“RSS board: High schoolers will be allowed to carry pepper spray
High school students will be allowed to carry mace in the 2016-2017 school year after the Rowan-Salisbury Board of Education agreed to remove prohibitive language and amend its policy.
The board spent some time at its Monday work session in the Wallace Education Forum debating whether pepper spray and other defensive sprays, as well as personal shaving razors, should be allowed on school campuses.
The discussion is a continuation of a debate that occurred at an April meeting.
The policies in question are 5027 and 4333, which detail weapons and other threats to safety.”
“Board member Chuck Hughes was in favor of the sprays on campuses, saying that in his mind, they were purely defensive. He also referenced HB2, saying that the sprays might be useful.
“Depending on how the courts rule on the bathroom issues, it may be a pretty valuable tool to have on the female students if they go to the bathroom, not knowing who may come in,” he said.”

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released 296 pages of new State Department documents, including a February 27, 2009, email in which the former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton apologized to health care activist/physician Mark Hyman for failing to respond to a message because, “no blackberry contact permitted in my office.”
The new documents also contain a February 22, 2009, email exchange between Clinton and her then-Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, trying to communicate over a secure line after Clinton returned from a trip (evidently to Asia). Unable to set up a secure communication, Clinton told Mills, “I called ops and they gave me your ‘secure’ cells… but only got a high-pitched whining sound.” When Mills suggested that Clinton try the secure line again, the former secretary wrote back, “I give up. Call me on my home #.”
The previously unreleased Clinton emails date back as far as January 2009 and further contradict statements by Hillary Clinton that, “as far as she knew,” all of her government emails were turned over to the State Department and that she did not use her clintonemail.com system until March 18, 2009. The new Clinton emails cover topics such as: the administration’s Iran policy; Obama’s stimulus program; the sharing of “management issues” with “Maggie” Williams, former campaign manager for Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign; confusion over voice mail versus text messages; image coaching from 2008 campaign advisor Doug Hattaway; and a thank you note from Mark Hyman for “opening the door” for a Senate hearing on functional medicine; as well email detailing incoming calls from China and Russia. The new Clinton documents also include a censored email that shows Clinton and Cheryl Mills were contacted by Maria Haley, a longtime Clinton aide (since deceased) who was implicated the Chinagatescandal.
The documents were obtained in response to a court order from a May 5, 2015, lawsuit filed against the State Department (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00684)) after it failed to respond to a March 18 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking:
All emails of official State Department business received or sent by former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin from January 1, 2009 through February 1, 2013 using a non-“state.gov” email address.

The FBI may be looking at a violation of the Constitution in their Hillary investigation

Section 9 of the U.S. Constitution forbids office holders from accepting anything of value from a foreign state, yet husband Bill Clinton collected $1 million from the Abu Dhabi government while Hillary was secretary of state.
Bill Clinton spoke at the Abu Dhabi Global Environmental Data Initiative (AGEDI) on December 13, 2011 and received a speaking fee of $500,000. The AGEDI is a program funded by the Abu Dhabi government, so the source of the funds was the government itself. Although the fee was paid to Bill, Hillary equally benefited from the payment. In effect, she accepted money from a foreign state.
A year later, Bill spoke to the World Travel and Tourism Council in Abu Dhabi (also funded by the Abu Dhabi government) for another fee of $500,000, for a total of $1 million.
The U.S. Constitution provides in Section 9 as follows:
No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
The Congress has provided that gifts to the president from foreign governments, for example, are transferred to the United States government. The Congress has never provided for office holders to accept personal gifts. Yet somehow, the Department of State allowed Bill to collect large speaking fees when Hillary was also a benefactor.
Bill and Hillary both studied law at Yale University and they presumably took a course on constitutional law. Also, Obama taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago. Yet Bill was allowed to brazenly accept large speaking fees from a foreign government where Hillary also stood to benefit.
It is possible that the FBI is investigating this angle, since Michael Mukasey, former U.S. judge and attorney general, stated on Fox News Channel’s Sunday Morning Futures on May 15, 2016 that there was a violation of the Constitution when Bill took money from Nigeria. Mukasey apparently had his facts wrong, since it was a newspaper owner who paid for Bill’s Nigeria speech, and it was the government of Abu Dhabi who gave Bill money. Even though he got his country wrong, Mukasey may have contacts in the FBI or Justice Department who revealed to him that the investigators are looking at a possible constitution violation.
Both Clinton Cash author Peter Schweizer and the Wall Street Journal have reported that Abu Dhabi benefited from actions by Hillary’s State Department during the time of the payments.
Meanwhile, Hillary’s rocky campaign for the Democratic nomination continues while we wait for word on any criminal charges.

