Chicago to Amsterdam flight, United Airlines, Ahmed Mohamed Nasser and Hezem al Murisi arrested

“Two men taken off a Chicago-to-Amsterdam United Airlines flight in the Netherlands have been charged by Dutch police with “preparation of a terrorist attack,” U.S. law enforcement officials tell ABC News.
U.S. officials said the two appeared to be travelling with what were termed “mock bombs” in their luggage. “This was almost certainly a dry run, a test,” said one senior law enforcement official.
A spokesman for the Dutch public prosecutor, Ernst Koelman, confirmed the two men were arrested this morning and said “the investigation is ongoing.” He said the arrests were made “at the request of American authorities.”
The two were allowed to board the flight at O’Hare airport last night despite security concerns surrounding one of them, the officials said.
The men were identified as Ahmed Mohamed Nasser al Soofi, of Detroit, MI, and Hezem al Murisi, the officials said. A neighbor of al Soofi told ABC News he is from Yemen.”

The Declaration of Independence is not a law that authorizes action by contemporary citizens of the US.
Moreover, one of the greatest gifts bestowed upon We the People by our Founding Fathers is the Constitution which provides for the removal of government criminals without having to endure an armed revolution as they did.
Our Founding Fathers never intended for us to be lorded over by corrupt criminals in the White House and Congress. To the contrary, our Founding Fathers intended for We the People to have control over our Government and our politicians.

Standing on the steps of the Lincoln memorial on saturday , looking out on this vast endless sea of American ‘s gathered in unison to recommit to focusing on solid principals / GOD / commonsense etc – so so many – my guess is far more than 300,000 – a groundswell of revolution of a different kind is being witnessed . American’s are recognizing their voice , the gifts our founders left us for such times as these are being realized – I have never seen so many many people gathered whose hopes are to believe hope is still alive – that we can return to what is most important and that is to treat others as we wish to be treated and all else will fall into place -as all humans are flawed we will forever will be struggling to better ourselves but the key is to remind ourselves of that place of a higher sense of purpose – this was the most sincere gathering I have ever ever witnessed – It really did not matter what was said- the spirit of ( you could not hear so well ) so many whose desire is to keep our light burning bright in the world was INCREDIBLE – people were packed liked sardines , it was very warm , there were old, young , handicapped , every race creed – IT was AMERICA !!! I brought my 75 year old father and we couldnt get to the stage so we traveled up the steps just to see and it was absolutely more than I could imagine – sea to shining see –

There is no such thing as separation of church and state and those words are no where to be found in the Constitution.
Separation of Church and State was introduced in 1947 by Justice Hugo Black and an activist Supreme Court which gave an absolute definition of the First Amendment Establishment Clause in Everson v. Board of Education, 330 U.S. 18 that went far beyond the original intent of the Framers. Without legal precedents to support its decision, the Court reversed 150 years of Constitutional precedent. The Court ruling created a radical disassociation between religion and the State that restricted religious expression in public life by taking out of context a quotation by Thomas Jefferson written in an obscure private letter years after the First Amendment was ratified in 1789 to interpret the Constitution.
Using this quote, Justice Black declared: “The First Amendment has erected a wall between church and state. That wall must be kept high and impregnable. We could not approve the slightest breach.”
The First Amendment of the Bill of Rights, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…” meant that Congress was prohibited from establishing a “national religion” at the federal level. Thus, Congress could not require all Americans to become Baptists, Episcopalians, Presbyterians or members of any other denomination.
As recorded in the Debates and Proceedings in the Congress of the United States, House of Representatives Amendments to the Constitution from August 15 – 20, 1789, there was considerable debate as to the First Amendment’s wording. Rep. Sylvester and Huntington both had concerns that the amendment’s proposed wording would be harmful to religion. James Madison introduced a proposal to dispel their fear but it was not adopted. The preliminary draft of the First Amendment proposed by Madison in 1789 read:
“The Civil rights of none shall be abridged on account of religious belief or worship, nor shall any national religion be established, nor shall the full and equal rights of conscience be in any manner, or on any pretext, infringed.”
Chief Justice Joseph Story, in his Commentaries on the Constitution 3:§§ 1865-73, 1833 confirmed this by explaining “…The real object of the amendment was, not to countenance, much less to advance Mahometanism, or Judaism, or infidelity, by prostrating Christianity; but to exclude all rivalry among Christian sects, and to prevent any national ecclesiastical establishment, which should give to an hierarchy the exclusive patronage of the national government.”
In 1985, U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice Rehnquist wrote: “There is simply no historical foundation for the proposition that the Framers intended to build the ‘wall of separation’ that was constitutionalized in Everson. But the greatest injury of the ‘wall’ notion is the mischievous diversion of judges from the actual intentions of the drafters of the Bill of Rights. No amount of repetition of historical errors in judicial opinions can make the errors true. The “wall of separation between church and state” is a metaphor based on bad history, a metaphor which has proved useless as a guide to judging. It should be frankly and explicitly abandoned.”

