Rick Perry leads Obama, Rasmussen Poll, September 1, 2011, 44 percent to 41 percent
From Rasmussen September 1, 2011.
“Perry 44% Obama 41%; President Leads Other GOP Hopefuls”
“For the first time this year, Texas Governor Rick Perry leads President Obama in a national Election 2012 survey. Other Republican candidates trail the president by single digits.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows Perry picking up 44% of the vote while the president earns support from 41%. Given the margin of sampling error (+/- 3 percentage points) and the fact that the election is more than a year away, the race between the two men is effectively a toss-up. Just over a week ago, the president held a three-point advantage over Perry. (To see question wording, click here.)
Perry leads by nine among men but trails by five among women. Among voters under 30, the president leads while Perry has the edge among those over 30. The president leads Perry by 16 percentage points among union members while Perry leads among those who do not belong to a union.
Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney currently trails the president by four percentage points, 43% to 39%. That’s a slight improvement for the Republican compared to a week ago. Earlier in the year, Romney held a one-point edge when matched against the president. Prior to today’s release, that was the only time a named Republican has held any kind of lead over President Obama. A Generic Republican currently leads the president 48% to 40%.
If Congresswoman Michele Bachmann is the GOP candidate, the president leads 46% to 38%. Unlike Perry and Romney, Bachmann’s numbers are a bit weaker now than they were a week ago.
Finally, if the Republicans were to nominate businessman Herman Cain, President Obama would attract 42% of the vote to Cain’s 35%. (Want a free daily e-mail update? If it’s in the news, it’s in our polls). Rasmussen Reports updates are also available on Twitter or Facebook.
The match-up surveys of 1,000 Likely Voters were conducted August 23-30, 2011 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error for the surveys is +/- 3% with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC. See methodology.”

“The filming of government officials engaged in their duties in a public place, including police officers performing their responsibilities, fits comfortably within these principles [of protected First Amendment activity].,” said the Court. “Gathering information about government officials in a form that can readily be disseminated to others serves a cardinal First Amendment interest in protecting and promoting the free discussion of governmental affairs.”
The Court added that the police officers should have understood this all along, and that videotaping public officials is not limited to the press.
“Moreover, changes in technology and society have made the lines between private citizen and journalist exceedingly difficult to draw,” the Court continued. “The proliferation of electronic devices with video-recording capability means that many of our images of current events come from bystanders with a ready cell phone or digital camera rather than a traditional film crew, and news stories are now just as likely to be broken by a blogger at her computer as a reporter at a major newspaper. Such developments make clear why the news-gathering protections of the First Amendment cannot turn on professional credentials or status.”

(CNN) — Only a third of all Americans approve of how President Barack Obama is handling the economy, according to a new national survey.
And with a CNN/ORC International Poll also indicating that more than three-quarters of the public say the country is in bad shape right now, there’s little wonder why the president is getting such low marks.
“Two-thirds of Democrats continue to approve of Obama’s economic record, but seven out of 10 independents disapprove. Not surprisingly, more than nine out of 10 Republicans also disapprove of how Obama is handling the economy,” added Holland.
FS. With all due respect (that you don’t deserve), you are an idiot. It is on display here daily. If only you had the capacity for self reflection, too bad your narcissistic persona prevents it.
I supported Herman Cain long before Perry entered the race. I just find him to be the most pure of the candidates in my mind. That being said, in the Republican primaries it is possible to be for one candidate but NOT AGAINST another.
You are new to our party and I know that you guys did things differently in your Democrat activism (look at Wards in Chicago as example of FS tactics), but we are a little bit more cerebral over here and don’t respect your toxic garbage.

China in default and BHO says nothing……
[$2 Billion infusion for each and every state? “FREE” money that could be used to create jobs, reduce debt, reverse the recession and truly stimulate the economy? AND it does not come from RAISING taxes or from our government?
Instead of raising our debt ceiling or increasing taxes upon the American people, the ABF is seeking your support to initiate this debt offset structure, providing justice to the American bondholders and an infusion of billions of dollars to our state and federal governments.
Several decades ago, China sold sovereign bonds worldwide to investors in many nations. They sold tens of thousands of these bonds on U.S. soil to American citizens on the recommendation of our government, indicating it was a solid investment. Over the last sixty years, China has refused to pay to these bondholders either the principle or interest on these full faith and credit sovereign bonds. In 1987, threatened with being kept out of the British financial markets, China acknowledged the debt by paying British citizens who owned these same bonds. By paying the British bondholders, but no other owners worldwide (including U.S. bondholders), China “selectively defaulted” on these bonds. Currently, the People’s Republic of China owes a debt of over $750 billion to American citizens who are holding full faith and credit sovereign bonds sold to them by the Republic of China. Worldwide, the debt China owes to all bondholders is estimated to be several trillion dollars. These facts are not in dispute by the U.S. Treasury Department, the White House, Congress or the State Department. In fact, an official at the Treasury commented that, “Yes, the bonds are real and yes China owes it and should pay it; however, good luck collecting it as China doesn’t really want to pay it”.
So behind what U.S. or international loophole, guideline, or precedent does China hide to keep from having to pay their debt to these bondholders? The answer is simple: None! They simply choose not to pay and no commercial, regulatory or government entity is holding their feet to the fire! China simply ignores the issue and our own government would rather not have to deal with it and risk “angering the dragon”. Yet China continues to enjoy open and unfettered access to U.S. capital markets, has excessive cash reserves and a strong credit rating which the credit rating agencies (Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s and Fitch) are continually upgrading. (NOTE: In reality and in truth, China’s credit rating status should be “Selective Default” according to the rating criteria established by the credit rating agencies, and which they submit to the Securities and Exchange Commission to obtain NRSRO (Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization) Continue reading story… READ MORE —–>]

Texas Governor Rick Perry would defeat Barack Obama 44% to 41% if the election were held today. A new Rasmussen poll released today shows for the first time this year that Rick Perry has more support than President Barack Obama.

Obama and Ron Paul are in a virtual dead heat in the latest Rasmussen Poll with Obama at 39% to Paul’s 38%. The poll has a +/- 4% margin of error. Paul defeats Obama by 10% among independent voters–43% to 33%. Paul’s low showing is because only 61% of Republicans would vote for him. If he received significant Republican support, he would be significantly ahead of Obama and outside the margin of error.

Rasmussen: Generic Republican Beats President Obama by Eight Points
Too bad the generic Republican has already dropped out of the race. I keed…
President Obama earns his lowest level of support yet against a generic Republican in a hypothetical 2012 election match-up for the week ending Sunday, August 28.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of Likely U.S. Voters finds the generic Republican earning 48% of the vote, while the president picks up support from 40%. Four percent (4%) prefer some other candidate, and eight percent (8%) are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
Last week, the GOP candidate held a 48% to 43% edge over the incumbent. This is the seventh week in a row a generic Republican has led Obama.
GOP frontrunner Rick Perry currently has a lead in Iowa and a big lead in South Carolina. The latter is from PPP, the lefties who recently had Perry behind, to Obama, in Texas, where Obama is about as popular as the plague. So take that for what it’s worth. It tells me that Perry may have an even bigger lead in SC than PPP has picked up. Whoever wins South Carolina tends to win the GOP nomination.
So, you can look at the trashed economy, the president’s total lack of ideas and leadership, the polls and how they’re trending, how the mood in the country just keeps getting more and more sour, how about one in for Democrats want Obama off their party’s ballot, the new stuff about Hillary Clinton primarying The One…or you can buy whatever Alan Lichtman is selling, since he says Obama can’t lose.

http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2011/06/obama_losing_voter_support_in_green_and_blue_states.html
While it is well-known that President Obama is losing voter support nationwide, the lesser known fact is that the President’s support is eroding among two key voter groups: Democratic Blue states and battleground Green states. The Zogby poll question asked: “Do you think President Obama deserves to be re-elected or do you think it is time for someone new?”
Overall, a 54% majority of voters say it is time for someone new in the White House, and just 40% say that Obama deserves re-election. That’s certainly bad news for the President, however, an even worse trend is developing.