Don’t you ever wonder why the GOP has never tried to impeach Obama? Don’t you wonder why Boehner and McConnell talk a ‘big game’, but never actually tried to stop Obama? Ask former House Speaker Dennis Hastert about that. The government even knew he was withdrawing large sums of his own money, from his own bank account. Trust me- the NSA, SEC, IRS and all the other 3-letter government agencies are watching every political leader. They know everything.
Thirdly, many Republicans are petrified of being called “racists.” So they are scared to ever criticize Obama, or call out his crimes, let alone demand his impeachment.
Fourth, why rock the boat? After defeat or retirement, if you’re a “good ole boy” you’ve got a $5 million dollar per year lobbying job waiting.
The big money interests have the system gamed. Win or lose…they win.
But Donald Trump doesn’t play by any of those rules. Trump breaks up this nice cozy relationship between big government, big media, and big business. All the rules are out the window if Donald wins the presidency. The other politicians will try to protect Obama and his aides. But not Donald.
Remember Trump is the guy who publicly questioned Obama’s birth certificate. He questioned Obama’s college records, and how a mediocre student got into an Ivy League University. There is little doubt in my mind that he will publish the REAL birth certificate and open the books on Obama complete background when he become POTUS
Now he’s doing something no Republican has the chutzpah to do … question our relationship with Mexico …question why the border is wide open…questioning why no wall has been built across the border…questioning if allowing millions of illegal aliens into America is in our best interests…questioning why so many illegal aliens commit violent crimes, yet are not deported or punished…questioning why our trade deals with Mexico, Russia and China are so bad and one sided.
Donald Trump has the audacity to ask out loud why American workers always get the short end of the stick? … That my friends is a very good question.
I’m certain Trump will question what happened to the billion dollars given in a ‘rigged no-bid contract’ to college friends of Michele Obama at a Canadian company to build the defective Obamacare web sites. Oh, by the way, that tab is now up to $5 billion.
Trump will ask if Obamacare’s architects can be charged with fraud for selling it by lying. He will ask if Obama himself committed fraud when he said, “If you like your healthcare plan, … you can keep it.”

BARCELONA, Venezuela — By morning, three newborns were already dead.
The day had begun with the usual hazards: chronic shortages of antibiotics, intravenous solutions, even food. Then a blackout swept over the city, shutting down the respirators in the maternity ward.
Doctors kept ailing infants alive by pumping air into their lungs by hand for hours. By nightfall, four more newborns had died.
“The death of a baby is our daily bread,” said Dr. Osleidy Camejo, a surgeon in the nation’s capital, Caracas, referring to the toll from Venezuela’s collapsing hospitals.
The economic crisis in this country has exploded into a public health emergency, claiming the lives of untold numbers of Venezuelans. It is just part of a larger unraveling here that has become so severe it has prompted President Nicolás Maduro to impose a state of emergency and has raised fears of a government collapse.
Hospital wards have become crucibles where the forces tearing Venezuela apart have converged. Gloves and soap have vanished from some hospitals. Often, cancer medicines are found only on the black market. There is so little electricity that the government works only two days a week to save what energy is left.
At the University of the Andes Hospital in the mountain city of Mérida, there was not enough water to wash blood from the operating table. Doctors preparing for surgery cleaned their hands with bottles of seltzer water.
“It is like something from the 19th century,” said Dr. Christian Pino, a surgeon at the hospital.
Here in the Caribbean port town of Barcelona, two premature infants died recently on the way to the main public clinic because the ambulance had no oxygen tanks. The hospital has no fully functioning X-ray or kidney dialysis machines because they broke long ago. And because there are no open beds, some patients lie on the floor in pools of their blood.
It is a battlefield clinic in a country where there is no war.
“Some come here healthy, and they leave dead,” Dr. Leandro Pérez said, standing in the emergency room of Luis Razetti Hospital, which serves the town.
This nation has the largest oil reserves in the world, yet the government saved little money for hard times when oil prices were high. Now that prices have collapsed — they are around a third what they were in 2014 — the consequences are casting a destructive shadow across the country. Lines for food, long a feature of life in Venezuela, now erupt into looting.
The Bolívar, the country’s currency, is nearly worthless.
The crisis is aggravated by a political feud between Venezuela’s leftists, who control the presidency, and their rivals in congress. The president’s opponents declared a humanitarian crisis in January, and this month passed a law that would allow Venezuela to accept international aid to prop up the health care system.
“This is criminal that we can sit in a country with this much oil, and people are dying for lack of antibiotics,” says Oneida Guaipe, a lawmaker and former hospital union leader.

