I first read the following many months ago. I received it again in an email last night. It is worthy of reprinting.
Curtis & Leroy saw an ad in the Starkville Daily News Newspaper
In Starkville, MS.
And bought a mule for $100.
The farmer agreed to deliver the mule the next day
The next morning the farmer drove up and said,
“Sorry, fellows, I have some bad news, the mule died
last night.
Curtis & Leroy replied, “Well, then just give us our money back.”
The farmer said, “Can’t do that. I went and spent it already.”
They said, “OK then, just bring us the dead mule.”
The farmer asked, “What in the world ya’ll gonna do with a dead mule?”
Curtis said, “We gonna raffle him off.”
The farmer said, “You can’t raffle off a dead mule!”
Leroy said, “We shore can! Heck, we don’t hafta tell nobody he’s dead!”
A couple of weeks later, the farmer ran into Curtis & Leroy at the Piggly
Wiggly grocery store and asked “What’d you fellers ever do with that Dead mule?
They said,”We raffled him off like we said we wuz gonna do..
Leroy said,”Shucks, we sold 500 tickets fer two dollars apiece and made A
profit of $898.”
The farmer said,”My Lord, didn’t anyone complain?”
Curtis said, “Well, the feller who won got upset.
So we gave him his two Dollars back.”
Curtis and Leroy now work for the government.
They’re overseeing the Bailout Program.

One of my supporters in FL(who wanted to stay anonymous) suggested, that I should announce that I will reimburse my supporters, who are contributing to help me pay $20,000 in sanctions and fight this assault on Constitution, after I win the case and get $20,000 back from Obama and/or Department of Justice.
I will be happy to do so.
Department of Justice filed a memorandum today urging Judge Lamberth to deny my 60 B motion. Let’s hope that Judge Lamberth will stand strong and will decide to uphold the Constitution and the first amendment right of the citizens for redress of grievancies and the right for due process

I agree. The Repubs already have all the evidence they need to legally remove bo but for political reasons they are withholding it until after the Election.
I just pray the Repub scheme doesn’t backfire on us all by allowing bo to rig the Elections and consolidate his tyrannical power.

I personally fear they (Republicans) will use it as leverage to blackmail, rather than expose him. Having the ability to blackmail is more powerful than exposure of a criminal act itself. Our founding faters understood this and for that exact reason, required the POTUS to be an NBC, to remove the blackmailing capabilities from foriegn and domestic influence.

I read an article about Obama’s house in Chicago doubled as the headquarters for some left wing organization, the phones of the organization, name escapes me right now, ring at the Obama house. The house probably gets tax exempt status, that’s how it works for the “rich”.

Robin Young of Orange Beach talks about the health problems she suffered from BP’s Gulf oil disaster (see video below).

