My impressions… some additional evidence the BC is a forgery. Back in March they were pretty hesitant to call it a forgery, but they are saying it confidently now. They were turned away by just about everyone in HI, including the hospital where there’s apparently a handwritten log book of every mother who has given birth there. No access to this book, no access at the DOH. They also explained how the documents were numbered – geographically then by date/time, so it’s not possible for Obama’s BC number to be what it is and be born with the Nordyke twins at the same hospital. (points to a birth registration from another area rather than a hospital birth.)
Nothing earth shattering, but further confirmation. It does sound like Sheriff Joe is pretty much done with this case though – he wants congress to take it over, which we all know they won’t. If they do, it will be a phony finding…. so this is probably where it ends.

So I guess the “breaking news” was that the coding on the BC released by Obama indicates that boxes 9 and 12b should have been blank.
I haven’t looked yet, but are there other boxes coded with a “9”?
One is the race of the father, and the other is the occupation of the father.
Doesn’t seem that “breaking” to me.
Everything else as far as the registration and the such I already knew from previous research on my own.
I guess I should also state that the numerical sequencing was also further explained.
No mention of the SSN or the Selective Service Registration form.
And it sounded like Joe is through with his investigation, and feels that someone in Congress needs to take over.
They have great evidence, but the lamestream media will easily brush it under the carpet. The only thing I think anyone will discuss (if at all) would be the facts of the 1982 letter regarding Hawaii birth certificates – and how anyone could and can get one.
All I can say is WOW. I remember reading at a website someone’s exhaustive research on the numbering of the certificates and births coming ffrom different areas within the state. What really clinched it for me….was the women, i think her name was Vera, (at a time everyone thought it was a joke something like U K lele) that confirmed the federal coding. The number “9” designating that that particular information was unknown. That explains our correct assertion that the word “african” (that has been placed by a forger) was not considered a race in the 60’s.

I’d like to see a copy of the list of what the coding means. It seems that only boxes 9 and 12b have the “9” coding, but boxes 8, 9, 10, 11, 12a and 12b all pertain to the father.
Boxes 8 and 10 have no coding, boxes 9 and 12b have the “9” coding. Box 11 has a “2” coding and box 12a has a “0” coding.
It looks like box 6c which indicates the hospital has a “5” coding.
If someone can link what the codes mean, I’d appreciate it.
Obviously “9” means it was supposedly left blank on the original registration document..

Looks like the forger had no idea nor had the time to do any research as to what the penciled in codings meant. Probably just thought that they made the document look more authentic and original if they were kept in from whatever original document they used and manipulated. If those blanks were filled in later then the document would have had to be stamped with “altered” which of course it wasn’t. But without a willing and honest court to hear the evidence it goes nowhere I’m afraid.

I think from the website that I read about a year ago, all someone had to do was go to one of the outlying registration offices and testify to witnessing a birth. It apparently didnt matter where in the state they lived, as long as that person (or the parents..im not sure) could verify residence in the state.

Regarding the index number being out of order, I give some credibility to reporting by others that this number was lifted from the birth of a child who died within hours, and was recently placed on the forged BC. The log outside the delivery room at Kapiolani would have this name. Not sure, but it seems that the “coding” that Zullo was referring too was for “Race” only.

You can find the coding information at 31 seconds of the video, but it clearly states at the top “Each race item is coded as follows:”
So to me anyway, this explains box 9, but not box 12a, or the other coding on the document.
Stanley’s box is coded “1” which indicates “White”.
I’d like to know what the other codes indicate. That question is NOT answered by this video, because the information provided by the video is ONLY about “race”.

The code 9 simply means that that information was not provided by the applicant…..so I suppose that code could be placed anywhere on the form where the information for that spot was not provided by the applicant. If it was given at some later time then the original had to be stamped “altered”.

Those marks are inconsistent with the document itself. “9″ means that there was no information provided. In Obama’s alleged BC marking 9 was in a couple of areas with information.
For example, it was in the area of the race of the father. Since it was marked with “9″, it was supposed to be blank. Watching John Sununu on Hannity….he’s one of the best with the facts and the rebuttals. Wonder if he watched the Arpaio press conference or has had anyone send him a copy. He might actually be one to use the evidence without fear…..of course FOX wouldn’t let him but he hasn’t been afraid to call out Andrea Mitchell….and here Juan Williams telling them both that they “are struggling”!

I find it useful to keep in mind that we do not know who was the biological mother or father. It is at least possible that they were both US Citizens as required for NBC. The Senate is on record as saying it was enough for McCain that his parents were US Citizens, even though he was born in Panama. I feel it is useful to pursue the truth, wherever it may lead. There will likely be more revelations regarding the Usurper’s origins in years to come. None of us yet knows the full truth of this swindling of the USA. But we will eventually know the truth and will be able to hold accountable all the traitors to the US Constitution, including courts, Congress and the media.
For the first time I took a close look at the White House released document. The “9” I believe refers to the complete line, not just the box. It is written in the margin, referring to two complete lines that were blank on the original.
Also, the signature for the parent was ANN DUNHAM. “OBAMA” was forged after that. The “m” on “Obama” is an obvious give-away for even elementary handwriting analysis.
There was no father given on the original, is my honest opinion. The “9” refers to the entire line on both lines.
Of course, as I’ve expressed before, I do not believe Obama to be Obama–that his biological father was Malcolm Little (known as Malcolm X).
Who will Arpaio forward this to and will that person have the guts to pursue it? Our nation’s fate depends on a brave person looking into this.