Speaking to radio host Alex Jones Tuesday, Lt. Col. Matt Smith-Meck, working on behalf of slain Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry’s family, revealed the botched operation transferred more weapons than initially suspected into the hands of Mexican cartels and possibly abroad.
“Not only is it guns and rifles, but also grenades, grenade launchers, military grade night vision goggles, black special forces tactical uniforms,” Smith-Meck stated, adding that the number of military items relinquished is “more in the magnitude of 4,700.”
Smith-Meck asserts weapons transfers into Mexico are ongoing to this day, and his research suggests the weapons may be resold to broader international networks outside the country.
“What I would speculate is – dovetailing on what Tosh Plumlee has been on your program before and talked about – this is, I think, part of a much larger international gun running operation,” Smith-Meck said.
Explaining the nexus between Fast and Furious and the Middle East, Smith-Meck claimed Mexican traffickers were already on record meeting with foreign purchasers in 2010, and weapons linked to the operation later showed up in Morocco.
“We know from accounts from folks that are actually involved in running these weapons, in September of 2010, weapons – separate from what we would call Fast and Furious – were run down to Mexico, down to a town in Mexico, Caborca actually, met with a international middle eastern arms internal security forces on 16 October 2010, reported to his supervisors that Fast and Furious weapons were in the kingdom of Morocco en route to arm the rebels in Algeria.”
Smith-Meck was also informed that military equipment and installations were utilized during the operation.
“I was approached by a Col. Taylor – told me he was from OSI, Office of Special Investigations and that the military was aware of possible military installation and equipment involvement with Fast and Furious,” Smith-Meck stated.
According to his sources, Smith-Meck predicts yet another arms transfer to Mexico will occur towards the middle of May.
“We’ve got a mid-May of this year time frame where another large shipment is scheduled to go across from basically Arizona into Mexico, and we’re trying to make sure that does not occur,” Smith-Meck said, adding he had forwarded the information on to Rep. Trey Gowdy.
Additionally, Lt. Smith-Meck, who suspects Agent Terry may have been murdered for digging too deep into Fast and Furious, says he himself has been targeted for harassment.
The investigator says he filed a police report after a March 22, 2015 incident in which someone approached him around 10pm while he was walking his dogs, knocked him down, kicked him in his lower back and told him, “You obviously aren’t getting the message. Keep your F…ing mouth shut.”
Smith-Meck declares he will continue searching for the truth behind Brian Terry’s death and is asking for Congress’ help to find answers.

• Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives from 2006 through 2010 convince straw dealers to sell weapons to suspected arms traffickers who may in turn sell them over to Mexican cartels, ostensibly to track the cartels.
• On December 14, 2010 while conducting operations in Nogales, Arizona, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was shot and died while attempting to arrest five individuals. Two of the guns found at the scene were linked to Fast and Furious.
• Smith-Meck claims weapons were sold in Mexico to middle eastern arms dealers in September 2010. A Moroccon DST commander – on 16 October 2010 also reported Fast and Furious weapons were in the kingdom of Morocco en route to arm the rebels in Algeria.
• Smith-Meck asserts guns, rifles, grenades, grenade launchers, military grade night vision goggles, black special forces tactical uniforms, as well as military equipment and installations were involved.
• Lt. Col Smith-Meck’s research into Terry’s death has led him to suspect a wider weapons transfer scheme may be amidst.
• Smith-Meck predicts a mid-May arms transfer.
• The retired Marine has been target of harassment and intimidation since looking into the case.

