza will be completed soon, and that full capacity will be available to ensure the largest possible supply of pandemic vaccine in the months to come.
Pending the availability of vaccines, several non-pharmaceutical interventions can confer some protection.
WHO continues to recommend no restrictions on travel and no border closures.
Influenza pandemics, whether moderate or severe, are remarkable events because of the almost universal susceptibility of the world’s population to infection.
We are all in this together, and we will all get through this, together.

I’ve said this before but it’s worth repeating: They’re *expecting* H1N1 to combine with H5N1 this fall. As you know, this would be a far more lethal bug. For the ‘officials’ to suggest this combo smacks of an engineered bug; let’s see if it comes to fruition in the fall. If it does, the Powers That Be are definitely attempting to thin the world population.

There is evidence. Here’s what we know so far:
1. Wayne Madison of the United Nations has confirmed this new strain has certain “vectors” which suggest the virus was manufactured.
2. Dr. John Carlo, medical director for the city of Dallas mentioned: “This strain of swine influenza that’s been cultured in a laboratory is something that’s not been seen anywhere actually in the United States and the world, so this is actually a new strain of influenza that’s been identified”
3. Well known viral pathologist Dr. Henry Neman stated that swine, avian, and human mutations are unheard of in the natural world.
4. Back in December 2008, Wisconsin-Madison Tokiko Watanabe’s team reengineered the 1918 Spanish Flu virus by combining it with K173 (the current straing) in order to “test” it.
5. Dr . Adrian J. Gibbs of the Australian National University, an expert on the 1918 Spanish Flu virus, is convinced the extra amino acid lysene found in H1N1 is usually found in viral strains grown in laboratory eggs.
6. Various scientists have observed an extremely fast mutation rate based on the enzyme polymerase, something that simply does not happen naturally. This makes the virus extremely contagious and nearly impossible to combat.
7. Chad Jones, spokesman for Fort Meade, said the CID is investigating the possibility of missing virus samples from the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases due to the H1N1 outbreak. Recall that Fort Meade was also under investigation for missing anthrax samples in 2001.
8. Professor John Oxford from the Royal London Hospital stated that the H1N1 strain in the 1970’s was “probably released accidentally from a laboratory, probably in northern China or just across the border in Russia, because everyone was experimenting with those viruses at the time in the lab.” This indicates experimation with H1N1 for over 40 years.
9. Back on April 29, 2009, the CDC admitted that the original 1918 H1N1 strain was biologically created in a government lab. This is the virus that killed over 50 million people worldwide.
This is enough evidence to at least get started with an investigation. The CDC has admitted the 1918 strain was a biological weapon, so it’s completely plausible this new strain was also manufactured.

In Hong KOng,the Chief Executive Donald Tsang Yam-kuen has announced that all primary and lower-level schools will close for a fortnight.
The decision for the two-week closure, effective from tomorrow, was made after a cluster of influenza-like cases at St Paul’s Convent School was found to be swine flu infections.
The number of cases in the St Paul cluster was also raised to 12 from nine previously.
Authorities were unable to identify the source of the infection, making it the first cluster of human swine flu cases in the city without a known link to those travelling overseas, prompting the closures.
Primary schools, kindergartens and nurseries will be closed until the start of the next school year if they are unable to resume school before the end of the current school year on July 10.
The Education Bureau has reached an understanding with principals that special arrangements will be made for Primary Five examinations, a key factor in getting into a good secondary school, if schools have to stay closed until the start of the new school year.
The schools will be closed until June 25 and the bureau will confirm their reopening or announce changes in plans on June 23.

2 Japanese Detained In Italy; Concealed $134.5 BILLION Of U.S. Government Bonds In Briefcase

Not a peep yet from U.S. mainstream media, but Italian authorities have detained 2 Japanese nationals who were attempting to cross into Switzerland with $134.5 BILLION in U.S. Government Bonds… hidden in a false-bottomed briefcase. The Italian financial authorities haven’t yet determined whether the bonds are real or fake, but if they are genuine, the attempt to take them into Switzerland would be the largest financial smuggling operation in history; if they are fake, the matter would still be astonishing… because the quality of the counterfeit work is so good that the fake bonds are reportedly indistinguishable from real ones.
The bonds include 249 US Federal Reserve bonds worth US$ 500 million each, plus ten Kennedy bonds and other US government securities worth a billion dollars each. Bonds are rarely issued in certificate (paper) form any more…an electronic account entry of the asset is the norm. It’s safer, for one thing. Unless you are trying to launder some money.
For most of their history after World War II, Treasury notes have been issued with denominations never rising above a high of $1 million. Yet, from 1955 to 1969, the Treasury issued Treasury notes with the added denominations of $100 million and $500 million. Some of the seized bonds, especially the Kennedys, may be what are called “bearer bonds” that are “negotiable”, basically like cash. Whoever has possession of a bearer-bond can claim ownership. Widespread fraud and theft dangers caused the securities industry to cease issuing bearer-bonds many years ago.
To use paper bond certificates of any kind would cause scrutiny by a reputable financial institution today, especially if said bonds were bearer-bonds. It’s very likely that real or counterfeit, these bonds were headed for a black-market transaction. So who is trying to rip off, skate off with, or launder $134 Billion Dollars? That’s half of a freaking TARP. Two Japanese men in their 50’s? Only governments would have such a pile.
If the certificates are real, Italy just won the lottery… their money laundering laws inflict a 40% penalty for failure to declare instruments and cash in excess of $10,000 Euros, which means they’d score a windfall of around $40 billion dollars.

