Ted Cruz is innocent until proven guilty.
I do not know attorney Montgomery Blair Sibley personally.
However, I did have a series of email exchanges with him in 2008 during the Larry Sinclair saga.
I found him to be dependable and forthright.
I would be inclined to believe his statement that he has evidence of a 2016 presidential candidate’s phone records being included in the DC Madam’s phone records.

“The colorful litigator who represented the late “D.C. madam” Deborah Palfrey and threatened this week to release call logs of his former client that he says are “very relevant” to the 2016 presidential election tells U.S. News those records already are digitized and posted online.
Montgomery Blair Sibley says the records will become public if he fails to reset a 72-hour countdown clock, which could cut short his soft two-week ultimatum for federal courts to consider lifting a 2007 gag order that covers the records, lest he deem that order void.
The countdown clock is a safeguard, Sibley says, that ensures that if he disappears the records will be published. Inevitable release, he says, may also disincentivize violent acts against him to prevent their disclosure.
The records are stored on four servers around the world, Sibley says, and dozens of reporters will receive a website link if the clock is not reset. He says he loaded the information online in January, when he decided to publicly claim the records are relevant to the presidential race.
“There’s a link right now, that if you had, you would have access to the records,” Sibley says about the website. “If I die, disappear, whatever, they will be out.”
A similar tactic was embraced by WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange in 2010 with release of an encrypted “insurance” file that could be unlocked with a password if the besieged transparency advocate chose to distribute it.
“If you’re asking if I’m partnering with WikiLeaks, the answer is I’m not answering that,” Sibley says without any prodding about the secrets-spilling site.
Sibley says his website hosts PDFs of Palfrey call logs that contain about 5,000 phone numbers, along with downloadable spreadsheets that contain the names and addresses of 815 Verizon Wireless customers from those logs, which he acquired with a subpoena ahead of Palfrey’s trial.
Sibley represented Palfrey after her 2006 arrest for running an escort service popular among Washington’s upper class. In 2007, he released call logs containing about 10,000 phone numbers, which resulted in the outing of prominent political leaders including Sen. David Vitter, R-La. He says he held back 5,000 numbers for leverage at trial – but Palfrey fired him before she was found guilty in April 2008 of money laundering and other crimes.”
“Sibley has refused to provide any clues about what information relevant to the presidential election he claims to have. He says he’s not concerned that some citizens are incorrectly guessing about one of the five remaining candidates in the Democratic and Republican primaries.
Sibley says he currently is not licensed to practice law – the result of a 2008 suspension in Florida for filing “vexatious and meritless” lawsuits against judges and for a child support payment dispute, for which he faced reciprocal discipline in D.C. – and has no plans to seek readmission to the D.C. Bar.

I need to get some advice!
For the past six weeks or so there has been a female living in the mobile home behind us. What I understand she is recently divorced and moved here from Texas. I understand she works at Wall Greens and what position I am not sure. The people who owns the trailer behind me and the one behind it. The old couple who is a retired eye doctor has let this female live there for free until she can get on her feet. The trailer she is in is full of stuff. This couple sold a $500,000 home and bought these two homes. The old one behind me is full of stuff like furniture, boxes and boxes of stuff, file cabinets, etc. They paid $35,000 for that trailer to get their things out of rented storage ..get this because it cost to much! 🙂
Here is my problem! This woman is supposed to be pulling twelve hour shifts but she is gone at times 1 1/2 days. This women it appears is dating which is fine and none of my business but it is not her that I am concerned about. She has this cute little white male dog that is pined up in a cage 224/7 and is only let out a few times a day long enough to go potty then back in it’s cage. The dog is eating grass…. what causes a dog to eat grass? I have heard cats like cat-nip. The dentist wife takes the dog out to potty and sometimes 1 to 2 hours after dark she will go and turn a lamp on in the inside and the porch light! When I expressed my concern to the wife she said that they are giving her another two months to get on her feet! If she is a pharmacist she should have had more then enough time to afford to get an apartment.
I am caught up in a ‘I’ll be damned if I do and damned if I don’t.’ I am so worried about that cute little dog that I have offered to the doctors wife to tell the lady if she does not have the time to spend with her dog I would give it a home. Nothing! I want so bad to report her and her abettor’s to the Humane Society but I am worried that the owner could force us to move out. He is very friendly with the dentist. We have tried to sell this place and move back to where we feel more at home and we have decided to move our double wide and as soon as we save the $5,000 + we will have it moved.
So any one have any advice? No one around here knows the situation here except me and they would know that I turned them in. That is not all.. The owner could get in trouble letting this couple fill that double wide full of stuff! I men it is packed full. A fire hazard for one which concerns me if it were to catch fire. Plus the little dog. We live four miles out of the city limits. Any ideas? Can this dog be alright caged so long day after day with no stimulation?