It seems that Barack Obama is quite unpopular in Russia. So much so that a Russian farmer named a ‘black goat’ after him in a move NBC News called insulting. (really, insulting to whom, the goat or Obama)
The Primorsky Safari Park obtained the goat and apparently tried to arrange a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, but was rebuffed after the Russian leader said he “holds no meetings with goats.” There’s a reason for that, as NBC explains:
“Goat” in Russian is an insult used for obtuse, obstinate and headstrong people.
“It took a while to prepare the paperwork for Obama’s move [from Sochi to the park],” director Dmitry Mezentsev said. “Guarantees were required that Obama would bring no pests, that Obama has no tapeworms, VD, or other SDI’s, etc.”
President Barack Obama is not a popular man in Russia. Restaurants throughout the country have said they would ban him,(now I’m not sure if they are talking about the goat or Obama here), should he stop by, and he has unwillingly lent his name to a brand of chocolate ice cream.
The park in Russia’s far southeastern corner has dabbled in tasteless gimmicks in the past. Earlier this year, it added a female goat named after German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

The drug addict mother who stomped her 21-month-old daughter to death had her face slashed in a ‘revenge attack’ in jail.
Kathryn Smith was left with a two centimetre stab wound on her cheek after being jumped by as many as 10 lags on a prison stairwell.
The 23-year-old screamed in agony as she was maimed in a brutal four minute assault that saw her punched, kicked and knifed.
Sources inside the notorious Foston Hall women’s prison in Derbyshire say the attack was planned by violent inmates desperate to seek revenge on the evil young mother for the utterly savage murder of her helpless toddler.
Ayeeshia Jane Smith, who weighed just 20lbs when she died, was killed while she cried ‘stop mummy, stop daddy’.
Her mother stamped on her chest with such force that she suffered a fatal heart injury, three broken ribs and bit through her own tongue.
Experts said her injuries were so severe she resembled a high-speed car crash victim.
Smith was last month jailed for a minimum of 24 years. Her ex-partner, Matthew Rigby, 22, was convicted of causing or allowing the child’s death, but cleared of murder.
The jail attack was led by two women, thought to have used a homemade blade.
A source told The Mirror: ‘There had been a lot of talk about attacking Smith, but most people wouldn’t go through with it as they don’t want time added on to their sentences.

Let’s start this post by noting a meeting that was not scheduled at the White House today. It was a luncheon meeting between Obama and the Chinese billionaire, Jack Ma. here is what the Washington Post had to say;
“He’s one of China’s wealthiest and most influential men, but when Alibaba founder Jack Ma visited the White House on Tuesday, there was far less fanfare than for President Xi Jinping’s state visit last fall.
Reporters spotted Ma leaving the White House grounds with several aides and at least two security guards. Ma declined to comment other than to say his meetings went well. “Very good,” he said, climbing into the back seat of a black sedan on 17th Street and State Place NW, next to the Eisenhower Executive Office Building
After inquiries from reporters, a White House spokesperson confirmed that President Obama had lunch with Ma but offered no other details of their meeting. The lunch meeting was not listed on the president’s public schedule.
White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest noted that Obama and Ma have shared a stage in Malaysia last November during the Asia Pacific Economic Summit, where the U.S. president interviewed China’s second-richest man in front of a crowd of business executives. ”