I have been researching Herman Cain and his background, connections, and stances for months… and I have concluded he is a puppet being financed and backed by the Federal Reserve.
His mission is to lull the Tea Party and those Americans pissed off about today’s economy and lack of difference btwn Repub and Democrats back to sleep.
He speaks in vague platitudes, has shocking connections to the Federal Reserve, and is promoting the Patriot Act and the continuation of the Federal Reserve.
I don’t know how anyone can still support this usurper criminal moron bo over anyone. He is a catastrophe, liar, disaster. He is the worst ever. If he gets in again, then our country is doomed. People really have to get educated on bo and all his crimes.
FS. Does Perry want to abolish the Federal Reserve? I don’t think so and neither do I (at this juncture ). Cain makes no bones about being on the K.C. Federal Reserve Board for a time. His tax plan is very specific ( from what I can tell the most specific in the current field). He is a self made man.
Rick Perry made all of his money investing in real estate WHILE A POLITICIAN. We all know how that works.

Hey Paxson. I like Mr. Cain and hope he will be considered for the VP slot.
Have a great day!
Zach. Ultimately VP for Cain is what I am angling for. I recognize that he is a long shot in the primaries.
Did Herman Cain serve in the military?
Where does Rick Perry stand on the issue of Obama’s eligibility?
Does Rick Perry want to see a real hospital generated birth certificate, since Obama said he was born in a hospital?
Does Rick Perry think that you only need one, or maybe no american parents to be a natural born citizen?
Does Rick Perry think that Obama’s ssn, that was obtained from Conn, to be legit?
Will RicK Perry consider Rubio or Jindall for his VP slot?
Since all of us here are concerned about the eligibility issue, we should probably carefully consider the answers to these questions.

I doubt it. Ron Paul has a large grass campaign with hard core supporters. I expect that he will be in the race up until the nomination. Cain, Santorum and Huntsman are a different matter. It is a mystery why these also rans are still in the race, especially Santorum.
I would not be surprised to find that Cain and Huntsman were secretly funded by the demRats. Why Santorum is still in the race is the real mystery.
I never thought much of Pawlenty. He like Huntsman and Romney is so bland and boring that I just never had much interest in him, but I admire him for having the integrity to drop out of the race when it was clear that he like Cain, Huntsman, and Santorum had no chance of winning the nomination.
http://www.ology.com/politics/wow-poll-shows-perry-beats-obama-romney-does-not
A new Rasmussen poll released on Thursday shows good news for Texas Gov. Rick Perry and very troubling news for the White House. In a survey of 1,000 “likely voters” (e.g. have voted before, are registered, are enthusiastic, etc.), Perry is leading President Obama with 44 to 41 percent of the vote.
Meanwhile, former frontrunner and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney’s star has faded recently. Romney has 39 percent support against Obama’s 43 percent—narrowly outside the poll’s margin of error.
Among the also-rans, Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) can count on 38 percent to Obama’s 46 percent. Godfather’s Pizza magnate Herman Cain commands 35 percent to Obama’s 42 percent.
This Rasmussen Reports poll neglected to test Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) against Obama, but in Gallup’s last survey from August 17 – 18, Paul polled at 45 percent to Obama’s 47 percent.

If military service is a litmus test for you, FS, and I know that it is for some, why don’t you do your own research. Military service is not a litmus test for me. Honor and integrity are, however.
Cain’s positions in favor of TARP and the Secrecy of the Federal Reserve disqualify him for service in a Republican Administration as far as I am concerned.
His “campaign” is a MOOT ISSUE since the polls clearly show that he is a LOSER. If Herman Cain were an honorable man he would drop out of the race now as Governor Pawlenty did.
The Republican Party has honorable Black Men like Alan Keyes, Allen West, JC Watts…they don’t need another Colin Powell.
Frankly, since Herman Cain was so low down in the polls, I had no interest in doing any research on him at all and to be honest the only reason that I researched him today was because I was curious why the demRats here were “supporting” him. I was not surprised to find, that next to Jon Huntsman, is the worst candidate in the race. Nor am I surprised that demRats are supporting Huntsman, Cain and Romney.

“I have been researching Herman Cain and his background, connections, and stances for months… and I have concluded he is a puppet being financed and backed by the Federal Reserve.
His mission is to lull the Tea Party and those Americans pissed off about today’s economy and lack of difference btwn Repub and Democrats back to sleep.
He speaks in vague platitudes, has shocking connections to the Federal Reserve, and is promoting the Patriot Act and the continuation of the Federal Reserve.”
For all to see, now is the time for FS to “double down” and break his own ideals of living up to Ronald Reagan’s 11th commandment by smearing Herman Cain to the core. Simply because, he (FS), is having a meltdown and is being exposed for the fraud that he is. For all to see. AGAIN
!
Not smearing Herman Cain just posting Herman Cain’s views in his own words.
Here is another slice of insanity and while I don’t hold this against Perry as the liquidity markets were melting down in September of 2008 and people had to take a stand on the issue…
Google for yourselves: Rick Perry position on TARP
Former Federal Reserve Member Herman Cain, in his own words, supports the secrecy of the Federal Reserve.
WTH Herman Cain says “The (Herman) Cain (“econonmic”) CAN NOT WORK!”
LOL!
On the day of the TARP vote, Rick Perry who was President of the Governors Association, urged Congress to “Act now”. While I do not hold this particular position against him now, as there was a true meltdown happening, I find it odd that FS doesn’t know the positions of the candidate that he fervently supports at the expense of every one else. In retrospect TARP was a bad idea that many of us agree should not have been allowed to happen.
While I personally think that the Federal Reserve should be more thoroughly scrutinized, I fail to see any disqualifying statements made by Cain in the 4:29 post made by FS. Listen and scrutinize for yourselves. Cain did lament the “politicization ” of the Fed in recent years, most blatantly evidenced with Tim Geithner.
I do come away with the sense that Herman Cain is one smart dude.
Regarding FS post at 4:34, go research who “Godlike Productions” are and find out where FS gets his “information “. Secondly, Cains response was about “servicing the debt” in the debate over raising the debt ceiling. He says what he would have done if Obama and the Congress had more foresight in the months leading up to the actual “default ” deadline. Because they procrastinated on dealing with the problems of the deficit until the last moment, he admitted that given the fact that the clock had run out it was not viable at the moment. Not that it couldn’t be in the future.
In addition, the video itself is misleading in that it is not his plan for economic recovery. Cain supports the “Fair Tax” for individuals and corporations. He promotes a tax free way for international corporations to repatriate their profits that have already been taxed in the countries where they operate. This will give businesses incentives to bring the money home. He promotes lower thresholds of regulation that are tying the hands of business and entrepreneurs….so on and so forth.