ORANGE BEACH, Ala. — Wherever disaster strikes, there’s always an associated crud.
There was the Exxon Valdez Crud. The Nine Eleven Crud. The Katrina Cough, and then the TVA coal ash cough.
Now, along the entire coast of the Gulf of Mexico, there is the BP Crud, afflicting workers and the general population from Louisiana to Florida.
When the Deepwater Horizon oil rig blew up in the Gulf of Mexico on April 20, Robin Young, a 47-year-old director of guest services for a property management company in Orange Beach, Alabama, was gearing up for what promised to be the best tourist season on the coast in years. From the city of New Orleans to the Florida panhandle, communities were finally starting to feel like they were recovering from the devastation left in the wake of Hurricanes Katrina and Ivan.
Since suffering a debilitating bout of what locals are calling the “BP Crud,” however, like thousands of other people along the coast due to their exposure to the oil and chemical dispersants, she is now part of a growing community of activists along the coast who are worried about their health.
Just a few days after BP’s oil made landfall along the Alabama Gulf Coast in June, Ms. Young’s symptoms started with “a fiery, burning sore throat,” she said. Then came the horrible, constant cough, followed by an achy feeling much like a severe flu virus — and a lethargy that kept her in bed for two weeks solid. Her memory started playing tricks on her, and her motor skills and even hand-to-eye coordination went south.
She started communicating with other sick folks over the Internet, and attending local meetings with corporate and government officials. At one meeting early on, she asked for a show of hands in a room of maybe 400 people to see how many had suffered symptoms similar to hers.
“Half the people in the room raised their hands,” she said in an interview at her cottage right next to the Intercoastal Waterway, which was polluted with oil and chemicals at the height of the disaster. Clearly, this was not some isolated event unrelated to the oil rig blowout.
Her new friends, who soon started a nonprofit group called Guardians of the Gulf, tried to find a local doctor to help them. After having no luck, they eventually found an out of state toxicologist and a doctor who knew enough about a new area of occupational and environmental health to order blood tests.
They found Dr. Michael R. Harbut, a clinical professor of Internal Medicine and director of the Environmental Cancer Program at Wayne State University’s Karmanos Cancer Institute, board certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine. And they found Metametrix, a lab to test their blood.
What they found in the blood tests was a stew of toxic chemicals directly associated with oil and gas production and the chemical dispersant Corexit, including ethylbenzene, xylenehigh and high levels of hexane, a hydrocarbon chiefly obtained by the refining of crude oil.
The long-term toxicity of hexane in humans is extensive peripheral nervous system failure. The initial symptoms are tingling and cramps in the arms and legs, followed by general muscular weakness. In severe cases, skeletal muscles atrophy and those exposed suffer a loss of coordination and vision problems, the very symptoms Ms. Young reported.
Town officials and even local doctors have tried to silence her and others who raise the health issue, worried that if news got out, it could hurt the local economy even more. But a group of local pharmacists started keeping diaries of people coming in with similar symptoms.
“There’s a core group of them that finally said, ‘Holy Cow,’ something’s going on,” she said. “They started listening to what we were saying. But we still couldn’t get a lot of help. We couldn’t get help from the local doctors because they didn’t know what to do.”
Early on, Ms. Young invited a crew from Bio-Cascade, air-pollution specialists out of New Jersey and Boston, to come down and test the air. She put them up in a house right on the beach.
On the third day John Vallier of Bio-Cascade woke up with a sore throat. He put the air monitoring machine on the deck and within 15 minutes it showed 110 parts per million of Volatile Organic Compounds in the air. The crew quickly packed and said they would help from outside the vicinity of the bad air coming off the Gulf. It was striking how scared they were and how fast they got out of town, Ms. Young said, while EPA was downplaying the threat coming from its own air monitoring stations.
Another member of her group who suffered similar symptoms but does not want to be identified by name called the local schools and confirmed that there were an unusual number of children out sick with what was diagnosed as “strep throat” and a “stomach virus,” at the end of summer and long before flu season is supposed to start.
Another woman, Robyn Hill of Foley, actually passed out while working for a BP contractor cleaning up the beach. When she was taken to the hospital by ambulance, the doctor tried to make her sign a form saying she suffered a heat stroke. She refused, and has now joined the cause to save the Gulf.
“It really fired us up,” Ms Young said.
So they found a chemist in Mobile to test the water, Bob Naman, an analytical chemist with nearly thirty years of experience. They have tracked the oil, natural gas and Corexit. One sample right off Dauphin Island was so full of methane that it blew up in the lab’s test tube.
Meanwhile, Ms. Young and her friends are now being told they need a high resolution scan of their lungs, brain, liver and kidneys.
“They’ve also told us that in five to 10 years — they don’t have a time frame, they’re just guessing,” she said, “that we could come down with some godawful form of cancer.”
That’s exactly what happened in the area around Prince Williams Sound, Alaska, after the Exxon Valdez ran aground in the spring of 1989 and leaked about 11 million gallons of crude into the water, according to Dr. Riki Ott, a recognized expert with a Ph.D. in marine toxicology and a specialty in oil pollution.
Dr. Ott’s information is so sought after in four of the five Gulf states most affected by the largest and worst environmental disaster in U.S. history that she has practically moved to the Gulf Coast. I finally caught up with her in a hotel room on my iPhone from Gulf Shores.
After spending the past four months working to try to get a handle on the scope of the problem, and getting sick herself, she has heard similar stories first-hand now from people ranging from Terrebonne Parish Louisiana to Apalachicola Florida.
“What struck me when I first started hearing these stories was how similar the symptoms were to what happened after the Exxon Valdez oil spill,” she said.
The human health effects of that spill were mostly confined to sick workers, she indicated, because that area of Alaska is not heavily populated like the Gulf Coast.
“I expected the vessel of opportunity workers to get sick because they were given hard hats instead of respirators just like our guys were. So it really didn’t surprise me in early May when I heard pretty much identical health symptoms,” she said. Dizziness, sore throat, headache, nausea, burning eyes, and eventually skin rashes resistant to treatment with antibiotics.
“What convinced me that we may have a really big problem here,” she said, is when she heard similar stories at community forums from people not working directly in the oil and chemical tainted water, marshes and sand, and when she talked to pharmacists who reported seeing a huge increase in respiratory illnesses and bad skin rashes.
“Now that the children are back in school, there’s a series of ’strep throat,” she said. “It’s the same symptoms, the blisters in the throat, the rashes I’d heard about all summer.”
There is a new area of occupational and environmental medicine covering chemical related illnesses, and the symptoms literally mimic flu-like symptoms. Dr. Ott is launching a Gulf-wide health survey along with coastal non-profit groups including the Louisiana Bayoukeeper and Ultimate Civics, a project of Earth Island Institute. The groups are also holding community health forums and opening health centers to try to get a handle on the scope of the problem.
But there are serious gaps in the law that allows workers to be exempted from coverage by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and even under the existing workers compensation regime. Under the U.S. Department of Labor, OSHA does not recognize chemical illnesses, Dr. Ott said, although it is recognized under the American Disabilities Act.
“We’ve got a safety net with two big holes in it, and the workers are falling through those holes. It’s time to close those holes, and not only for the workers, but for the public,” she said. “What’s going on in the Gulf is to pretend that we can have this release of 200 million plus gallons of oil, 2 million plus gallons of toxic chemicals, and it’s not going to have any effect? In a highly populated area? I mean, come on!”