Given what I know about the strange events surrounding last year’s Grid Ex II drill and the apparent Chinese takeover of our solar energy, plus the fact that a Chinese solar energy zone is located near the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant, I am a little more than suspicious about the motive behind the FEMA inspection of the plant. Is something big happening? Is this the next false flag?
Subsequently, I decided to examine the likelihood of a monumental nuclear catastrophe in this country due to a take down of the power grid. All discussions about a catastrophic failure of any nuclear facility must begin with a cursory analysis of what we have learned about the Fukushima event. Does anyone else smell the presence of the Chinese through all of this given what we know about Chinese Solar Energy Zones in the United States and their proximity to several nuclear power plants?
Placing Odds On a Failure Is a Fools Errand
An analysis of individual plant risks released in 2003 by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission shows that for 39 of the 104 nuclear reactors, the risk of core damage from a blackout was greater than 1 in 100,000. At 45 other plants the risk is greater than 1 in 1 million, the threshold NRC is using to determine which severe accidents should be evaluated in its latest analysis. According to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit 1, in Pennsylvania has the greatest risk of experiencing a core meltdown, 6.5 in 100,000, according to the analysis. These odds don’t sound like much until you consider that we have 124 nuclear power generating plants in the US and Canada and when we consider each individual facility, the odds of failure climb. How many meltdowns would it take in this country before our citizens would be condemned to the hellish nightmare, or worse, being experienced by the Japanese?
The ramifications raised in the previous paragraphs are significant. What if the blackout lasts longer than 24 hours? What if the reason for the blackout is an EMP burst caused by a high altitude nuclear blast and transportation comes to a standstill? In this instance, the cavalry is not coming. Adding fuel to the fire lies in the fact that the power transformers presently take at least one year to replace. Today, there is a three year backlog on ordering because so many have been ordered by CHINA. This makes one wonder what the Chinese are preparing for with these multiple orders for both transformers and generators. In short, our unpreparedness is a prescription for disaster. As a byproduct of my investigation, I have discovered that most, if not all, of the nuclear power plants are on known earthquake fault lines. All of California’s nuclear power plants are located on an earthquake fault line. Can anyone tell me why would anyone in their right mind build a nuclear power plant on a fault line? Conclusion
I have studied this issue for almost nine months and this is the most elusive topic that I have ever investigated. The more facts I gather about the threat of a mass nuclear meltdown in this country, the more questions I realize that are going unanswered. With regard to the nuclear power industry we have the proverbial tiger by the tail. Last August, Big Sis stated that it is not matter of if we have a mass power grid take down, but it is a matter of when. I would echo her concerns and apply the “not if, but when” admonition to the possibility of a mass meltdown in this country. It is only a matter of time until this scenario for disaster comes to fruition. Our collective negligence and high level of extreme depraved indifference on the part of NERC is criminal because this is indeed an Extinction Level Event. Georgia Guidestones. At the end of the day, can anyone tell me why would any country be so negligent as to not provide its nuclear plants a fool proof method to cool the secondary processes of its nuclear materials at all of its plants? Why would ANY nuclear power plant be built on an earthquake fault line? Why are we even using nuclear energy under these circumstances? And why are we allowing the Chinese to park right next door to so many nuclear power plants?

…………I have long believed that the alleged civilized world is by far too lenient on people who commit such violent crimes, but I hasten to temper this statement by adding that a CRIMINAL PSYCHOPATH IS JUST THAT, and as such I have my doubts that there is ANY DETERRENT where such a person is concerned. The woman is what she is, and I also think that there are millions of such people who hang by a very thin thread, and are often set off by a seemingly minor sequence of events. Further I suspect that we will see a lot more of that sort of behavior by people who do not possess the mental capacity to cope with worsening conditions in their lives. Sadly it is the tiny infant who suffers from such beatings, or dies outright. Human BASTARDS who cannot control their anger should indeed SUFFER the same consequences as they so often dish out upon their OWN TINY CHILDREN. Sometimes we read newspaper accounts of child beating JUST BECAUSE A CHILD WAS CRYING. Instead of trying to determine why the infant is crying……….they just beat it to death. I agree that such behavior should be rewarded with a similarly severe beating upon the perpetrator……..but as I said I doubt that doing so would have any effect at all upon other potential child beaters……….all it would accomplish is RELIEVE OUR OWN ANGER TOWARDS THE PERPETRATOR.

………..that far too many of our young people are not prepared for the level of responsibility which the rearing of children brings upon them. They are very often too immature for the stresses of child rearing, or even marriage for that matter. Some folks don’t mature mentally until well into their 50s. Yet they choose to enjoy the activity which generates the infants. Such ignorant people should think twice before engaging in the act which causes pregnancy in the first place………but past history tells me that young people…….ARE WHAT THEY ARE……..just as all us were. That is ONE REASON WHY ABORTION CLINICS EXIST!
The only thing my father told me was “If you are smart enough to get yourself into parenthood, you had better be smart enough to either live with it, or get yourself out of it”………he added that I needn’t look to him for help. That was his warning to me when I was a junior in high school.