…………..I strongly suspect that you are CORRECT. I have thought this for several years. The larger number of our young people do not seem to have any knowledge regarding the Constitution, and whenever the subject comes to the law of the land they just either walk away, roll their eyes, or change the subject to either sex or hanging out as they put it……which seems to include drugs as well. So we seem to have a whole generation who walk around with drug fogged minds, and a serious intelligence deficiency. Given what we see going on in our alleged society I further believe that America is already PAST THE POINT OF NO RETURN! Americans themselves are the root cause of our decline, just as was the people of the Roman Empire.

……..many dogs eat grass. I once questioned our vet about that, and he told me that grass contains a number of chemicals which are tonics if you will for dogs. Sometimes they ingest it to bring about vomiting because the animal feels the need to get rid of whatever is causing it an upset stomach. The grass induces vomiting among other things. I personally do not see the eating of grass as anything detrimental.
Insofar as your neighbors are concerned you would probably serve your interests the best by moving your mobile home to a more distant lot, and putting the neighbors out of your mind.
As long as the outside temperature stays above 32 degrees, and the animal has some shelter along with food and water, you probably would strike out in a complaint………..but if the animal is being mistreated then you can LEGALLY INFORM THE HUMANE SHELTER……..but I would also provide several pictures taken over a period of time along with a complaint. If the owner of the mobile home court would try to evict you for acting in the dogs defense you can file a civil action against him…..and probably WIN. To evict a tenant there must be PROVEABLE JUSTIFICATION for the action. A complaint regarding the quality of care which an animal is receiving certainly does NOT QUALIFY as a REASON TO EVICT a tenant. AS long as you have your rent paid to date, and your lot is not piled high with debris, and your mobile home is being maintained, the owner has NO JUSTIFIABLE REASON to evict. Turning in the existence of ongoing mistreatment of an animal is in NO WAY an OFFENSE against neighbors. In the end it will be they who will probably be evicted if anybody is at all. Of course if they are people whose mentality is unbalanced your complaint might precipitate some sort of hostility directed at you, or your husband……….but that is why police exist. In conclusion I would venture to say that it all depends upon what you believe inside of you, and how stalwart you are in any confrontations with either the neighbors ,or the owner of the mobile home court. You can meekly surrender,or you can fight. It is YOUR CHOICE!
Didn’t, at one time, this type of activity prevent one from obtaining a security clearance due to blackmail possibilities?

………..when a professional person is forced to dwell in a mobile home court, I would suspect that there is a serious underlying reason, which might have been a FORECLOSURE action…….and/or personal bankruptcy, or perhaps something even more nefarious. Such people spend thousands of dollars going to school to become eye doctors, and it strikes me that very few would allow themselves to be drawn into either personal bankruptcy, or any criminal behavior. I would rather suspect that they have lost a property to foreclosure, and needed some sort of temporary roof over their head. I don’t know anything about the realestate market where you are but it would seem to me that if such a person was foreclosed upon he would have looked for a suitable site built residence to rent………but if he is UNEMPLOYED there might not have been any sort of acceptable property available……….but the mobile home was available. Just a thought!