The Treasury Department said it has about $134.5 billion left in its financial-rescue fund, giving the Obama administration a cushion as it implements expensive programs aimed at unlocking credit markets and boosting ailing industries. The figure means that about 81% of the $700 billion in the Troubled Asset Relief Program, or TARP, has been committed. It also means that the Obama administration may not have to go to Congress to request additional funds, at least until well into the year. “U.S. TIC data show that during the 12 months ending January 2007, Japanese investors bought just $18.2 billion in Treasury coupons, or approximately $1.5 billion a month, a sharp contrast from the 12 months ending January 2005 when Japanese investors purchased $134.5 billion of U.S. government debt, McCarthy noted.”
Something stinks, so keep your eye on this one. The amount involved is MASSIVE, the city where they were seized is a financial gateway to Switzerland, and you’d have to have giant balls to try and fake out the Swiss with counterfeits in this way. Not that you could. Pressure is mounting in Congress for an audit of the Fed. Our government obviously knows about this catch by the Italians…but it seems they, and our media, don’t want you to.

When I googled the news and the Web and the blogs (three separate searches) for this string of keywords — “United Nations” OR UN “Wayne Madison” H1N1 vectors — Google found nothing.
Google did find an article authored by one Wayne Madsen (spelling suspiciously similar to “Wayne Madison”) who is merely a reporter (but believable?) for a relatively unknown publication. Wayne Madsen is ot a UN anybody. Madsen’s sources were (of course!) UNnamed as was Madsen’s “top scientist for the United Nations” UNnamed.
I am very concerned about the H1N1 virus, but also fear that certain allegations (like I’ve observed accumulating) pertinent to it could eventually add up to a rumor pandemic.

The U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) is located at Fort Detrick, Maryland. And the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command is headquartered at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The anthrax attacks of 2001 were first researched at USAMRIID at Fort Detrick. So, I don’t know why Fort Meade is mentioned. One of those cases where e-mails go around and some of the facts get confused.

What’s behind Obama’s sudden attempt to fire the AmeriCorps inspector general?

Some strange and potentially suspicious events tonight concerning the Obama White House and the AmeriCorps program. I’ve been told that on Wednesday night the AmeriCorps inspector general, Gerald Walpin, received a call from the White House counsel’s office telling him that he had one hour to either resign or be fired. The White House did not cite a reason. “The answer that was given was that it’s just time to move on,” one Senate source told me tonight. “The president would like to have someone else in that position.”
Inspectors General are part of every federal department. They are given the responsibility of independently investigating allegations of waste, fraud, and corruption in the government, without fear of interference by political appointees or the White House. Last year Congress passed the Inspectors General Reform Act, which added new protections for IGs, including a measure requiring the president to give Congress 30 days prior notice before dismissing an IG. The president must also give Congress an explanation of why the action is needed. Then-Sen. Barack Obama was one of the co-sponsors of the Act.
Now, there is the hurried attempt to dismiss Walpin, without the required notice or cause. After last night’s call, Walpin got in touch with Congress, and it appears the White House has backed off, at least for now. This afternoon, Republican Sen. Charles Grassley, who is something of a guardian angel for inspectors general, fired off a letter to the White House about the affair.
“I was troubled to learn that last night your staff reportedly issued an ultimatum to the AmeriCorps Inspector General Gerald Walpin that he had one hour to resign or be terminated,” Grassley wrote. “As you know, Inspectors General were created by Congress as a means to combat waste, fraud, and abuse and to be independent watchdogs ensuring that federal agencies were held accountable for their actions. Inspectors General were designed to have a dual role reporting to both the President and Congress so that they would be free from undue political pressure. This independence is the hallmark of all Inspectors General and is essential so they may operate independently, without political pressure or interference from agencies attempting to keep their failings from public scrutiny.”
Grassley said he was “deeply troubled” by the Walpin matter and closed by asking the president “to review the Inspector General Reform Act you cosponsored and to follow the letter of the law should you have cause to remove any Inspector General.”
UPDATE 1: I’ve been trying to discover the real reason for Obama’s move, and it’s still not clear. I’m told that it could be a combination of the normal tensions that surround any inspector general’s office, or the president’s desire to get his own people in IG positions, or a dispute over a particular investigation. “Bottom line,” one source wrote, “getting rid of a tough, Republican-appointed IG who has been aggressively going after waste and fraud gives Obama a chance to replace that IG with a more compliant team player.”
I’m also told that a number of inspectors general around the government have been expressing concerns to Congress recently about threats to their independence.
UPDATE 2: More information now, from the Associated Press. The White House is going ahead with firing Walpin. The firing apparently stems from Walpin’s investigation of a non-profit group, St. HOPE Academy, run by Kevin Johnson, the former NBA star who is now mayor of Sacramento, California (and a big Obama supporter). “[Walpin] found that Johnson, a former all-star point guard for the Phoenix Suns, had used AmeriCorps grants to pay volunteers to engage in school-board political activities, run personal errands for Johnson and even wash his car,” the AP reports. In April, the U.S. attorney declined to file any criminal charges in the matter and criticized Walpin’s investigation. But at the same time Johnson and St. HOPE agreed to repay about half of the $850,000 it had received from AmeriCorps.
Bottom line: The AmeriCorps IG accuses prominent Obama supporter of misusing AmeriCorps grant money. Prominent Obama supporter has to pay back more than $400,000 of that grant money. Obama fires AmeriCorps IG.