Excerpt:
“There’s been a coup, have you heard? It’s the CIA coup,” stated Paul. “The CIA runs everything, they run the military. They’re the ones who are over there lobbing missiles and bombs on countries. . . . And of course the CIA is every bit as secretive as the Federal Reserve. . . . And yet think of the harm they have done since they were established [after] World War II. They are a government unto themselves. They’re in businesses, in drug businesses, they take out dictators . . . We need to take out the CIA,” he added.”

Sorry folks for going overboard on promoting Herman Cain today. I just can’t let these smears by FS stand. I respect all of the candidates and can see reasons to support each of them. Please don’t take this as I believe that Cain is some sort of demi God. I just prefer him the most, but I am willing to roll up my sleeves and go to work for whomever wins the primary.
Gov Perry wrote a letter urging an economic recovery plan, “Tarp” was not even mentioned in the letter.
On the day of the TARP vote Perry urged Congress to “Act now”.
My assessment of Cain is based on his own statements which clearly disqualify him for the Presidency but that is all MOOT because Cain is a LOSER in the Polls in the low single digits in the Republican Polls and LOSING miserably to bo in the latest Polls.

Among Republicans and independent voters leaning Republican, Perry gets 24 percent to Romney’s 18 percent. Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin gets 11 percent, Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) is at 10 percent, Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) is at 9 percent

Texas Gov. Rick Perry is off to a Texas-size start in the Republican presidential sweepstakes in Michigan, blowing away the competition in a straw poll of several hundred party activists Tuesday in Macomb County.
Perry got 41.9% of the vote conducted at a dinner hosted by the Republican Committee of Northern Macomb in Chesterfield Township. About 500 people attended the dinner, and more than half voted in the straw poll, said RCNM Chairman Rob Montilla.
Perry’s closest competitor was former Massachusetts Gov. and Michigan native Mitt Romney at 26.4%; Texas U.S. Rep. Ron Paul at 9.4%, and Minnesota U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann at 9.1%.

I try to keep an open mind about Dr. Paul since he does have some good ideas on fiscal issues and I try to separate the views of his supporters which in some cases are extreme from him. The bottom line is he is fairly strong in the polls with numbers as good or better than Palin and Bachmann and way ahead of the also-ran’s so I expect he will be in the race until the end.
“JUDGE LAMBERTH GRANTS DEFENDANT’S SUMMARY JUDGMENT KILLING OBAMA SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER CASE”
An Excellent Statement From Commander Charles Kerchner:
They all in Washington DC think they are doing this to prevent riots in the streets if Obama is removed as the fraud and ineligible person he his. They think they are protecting the country and saving lives, etc., by preventing riots. But this is only short term rationalization on their part to protect themselves for allowing this fraud to go on this long. It is only going to get worse as they in Wash DC completely destroy the Rule of Law and our fundamental governing document the U.S. Constitution in order to protect Obama and their own butts for their respective parts in the cover up over the last 3+ years. They have painted themselves in a corner with the ongoing cover up and no institution is beyond corruption for the establishment in DC to protect themselves and thus Obama. They think they are saving the nation from a catastrophe (i.e., riots if Obama is removed) when instead they are destroying the very fiber this nation was built on … the rules of law, not man. Homeland Security is likely briefing all the powers to be in the various institutions in background … saying we have to keep the lid on this. If it blows their could be race riots in 100 cities. And Obama would likely do it too to stay in power. But, fear of some riots, real or conjured up by the cover up squad, are in the end going to lead to much much worse in this nation as the People learn more and more how corrupt the establishment in DC has become to the point of just ignoring the Constitution and the Rule of Law … maybe even another Civil War. And the Obama cover up and all those who lead it and enabled it will be the cause. Of course they in DC will place the blame elsewhere and label the supporters of the Constitution and the Rule of Law as the troublemakers. They always do. JMHO.”

Lamberth: She believes that the President is using a “fraudulently obtained” social security number and that the Social Security Administration—among other agencies—is involved in a scheme to “cover[] up social security fraud, IRS fraud, elections fraud and possibly treason” committed by the President. Id.at 5–6, 13. As her numerous filings with the Court demonstrate, plaintiff will stop at nothing to get to the bottom of this alleged conspiracy. Unfortunately for plaintiff, today is not her lucky day.”
Someone should stick this info in front of Judge Lamberth. And he doesn’t think Obama doesn’t have an illegal social security number. You think judge? Illegals auntie and uncle with BS SSNs and you think the pResident Obama’s CONnecticut SSN was legally obtained? Suuuuure judge…unbelievable.

In my humble opinion Judge Royce should immediately have filed against him multiple criminal charges of aiding and abetting an obviously orchestrated criminal coup d’etat NWO overthrow of the USA government by KGB CIA Communist CIA trojan horse plants in the USA, and NWO/One World Government Islamist Muslim terrorist trojan horses who are planted in the USA to overthrow and to destroy the USA government from within. Lamberth should be arrested and charged with committing obvious multiple acts of high crimes and high treasons against the USA American people. Lamberth and the Daily Serial Career Criminal Soetoro (Soebarkah) aka Obama should the legal sentence for committing their COMPLETELY TRUE & FACTUAL High Crimes and High Treasons against We The People.
Which particular statement made by Cain CLEARLY disqualifies him from being President? Also, polls are a snapshot in time, similar to a balance sheet. There is still a long way to go as it is early days. In addition, I have admitted that Cain is a long shot to win. His message is what is important to me with respect to taxation and his perspective on the business climate (of which hehas been a participant that gives him a more keen insight relative to those who haven’t participated).

Royce Lamberth and the Daily Serial Career Criminal Soetoro (Soebarkah) aka Obama should be given the legal sentence for committing their COMPLETELY TRUE & FACTUAL High Crimes and High Treasons against We The People in the USA. We The People MUST DEMAND that the Rule of Law in the USA be obeyed openly or the lawbreakers will be arrested for failing to obey the rules of laws.
Lamberth does not merit having the title “judge” in front of his name. Soebarkah aka “Obama” does not have the legal merits to be called a legal USA president because he is WITHOUT ANY DOUBT AT ALL a Daily Serial Career Criminal Trogan Horse Scam Artist, & a Foreign-Born Domestic Enemy Terrorist Con Artist who is a 100% Undocumented Illegal Alien Foreign Usurper.

The country is now lawless.
What do you think is going to happen when a republican is elected?
Do you think the law will return?
I’ll tell you what I think is going to happen.
We’ll have the corollary to the present lawless administration.
It doesn’t matter what crime is committed by obama and his henchmen, nothing is going to happen to them.
When a republican is elected, the democrats and the media will begin screaming that crimes have been committed. And then it will go before judges.
Do you think the judges are going to dismiss the cases and say “it’s not your lucky day”/
fat chance
Do you think there is a privacy rule for republicans? There wasn’t for obama’s republican senate opponent. The public will “have a right to know” during a republican administration.
There will be people going to jail for crimes they didn’t commit during the next republican admin.
If you don’t think so, why don’t you think so?
If follows just like night follows day.

You are the one who chose to smear Herman Cain. I merely have been rebutting your shallow analysis of the man and his message. In addition, he has a very detailed economic plan that begins with gutting the tax code. If you has listened to Laura Ingraham this morning you could have learned something.
In addition, I see no reason that you would feel the need to smear the man. Whether you think he is right for the job or not, he is a necessary voice within our party as an African American criticizing the socialist cabal that occupies Washington D.C.

