I will be making a conscious effort to wish everyone a Merry CHRISTmas this year … My way of saying that I am celebrating the birth Of Jesus Christ the Prince of Peace and King of Love. So I am asking my email buddies, if you agree with me, to please do the same. And if you’ll pass this on to your email buddies, and so on…maybe we can prevent one more American tradition from being lost in the sea of “Political Correctness”.

2009 was the year patriotic Americans awakened to discover America has been stolen by a group of unscrupulous anti-American ideology politicians who are attempting force their policies upon America. Patriotic Americans are very angry this has happened. They are standing up and being counted in many ways–Tea Party, letters & faxes to their elected officials, protests, web sites, inter net blogging, “pink slips”, bill boards, and bumper sticker and whatever other creative means they can to express their disapproval of the government.
2009 was the year in spite of all our shouts–THEY NEVER HEARD OR LISTENED TO US! The best we got from our elected officials was denigration by labeling us “birthers, conspiracy theorists, Nazi’s, angry mob, astral turfers, racists” or any other demeaning labels they could invent.
2010 is beginning with an awakened, sleeping, rightfully angry giant. We know who we are. We are clear and comfortable in our belief in the American Republic under one God (not Allah) based upon the greatest man written contract between government and its people, the Constitution.
Our goal for next year is to remove Obama from office. In 2010 we will face our greatest challenge to our destiny since 1776. Our success will be removing Barack Hussein Obama from office along with his entire gaggle of Marxist czars. If he is not removed in 2010, we will be defeated and lose our freedom for generations to come. To borrow a quote from Marxists “Failure is not an option.”
We have our work cut out for ourselves. It is going to take the informing of millions of Americans who are still unaware about the facts, truths, and realities of this current government. May we all focus upon taking some positive actions towards enlightening our fellow Americans who may not be aware of the facts regarding the theft of America. It makes no difference how small the act may be. Let each patriot take action to the best of his or her ability. There are many roads to the top of the mountain. We need to use them all to get there. Any and all legal action is necessary by all those who are standing in agreement of taking back America. As our numbers grow our adversaries will shrink. May our greatest effort in taking back and restoring America come forward in 2010. Three cheers for victory in 2010.

As I watched Senator Ben Nelson today again defending his vote, and stating that his plan will ensure that no public money will go to fund abortion, I actuall felt sorry for him. Here is a man who is probably decent at heart, but who has been put in an uncompromising position to vote Yeah for this healthcare bill or else. I wish he had had enough of a spine or inner strength to not cave in, but he did. You can see he really doesn’t believe what he is saying when he makes the claims about how abortions won’t be funded with public money. But the insurance exchanges, as proposed, WOULD fund abortions because they would make a pool of money eligible for persons to do just that. It is the most audacious form of double speak I have witnessed in politics in a long time. Hopefully Stupak in the House will stand firm, but I know a lot of pressure is being placed on him as well. Obama and his Chicago thugs are a disgrace to this great country. I am hopeful in the end sanity and goodness will prevail. In the meantime, this bill will need to remained tied up in the court system for years until it finally collapses under its own weight.
And yes, let’s take a moment to reflect on the beauty and grandeur of Christmas, and to not be intimidated to say something we’ve been saying for years without even thinking about it: Merry Christmas!

I only mentioned the USAF just to help explain my frustration with congress and the illegal president. Actually, I am retired U.S. Army and Air Force. None of the people that I served with would accept obama either.
I have spent many years conducting background investigtions for people to get a security clearance and knowing what I know, obama could not even be a janitor on a military base. It frustrates me to know that he has access to the most classified info that our country has and I can’t do anything about it. If he is removed from office, what do we do with the info that he has in his head that no other coutry should have access to???
I am very afraid of everything that he now knows.

The law says Obama is a British citizen.
The US Constitution law says to qualify for Office of President the candidate must be a natural born citizen of the US.