What Joy Baehr said was even worse than that. What she basically said was that BRISTOL Palin is “fair game”, because Gov. Palin has put here out in the media spotlight and made Bristol a public figure. Joy also said that Bristol was a walking joke, because she shows Gov. Palin’s hypocrisy (Christian & family values, abstinence before marriage, etc.). I’m paraphrasing, but this is essentially what Joy said.

We could go on and on with all the pieces. There is a trail that can be followed. It’s very simple. Investigate all samples of H1N1 1918 strains of viruses and see which samples are missing.

During the first week in April, the center collected two samples, from a 10-year-old boy and 9-year-old girl, that turned out to be neither a known seasonal flu virus, or a bird flu. Obama’s issues crumbling

At last, there is convincing evidence that Obama’s poll numbers may be descending to earth. While his approval remains high — and his personal favorability is even higher — the underlying numbers suggest that a decline may be in the offing. Even as he stands on his pedestal, the numbers under his feet are crumbling.
According to a Rasmussen poll, more voters now trust Republicans more than Democrats to handle the economy, by a margin of 45-39. Scott Rasmussen notes that “this is the first time in over two years of polling that the GOP has held the advantage on this issue.” Last month, he had the Democrats holding a one-point lead, but they lost it in June’s polling.
And the Democratic leads over Republicans on their core issues are also dropping. Particularly interesting is the Democratic decline over healthcare, from an 18-point lead in May to only 10 points now.
A Gallup poll also confirms that the president’s personal ratings are high, but the underlying data less so. While 67 percent of voters give Obama personal favorable ratings and 61 percent approve of his job performance (Rasmussen has his job approval lower, at 55 percent), they give him much lower ratings on specific issues.
Gallup shows Obama getting only 55 percent approval on his handling of the economy (down from 59 percent in February) and finds that only 45 percent approve of his handling of federal spending while 46 percent approve of his treatment of the budget deficit.
As it becomes clearer that the deficit caused by spending has landed us in a new economic crisis, entirely of Obama’s own making, his popularity and job performance are likely to drop as well.
The old recession — that the public says was caused by Bush — shows signs of winding down. But the new recession and/or inflation — triggered by Obama’s massive deficits — is just now coming upon us.
If Obama refuses to cut back on his spending/stimulus plans (despite convincing evidence that Americans are not spending the money), he has three options:
a) He can raise taxes, which will trigger a deeper recession;
b) He can print money, which will trigger huge inflation;
c) He can pay more interest to borrow money, which will send the economy diving down again.
The blame for these outcomes will fall squarely on Obama’s deficit and spending policies. The fact that Americans are aware of these issues, and already disapprove of Obama’s performance on them, indicates that they will be increasingly receptive to blaming him for the “new” recession.
Interestingly, Obama’s polling is now the exact opposite of President Clinton’s in the days after Monica Lewinsky. Back then, the president’s approval for handling specific issues was his forte, while his job approval remained high but his personal favorability lagged 20 points behind. Ultimately, it is a politician’s performance on specific issues that determines his electability. Personal favorability withers in the face of issue differences. Obama is about to find out that you cannot rely on image to bolster your presidency when the underlying issues are crumbling.
All this data suggests that Obama might run out of steam just as he gets to his healthcare agenda. As unemployment mounts, month after month, and Obama’s claims of job creation (or savings) ring hollow, it is possible that he will not have the heft to pass his radical restructuring of the healthcare system. The automaton Democratic majority may pass it anyway, but it will be a one-way ticket to oblivion if they do.