“COMMUNIST OBAMA RAMS HEALTHCARE TAKEOVER
THROUGH CONGRESS”
Excerpt:
“Washington, DC – President Obama continued his treason by pushing through the wholesale government takeover and nationalization of the healthcare industry.
True patriots vowed to fight the disgusting Marxists, as they released a study exposing how the added government regulations and nationalization would only increase costs and make the burden harder and bigger for the American people.
The study was met with fury and rage by the Democrats on Capitol Hill, with some leading Senators vowing to retaliate through legislative channels.
Observers wondered if these evil swine would succeed in enslaving the American people with their illegal laws, or if there were enough American patriots left in the legislature who would resist this unprecedented tyrannical power-grab. Many were divided on the fate of the nation.
“I honestly don’t know which way it’ll go,” one critic said. ‘The corruption that is going on at the moment is absolutely stunning, with bribing, blackmailing, threats and intimidation occurring. I doubt there’s a single clean legislator left.'”

“NEWS ALERT – ELECTION RESULTS CAUSE OBAMA TO ACCELERATE DESTRUCTION OF DOLLAR”
“THEIR DESPICABLE ACTS: COMMUNIST MARXISTS ACCELERATE FINAL DESTRUCTION OF NATION’S CURRENCY BY PRINTING 600 BILLION DOLLARS”
“TCA NEWS ALERT”
“Washington, DC – In a shocking and dangerous move that has provoked both fear and fury across the nation, President Obama ordered Fed chairman Ben Bernanke in secret to accelerate the destruction and hyperinflate the currency.
Barack Obama’s move was executed almost as soon as the election results came in, prompting many to speculate that it had been prepared beforehand.
Veteran capital markets insider and national financial prophet Karl Denninger wrote on The Market Ticker that “this is it” for America:
“Now that the banks are once again running out of money Ben Bernanke is at it again. He has announced another $600 billion in illegal taxation on America, and intends to give it again to the bankers. A good part of it already showed up in oil and other commodities. The rest of it will. It is guaranteed. The “benefit” will go overseas. The tax will fall on you.”
THIS IS THE LARGEST TAX EVER IMPOSED ON THE AMERICAN PEOPLE IN THE HISTORY OF THE NATION. IT IS MORE THAN FOURTEEN TIMES THE BUSH TAX CUTS “ON THE RICH” THAT EVERYONE IS DEBATING. GOLDMAN SACHS BELIEVES THAT BERNANKE WILL IMPOSE A TOTAL TAX THROUGH QUANTITATIVE EASING OF MORE THAN FOUR TRILLION DOLLARS OVER THE NEXT TWO YEARS, OR MORE THAN FIFTY SEVEN TIMES THE BUSH TAX CUTS.
If you, America, do not rise and stop this NOW you’re all going to be effectively dead economically.
China, Brazil, and Germany were only several of a multitude of nations that spoke out against the attack. Brazil warned that it could “lead to a currency war”, with other nations preparing countermeasures to keep their currency value low.
China warned of the “dangers” of this move and cautioned Obama to listen to “wise Westerners” who understand the pitfalls of this approach.
Many speculated that the theft, which constituted an amount fourteen times the Bush tax cuts, had been brought on by the results of the November 2nd elections and the ferocious voter animus it had revealed.
“People are slowly starting to realize, this system is becoming a closed loop,” one voter said. “The ONLY way to penetrate or influence it at all is through the vote.”
Others shared their stories of horror upon learning Barack Hussein Obama’s motives for the first time and understanding the damage he had been doing to the nation.
“We’re freaked out,” one American citizen shared on condition of anonymity. “We want to slam on the brakes, go in reverse, and undo what this crazed man’s been doing. But first we have to stop him.”
Many echoed this creed across the nation, expressing a desire to totally eradicate and uproot all of Obama’s legislative coups. The sentiment across the heartland appears to be a wholesale desire to reverse everything Obama has done so far.
Strategist Axel Merk of CNBC warned that the dollar was “at risk of crashing” and that inflation could soon swamp America and leave the lower and working classes much, much poorer.”

“MICHAEL SAVAGE: IT’S AS IF A HOSTILE FOREIGN POWER HAS TAKEN OVER COUNTRY”
“FOREIGN TAKEOVER – SAVAGE CONDEMNS HOSTILE COUP”
Excerpt:
“Michael Savage likened Obama’s actions to a “hostile foreign takeover.”
Savage was emblematic of the millions of furious American patriots across the nation, angered over Obama’s apparently unconstitutional actions and policies that are in their eyes dangerous.
Savage was most recently referring to the treaty signed by Obama on Thursday, which placed draconian limits on the use of nuclear weapons, ruling out a retaliation in response to a chemical, biological, or crippling cyber-attack as long as the aggressor was a non-nuclear signatory of the NPT.
Tens of millions of Americans voiced their support for the passionate talk show host, expressing their disgust with the dictatorial nature of Obama’s actions.
“Savage is the only one with the guts to speak the truth,” Will, a married metalworker said. “He is the Last of the Mohicans, the last of the great, fiery patriots. The man should be honored, not vilified.”
Bill from New York agreed. ‘I truly and honestly believe that Obama is a foreign agent and is actively working for a foreign power. His assigned task is to destroy America from the inside, and he is making great strides.'”