Congressional Democrats are an agile, nimble group: they’re patting each other on the back as they whistle past an 2010 electoral graveyard of their own making.
Presidential advisers have been making the rounds, as has the President, talking about the “bounce” the perpetrators of their health care bill will receive. They are right: a great many of them will get a “bounce”.
But, it will not be the “bounce” they are expecting: it will be a bounce from their high-paying, pontificating, sneer-at-the-constituent jobs they hold now.
President Obama got his first bounce in the polls in Rasmussen’s first daily tracking numbers since the 60th vote for health care was secured: he hit a new low at -21. There will bigger such “bounces” to come.
2010 will be an electoral tsunami. The now-voiceless American electorate will finally speak to those who didn’t heed the concerns voiced in countless emails, phone calls, faxes and town halls.
Though the health care “reform” bill passed the Senate cloture on a strictly party-line vote, the result of this bill will be universal bipartisanship at the polls in 2010. There is a true sense of anger, frustration and contempt that cuts across political and, in some cases, ideological, lines.
Rarely, except in wartime, has the Democrat, Republican and Independent electorate been so united. Nothing will unite a free nation quite like the message of “I told you to shut up and take your medicine”.
Regardless of how this agenda has been sweetened with bribes to this state and that group, voters don’t like the taste of anything shoved down their throats.
We’re not conceding the health care bill quite yet–there’s plenty of voters and commentators still fighting it, including us. But whether it passes or not, voters will not forget which Congressmen and Senators were responsible.
And Democrats, as the party in charge and, particularly, as the party in charge of this abominable creation called “health care reform” will feel an electorate united against the pig-trading that birthed this monstrosity.
Democrats will try to take refuge behind their old allies in the press, but the legacy media is a shadow of its former self; though it will provide some help in urban areas, voters are wise to their tricks. Confidence in Big Media is scraping along near the bottom–where this Congress’ approval ratings dwell. While Internet usage continues to climb, reliable mouthpiece media organs consolidate, shrivel and die.
Americans want control of their government back. They want public servants–not publicly-enriched masters. The mentality of “I’ll vote for a Republican because I’m a member of the Republican team” won’t matter as much. Old voters loyalties seem to be crumbling due to the sheer arrogance shown to constituents and their concerns.
The Democrats–excepting some of their hard-core constituencies, such as labor, trial lawyers, blacks and Wall Street CEOs–will also see frustration and anger trump old labels.
An electoral tsunami is coming in 2010. It will hit Congress and its corrupt members and will wash them away. And if the people elected in 2010 fall into the ways of these current members, they’ll be gone in 2012.
As will our current president and his advisers.
Ordinary Americans voicing their concerns were slandered by Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and other in what has become an Imperial Congress. These Americans were called “an angry mob”. Americans have been listening to this type of talk from Congress for months.

Together, we have been through a year of changes; many of which we had no need. One entity, however, that remains constant is God.
Our celebration of His birth in a manger in Bethlehem is a testament to our belief in the true Prince of Peace and Lord of Lords. It is He who has the power to correct that which is wrong with our world, to bring forth the leaders who will define our path into the future, and to bring down those who would destroy our beloved country. It is He who is the King of Kings whose birth we celebrate this CHRISTmas Day as we gather with family and friends and not the one who pretends to be king.
God did not appoint him; God did not choose him, and God does not support him. Under the guise of helping the poor, he increases their numbers to include those who have worked hard to make an honest living.
Just as good triumphs over evil so will we triumph over the usurper…believe it, and it will happen. God has blessed this nation, and I do not believe He desires to see it destroyed.
So keep trying, keep reporting the FACTS, and keep spreading the word. More and more people will see the light and in 2010, we will begin to take back the country from which the robber barons have stolen much. They can take all that we own, but they cannot take our Spirit or our determination to take back our country. There is power in numbers, and our numbers are growing along with our discontent.

I have assumed that all Republicans in Congress have finally agreed with the Democrats that there is nothing left of our Constitution and therefore consider that Obama’s British Citizenship dosen’t matter! My reasoning, they all knew before he ever took office and basically have taken the attitude that since they are not the majority party theres nothing they can do. Even after Wilson called Obama a Lier, he drifted away from everyone who stood up for him and has not been heard from as of late. Prayer is the strongest thing we have going for us. Michelle, The tsunami will have to overcome the possibility that the vote may be “rigged” due to the Sequoia voting machines. They need to be monitored closely if we are to stand a chance of determining who the winner is in a fair election.