Can’t agree with you more. There have been examples in history where individuals have gotten away with deception, but it is rare. Obama is not the rare brand.
Eric Holder is part of the elite “protect Obama” group at any cost–even above justice or America. I wanted to tell Dr. Taitz long ago, that she was performing an exercise in futility with anything she would bring to Eric Holder against Obama. Mr. Berg and anyone who brings anything to Eric Holder, or the Supreme Court are spitting in the wind. 4. We could simply leave America. All some 57,000,000 or more Americans who did not vote for Obama. We could scatter the planet. Those of us too old or too sick to travel, can simply curl up and die.
When we all began blogging on this site a few months ago, none of us had fully realized what was about to happen. We still believed in the Supreme court to be honest and just. We still believed crime does not pay and our judicial system would save us. We still believed the Constitution was the rule of the land. We even thought–one day Fox News or MSM would tell the truth about Obama’s citizenship. Who, today still believes any of that?

I havn’t yet admitted defeat. China is a wild card. I am not sure how much more credit China is willing to extend to Soetoro without asking for collateral. Perhaps Hillary’s trip was indeed for the purpose of using our Country as collateral. If this is the case then none of us own our property any longer. It has already been confiscated and given to China in the form of collateral for Soetoros revolving capitalisation account and he has already squandered the largest portion of the initial loan. Can someone that is creative and computer savy – not me – put together a top 10 list of “Why Letterman should be fired”? Make a Youtube of it and spread it everywhere. He has made many nasty comments about women along the way. It would be awesome if someone could put together actual clips of him making these comments. I’m sure there’s at least 10 clips of him degrading women. I think it would have a deeper impact if they were actual footage of him spewing his nasty comments.
I also think there should be pressure put on Alex Rodriguez to make a stand on this issue. After all, Letterman basically accused A Rod of “knocking up” a 14 year old.

The man who is in charge of the American Grand Jury said that a few nights ago on the program.I think he said we should keep an eye out in AR, and TN as well.
Apparently, they have found a Judge or two, who is willing to step up to the plate. They are now trying to find the best way to approach it.
I can only assume, there is silence right now, because they are trying to be careful not to totally let the cat out of the bag, so Obama and the powers to be won’t have time to stop or sabotage it.

Now that the invisible enemy has a face, a blue print, and a cabinet of “czars” to manifest the blueprint to minimize America’s sovereignty and create a globlist society, we peasants can identify the problem. I have a web site that is filled with anti Obama information. I do a weekly inter net radio broadcast that features guests who speak against Obama. I write letters and blog anywhere and every where I can against Obama. Deep down inside, I realize it is only a matter of time I am either herded like cattle and sent to a FEMA camp or I am shot in the name of threat to Homeland Security which has already been perfectly set into place to legitimze the mass murders that are going to take place.
Would it be safer for us to remain silent and live? No, I don’t think so. If we don’t resist, fail to share our knowledge with those who are wallowing in their ignorance right now, it will be worse. We will be murdered one way or another. To be brutally honest, I would rather be dead than to live in the America with what Obama’s dead people in power have in store for us. So I plan to go down shouting all the way.
America, as you dedicated people on Citizenwells know is in the fight of its life. Like the two frogs who found themselves in a pitcher of cream–one frog gave up and died the other kept on fighting so hard, the cream turned to butter and he escaped. I do believe we can win this fight if we perist, become painfully honest about what we are willing to trade to restore America, unite in far greater numbers than we are now, organize to fight on many, many fronts from legal to ideology to political to news media and eventually battle. We need to implore the help of the military, the police, and a couple of ccourageous honest judges. We need to unite under specific leadership and we need to go under ground until we can take back America. While that is happening, let the tea party people keep the enemy distracted the same way they constanty distract the public while they loot and steal Ameriica.
I wish we had strength in numbers and unity–but we don’t. The posts by the bright people on Citizenwells need to be read by the non-Obots who simply don’t see, recognize, or maybe even care what has happened. All of us here, are merely the quire.

This means, they will have to prove it is more likely than not, BO is not a NBC and that, therefore, he is not entitled to issue any orders. Let’s say, Plaintiffs argue, based on BO’s admission on “Fight the Smears” that his father, BO, Sr., was a citizen of the UK/Kenya at the time of his birth, BO is not a NBC. Again, this raises an issue that has never been adjudicated in relation to satisfying the Constitutional requirement of NBC, and will be appealed up to the SCOTUS.

I agree! Every state must pass legislation that requires candidates provide documentation proving that they fulfill the requirements of the elected position. The documentation should be open to scrutiny in order to confirm authenticity.
I recently told my state Senator that we need to keep Obama off of the next ballot by requiring that he prove he is a natural born citizen. He looked at me like I was crazy.
Our problem is that our state SOS is a Democrat so she probably would accept validated parking ticket as proof that Obama was a NBC!

All of the prior lawsuits have either been dismissed, or thrown out allegedly for lack of standing, etc. We need to find a way for a suit by a FOREIGN GOVERNMENT to be filed. In the law suit this country needs to tell Soetoro that they will no longer extend any credit until he first documents his validity as POTUS to their satisfaction. This happened to me yesterday because of California’s budget cuts. Imagine how horrible health care for us all will be if Obama gets away with his Health Plan from hell.