Top US government insider Dr. Steve R. Pieczenik, a man who held numerous different influential positions under three different Presidents and still works with the Defense Department, shockingly told The Alex Jones Show yesterday that Osama Bin Laden died in 2001 and that he was prepared to testify in front of a grand jury how a top general told him directly that 9/11 was a false flag inside job.
Pieczenik cannot be dismissed as a “conspiracy theorist”. He served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under three different administrations, Nixon, Ford and Carter, while also working under Reagan and Bush senior, and still works as a consultant for the Department of Defense. A former US Navy Captain, Pieczenik achieved two prestigious Harry C. Solomon Awards at the Harvard Medical School as he simultaneously completed a PhD at MIT.
Recruited by Lawrence Eagleburger as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Management, Pieczenik went on to develop, “the basic tenets for psychological warfare, counter terrorism, strategy and tactics for transcultural negotiations for the US State Department, military and intelligence communities and other agencies of the US Government,” while also developing foundational strategies for hostage rescue that were later employed around the world.
Pieczenik also served as a senior policy planner under Secretaries Henry Kissinger, Cyrus Vance, George Schultz and James Baker and worked on George W. Bush’s election campaign against Al Gore. His record underscores the fact that he is one of the most deeply connected men in intelligence circles over the past three decades plus.
The character of Jack Ryan, who appears in many Tom Clancy novels and was also played by Harrison Ford in the popular 1992 movie Patriot Games, is also based on Steve Pieczenik.
Back in April 2002, over nine years ago, Pieczenik told the Alex Jones Show that Bin Laden had already been “dead for months,” and that the government was waiting for the most politically expedient time to roll out his corpse. Pieczenik would be in a position to know, having personally met Bin Laden and worked with him during the proxy war against the Soviets in Afghanistan back in the early 80′s.
Pieczenik said that Osama Bin Laden died in 2001, “Not because special forces had killed him, but because as a physician I had known that the CIA physicians had treated him and it was on the intelligence roster that he had marfan syndrome,” adding that the US government knew Bin Laden was dead before they invaded Afghanistan.
Marfan syndrome is a degenerative genetic disease for which there is no permanent cure. The illness severely shortens the life span of the sufferer.
“He died of marfan syndrome, Bush junior knew about it, the intelligence community knew about it,” said Pieczenik, noting how CIA physicians had visited Bin Laden in July 2001 at the American Hospital in Dubai.
“He was already very sick from marfan syndrome and he was already dying, so nobody had to kill him,” added Pieczenik, stating that Bin Laden died shortly after 9/11 in his Tora Bora cave complex.
“Did the intelligence community or the CIA doctor up this situation, the answer is yes, categorically yes,” said Pieczenik, referring to Sunday’s claim that Bin Laden was killed at his compound in Pakistan, adding, “This whole scenario where you see a bunch of people sitting there looking at a screen and they look as if they’re intense, that’s nonsense,” referring to the images released by the White House which claim to show Biden, Obama and Hillary Clinton watching the operation to kill Bin Laden live on a television screen.
“It’s a total make-up, make believe, we’re in an American theater of the absurd….why are we doing this again….nine years ago this man was already dead….why does the government repeatedly have to lie to the American people,” asked Pieczenik.
“Osama Bin Laden was totally dead, so there’s no way they could have attacked or confronted or killed Osama Bin laden,” said Pieczenik, joking that the only way it could have happened was if special forces had attacked a mortuary.
Pieczenik said that the decision to launch the hoax now was made because Obama had reached a low with plummeting approval ratings and the fact that the birther issue was blowing up in his face.
“He had to prove that he was more than American….he had to be aggressive,” said Pieczenik, adding that the farce was also a way of isolating Pakistan as a retaliation for intense opposition to the Predator drone program, which has killed hundreds of Pakistanis.
“This is orchestrated, I mean when you have people sitting around and watching a sitcom, basically the operations center of the White House, and you have a president coming out almost zombie-like telling you they just killed Osama Bin Laden who was already dead nine years ago,” said Pieczenik, calling the episode, “the greatest falsehood I’ve ever heard, I mean it was absurd.”
Dismissing the government’s account of the assassination of Bin Laden as a “sick joke” on the American people, Pieczenik said, “They are so desperate to make Obama viable, to negate the fact that he may not have been born here, any questions about his background, any irregularities about his background, to make him look assertive….to re-elect this president so the American public can be duped once again.”
Pieczenik’s assertion that Bin Laden died almost ten years ago is echoed by numerous intelligence professionals as well as heads of state across the world.
Bin Laden, “Was used in the same way that 9/11 was used to mobilize the emotions and feelings of the American people in order to go to a war that had to be justified through a narrative that Bush junior created and Cheney created about the world of terrorism,” stated Pieczenik.
During his interview with the Alex Jones Show yesterday, Pieczenik also asserted he was directly told by a prominent general that 9/11 was a stand down and a false flag operation, and that he is prepared to go to a grand jury to reveal the general’s name.
“They ran the attacks,” said Pieczenik, naming Dick Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz, Stephen Hadley, Elliott Abrams, and Condoleezza Rice amongst others as having been directly involved.
“It was called a stand down, a false flag operation in order to mobilize the American public under false pretenses….it was told to me even by the general on the staff of Wolfowitz – I will go in front of a federal committee and swear on perjury who the name was of the individual so that we can break it open,” said Pieczenik, adding that he was “furious” and “knew it had happened”.
“I taught stand down and false flag operations at the national war college, I’ve taught it with all my operatives so I knew exactly what was done to the American public,” he added.
Pieczenik re-iterated that he was perfectly willing to reveal the name of the general who told him 9/11 was an inside job in a federal court, “so that we can unravel this thing legally, not with the stupid 9/11 Commission that was absurd.”
Pieczenik explained that he was not a liberal, a conservative or a tea party member, merely an American who is deeply concerned about the direction in which his country is heading.”

Why Obama cannot be impeached
——————————————————————————–
Rage continues to build across this country over the obvious forged birth certificate Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Obama, released April 27, 2011, as do calls for his impeachment. However, Obama cannot be impeached.
Let me quote Dr. Edwin Vieira, who wrote about this back in December 2008 before Obama was “sworn” into office:
If Obama is not “a natural born Citizen” or has renounced such citizenship, he is simply not eligible for “the Office of President” (Article II, Section 1, Clause 4). That being so, he cannot be “elected” by the voters, by the Electoral College, or by the House of Representatives (see Amendment XII). For neither the voters, nor the Electors, nor members of the House can change the constitutional requirement, even by unanimous vote inter sese (see Article V). If, nonetheless, the voters, the Electors, or the members of the House purport to “elect” Obama, he will be nothing but a usurper, because the Constitution defines him as such. And he can never become anything else, because a usurper cannot gain legitimacy if even all of the country aid, abets, accedes to, or acquiesces in his usurpation.
If Obama dares to take the Presidential “Oath or Affirmation” of office, knowing that he is not “a natural born Citizen,” he will commit the crime of perjury or false swearing (see Article II, Section 1, Clause 7). For, being ineligible for “the Office of President,” he cannot “faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States,” or even execute it at all, to any degree. Thus, his very act of taking the “Oath or Affirmation” will be a violation thereof! So, even if the chief justice of the Supreme Court himself looks the other way and administers the “Oath or Affirmation,” Obama will derive no authority whatsoever from it.
Third, his purported “Oath or Affirmation” being perjured from the beginning, Obama’s every subsequent act in the usurped “Office of President” will be a criminal offense under Title 18, United States Code, Section 242.
If Obama does become an usurper posturing as “the President,” Congress cannot even impeach him because, not being the actual President, he cannot be “removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors” (see Article II, Section 4).
For those who think Dr. Vieira Jr., Ph.D., J.D., is just some run-of-the-mill attorney, let me give you a very condensed bio: He holds four degrees from Harvard. For more than 30 years he has practiced law, with emphasis on constitutional issues. In the Supreme Court of the United States, he successfully argued or briefed the cases leading to the landmark decisions Abood v. Detroit Board of Education, Chicago Teachers Union v. Hudson and Communications Workers of America v. Beck. His two volume tome, “Pieces of Eight: The Monetary Powers and Disabilities of the United States Constitution,” is the most comprehensive study in existence of American monetary law and history viewed from a constitutional perspective.
Despite all the noise out there by Obama’s supporters, it is crystal clear the putative president was born with dual citizenship and is forever ineligible to be president.
Obama seized the office of president through fraud. As a usurper, he’s never held office. That’s what the word usurp means: to seize and hold (a position, office, power, etc.) by force or without legal right. Since he legally has never occupied the White House as president, he cannot be impeached.
Now, when I have pointed this out countless times to groups demanding impeachment, I get this response: I don’t care – we just have to get him out.
Those are people who proudly proclaim they only want to see the U.S. Constitution upheld. Those are people who state unequivocally that the usurper was never eligible to run because he’s not a natural born citizen under the U.S. Constitution.
You can’t have it both ways. In essence, what those folks are saying is we can do the same thing as Obama and his coconspirators: circumvent the Constitution.
But, the usurper has committed crimes while in office! Indeed, he has and continues to do so. Knowing he was not eligible to run, the putative president solicited campaign donations to the tune of about $700 million dollars. He can still be indicted for wire fraud.
Those who demand his impeachment are asking to set one of the worst legal precedents in our history: Any constitutionally ineligible thug can come along and buy his way into the White House. We’ll just impeach him later!
To impeach would also accomplish this: Every piece of legislation he’s signed into law would remain on the books. Let me quote Dr. Vieira one more time:
“Perhaps most importantly, Congress can pass no law while an usurper pretends to occupy “the Office of President.” The Constitution provides that “[e]very Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States” (Article I, Section 7, Clause 2). Not to a usurper posturing as “the President of the United States,” but to the true and rightful President. If no such true and rightful President occupies the White House, no “Bill” will or can, “before it become a Law, be presented to [him].” If no “Bill” is so presented, no “Bill” will or can become a “Law.” And any purported “Law” that the usurper “approve[s]” and “sign[s],” or that Congress passes over the usurper’s “Objections,” will be a nullity. Thus, if Obama deceitfully “enters office” as an usurper, Congress will be rendered effectively impotent for as long as it acquiesces in his pretenses as “President.”
Besides removing a usurper from office, that should be our second-highest consideration and why the outlaw Congress hasn’t moved against him. All 535 of them allowed this to happen, and now it’s gone so far; they don’t have the courage to take on the mess they’ve made.
The usurper can be indicted once out of office, but how to get him out? Please take the time to read my column on that process. Will he ever be indicted for his crimes? With enough public pressure, it can happen because his handlers would simply throw him under the bus as a liability.
There will be a massive push to keep the putative president off the ballot in dozens of states. It will come from candidates who understand the process discussed in my column above. Mark my words, what’s coming will be a nightmare for the DNC and Obama’s handlers. Time is running out for them to find another viable candidate; something will have to give. One way or the other, Obama’s crimes are going to catch up with him, but please stop working toward setting the wrong legal precedent. It’s beyond frustrating, I know, but either we live our words in supporting the U.S. Constitution or we take the wrong road opening the door for another ineligible candidate with enough money and corrupt individuals behind him to seize the office of president.”

