WFMY news 2 Greensboro was selected because of its prominence in the Greensboro, NC area, I have known 2 of its longtime personalities and they have been around my grand kids and they are a CBS affiiate.
WFMY is no different than the other local tv stations. It has been pushing the evil non science based narrative that children should be mass vaccinated for Covid19.
This comes as no surprise since WFMY and the rest of the media in NC and the nation are controlled by the Democrat Party. The party of “the end justifies the means.”
In their efforts to scare families into getting children vaccinated, they publicize fake news such as:
The omicron-fueled surge that is sending COVID-19 cases rocketing in the U.S. is putting children in the hospital in close to record numbers, and experts lament that most of the youngsters are not vaccinated.
“It’s just so heartbreaking,” said Dr. Paul Offit, an infectious-disease expert at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. “It was hard enough last year, but now you know that you have a way to prevent all this.”
During the week of Dec. 21-27, an average of 334 children 17 and under were admitted per day to hospitals with the coronavirus, a 58% increase from the week before, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
What News 2 is not telling you, that even the CDC now admits is that most of those kids were admitted for other reasons or with comorbidities. They just happened to have Covid.
WFMY, as a CBS affiliate especially does not have an excuse after the following:

The risk of suicide girl suicide attempts among girls now up 51% this year, black kids nearly twice as likely as white kids to die by suicide. You couldn’t even go on a playground in the D.C. area without cops scurrying- getting- shooing the kids off tremendous negative impact on kids, and it’s been an afterthought. You know, it’s it’s it’s hurt their dreams, their future learning, loss, risk of abuse, their mental health. And now, with our knowledge, our vaccines. If our policies don’t reflect a more measured and reasonable approach for our children, they will be paying for our generation’s decisions, the rest of their lives. And that, to me, is the greatest underreported story of the past year.”
