I have had it!

Thank God Trump was elected. If he had been in office earlier perhaps this death could have been avoided.

Anyone who has assisted Martinez Lemus in staying in this country illegally is guilty of being an accessory to murder.

From Fox 8 News June 22, 2017.

“Man accused of DWI in wrong-way crash that killed 80-year-old woman in Winston-Salem was in US illegally”

“A man accused of driving while impaired in a wrong-way crash that killed an 80-year-old woman in Winston-Salem was in the country illegally, according to police.

Martinez Lemus, 28, faces charges in connection to the death of Jean Lawrence High.

At about 10:40 p.m. on June 15, police received reports of a vehicle traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of Highway 52.

Police add an officer, with an unrelated arrestee in his vehicle, was nearly struck by the vehicle while traveling southbound on the highway.

The vehicle, a 2004 Nissan driven by Lemus, then hit a 2012 Toyota which had three people inside.”

“With High’s death, police have upgraded charges against Martinez Lemus and he is now charged with felony death by motor vehicle. He previously was charged with felony serious injury by vehicle, driving while impaired, driving without a license, careless and reckless driving, and traveling the wrong way on a highway.

Lemus is being held at the Forsyth County jail under a $200,000 bond.

Police said Lemus did not have an American driver’s license on him and did not have a passport. They added that he did have a Salvadorian ID.”

“Maria Sanchez was arrested on May 6, 2008 by investigators of the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office for stealing and using the identity of Veronica Arias.
Sanchez used the name, SSN, DOB, of Veronica Arias who is a living resident of Texas.
As a post-arrest procedure, Maria Sanchez was processed under the 287G program and identified as an illegal alien. She was subsequently processed for deportation.
Sanchez was provided work notes by the Alamance County Health Department to return to work at HondaPower Equipment (this creates substantial tax implications for the real Veronica Arias who is a lawful U.S. resident/citizen).”…Alamance County NC sheriff report 2008

………….this is off topic but there is question about what actually happened in London high rise fire. It was SET. Allegedly there was many empty containers found on the roof of the structure. By the count of the number of containers it has been determined that over 200 liters of deoderised kerosene ( mineral spirits) was dumped down the side of the building which would have been 50 liters down each side of the building. When this was ignited the resulting heat would have popped glass windows like popcorn, and with windows open the natural draw of the fire would have drawn heat, and smoke into the building, igniting the interiors. The building became a torch in a matter of minutes. Normal fires do not spread that quickly. All oxygen was sucked out of the building by the initial external fire. The occupants didn’t have a chance. The BASTARD(S) who done this if found should be shot dead where they are found.

Here’s another brutal murder case involving ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT(S). Trial to begin this summer and this is local news. Guess these two weren’t interested in picking strawberry’s.
SANTA MARIA, Calif. – The two men accused of murder and rape in the death of a Santa Maria woman that grabbed national attention were back in court Thursday afternoon.

Victor Martinez and Jose Villagomez are charged with first degree murder and sexual assault in the alleged brutal attack on 64 year old Marilyn Pharis inside her home last July.

Santa Maria Police have said Pharis fought back as she was allegedly beaten with a hammer and tortured inside her bedroom by the accused.

Pharis died days later while recovering from her injuries in the hospital.

The case has gained national attention because Victor Martinez is an illegal immigrant who’s been arrested several times by Santa Maria Police in recent years but never deported.

“Senate Judiciary Committee Opens Probe Into Loretta Lynch”

“Letters also went to Clinton campaign staffer Amanda Renteria and Leonard Benardo and Gail Scovell at the Open Society Foundations. Mr. Benardo was reportedly on an email chain from the then-head of the Democratic National Committee suggesting Ms. Lynch had given assurances to Ms. Renteria, the campaign staffer, that the Clinton probe wouldn’t “go too far.”

………..Steve Scalise got what he DESERVED. She stated “He was shot by a white radical, and saved by a black lesbian cop”. She doesn’t seem to understand that the ALLEGED LESBIAN COP was also shot. Another case of a MORON putting mouth in gear before she knew the facts.

Judicial Watch: New Documents Show Clinton Conflicts of Interest

    NOVEMBER 17, 2016

Unsigned Memo Contains ‘Private Sector Opportunities’ for Bill Clinton in Haiti

Memo from Clinton Foundation to State Department Lists nearly 200 Then-Current and Former Heads of State to be Invited to 2009 Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced that it has received 508 pages of documents in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking information about possible conflicts of interest between the actions taken by Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State and Bill Clinton’s activities. More than 440 pages of the documents were redacted either in full, or with only minor notations remaining. The documents were released as a result of a federal court order in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed against the State Department on May 28, 2013, (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-00772)).