To: People Concerned with the treatment of patients the following incident happened to me June 12, 2009 at Riverside County Regional.
I was called by a worker dressed in medical uniform (Raquel Bernard) to come in to the examining room. At the same time she called a man on crutches in. (I have never seen that man in my life until then.) My husband was with me. I thought the man was going to be put in another examining room while I went into the one she pointed for me to enter. I was rather dumfounded when she invited him to come into the same room. In stead he came into my room and sat down. So at first I said nothing. Then she began taking vital signs and personal information with the man sitting right there and staring at me. She weighed me, took my temperature, blood pressure. She was asking me questions about any allergies and the Pain level in my shoulder. The guy just sat there staring at me. I was appalled.
While she was doing this I told her I didn’t understand why that man was there. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable discussing my personal information or being examined in front of this man. She replied, I under stand and went right on doing what she was doing. She put a thermometer in my mouth. I continued complaining to her about that man. She couldn’t get my temperature because I was talking so much. She had to take it again. She continued to let the man sit there the entire time I complained.
Finally, she told me she was ordered to do it that way–bring two patients at a time into the room. I became upset and asked her who ordered her to do it that way. She answered she didn’t know. I asked what if this were a gynecological problem would I have to be examined in front of that man. She repeated, she was ordered to do it that way.
Then I said her; “I feel like cattle. This is a violation of my privacy. Who is your supervisor? Who is in charge of this procedure?” The entire time the man just sat there staring at me–(looking stupid). She made not one effort to ask the man to wait elsewhere and just kept saying she was just following orders. She did tell me I needed to talk to nurse Kim who is in charge. She finished her work and told me to wait in the waiting room.
When I went to x-ray, I was so upset, I couldn’t stop talking about what just happened to me to the student assistant X-ray technician. She was very apologetic. I advised her it wasn’t her fault. I simply wanted to know who is responsible for such an order.
After x-ray, I insisted at their front desk to speak to the charge nurse. We were placed in a waiting room by ourselves and within a few minutes Kim Long entered. She handed me an envelope and a blank complaint form. I told her the above story. She explained they have a huge volume of patients and have to work within their budget cuts. I pointed out that I am a private patient. She said; “It makes no difference if you’re a private patient or not. Every one is treated the same way. She said they double up patients in the same room and there is some one with each patient” Again I asked who gave that order. She said she didn’t know. I said if that’s what they are doing then that they were taking advantage of people hoping most of them don’t know their rights and herding them through like cattle.
The next person to see me with Kim Loung was Ken Berkeley. I forget what his title is. I explained to him how violated, invaded, and lousy I felt being examined in front of that man who just kept staring at me. He said to make certain I put it in my report. Then I said that if this is what is happening to patients now, what is it going to be like if Obama gets his public health care plan passed. Mr. Berkerle said, he wasn’t interested in Obama, but how I am doing. One more time I reminded them that there are many more patients who are being treated that way as we speak. Who made that order.
Thanks to California’s budget cuts they are violating HIPPA.

I have a friend(like you who is never at a lost for words)who in a recent visit to the Dr’s office told the nurse how hurrendous the health care in this country will be when we get Obama’s health care system & then proceeded to tell the three young ladies(Oboma voters) at the desk that under socialized medicine 2 of them will loose their job to cut cost. They sat there with their mouths opened. Then told them to call their Rep. in Washington to vote against it. We all need to constantly talk to the ignorant ones.
When I lived in France I came down with walking pneumonia & the doctor gave me herbal tea to drink. I told him I needed anti-biotics & he said he couldn’t do that & then he bombarded me with questions about how Drs. in America lived.

Her family has had a successful GM dealership in Minnesota for approx. 90 years. Last yr. they achieved 103% of their sales goal. No warning – just shut down.

It was a guy named Mac, i believe from American Grand Jury, that was a guest on his show that night.
He is the one who said that they have found a judge or two, that is willing to swear them in, in a real courtroom (and i think he is in the position to know).
So next time, before you spout off at the mouth about something you haven’t gained the facts on, perhaps it would be better if you just don’t say anything at all 🙂

There are a lot of informative guests on that program, weekly. I also wouldn’t be surprised if, when, the BIG news breaks on Obama, that Plains Radio will be one of the places that it is announced.

m2/kay That is precisely my point. I, too, feel it is too late. I by nature am an optimist. Like it is always darkest just before dawn. The advantage of hitting bottom is the only place we can go from there is up. I fantasize–had Obama not appeared–are now awakening Americans might have remained asleep for another 100 years. I am still praying the military will do, what the rest of this treasonous government will not do. Arrest and jail the Obamas.
I agree we as individuals must make plans for us and our families to survice during the dark years coming forward–food, water, shelter, emergency kits, and stay under their radar. I, for one am planning all of that. We also are going to need a survival net work contact list that we can trust as we go under and attempt to remain hidden. I fear in a fairly near future Americans we become afraid of one another suspecting known people of being government spys against any of us who disagree with the Obama power. I fear Obama is already training and planning to infiltrate the common public for an on going witch hunt. When people start disappearing in the middle of the night, we will grow more paranoid.
There is very little time before this happens. We need to pick our people wisely now. We need to prepare to survive.