Voting machines-Florida after too many fiasco’s is paper ballots, Black Box voting. org (?) that lady Beverly-I believe, has been working long and hard on that issue. She may have started due to Florida. Congressman Wexler got the paper ballots in Florida, he is doing something entirely different now. We passed from Wexler to Ron Klein whom Lt Col West is running against.

Any candidate with a pair is gonna hammer this then, hammer it again.
You work on the Lt. Col. in FL, and we’ll work on Scott Brown in MA. This is the only way it’s gonna work- true grassroots efforts all around.
In my business, we say that everything starts at the local level, and escalates from there. This is very true-start locally, and expand. No other way that I can see.
I’ve mentioned this before: My town (~30,000) is still on paper ballots. In a typically liberal Dem state, Mrs. Palin won my town in 2008. On paper ballots. We’re far better off filling in the little oval than using a machine which can be hacked.

I promise you, if citizens in applicable states cannot even compel their state A’sG to uphold existing ballot laws; they will not stop any other fraud that members of either major political party corporation perpetrate in upcoming contests.
But the converse is also true. That is, I promise if citizens can grasp the simple election fraud perpetrated by the DNC Services Corporation to get BO’s name on the ballot in applicable states and help me to get the word out what they did and how they did it, producing numbers no AG can ignore; then, political corporations will not pull this garbage on us again. Because they will be certain, we understand the process; and from now on, we will be watching.
Of course, understanding the election fraud requires an objective examination of the simple election fraud case I have outlined in fine detail on my blog, until YOU really ‘get it.’
And once you ‘get it,’ instead of organizing a national boycott to protest the monstrous health insurance bill, organize a state boycott because the AG refuses to enforce state election law; and don’t bring the march to the White House but to your state house, along with the local press.
General elections are won in the states, state by state. Knock a bad candidate off of the ballot in one state, any state; and you have effectively knocked him off of the ballot in all states.

P.S. If you do not live in an applicable state, download and send these citizen complaints of election fraud to your federal legislators. Eventually, they are going to have to introduce and vote on Articles of Impeachment. Maybe seeing these complaints will speed up the process.

I feel that a multi-pronged approach is the way to go: the courts, relentlessly smacking Congress, Hawaii DOH, election fraud, the ballot box, getting the word out. With pressure, something’s gotta stick!
I’m under the impression that Congress thinks this is all a bluff, and that they’ll be keeping their cushy jobs like Ted Kennedy for 47 years. Aren’t they in for a surprise? They may not be scared now, but when the poll numbers start coming in, they’ll be singing a different tune. Reid is in serious trouble and so are the others with a (D) and (I) after their names.

I’m not so worried about “him” using the info, but of his passing it on to others. Inmates still get outside communications, letters, phonecalls etc. I worry about him giving info to Iran, Russia etc.

President Obama plans to deal with a Dec. 31 deadline that automatically would declassify secrets in more than 400 million pages of Cold War-era documents by ordering governmentwide changes that could sharply curb the number of new and old government records hidden from the public.
In an executive order that the president is likely to sign before year’s end, Mr. Obama will create a National Declassification Center to clear up the backlog of Cold War documents. But the order also will give everyone more time to process the 400 million pages, rather than flinging them open at year’s end without a second glance.
The order aimed at eliminating unnecessary secrecy also is expected to direct all agencies to revise their classification guides — the more than 2,000 manuals used by federal agencies to determine what information should be classified and what no longer needs that protection. The manuals form the foundation of the government’s classification system.
Two of every three such guides haven’t been updated within the past five years, according to the 2008 annual report of the Information Security Oversight Office, which oversees the government’s security classification.
The still-classified Cold War records would provide a wealth of data on U.S.-Soviet relations, including the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, the fall of the Berlin Wall, diplomacy and espionage.
It took 19 years and a lawsuit for the National Security Archive, a private group that obtains and analyzes once-secret government records, to get documents on the crisis in the late 1950s when the United States and the Soviet Union faced off over control of West Berlin. For nearly two decades, the contested documents were shuttled among various offices in the Defense Department, then on to the State Department and an unnamed intelligence agency, each conducting a separate declassification review, before the government finally release some of them.
Mr. Obama’s executive order will follow up on his Inauguration Day initiatives on open government. On his first day in office, Mr. Obama instructed federal agencies to be more responsive to requests for records under the Freedom of Information Act and overturned an order by President George W. Bush that would have enabled former presidents and vice presidents to block the release of sensitive records of their time in the White House.
Mr. Obama’s executive order “is an experiment, but it just might work,” said Steven Aftergood, director of the Project on Government Secrecy at the Federation of American Scientists. “By changing the rules about what gets classified, this could lead to a dramatic reduction in secrecy throughout the government.” Mr. Aftergood obtained a leaked copy of an early draft of the executive order last summer.
The problem is not much closer to being solved than it was in the 1990s. Under the terms of Mr. Bush’s extension, sensitive information in hundreds of millions of pages of historical documents will be declassified automatically on Dec. 31 unless Mr. Obama acts.
“If the agencies haven’t found the sensitive old documents after nine years, that’s some indication those records don’t deserve being secret anymore,” said Tom Blanton, director of the National Security Archive.