Having been gone this afternoon during the presser, I have had to rely on printed info and the posts here.
Much is being made of the additional proof that the birth certificate is fraudulent, but the following is not being discussed much.
This is a very important part of the presser and perhaps will give legs to support our pleas to Congressmen:
This was revealed toward the end of the presser by Zullo:
“It appears that in the case of Hawaii law, any person can obtain a birth certificate if any adult or their parents can prove that they resided in Hawaii for one year and paid taxes,” he said. “There is no requirement to show that the child itself was actually born in Hawaii or on U.S. soil.”
It was at this point that Mike Zullo stated that this is a “national security issue.”
The national security concerns raised by the investigation are based on Hawaii Revised Statute 338.17.8……..

One thing about Drudge readership….it’s all over the world. So while the marxstream media here is obviously covering for him and hiding facts the rest of the world is laughing at them!
Now if some of the world’s leadership would balk at signing anything to do with him, cause being they don’t think it would be legitimate wouldn’t that be nice! Wow, now they could have him for breakfast if they would so choose to do so, merely citing the forged document he claims for his identity. They might feel anything he signs to their benefit wouldn’t be worth the paper or ink used….as well as any international agreements.
Corsi needs to arrange some meetings with the reps from perhaps UK, Germany or Saudi/UAE/China. Would Russia want to speed up their own plans for us now with this pResident looking like a fraud at least internationally? Congress should see this as a threat to our National Security if they don’t move to take some action. Arpaio ought to present this international question to Congress as his basis.

That’s why I believe we can’t press for the NBC issue too much. We have no proof of his parentage. Furthermore, at this stage of the game, even if Obama were not an NBC, this is obviously going to have to be decided by SCOTUS at some time, considering the present climate in our country. Look at how long that would take – many months. I fear we don’t have that kind of time. Of course, if SCOTUS were worth its salt, they could always get involved if they saw the need.

I believe that the primary reason why he never legally changed his name back to Obama is that a BC is required for the adjudication of a legally filed Petition for Name change. That is in all probability the reason why our search at the PUBLIC RECORD DATABASES produced NOTHING as well. Without a BC he WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE to file for a name change. This also provides a greater suspicion of the fact that he might not even be a US Citizen at all. Since he became an Indonesian citizen he would have had to apply for naturalisation,at which point he would not be eligible to hold the office of POTUS. Nor could his mother confer citizenship upon him simply because she was also underage which was then 21 years of age.
On my local news, wpxi.com(NBC), under their national news stories, they actually have a headline “Arpaio Says o’s Birth Record Fraudulent” with a short video. I almost fell out of my chair! A sentence under the video states, “the president’s campaign has declined to comment…” Why does the “Campaign” have to comment? Why doesn’t the usurper comment? I guess poster JBJD explained that a while back. Two different entities or two separate entities.

IF you watch the video I linked yesterday at 8:48, it is CLEAR that the “9” in box 9 is ONLY about RACE.
Watch the video and at 31 seconds it shows the coding
1 is white, 2 is Negro, 3 is Indian and so on until 9 is unknown or not stated (for parents only).
To suggest that the coding is for an entire line is absurd.
The “9” in box 9 is explained by the video, but the “9” in box 12b is NOT.
And neither is any of the other coding on the document. The video only shows the chart for RACE coding.
Not trying to be argumentative, but I’m right, just watch the video and read the header on the codes at 31 seconds.
We NEED to know what the other codes mean.
There appears to be 1s in boxes 2, 5b and 14 (1 means “White” according to the chart given at 31 seconds of the video, but it does NOT explain the 1 in boxes 2 or 5b).
There appears to be 2s beside 7a, 7g and 11.
I do not see any 3s or 4s.
It appears to me to be a 5 beside box 6c.
There appears to be a 6 beside box 6a
I can’t see any 7s or 8s.
There appears to be 9s in boxes 9 and 12b.
And there appears to be Zeros or Os in boxes 12a, 17a and 17b.
There also appears to be a W in box 16, or some scribbly line.
There is NO Zero or O on the document at 31 seconds of the video.

I think the coding chart seen was for a specific box but according to Ms. Lee the 9, wherever it was written in, always designated that the applicant did not give any information….since she was asked about the written codes at the boxes, plural, where it was written. Since the race had so many designations perhaps it more singularly had to have the choices specified by a chart with designated number choices. In other info boxes that wasn’t necessary and 9 was generally the way to designate no info given….since the same explanation certainly wasn’t written in anywhere. I think we can trust Zullo’s explanation since he has always been very detailed about everything and has prepared this explanation of the facts to the details questioned and examined.

Oh, I think Russian connections were always a part of Zero’s training and trainers. I mean that this more public scrutiny might pressure the Russians/Putin to examine his related plans via Obama. This is what I’ve been saying all along and why I thought the emphasis should have been on the one form that wasn’tscrubbed….the Indonesian school entrance form. Put it out there and then force the question of any other citizenship to be proven. With a fraudulent bc as evidenced that prior evidence of Indonesian citizenship still stands.