Theresa, I just told my daughter who is a nurse in a doctors office about the incident you discribed.. She said you need to report it to the State Medical board and, if the nurse who put you with that other patient, is realy a nurse, you need to report her to the State Nursing Board.

Thank you for your support. I intend to bring this as far as I can. I think of myself as the lucky one. What about all the people they are doing this to, who don’t know their rights and say nothing. In my complaint I said if they are willing to violate these rights, what else are they doing that is not in the best interest of the patients. They should be investigated. Maddie, you are right, I should have refused the examination until that man left the room. I was so stunned I didn’t start thinking of that until after I got home. I have been in severe pain with what I thought was an impinged shoulder and waited several weeks to get this appointment. As it turns out, it is not an impinged shoulder but much worse and I may have to have surgery.
I will keep you posted as to what happens. Any of you who need to, you are welcome to pass this story on. What happened to me is nothing more than a tiny bump in the road compared with what will happen to us if Obama gets his health plan through.

Turns out the entire firing of the Inspector General has to do with his exposing how the US Attorney’s Office cherry pick what they will prosecute; since they did not prosecute based on the woeful evidence against Kevin Johnson millions of embezzlement monies via “double dipping”, Walpin went to the press. Then Kevin Johnson supporter/Obama lackey acting US attorney Brown filed a “misconduct” charge with the FBI because Walpin had gone to the press while Johnson was running for Mayor. What Brown really was doing was trying to keep under wraps how the US Attorneys prosecuted not based on the law, but as lackies for Obama.
Obama panicked in firing Walpin, violating the very law he helped to create in disallowing firing of IGs without 30 days notice and explanation to Congress, and the fact that it exposed the cronyism in Michelle’s Americorp organization and the cherrypicking of the US Attorneys at Obama’s behest, not according to our laws.
Obama violated the Constitution and this is an impeachable offense. Congress needs to investigate.

Well the Congressman who went to the Betty Ford Clinic for rehab announced that it was only temporary and will be back in his seat shortly. In the mean time Oklahoma is losing 1 vote in Congress. Now that is the truth as reported in OK newspapers. Ed’s made up story is nowhere to be found, except on his web site.
This was Ed’s Urgent Breaking News the first of June.
Then the news of the RI Citizen Grand Jury, posted by his faithful cultists, was just another reason not to listen to the falsehoods at the Plains site.

I read the entire law suit, and it is actually very sad to see the emails Ed sent to MommaE. The spelling, cussing, degrading remarks are unbelievable. An uneducated person, such as Ed Hale cannot hold a constructive debate. He lowered himself to remarks such as MommaE was fat and old, using the F word all over the place. And really, the emails made no sense. Just rambling rants.
The court will see right through him. I think he is done.
Looking into the Dr Mike Ritze status, I came across Ed Hale comments and postings, dated back to December 2008. I had forgotten all the lies Ed told us at that time. I can’t figure out where he came up with all that stuff. You and I were there, at that time. One of the followers!

I could kick myself for that, but I believed at one time in Ed’s cause. Sandy and I knew a lot of fine people at Plains, and still keep in touch with them. Most of these past Ed followers were also big donors. Ed just screws himself over and over. In the last year, Ed made a lot of money off of us gullible people. I see he is having problems raising even a few bucks now. Wonder why?????

When I exposed his reading private messages he even admitted it but his wife quickly deleted his admission…..but not until after I saved it. I don’t know how you feel, but reading private messages is very unethical to me. I had shared some very personal stories there in private messages that now I know were read and who knows who those were shared with!
I was heartbroken when I left that I wouldn’t be communicating to many people I had spoken with daily for months and I truly cared about them. I was happy that I had collected so many of them as friends on facebook….like Linda (LDacar).

I have a gut feeling that we will soon face marshall law. Reason—Soetoro wants to get rid of all personal firearms, both long ,and short. The fuel that you use to heat your home will have heavy taxation, as will the amount of fuel you consume by using your air conditioner. you will be allowed to use only so many gallons of fuel per weel for your transportation needs. If you exceed the designated amount you will be required to pay a restocking surcharge, and a higher tax for the amount over your limit. One nice aspect about all of this is that it will also apply to OBOTS. I hope that they really enjoy it all.