1. During the October 5 motion hearing pursuant to the motion to dismiss due to lack of jurisdiction, the moving parties, the assistant US attorneys DeJutte and West have argued that they believe that the proper jurisdiction for this case is the District of Columbia.
2. On October 29 this case was dismissed for want of jurisdiction only and was never heard on the merits, as this court noted in the above order that the proper jurisdiction is the District of Columbia court.

Twas the night before Christmas, he lived all alone,

Just the very thought brought a tear to my eye.

My life is my God, my country, my Corps.”
With that he rolled over, drifted off into sleep,
I couldn’t control it, I continued to weep.
I watched him for hours, so silent and still.
I noticed he shivered from the cold night’s chill.
So I took off my jacket, the one made of red,
and covered this Marine from his toes to his head.
Then I put on his T-shirt of scarlet and gold,
with an eagle, globe and anchor emblazoned so bold.
And although it barely fit me, I began to swell with pride,
and for one shining moment, I was Marine Corps deep inside.
I didn’t want to leave him so quiet in the night,
this guardian of honor so willing to fight.
But half asleep he rolled over, and in a voice clean and pure,
said “Carry on, Santa, it’s Christmas Day, all secure.”
One look at my watch and I knew he was right,

I’ve been writing to them since they began. They are jaded. The only thing they have accomplished–and I give them credit for an outstanding job of doing so–is to gather millions of people willing to protest their anger over all the govenrment action.
Sadly, I cannot help noticing it has been totally ineffective. They seem to be more interested in the puny publicity they get from lame stream media than actually effecting real change. They have deliberately down played the eligibility issues in their signs–as if they have been coached by the media they will not get publicity if they make an issue of the birth ceritificate.
Except for motivating poeple to attend, they not have accomplished little–they have abused and used the goodwill of the people who so willingly participated in the sincere belief their protest could make a difference. It didn’t stop one bill or change one Democrats’ mind. As long as the Tea “baggers” continue to protest issues while ignoring the one and most important one, they will continue to use and abuse the goodwill of the people who sincerely want to stop Obama.
Their continued insistence upon focusing only upon issues and not eligibility reenforces the public’s idea Obama is legitimate. They must change their focus and concentrate on the usurpation of the presidency. If they had done just that and only that last year–chances are Obama might already be in the process of removal.
If any of us have any influence with these overly self impressed with them selves, lets try to get through their thick skulls. They are wasting everyone’s time, energy, and money beating a dead horse. Obama and thugs do not and will not hear them. Three cheers to remove Obama from office in 2010!