I am placing my confidence in UNKNOWN values at this point. I am looking strongly at NEW members of Congress. While they might not be too bright they at least might not be too interested in raping the country. Real big question. No I don’t want people like Pelosi ,Reid,Schummer, Durbin, and all their slimey friends remaining either. I was also once a Democrat myself. That is why I ended up a Repub. Now I see Repubs looking like Democraps. So where do I go now. I am getting behind the Tea Party .Right ,wrong,or indifferent they are offerring us the best chance to resurrect America. Unity and action is going to count big in November. I am praying that the Democraps will sustain the worst defeat in the history of their (alleged) party.

OK, sure, I’m not interested in that either. The story of the pollution and it’s impacts on Humans and Animals, in particular, is far from over. This is the KEY and CRUX of the story. This is where Commander Zero and his Flying Minkeys have been lying through their teeth. This is where they originally and daily commit criminal acts. This is very under-reported and very incompletely analyzed. At this point it is impossible to know specifically who to believe. It is obviously very bad. But in just what manner it is very bad is not known. We need to keep the pressure on to be pro-actively out in front of this. We also need to be careful to not chase every shadow we see as if it were a bat out of hell. SueK used to post here had some experience and background in these sorts of things. She seemed credible to me. I would like to hear what she has to say. No one posting here – has credentials or credibility to know what is going on, or to even sort the wheat from the chaff in regards what is gathered from the Internet – “that great cesspool of disinformation”.