I wonder, however, how this might work; investigating an individual is one thing, but investigating the government (if they’re at fault, which is likely) is something else entirely. The Letterman situation still has me very upset. I wish I had the computer savvy to put together that “Top 10 Reason’s Letterman Should Be Fired” video using his own nasty comments. Is there anyone out there that can do it? He gave us the Top 3 just last week.. The slutty flight attendant, The A-Rod comment and the Elliot Spitzer comment. It wouldn’t take much to find 7 (or more) comments to ad to the list. I think it’s a great idea. If someone could put that together and get it out all over the place. How could he dispute his own words? How can he deny his mean spirited words against, not only Sarah, but many more women that he has offended over the years ? He’s a sexist pig!
I hate to be nasty, but he never married his babie’s Momma until the child was , what .. 4-5 years old? How would he fell if people referred to his child as a Bastard? And I’m not suggesting that, but geeze, give me a break! How can he get away with this?
This past election made me sick! The way the women were treated was appalling, to say the least.

Whatever is done by the American people will have to be done on a moments notice buy millions in unison. All of our major cities will have to literally be shut down by the mass of people. VAL……………………I think that there might be a world of hurt to put to letterman by going to the Flight Attendants Union, and see if they can be convinced to SUE him for public slander against them. I tend to think that it would be a slam dunk. He is on tape that was broadcast over a national audience, carrying the words “SLUTTY FLIGHT ATTENDANTS”. The choice couldn’t have been clearer. And these U.S. Representatives said a big fat NO to the unemployed voters of their Congressional Districts and said hundreds of federal contractor jobs have to remain with illegal aliens. See the list of shame below.
On Friday, the U.S. Representatives listed below took an amazingly callous action that told federal contractors that they can continue to use taxpayer money to hire illegal aliens — instead of unemployed Americans.
They voted NO on an amendment to let Americans have those jobs.
I hope you will broadcast the shame of their vote throughout the voters of their Districts.
This is the latest of a growing and nauseatingly long list of actions this year in which the majority in Congress take the side of Big Business and illegal aliens against the U.S. households that would like nothing better than to get a paycheck again.
These Representatives took this unconscionable action because they don’t believe the voters in their district will notice or create any political pain. ONLY YOU CAN CHANGE THAT PERCEPTION. Please spread the word among everybody you know that these Representatives are taking these kinds of actions.
This outrageous vote today was not an oversight. No, they knew exactly what they were doing and they were doing what their Party leadership told them to do.
The debate in the Appropriations Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives was very clear about what was at stake. Because Congress and the President have refused repeatedly during this deep recession to bar illegal aliens from federal jobs, Rep. Kingston of Georgia once again on Friday offered an amendment to make sure that federal contractors employ only legal workers.
For the most part, federal contractors are the only part of our economy that is growing. This is where the jobs are. We and our children and grandchildren will be paying off the debt for these Stimulus jobs and deficit spending for decades. Rep. Kingston fought for a small sense of decency, asking that Americans and legal immigrants already here get those jobs. It appears that hundreds of thousands of these jobs already are filled by illegal aliens.
If Kingston’s amendment had passed, federal contractors would have had to run their existing and new employees through E-Verify which would have forced the illegal workers out, opening up jobs for hundreds of thousands of unemployed Americans and legal immigrants.

Some of the NO spokesmen today said that these questions about E-Verify should wait until Congress is considering the comprehensive (amnesty) bill.
2. They feel more beholden to Party leaders in the House than to the jobless households in their Districts. Party loyalty seemed to be the driving principle today.
Either way, those of you represented by these NO voters have a big problem on your hands.