When the government found out that there were corrupt lawyers and judges in Chicago, they launched Operation Greylord. Big Scandal.
When the government wanted Chop Shops cleaned up, government invented fake Chop Shops for the thieves to bring their wares to them. Big Scandal.
Government infiltrated Biker Gangs who were running guns and drugs, and other criminal activities mostly involving vice of every kind. In other words, the government had the perpetrators come to them.
We know both the Obama’s law licenses were pulled, just don’t know why.
Is it possible the government flipped them to get out of whatever criminal penalties were involved. He is like a natural born corruption attractor (magnet). With the issues involving not an NBC the government could easily remove him after the “work” was done. Why would anyone in their right mind pick the most corrupt person, from the most corrupt area of the United States, which is a well known documented fact. This does not make most Chicagoans proud. Could this be why all the cases etc. are still up in the air? The work is not complete yet, they are still after the biggest fish? This cops/robbers thing is SOP procedure in Chicago, I just mentioned some of the biggest scandals.
In other words could the Obama Administration be a gigantic Sting operation? on a search to find out who is corrupt in government?
Problem: I don’t think anyone was meant to discover all the material they thought they had buried.
If I guessed correctly-a lot of government officials have a lot of explaining to do. Talk about rats deserting a sinking ship.
It didn’t stop one bill or change one Democrats’ mind.
As well as the petitions, emails, letters, phone calls, protests………..there is only one effort left.

Good ‘out of box thinking’ on Christmas Day.
I can’t answer the questions you pose but I’m certain, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that Barky was not elected; he was installed.
Why?
Is is because the Communist base needs a foothold here, and this was the way to do it? Is it, as you say, a sting? Not sure, but whatever the reason, America is being systematically ruined.
Things like this have happened elsewhere in the world, but did we ever think it could happen here? I sure wouldn’t have believed it but there it is, right in our faces.
Whatever the reason, I hope that the boil will burst soon.

I would like to believe it is a ‘BIG STING” operation, but I have my doubts.
After all, Fitzgerald was removed from the Blago case to oversee all AGs. Could it be he was getting too close for comfort or is he one of the corrupt?
If the courts have been compromised, there is only one option left…to forcibly removed him via law enforcement [Sheriff] or the Military. The Military Upper Brass is complicit so that leaves the lower levels to lead the upheaval.
Someone out there has a HUGE file on pp and is just waiting for the opportune moment to remove him and his corrupt wife from the WH. Whoever is behind him must be eating their shorts with all of the “failures” of late. If those who back him remove him, then we will just get one who is far worse than he is IMHO.
WE THE PEOPLE need to remove him and replace him with a LEADER of our own choosing and not wait for his benefactors to remove him.
It is our DUTY as CITIZENS of this great nation to remove the government that does not serve us and replace it with one that does.
I am confident we are getting closer, and that it will only be a matter of time before we succeed in CLEANING OUR HOUSE of the corruption within. However, before we do that, we MUST UNITE ALL PATRIOT GROUPS, decide on a plan, and execute that plan POST HASTE!

SueK-I agree he was installed. We know the what, we know the where, jbjd showed the how, but the Why will drive me crazy with curiosity until we find out, and the who’s-I wonder how many of who’s are out there? I know one thing he did not act alone.
I was getting up early for work in the last election: and on the radio was McCain speaking about he and Sarah, we’re Mavericks-and we want to get rid of the waste, fraud and corruption in DC-I’m sparing the name of George Washington-don’t want his name tainted by DC and I remember thinking Boy do those two have the right idea. When we conquer the Obama madness, the waste, fraud and corruption need to be eliminated immediately. More than plenty of evidence on web-sites. My two personal favorites-ACORN and SEIU.

“Way to attract more viewers, Katie,” Crowley said, asking, “Is this another example of the elite left-wing media looking down on Americans or is Katie right about the mood of the country?”
Crowley and Tim Graham, director of media analysis for the conservative Media Research Center, attempted to argue that Couric’s comments come only as President Obama’s approval ratings fall.
“I think it’s one thing to say the country is angry,” Graham said. “I think that’s fair. When she goes on to talk about how there’s too much disrespect, that’s when you’re beginning to see that whole idea of how unfortunate that we would have people who would so publicly and angrily disagree with President Obama.”
I’m wondering, Tim, where Katie Couric was and if her concern about an angry nation when the left was crucifying President Bush as a war criminal and Hitler, when Code Pink was in Condoleezza Rice’s face, when there are wall-to-wall, left wing, vicious attacks,” Crowley responded. “Where was she in that concern?”