I wasn’t aware until yesterday that the 23rd, only ~~~3 days~~~ after the disaster was perpetrated on innocent residents in the Gulf, Corexit was sprayed—another ‘pay-to-play’ is how I see it and if this timeline is correct (suspect EVERYTHING you read)then this was an attack on humanity for monetary gain any way you slice it!!!

Our laws, historical evidence and the original intent of the Constitution has been distorted or ignored while in the name of promoting religious liberty, the enemies of Christianity have used the First Amendment and its Establishment Clause as a weapon to suppress Christian religious freedom.
On July 13, 1787 Congress passed the Northwest Ordinance, one of the first pieces of legislation passed after the Constitution and Article III encouraged the teaching of religion and morality in public schools.
On April 30, 1789 following President George Washington’s first Inaugural Address to a joint session of Congress, the Annals of Congress reported that “The President, the Vice-President, the Senate, and House of Representatives, &c., then proceeded to St. Paul’s Chapel, where Divine service was performed by the chaplain of Congress.”
On May 1, 1789, George Washington read his first speech to the House of Representatives and the first order of business was the appointment of Dr. Linn as chaplain by a committee that included Madison, Ellsworth, Sherman and all members of the convention that framed the Constitution.
In 1789, Elias Boudinot, Massachusetts, member of the House of Representatives, moved that a day of Thanksgiving be held to thank God for giving the American people the opportunity to create a Constitution to preserve the freedoms they had achieved.
On October 3, 1789, President Washington proclaimed that the people of the United States observe “a day of public thanksgiving and prayer. The same day Congress passed the First Amendment on December 15, 1791, they approved a resolution requesting President Washington to proclaim a day of public thanksgiving and prayer. In 1813 President James Madison also proclaimed a day of prayer.
On January 21, 1781, Congress authorized the printing of Aitken’s Bible, the first English language Bible published on the North American continent. Congress authorized the printing of Bibles for use in public schools and mandated that new states teach religion and morality in the schools.
In 1791, Dr. Benjamin Rush, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, wrote a book entitled, “A Defense of the Use of the Bible in Schools,” and said all young people should be educated in the principles of Christianity.

Thomas Jefferson proposed the Great Seal of the United States depict a story from the Bible and include the word “God” in the motto. When Washington D.C. became the national capital in 1800, Congress voted that the Capitol would also serve as a church building. Noah Webster dedicated his dictionary to the glory of God and the advancement of the Kingdom of Christ.
On October 12, 1816, John Jay, the first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court wrote in a letter to House of Representative Jedidiah Morse:
“Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers, and it is the duty, as well as the privilege and interest of our Christian nation to select and prefer Christians for their rulers.”
Are we to conclude that in all these official acts and writings our Founding Fathers violated the very Constitution they had just created to govern the United States? By today’s judicial standards with its misuse of “separation of church and state”, the answer is a profound yes.

What is burned in my mind from witnessing first hand so many Americans coming together who have been down trodden over realizing what has been and is happening is that Saturday August 28th – Al Sharpton and Glen Beck had presented to them the opportunity to bring Rev Kings dream to fruition – it has been moving in the direction of uniting / ever since King spoke at the Lincoln Memorial but there are forces against the coming together – there are those who stoke the division to keep their power alive – if this message of purposeful segregation proves to be a weak excuse to create a divide then there argument dies and we prove color is invisible – I think for more than not this is where we are in history – brothers joining hands – Al looses his job if he were willing to admit and humble himself / concede the dream is fulfilling itself – we may never be in complete unison , no two people are because were are each unique – but we can live together in peace fighting to keep freedom alive for all – this is America – Government is fast at work to enslave all men not a select group ALL.
The shock and awe of Saturday was – …. the people …. peacefully coming together – It was un BELIEVABLE – I will never forget it and neither will my children .

Unable to be there, I still thought it was a marvelous experience even on TV. In my heart and mind there is that feeling that this could well be a turning point in our country’s history. It’s the effect that it had on the multitudes of dedicated, sincere people. It was a time of renewal and inspiration to face the serious days ahead. Only God knows the future we will have to deal with.