I personally am looking for heavy taxation on nearly everything we own, including personal property. Such items as televisions, stereo systems, washing machines, dryers,dishwashers, toasters, ranges, vacuum cleaners, jewelry,computer systems, etc. My reasoning is simple. In many states there was once a personal property tax. You can be sure that Soetoro will be looking to squeeze all of us for every nickel he thinks we might cough up. In many ways this is like the tax collectors of old England. Everything was taxed. If you could not pay your taxes your property was confiscated by the Sherrif of Nottingham. This is the area in which the infamous Robin Hood dwealt. Much of his alleged adventures were probably exagerrated, or total fabrications. However there was indeed a great deal of thievery from the percieved rich people,by those who had absolutely nothing. Much of the time not even decent food. My grandfather was born in Norfolk, and later moved to Nottingham,where my father was born. As a youngster I used to hear stories about the strife of old England.
It is concieveable that we are soon going to be treated to some of the same sort of taxation that STILL exists in England. While this is extreme, it CAN happen here as well. Soetoro is Hell bent on ramming his insane Universal Healthcare down our throats, and he needs a source of funding. We are going to be penalised for having worked hard all of our lives, and paid into the Social Security System. Unfortunately for us it is being handed out to those who have NEVER EVEN paid a PENNY into the system. This has been going on for decades. Now we are going to be squeezed for more payin so that it can be given to some slimey bastard drug head who has ruined his own life, and thinks everybody else should pay for his medical problems. Soetoro seems to think the same thing. This is why I am divesting myself of everything but the essentials. I am now 77 years of age, and have a lifetime of experience to call upon. This includes the way we lived during WW2, and BEFORE.
Again I could be entirely wrong, but my gut says otherwise. I am also divesting my home to purchase a double wide mobile home of about 1100 sq. It will have woodburning capability, along with limited solar help. I am going to install an updated Jacobs winscharger system. They were once very prevalent throughout Indiana, and Ohio. I have owned mine for many years, and it is serviceable. Thet only need a few minor modifications to update them. I probably will not install it though until I see if there will be any taxation on it. Right now because of it’s age it is deemed junk. We need only a few lights at night. So I can scale down our electrical drain by many amphours.
Anything electric, or electromechanical translates to fuel use either directly or indirectly, and WILL be at the top of Soetoros list to tax. While I expect that he will end up being either impeached, or found out as a usurper, and removed from office, or a one term president, I still intend to go forward with my plans. This parallels my need for very low maintenance housing. The new double wides are a good bet if installed on site the way they need to be installed. I also have the option of a factory built home, which is set up at the site, in the same manner as a site built home. I personally lean toward the double wide because I can order it to be built any way I want it built. I am looking at a 1 and one quarter acre site which already has a well and approved septic system in. The present owner is in prison, and is going to be there for the next 11 years. He offerred the site for a ridiculously low price. He needs money to pay his lawyers. So much for being at the right place at the right time.
So there you are people that is how I am going forward. Right ,wrong, or indifferent the die is cast. I won’t exactly be trailer court trash,but will soon own one. Since the site is already approved for a double wide, I will also save a fee that our planners charge for assessing a sitein the county.
I think that times are going to get pretty tough. It is a time when we need to be as resourceful as possible, and be able to see good deals whenever they present themselves. Keep a little cash available because it will be KING, and you will be able to buy things at a right price. We are going to be going back in time to about the turn of the century. Personally I am looking forward to the challenge.
Here is one for you. It is now possible to buy a FEMA trailer (about 400 sq.feet) for $1-5 dollars. Anyone who is by themselves that is not bad. Since property tax is based upon the amount paid, there probably wouldn’t even be any property tax on one of them. There is a little problem with them.You need to bring along a gas mask, and oxygen cylinder. The formaldehyde level in them is really high. People who live in them constantly suffer from respiratoty problems. That is why when you order a new mobile home you must specify that it be built using convential home materials,and free of formaldehyde.
I hope that the US flight attendants get together, and nail Letterman’s carcass to a Cross. He is on tape having called them SLUTTY FLIGHT ATTENDANTS. Don Imus was fired for having called a girls basketball team names. There is a precedent, and the money is there just waiting for someone to scoop it up. We are not concerned with cases per se because we know that the minor symptoms cause many to NOT report the illness. But this is also the same reason that it is spreading because people are not treating the sickness as a major threat. However, we now see that New York is a major center and it is spreading out to the surrounding states (New Jersey) and to the north in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and south to Pennsylvania and Virginia. Another center is in the midwest in Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota. In the south, the center is in the border states of Texas, Arizona and California and spread up the west coast to Washington — and up into Utah.
Again, the death toll is roughly doubling every week since the first death. If we figure on the rough doubling (starting with 87 on 19 Jun), the death toll will be:

BUT epidemics have a way of compressing the time span before doubling due to spread rates. It could top a million before mid-summer.
All I have been saying on blogs is please prove me wrong. If not, take some sort of action by mass innoculations. It is now not too late. By Aug it will be too late. According to blog comments, the US media is NOT covering this widely — though the pandemic story is newsworthy. It seems that Obama would rather fight for his National Health Plan than force the companies to produce swine flu vaccines — and yes, it would mean less production of other profitable flu vaccines.
The great danger is the mutations — such as the one discovered in Brazil in mid-June. But does this justify the CDC to sit back and monitor? An action — even a wrong action — is better than no action. Why isn’t the US Health Department doing something? All it seems to be doing is monitoring — and waiting for the next mutation.
I know that vaccines have been developed — and even the one developed in Korea in May was offered free to the CDC and WHO. I’m sure other researchers around the world have done the same.
This is now at pandemic stages and people worldwide are starting to panic. In Argentina, a bus from Peru was attacked because someone said there was a person with swine flu on it. In China, the spread is getting worse — and in a country with such a large population densely packed into its cities, it is a real danger.
This is why I cannot understand why Obama is not treating this with the same sense of urgency as the rest of the world. Instead, he seems more focused on his takeover of government, banks, national health care plan and cap-and-trade rather than the welfare of the American people.
The bottomline seems to be that kids in the US MAY get the vaccine first…vaccine stockpiles of tamiflu MAY get distributed…MAY everything. I’m saying, it is now the turning point. Action is required, not planning. Do something — God, do anything!!!
Are all Americans just going to sit there and watch as these numbers double without even a peep? If so, you deserve the fate that awaits you.