The elderly man is a retired dentist and they sold their $500,000 home, bought a double wide and moved it here. The lady that had the double wide behind me was selling hers and moving in to senior housing the elderly dentist paid $35,000 for that trailer and filled it with things from what they had in paid storage. The trailer is so full and they had so much stuff they still have stuff that they are paying to store. Seem like they do not want to let go of anything.
I just feel so sorry for the dog! I guess I feel guilty because a very large dog in the yard behind our house (where we used to live) that was really neglected died. The owner took it and threw it in the back if his truck and was back with in 20 minutes. I assumed he threw Siras in a ditch. I watered the dog as much as my water hose would reach. I snuck it food when they left. I feel the guy poisoned it! I just feel I could had done something.
Yes, since my daughter left last year and when my grand son got out of treatment but spent no time with us. He is now going to be a daddy and I a great grandma. I am terribly lonely here so as soon as we get the money saved up this big o four bed room will be towed back north. We have been trying to sell it but I have given up.

Today, the GOP race is looking more like a shootout at the OK Corral than a political primary process. At present, two out of seventeen GOP contenders remain in the race, Trump with 739 delegates (61.4%) and Cruz with 465 delegates (38.6%).
I find it very interesting that Cruz supporters claim that Ted is “the only one who can beat Hillary” when Ted can’t even beat Trump. I also find it very interesting that Cruz supporters claim to be “constitutionalists” who support our nation’s best “constitutionalist” – a man who was a legal citizen of Canada at birth, and remained a legal citizen of Canada until May 14, 2014, a direct violation of the U.S. Constitution regarding Oval Office eligibility.
The documented facts surrounding the legal citizenship of Ted Cruz create a serious problem not only for the Cruz presidential campaign, but for his seat in the U.S. Senate as well.
One document alone sinks the Cruz ship… the official Canadian documentaccepting Senator Cruz’s request to renounce his legal citizenship in Canada. On that document, it states that Ted Cruz became a legal citizen of Canada on December 22, 1970, his date of birth, and during a time when Canada did not allow any “dual citizenship.” It also states that Ted Cruz remained a legal citizen of Canada until he officially renounced on May 14, 2014.
This document alone proves that Ted Cruz was NOT a citizen of the United States at birth, much less a “natural born Citizen” of the United States, that he was NOT a “dual citizen” at birth and that he was indeed a legal citizen of Canada in 2012, when he misled Texas voters in his campaign for the U.S. Senate. Texas voters had no idea that Ted was a legal citizen of Canada in 2012… they were misled by Ted.
In December of 2013, North American Law Center asked Ted to do the right thing in a letter. A letter which Ted Cruz has never responded to…
In March of 2015, I wrote about a Republican Party official from Texas who heard Ted Cruz state face-to-face, that neither he nor Barack Obama are eligible for the Oval Office. The name of the witness remains protected still today, due to concerns over vicious backlashes against his family from blind Cruz loyalists.
Interviewer: “Hello Mr. Cruz, it’s a pleasure to meet you. My name is (redacted). I am a (redacted) County GOP Precinct Chair and you have my support and vote. I have one question for you if I may?”
Cruz: “Sure, go ahead.”
Interviewer: “What is your understanding of how one becomes a natural born Citizen?”
Cruz: “Two citizen parents and born on the soil.”
Interviewer: “Not exactly, but as I don’t have enough time to fully explain how one does become an natural born Citizen, based on your understanding, would you agree that Barack Obama is ineligible to be POTUS?”
Cruz: “I would agree.”
Interviewer: “So when we get you elected, will you expose him for the usurping fraud he is?”
Cruz: “No, my main focus will be on repealing Obamacare.”
Interviewer: “But Mr. Cruz, if he is exposed as the usurping fraud he is, everything he has done will become null and void. Everything!”
Interviewer: “At that point, Cruz reiterated his main concern, so it was obvious the conversation was over as far as Cruz was concerned. I thanked him for his time and wished him success in the runoff.”
People have written asking about this witness numerous times since. The above dialogue is held by North American Law Center in the form of a sworn affidavit. The witness is willing to go public only when Texas, a court or congress has opened an investigation on Cruz lies and fraud. Until then, they wish to remain anonymous with good reason. I have witnessed the vicious nature of Cruz supporters myself, many times now.
Because Cruz defrauded Texas in 2012 and is currently defrauding the nation in his presidential campaign, collecting millions in a fraudulent bid for the Oval Office, we do not expect to ever receive any answer at all from the Texas Secretary of State. If we do, I will issue an update to this column immediately.
Clearly, the effort to defraud American voters reaches far beyond any one candidate. Rubio was also an ineligible fraud, as were Bobby Jindal and Barack Obama. The current endorsements of Cruz by Republican Party insiders like Jeb Bush, Mitt Romney, Greg Abbott and Lindsey Graham confirms what many of us already knew… Ted is a Republican Party insider and a chosen fraud intended to forever eliminate the “natural born Citizen” (NBC) clause in Article II.
Take a look at all of the Republican Party insiders who now support Cruz, a known fraud from Canada masquerading as a legal U.S. citizen with no U.S. citizenship papers whatsoever. For a single American conservative to believe that Ted is anything but a Party shill, here to finish off the NBC requirement for the Oval Office requires that American to own stock in tin foil hat theories. It is unclear why Ohio Governor John Kasich remains in this race. A self-described moderate who supports Obamacare and Common Core, Kasich has tried to be the liberal media’s favorite candidate for President.