Texas Governor Rick Perry is under fire for comments that seemed as though he was threatening Fed chairman Ben Bernanke.
The 2012 candidate sat down with Gregg Greenberg of The Street last year to discuss his book “Fed Up!” and accused the federal government of “manipulating the markets too much.”
He called TARP and the stimulus bill “bad ideas,” and said he would not have supported them. He also said he was opposed to both rounds of quantitative easing by the Fed.

http://news.yahoo.com/obamas-legacy-failed-recovery-double-dip-recession-052627528.html
There will be no significant recovery in the United States of America while Barack Obama is President. The evidence is overwhelming: everything Obama has tried to fuel a recovery (with his Democratic allies in Congress) has failed. Statistics claiming jobs saved by the stimulus package were mostly fiction, and cost American taxpayers about $275,000 each. Nearly 2-1/2 million fewer Americans have jobs than before the stimulus.
Barack Obama has been President for 30 months—2-1/2 years. He spent the first year obsessed with passing Obamacare, a program that doesn’t create jobs, but might destroy a lot of them. He “bailed out” GM, but many believe that his interference didn’t save GM; it merely cost taxpayers an extra $15-20 billion, and stole from legitimate investors to buy off the UAW. His broken campaign promises are too numerous to list. At some point, his statute of limitations on blaming Bush runs out. The latest joke is that the White House is that named the location of East Coast earthquake near DC “Bush’s Fault.”
Obama himself said, “…that after three years, if the economy wasn’t fixed he should be a one-term president.”
TAKE THIS YOU USELESS IDIOTS WHO VOTED FOR THIS MORON.
Since Obama took office the situation has gotten much, much worse. Obama has run up the deficit at more than twice the rate Bush did. During the first quarter of 2011, the US economy “barely grew” —at 0.4%—that was followed by second quarter’s “anemic growth” of 1%. This was during the period when the Obama recovery was supposed to be well underway. Employment data is unremittingly terrible: new jobless claims are stuck at 400,000+/- each month, with job creation well below what it takes just to absorb new workforce entrants. More Americans have been unemployed longer than ever in our history.
This is Obama’s failed American recovery, and in the near future, Obama’s impending double-dip recession (thanks in no small part to his three consecutive years with Trillion-dollar in deficits that have inflated the national deficit to soaring heights—$14+ Trillion.) That legacy clearly belongs to President Barack Obama and with help from the Congress led by Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi during 2008-2010. Thanks to them, our country hasn’t even had a budget since Obama took office.
The latest Obama Blame Finger pointing focuses on the “Tea Party” as “extremists” who have a problem with astronomical deficits as far as the eye can see. (Pointing at Bush is getting a little old since he’s been out of office for 2-1/2 years). Obama needs a new scapegoat. The problem with the Tea Party is that it is like the child in the fairy tale, “The Emperors New Clothes.” The child is reviled for pointing out that the emperor is naked. Thus, the Tea Party is not wrong, just unwelcome.
Now Obama also wants to point the Blame Finger at the GOP House for the downgrade in the US debt rating by Standard and Poor’s. It seems that he believes that everyone else is to blame but him. That downgrade was predestined by the combination of irresponsible spending and Obama’s clueless attempts to throw money at a recovery to no avail. Spending $1.50 for every dollar of revenue, running trillion dollar annual deficits is reason enough for a downgrade in the US debt rating.
Make no mistake, there IS plenty of blame to go around. About 75% of Americans are fed up with both Obama and Congress. The conservative and liberal factions of the House and Senate behaved badly in the recent debt ceiling negotiation. President Obama wanted to stay above the fray so he provided no leadership. He didn’t even know how to bring the opposing viewpoints together. He talked about bi-partisanship and consensus, but his actions disproved his words.
Until the president saw an impending disaster, he sat on the sidelines, afraid to do anything that might hinder his reelection campaign. Then, when his intervention didn’t help, and arguably hurt the progress, he grew impatient, petulant and angry.”

Whatever happens, this failed recovery and impending recession belong to President Barack Obama. His condescending explanations of why “we Americans” don’t get it, how “this will take a long time,” this recovery, and his “class warfare” about “millionaires and billionaires” versus the “common folk” are all wearing thin.
This kind of rhetoric won’t solve America’s problems. It takes strong, informed, and experienced leadership to get through a mess like this one. We need a fixer, not a hypocritical speechmaker in the White House. Barack Obama is not that man. A wise man once told me, “The person who got you into a problem is seldom the one who will get you out of it.” That’s why there will be no recovery on Obama’s watch, but there could be a double-dip recession
Stick it where the sun don’t shine.”