GOM Gusher Update
Would anybody like to know what is going on right now at THE well?
They recently finished installing the new BOP and related equipment and have measured, tested, analyzed, and secured everything at that end of the well.
The relief well drilling has now resumed. They have 50ft of distance to drill, but they are only a few feet laterally from the well. The are aiming for a very small spot – to intersect the area of the well between the edge of the bored hole and the liner/casing. They need to see what is in there before deciding on the final activities.
The process is very slow because they must drill only a little bit and then send instruments down there to measure and remeasure everything. It is likely to take four days. I will report back when they succeed or if something dramatic happens one way or another.

During this time, I made lots and lots of contacts within the bureaucratic system as well as with many private environmental consultants. Moreover, I recently visited Wood’s Hole and have a few contacts there as well. I’ve never claimed to be an expert but I am informed daily.
You may wish to disagree with me regarding the well location, but my sources are saying things that indicate further investigation.
As you know, the word ‘proven’ is a word rarely used in scientific circles. Therefore, at least in my mind, until we know for sure which well may have blown and it has been “proven” by independent professionals, I’m going to keep my mind open to such a possibility.

In the interest of a full, correct, and accurate analysis:
This video is approximately correct. They did actually issue a disclaimer that the results were “preliminary”. But there is more than enough evidence here so that more data collection is advisable, even necessary. Assuming the scientist speaks the truth, the first think to research is how pervasive this is. The Gulf is a big place.
One reason – say, as opposed to massive cover-up – that people have not been looking here is that oil is known to float on water, not sink. I think EVERYBODY is confused and inexperienced with respect to the the use of the dispersants – especially at these high levels – and especially injected directly into the well-head – as opposed to spraying over the surface. In the current situation it is quite possible that the chemistry produced dense globs of things that sank.
The video was wrong and misleading in some of the actual movies they showed. They talked about “plumes” but showed the well gushing instead. That is not a plume. A plume is simply an area (a few hundred yards, or maybe a mile or two) of seawater than has a denser PPM of oil or chemicals than surrounding areas. The better mental image is more like a fluffy cloud in the sky. Where these are, how many there are, how much oil they contain – are all in dispute. This needs to be researched further.
Bottom line on THIS PARTICULAR video is that it contains much truth, and provides pointers to areas of concern. But even so, make sure you have some expert advice – don’t believe everything you hear or think you see. “Plumes” – indeed –

I don’t know about any obots or sunstein, but my postings on the GOM Oil Gusher have been consistent in tone and focus from the beginning and I have never changed or wavered. I usually post after-the-fact so that my statements are irrefutable (“the facts are just the facts”). On the occasion that I have project or predicted anything, I seem to be batting darn close to 1000.
I don’t know how it helps anybody or anything to wander aimlessly in lala land. Among other things it tends to destroy the credibility of the aimless wanderer so that other statements – even those approaching truth, or in areas of special expertise – tend to be discounted.
Personally, I’m more protective of my reputation than that. I can’t speak for other people’s motives.
Just for future reference – I think I have said this before – but I will say it again because it will save TRUE SEEKERS a lot of time.
According to my research and association with engineers and technicians – INVOLVED in the GOM Gusher business, and IN THE KNOW. The following are – how should I put it charitably? – some of the least reliable information sources for anything related to the GOM Gusher. Not to say that they don’t occasionally trip upon a nugget – but you are going to have to sift through a LOT of dirt and you will need help to keep from acquiring fool’s gold.

The reason this makes my ears perk-up is that I worked for an aircraft company-and the guys had to study why a particular airplane crashed. Pilot error, bad weather, bad parts, bad engine-the guys would really argue, thrash things out until they came up with an answer that made sense, primarily so future accidents could be prevented-anything wrong identified FIXED. If just for an example in the aircraft industry alone these guys/gals weren’t such fanatics about solving mysteries it would be raining aircraft crashes-small, medium and large. The flying public would never fly if “iffy” information was put out there. Major trust issues going on here. A recent issue due to lapses was the egg recall. Maybe some just don’t understand pro-active, greedy, sloppy-odd how they all get caught in the end with their lies-something is always bound to show up unfortunately it is after a disaster.