Was listening to talk radio on a day off today and got some info as to what the establishment is planning for ‘their’ nominee by someone inside the process (whose name escapes me right now); he was talking about a brokered convention.
Now, this guy said that if Trump is within 100 delegates (that’s a random number) of the magic number, they’ll have to give it to him; he will be the nominee. If, however, he’s not close to the number he needs, here comes the balloting; Trump is gone. No one wants Cruz; they all hate him. He was placed in the process to derail Trump and that hasn’t worked, so he’s now useless to the GOP. He goes out on the second ballot, if he survives that long. Plus, he’s ineligible (let’s not forget that!). Kasich will figure that this’ll be his moment of glory however, they don’t want him either, in fact, they don’t want anyone who’s running as a Repub right now. Romney is a has-been and a loser, so their logical choice is their Golden Boy, the guy who’s pretty much marched in lockstep with Obama and the Dems from Day 1. Paul Ryan. Little Eddie Munster’s lookalike. RINO Supreme.
By running Ryan (and winning, they think), they will keep their power structure intact; they will not allow any ‘outsider’ upset their corrupt apple cart. What they don’t realize is if they pull the rug out from under Trump (who, thus far, is the people’s choice) they will not only see their party destroyed, but a revolt, the likes of which haven’t been seen for over 200 years. They will also see Hildebeest win the election.
A poll conducted today by WRKO, Boston, asked voters that if Ryan is the nominee, would they vote for him. 93% said ‘no.’
So, it’s getting very interesting. If the GOP AGAIN ignores the will of the people, they’re opening a big can of whoopass. Not only will the party cease to exist, but the backlash against those Repubs still standing will be unprecedented.
The American people lose; we don’t get Trump, but do get Clinton and her sex-addicted, demented spouse back in the White House. In that case, stick a fork in us and turn us over….we’re done.

The only real concern would be whether Trump could get on the ballot as an independent or third-party candidate in all 50 states. I know nothing of the time requirements for such a thing are. Sometimes the criminals fight amongst themselves, and one , or more of them have their lives cut short. Sometimes we live long enough to watch some of the bastards go to their graves naturally……….but quite often it takes another generation in time to fully rid the stench of their existence from our atmosphere, and to correct the damage they done while they were on Earth. Unfortunately we cannot bring back the folks who the criminals have murdered. So in reality each of us lives each day of our lives not knowing when our number will be called……..and at that point we remember our youth which seems like it was just YESTERDAY. In reality life passes all to quickly. and sometimes we suddenly discover that we never took time out to enjoy some of our lives.
Certainly the present administration has seen fit to turn our country into a living hell…………but with any luck at all we might someday have the pleasure of watching at least some of them receive their just deserts.