…..(Reuters) – Texas Governor Rick Perry has emerged as the frontrunner for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012 to face President Barack Obama.
Here are some facts about Perry.
* An outspoken anti-Washington conservative, James Richard “Rick” Perry was an early supporter of the low-tax, limited-government Tea Party movement. Perry is especially popular with social and religious conservatives, a key base for the Republican Party. He is known for longstanding opposition to abortion rights and gay marriage.
* Now in his fourth term in office, Perry has never lost an election and is the longest-serving governor in Texas history. He was originally a Democrat when he entered politics in the mid-1980s as a member of the Texas House of Representatives and was the Texas chairman of Al Gore’s 1988 presidential campaign. He switched parties in 1989 and later became agriculture commissioner, lieutenant governor and then governor in 2000 when George W. Bush left for the White House.
* Perry sometimes draws comparisons to Bush, the last Texas governor in the White House, raising the possibility of “Texas fatigue” among voters nationally. But the two men have a sometimes antagonistic relationship, made worse by Perry’s criticism of Bush’s heavy federal spending as president. Bush left office with low public approval ratings.
* Perry caused a nationwide stir in 2009 when he openly pondered his state’s secession from the United States. While speaking at a Tea Party event in Austin some supporters shouted “secede.” Perry said there was no reason to dissolve the union — but suggested Texans might want to “if Washington continues to thumb their nose at the American people.”
* Perry offered prayers for America at a religious rally he convened in Houston in August that drew an estimated 30,000 people. While billed as a day of prayer for a nation in crisis, the event gave Perry a national platform to sharpen his appeal to religious conservatives who play a big role in the Republican nominating race. He came under heavy fire from critics who said the gathering blurred the line between church and state.
* In an incident that has now become famous, Perry shot dead a coyote that he felt had threatened his daughter’s dog which was running with him while he jogged on a trail near Austin in 2010. He said he needed just one shot from the laser-sighted pistol he sometimes carries to protect himself from snakes when he runs.
* Perry defeated U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison in a bruising Republican gubernatorial primary in 2010. After trailing Hutchison in initial polls in 2009, Perry surged to a commanding lead by mobilizing his party’s most conservative members and harnessing disenchantment with President Barack Obama and Washington politics.
* Tea Party favorite Sarah Palin, former Alaska governor and a potential Republican presidential candidate, campaigned for Perry in his 2010 race. He named her an honorary Texan.
* Perry is a rancher who earned a degree in animal science from Texas A&M University in 1972. After college, he served five years in the United States Air Force and was a C-130 pilot. He met his wife, Anita, in elementary school. They married in 1982 and have two children.

As Texas Gov. Rick Perry surges to the front of the polls on a message of fiscal discipline, some conservatives are coming out of the woodwork to claim the governor’s track record on spending is nothing to get behind.
The criticism is an example of the heightened scrutiny Perry can expect as he goes from water-tester to front-runner in the Republican presidential race. In statements and web videos, groups have sharply questioned Perry’s record on fiscal discipline, pointing among other things to a massive road construction project as well as his residence in a rental mansion estimated to cost taxpayers $10,000 per month

He called TARP and the stimulus bill “bad ideas,” and said he would not have supported them. He also said he was opposed to both rounds of quantitative easing by the Fed.

I come to this site not to hear about who is running for POTUS, or whom is campaigning. I come here because most of the time i have received insight into world events from an entirely unique perspective. Truthfully, I have not ‘picked’ a primary candidate to support, nor will I until the time draws much closer and I have had adequate time to review their history. From a perspective of accuracy and truth, as well as respect for the US Constitution, Ron Paul has my deepest respect. However, Ron Paul does not necessarily have my vote.
From a standpoint of the United States of America, I believe that 2012 will either be a return to respecting the law and Constitution, or the abyss. Establishment politicians, the CFR, the Bildenbergs, the CIA backed people will lead us directly into the Abyss of the death of the republic and likely civil war. Truth, yes listen carefully my fellow Americans, Truth is what this Republic needs to survive. The question is whom will provide it!!! I assure you it will not be our own government or the “operation Mockingbird” controlled media paid for with our stimulus dollars.
As Americans, it’s high time to look past special interests and start looking toward the Constitution and Founding Fathers for an impetus to re-establish this republic and rule of law. This country can find it’s way, but only with truthful accounting of the activities of the legislative, and Judicial branch. The executive branch under Obama has been lawless. Unfortunately the Legislators are fair weather politicians, and the Judges are treasonous.
We as citizens should be demanding accountability of the government, and especially of Obama. Voter Fraud it the most evil of crimes within a republic as it robs the people of their voices it all of it’s forms. We the people cannot voice or vote our futures, hopes and dreams, and beliefs without the facts and without working legal system. We can survive wars, famine, poverty, attacks, death, taxes, but like all republics we cannot survive lawlessness and especially voter fraud. Don’t take your eyes off Obama, find a way to make him explain his past and his actions, because I believe that truth will set this people free.
Rick Perry will be on the Mark Levin Show next.

Perry’s ‘loser pays’ is an economic winner
There isn’t much policywise coming out of Europe these days that one would expect a conservative like Texas Gov. Rick Perry to emulate because the Continent typically is the domain of the left. However, Mr. Perry recently imported a reform from across the pond that is sure to make the Lone Star State, already the economic envy of the nation, even more of a job-creating juggernaut.
Under the current American legal system, each side in litigation typically retains financial responsibility for its own legal fees absent a prearranged agreement stating otherwise. Yet under the English rule, adopted by virtually every other legal system in the West, the responsibility for attorneys’ fees can be summed up in two words: Loser pays. When two sides enter into litigation, the losing side must pay the winning side any damages awarded, as well as compensation for legal fees incurred by the victor.
Mr. Perry made passage of a modified version of the English loser-pays rule a top priority during this year’s biennial session of the Texas Legislature. After emphasizing the need for such tort reform during his State of the State address in February, Mr. Perry made loser pays the law of the land in Texas by signing H.B. 274 in May

Tea Party favorite Sarah Palin, former Alaska governor and a potential Republican presidential candidate, campaigned for Perry in his 2010 race. He named her an honorary Texan.
Perry is a rancher who earned a degree in animal science from Texas A&M University in 1972. After college, he served five years in the United States Air Force and was a C-130 pilot. He met his wife, Anita, in elementary school. They married in 1982 and have two children.
Mark Levin just said that “if Rick Perry gets the nomination, I will support him whole heartedly.”

Tea Partiers rally around his tough talk on entitlements like social security.
“I can promise you my 27-year-old son, social security under the program that we have today will not be there,” Perry said.

It’s been a tough summer for swing-district Democrats seeking reelection in 2012 with a president at the top of the ticket whose approval ratings are in the weeds.
As these members begin to focus on their reelection bids after Labor Day, they are increasingly calculating how close is too close to an unpopular President Obama.
Take Rep. Peter DeFazio, D-Ore., who represents a district that nearly went for Republican George W. Bush in 2004. In a recent local TV interview, DeFazio said of Obama that the word “fight” isn’t “in his vocabulary” — and he then repeated the criticism to constituents at a town hall. Or Rep. Bill Owens, D-N.Y., who won a Republican-friendly district in a special election last year and pointedly declined to endorse the sitting president last week.
“If he is where he is now, it’s not going to work for Democrats,” said Rep. Dan Boren, D-Okla., who opted earlier this year not to seek reelection in his competitive district.
Democrats are also keeping their distance in two House special elections taking place later this month — in both a solidly-Democratic district in New York City and a Republican-leaning one in rural Nevada. The sting of Obama’s low approval ratings is already being felt in Queens and Brooklyn, where Republican candidate Bob Turner has turned the Democratic-leaning district into a battleground by framing the special election as a referendum on the administration and its treatment of Israel. Liberal firebrand Anthony Weiner held onto that district with ease for more than a decade, and even when scandal forced him out of office, few had thought the race to replace him would be close.
In the Nevada race to replace Sen. Dean Heller, R-Nev., in the House, national Republican groups have aired advertisements connecting Democratic nominee Kate Marshall with Obama. Strategists from both parties expect Republican Mark Amodei to prevail — in a district where Obama won 49 percent in 2008.

Rep. Michele Bachmann at 9.1%

They’ve started again — the Hillary questions.