JJ-you reminded me of something that happened in Illinois-evidently in the salad bars they would put sulfites in/on them to keep the vegetables looking fresh, a person with asthma ate the salad and died on the spot. I think sulfites were banned immediately in Illinois. It was a big shock to everyone.

Then the grocery chains took over, and really icky fruits and vegetables came into being. Never ripe, hard as rocks, can’t ripen correctly. Someday soon I hope instead of an ice cream truck it will be a fruits and vegetable truck with fresh off the farm stuff. There is a little food revolution starting with high end chefs doing that with the delivery trucks formerly known as “roach coaches” in Illinois.

Before the GOM Oil problem and it’s COREXIT, this aspartame and at least some aspects of some required vaccinations are the greatest existing “chemical war” on the planet.
Both sides are entrenched and will not listen to reason. There is more than enough anecdotal evidence to ignore. There is a lot of carefully controlled research pointing to safety.
There are $billions at stake and maybe $trillions. On the other hand, not just a lot of people, but whole populations or whole great slices of populations could be at grave risk.
I am sympathetic to people being harmed by out of control governments and unscrupulous corporations. On the other hand our litigious society is totally lunatic. “Sh-t happens” and it is not always someone’s fault.
I know hundreds of people who have and continue to consume copious quantities of Aspartame. They have no visible or self-reported symptoms of any kind. Especially those most often attributed to Aspartame. My family, myself included, have heightened sensitivities to a lot of different stuff, so we research things like this a lot. My dad, in particular, is absolutely convinced that aspartame is a deadly poison and that even otherwise healthy and normal people should not touch it. He’s convinced that if he ingests it something horrible will happen.
In my personal case, since he badgers me, I have gone on year or two binges of moderate quantities, and none at all. No change of anything qualitative or quantitative whatsoever.
All being a way of saying and asking – What is the truth? Who to believe?

I previously indicated that this video is pretty good. I don’t know that anybody credible is speaking against it.
I explained why no one looked at the bottom. I also explained that even in the video they said this was preliminary. It is what we call a “pointer fact”. The fact itself is not definitive. But it sure points to a good place to look and a possible pile of credible answers.
I also explained about the plumes. Unscrupulous sorts were trying to convince us that there were other “spouts” and “fountains” (“gushers”?) of oil. The lunatics were told to stop this.
On the other hand, the Government has clearly got in the way, hidden things, and tried to control the message way too strongly. Hopefully whatever investigation looks at the government role in the genesis of this thing, looks at their continued meddling also.
The government has a legitimate interest in public health and ensuring that health-related information is correct and actionable. In this particular incident for sure, the government also has an illegitimate interest in CYA or even worse. Do you think they know where to draw the line? I sincerely doubt it. Do any of us really help by trying prematurely to draw the line for them? I doubt that too.

It’s simple. By ordering the US Air Force to spray corexit on the Gulf, bo became GUILTY of CRIMINAL NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE at the very least. (IMHO bo is GUILTY of 1st Degree Murder)

I belong to a group of people who are suspicious about the ingredients of aspartame. I do think that some of the ingredients can be poisonous for some individuals. The jury is out because we have no data for long term effects on kidneys etc where it is most likely to do damage. Certainly I have never agreed to its use.
I also belong to a group of people who do in fact suffer a reaction if I ingest one of the ingredients within aspartame. Let’s just say that if I use it, I spend a lot of time going backwards and forwards to the toilet. I should point out that the ingredient is in licorice which I love, and as a result I had to curb eating licorice.
Thanks to Free Speech for reposting the words of CC Fubo, which convict this poster as a supported of Zero, a denier of the Constitution, and an interloper intent on disrupting the legitimate debate here. All need to be reminded that many fear this open and productive discourse and will do what ever they can to distract us and turn us away from Job #1; removal of the illegal alien sitting in the White House.