The documents included an undated, unsigned memo entitled “Private Sector Opportunities for WJC” [William Jefferson Clinton]. The memo provided capabilities analysis of three companies with major investment interests in Haiti: Tetra Pak, Seaboard, and Cemex.

The documents also include a lengthy March 2009 email from Clinton Foundation Director of Foreign Policy Amitabh Desai to former Assistant Secretary of State Andrew Shapiro and subsequently forwarded to top Clinton aide Jake Sullivan containing the names of nearly 200 then-current and former heads of state to be invited to the 2009 Clinton Global Initiative annual meeting. The list includes dignitaries from Saudi Arabia, which gave $14.5 million to the Clinton Foundation; Kuwait, which gave between $5 and $10 million; Oman, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar – all of which donated between $1 and $5 million over the years. In February 2015, the Washington Post reported, “A third of foundation donors who have given more than $1 million are foreign governments or other entities … and foreign donors make up more than half of those who have given more than $5 million.”

In July 2014, Judicial Watch released more than 200 conflict-of-interest reviews by State Department ethics advisers of proposed Bill Clinton speaking and consulting engagements during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state. The documents show that Mr. Clinton’s office proposed 215 speeches around the globe. And 215 times, the State Department stated that it had “no objection.” The Washington Examiner published a report by Judicial Watch Chief Investigative Reporter Micah Morrison and Examiner Senior Watchdog Reporter Luke Rosiak which notes that Mr. Clinton “earned $48 million while his wife presided over U.S. foreign policy, raising questions about whether the Clintons fulfilled ethics agreements related to the Clinton Foundation during Mrs. Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State.”

“It is a scandal that the Obama administration stalled the release of these smoking gun documents for over five years,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “These documents show that Hillary and Bill Clinton’s machine sought to shake down almost every country in the world, from Saudi Arabia to desperately poor Haiti. President-elect Trump can’t move fast enough to launch a serious criminal investigation of the Clinton cash machine.”

“The fact that Comey accepted Crowdstrike’s report and didn’t demand that the F.B.I. conduct its own examination is astounding. Since when does the F.B.I. outsource investigations into intrusions that threaten our national security?”

  15. Here is a Ninth Circuit CYA
Ninth Circuit gives green light for much larger travel ban (Yes, you read that correctly)
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has issued a new decision on President Donald Trump’s March 6 Executive Order 13780, “Protecting the Nation From Foreign Terrorist Entry Into the United States.”

The court affirmed the portions of the district court injunction that apply to the 90-day, six-country travel ban, but it vacated the portions of the injunction that relate to the government doing an internal review of its vetting procedures, which could lead to a much larger ban based on a different criterion.

    The Trump exception

According to University of Chicago law professor Eric Posner, the courts are creating a “Trump exception” to settled law on presidential powers by ignoring the Supreme Court’s admonition in Kleindienst v. Mandel that courts may not “look behind” a “facially legitimate and bona fide reason” when the president exercises immigration authority.

The Ninth Circuit does mention the Supreme Court’s admonition in Mandel, but gives it only cursory attention (see footnote 9 on page 33 of the decision).

If the Supreme Court does not intervene, Trump may be faced ultimately with the constitutional crisis of not being able to meet his national security responsibilities as the chief of the executive branch with respect to terrorism coming from Muslim countries, unless he defies the orders of the judicial branch.

    Tip of the iceberg

The six-country travel ban is just the tip of the iceberg. The internal reviews the court has given approval to can lead to far more serious consequences.

Section 2(a) of the executive order reads as follows:

“The Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Director of National Intelligence, shall conduct a worldwide review to identify whether, and if so what, additional information will be needed from each foreign country to adjudicate an application by a national of that country for a visa, admission, or other benefit under the INA (adjudications) in order to determine that the individual is not a security or public-safety threat.”

“What I have most wanted to do throughout the past ten years is to make political writing into an art,”
“My starting point is always a feeling of partisanship, a sense of injustice. When I sit down to write a book, I do not say to myself, ‘I am going to produce a work of art’. I write it because there is some lie that I want to expose, some fact to which I want to draw attention, and my initial concern is to get a hearing.”…George Orwell essay 1946

“The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command. His heart sank as he thought of the enormous power arrayed against him, the ease with which any Party intellectual would overthrow him in debate, the subtle arguments which he would not be able to understand, much less answer. And yet he was in the right! They were wrong and he was right. The obvious, the silly, and the true had got to be defended. Truisms are true, hold on to that! The solid world exists, its laws do not change. Stones are hard, water is wet, objects unsupported fall towards the earth’s centre. With the feeling that he was speaking to O’Brien, and also that he was setting forth an important axiom, he wrote:

Freedom is the freedom to say that two plus two make four. If that is granted, all else follows.”…George Orwell, “1984”