On another subject, I’ve had the opportunity to do a little looking into the answer to my question of yesterday. From what I’ve found, it looks like mid-April would be the deadline for Trump to file for running as an independent / 3rd-party candidate.
If the GOP establishment do screw Trump over, you can bet your last dollar that there will be MILLIONS of people who will write him in. Wouldn’t it be something if the next president was a write-in? That’s never happened in the entire history of this country! First time for everything though, right? 🙂

43 Senators Tell Court Obama Trying to Change Law ‘by Extra-Constitutional Assertion’ of Power

Forty-three U.S. senators presented a brief to the U.S. Supreme Court today arguing that President Barack Obama is seeking to “implement his policy preferences” in dealing with certain classes of illegal aliens “by the extra-constitutional assertion of a unilateral executive power.”
“With millions of illegal aliens not permitted to remain in this country, work in this country, or receive government benefits pursuant to federal law, the Executive decided to provide such privileges to them anyway through administrative fiat,” says the brief.
The brief was filed in the case of United States v. Texas, which pits Texas and numerous other states against the Obama administration on the legality and constitutionality of the administration’s policy called the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents. The brief was presented by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and 42 other senators.
In their own petition to the court, the attorney general and solicitor general of Texas summarized their state’s case against the administration.
“The Executive Branch unilaterally created a program—known as DAPA—that will grant ‘lawful presence’ and eligibility for work permits to over four million aliens who are present in this country unlawfully,” said Texas’s petition.
“‘Lawful presence,’ an immigration classification established by Congress, allows aliens to receive numerous benefits—such as Medicare, Social Security, the Earned Income Tax Credit, and unemployment insurance,” the Texas brief explained. “And Congress has created a detailed, complex statutory scheme for determining when an alien may lawfully enter and be present in this country. The Executive claims the power to ignore these statutes and unilaterally deem lawful the presence of any unauthorized alien it chooses not to remove.”
“The President himself described DAPA as ‘an action to change the law,’” Texas notes in its petition.
“In reality, of course, DAPA is a crucial change in the Nation’s immigration law and policy—and that is precisely why it could be created only by Congress, rather than unilaterally imposed by the Executive,” said Texas.

There is little doubt that the Executive adopted the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (“DAPA”) program as part of an explicit effort to circumvent the legislative process. Prior to issuing DAPA, the President had repeatedly “push[ed] for legislation” to alter the immigration laws by, among other things, granting legal status to the vast majority of the 11 million aliens illegally present in the United States. The President ultimately proved unsuccessful, however, in persuading Congress to enact any of those proposals.
In response, just two weeks after American voters elected a majority of Republicans in both the House and the Senate in the November 2014 election, the President abandoned his effort to persuade the voters’ elected representatives of the wisdom of his position, and instead chose to implement his policy preferences by the extra-constitutional assertion of a unilateral executive power. With millions of illegal aliens not permitted to remain in this country, work in this country, or receive government benefits pursuant to federal law, the Executive decided to provide such privileges to them anyway through administrative fiat.
In defending the authority to implement DAPA, the Executive points neither to the Constitution, nor to any express grant of statutory authority, but relies upon ‘prosecutorial discretion.’ See, e.g., U.S. Br. At 42–47. Yet this case is not about prosecutorial priorities or the use of the Department of Homeland Security’s (“DHS”) finite resources. This case is about the Executive’s unilateral determination, not simply to leave individual aliens alone, but to confer upon a broad class of illegal aliens the authorization to work and to receive federal benefits that the laws of this country nowhere provide. It is one thing for the Executive to prioritize the deportation of certain aliens, but wholly another to declare affirmatively that over four million illegal aliens may remain in the United States “lawfully” and receive benefits to which the laws do not otherwise entitle them.