Of course, she and everyone will say no, no, no — until the day they might say, well, actually, yes.
http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2011/06/obama_losing_voter_support_in_green_and_blue_states.html

In the case of Rubio, it’s called courting the Hispanic vote for the Republican party. In Jindal’s case the Hindu/Asian vote.
Both of these individuals will remain mute on their eligibility status, at party orders, until the string has run out. Come election day some Hispanics will vote for the republican ticket JUST in the hopes one day Senor Rubio will run for El Presidente’.

In Competitive Districts, Democrats Run From Obama
By Alex Roarty & Beth Reinhard
With the president’s approval numbers sagging nationwide, some members of his party are criticizing him as they get ready for tough reelection bids…
Take Rep. Peter DeFazio (D-Ore.), who represents a district that nearly went for Republican George W. Bush in 2004. In a recent local TV interview, DeFazio said of Obama that the word “fight” isn’t “in his vocabulary” — and he then repeated the criticism to constituents at a town hall. Or Rep. Bill Owens (D-N.Y.), who won a Republican-friendly district in a special election last year and pointedly declined to endorse the sitting president last week.
The president’s dismal poll ratings, should they continue into next year, could sink Democratic hopes for reclaiming ground in the House and retaining control of the Senate — especially in battleground states and swing districts.
“If he is where he is now, it’s not going to work for Democrats,” said Rep. Dan Boren (D-Okla.), who opted earlier this year not to seek reelection in his competitive district.
Dean Heller (R-Nev.) in the House, national Republican groups have aired advertisements connecting Democratic nominee Kate Marshall with Obama. Strategists from both parties expect Republican Mark Amodei to prevail — in a district where Obama won 49 percent in 2008.
It’s a sea change from the early days of his presidency, when liberal and moderate Democrats alike sought to tie themselves to the president and benefit from his popularity and charisma. Most moderate Democrats supported his stimulus and health care reform legislation that they’re now distancing themselves from. Less than two years ago, Owens tied himself to the president’s agenda in his initial campaign for Congress. That’s now a distant memory.
Obama’s approval has dropped below 40 percent in Gallup’s tracking poll in recent weeks, and surveys show him running even with Republican presidential front-runners Mitt Romney and Rick Perry. Most analysts believe Obama’s approval needs to be at least above 45 percent to have a good chance of winning reelection next year.
“I represent a district that Obama lost by 11 points in 2008,” said Rep, Jason Altmire (D-Pa.), whose conservative district is being targeted by national Republicans. “I would not expect he will not do well in this district.”
But Obama’s iffy prospects shouldn’t send Altmire and other vulnerable Democrats fleeing from the president, veteran strategists say. The calculus is a complicated one that should take into account that Obama remains more popular than Republicans in Congress.
Running away from the president could discourage loyal Democrats who still have faith in Obama from turning out at the polls in 2012. What’s more, if the Republican nominee turns out to be a tea-party branded conservative like Rick Perry or Michele Bachmann, Obama could plausibly pitch himself as the more reasonable, less ideological candidate to independent voters.
Democratic strategists suggest that downballot Democrats should focus on the president’s agenda, which includes a balanced approach to deficit reduction with both tax increases and spending cuts, protecting Social Security and Medicare, and raising taxes on the wealthy.
“Anyone who says Obama is going to be a drag on the ticket should look [at] the polling numbers for congressional Republicans,” said Mary Anne Marsh, a Massachusetts-based Democratic consultant. “Democrats running in 2012 should realize that the better he does, the better they will do.”
In 2010, a number of Democrats sought to steer clear of the president to no avail. The Democratic nominee for governor in Florida, Alex Sink, ducked Obama during fundraising visits and ended up narrowly losing to Republican Rick Scott amid disappointing Democratic turnout. Former Rep. Gene Taylor (D-Miss.) went so far as to announce during his reelection campaign that he voted for John McCain in 2008. The 21-year incumbent fell to a first-term state representative.
“There are a number of people — who are now former members of Congress — who tried to distance themselves from the president. It didn’t work,” said Philadelphia-based Democratic consultant J.J. Balaban.
Florida-based Democratic pollster Dave Beattie noted that despite Obama’s waning popularity, some surveys show him in greater favor than the conservative tea party movement. Beattie pointed to four Democratic senators — Chris Coons in Delaware, Richard Blumenthal in Connecticut, Michael Bennet in Colorado, and Harry Reid in Nevada — who won tough races in 2010 not by distancing themselves from Obama, but by running moderate campaigns that contrasted favorably with their more colorful, edgy Republican rivals.
Democrats running in 2012 should take their cue from those 2010 successes, Beattie said.
“There’s a greater fear of tea-party extremism than a fear of Obama,” he said. “I don’t think there will be a lot of Democrats actively running against Obama because those who are left are in swing areas where the president will be competitive.”
The place where vulnerable Democrats are most likely to break with the president is over spending cuts. While they are on solid ground to criticize Obama for not going far enough to trim the budget, they may go astray if they start personally attacking him.
“Democrats don’t want their races to be about Obama,” said Beattie, “but for many of them, he’s still a net positive.”

Donald Trump: Rick Perry Is an ‘Impressive Guy’
That’s what Donald Trump told me this afternoon when I asked him if he would support the latest candidate to enter the 2012 race – Texas Governor Rick Perry.
“Well, I think he’s a very impressive guy. I’ve spoken to him a number of times. He’s going to come and see me next week,” Trump, who thought about running for the GOP nomination himself, said. “And I think he’s a very impressive guy with a very good record.”
Specifically Perry’s job record – Texas has created more jobs than any other state since the recession. But that stat has been criticized by people who say it’s due to population growth and low-wage jobs and shouldn’t be a model for the rest of the country.
“I think at this point, America would accept anything in terms of jobs, whether it’s great jobs or okay jobs. We need jobs…We’re losing our jobs. People are leaving this country and our products are all being made in other countries. We have to reverse that immediately,” Trump told me.
Perry already has a reputation for shooting from the hip – as he displayed in Iowa yesterday when he said it would be almost “treasonous” for Ben Bernanke and the Federal Reserve to print more money before November.
Trump defended the candidate and said Perry is still prepared for the trail.
“I think he feels very strongly about it. But it’s just an expression,” Trump said.
“I think he’s very ready. He’s been governor of Texas for a long time. Texas has done very well. I think he’s very ready. No, he’s a tough guy. He’s a smart guy and…like everybody else in this country. We’re all frustrated. He’s very frustrated and he’s probably angry. So I think he has the right to show some emotion,” Trump told me.
What kind of arseclown would quote Trump’s alleged support of Perry, when only a few short months ago he was trashing Trump as a tool of Barky?

In an interview with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer, Trump praised the Texas governor, as well as active GOP White House candidate Michele Bachmann and possible contender Sarah Palin.
“I do know the governor of Texas,” Trump told Blitzer. “He’s a very interesting candidate, I think, a very interesting candidate.”
Trump decided in May that he would not seek the Republican presidential nomination in 2012. But he left the door open for a possible Independent run next fall if the Republicans nominated the “wrong” candidate. (Hint: He spoke critically about GOP frontrunner Mitt Romney.)

“I think Rick Perry is a real positive. Nobody can predict outcomes, but I think he will do very nicely,” Trump said. “We need someone in this country who is willing to shake things up.”
Trump, a multimillionaire reality show host, flirted publicly with joining the Republican presidential field before opting out of the race in May. He had gained considerable attention by stirring renewed controversy over President Barack Obama’s Hawaii birth, leading the White House to persuade the state to release a copy of Obama’s long-form birth certificate after two years of dismissing the issue.
On Tuesday, Trump said he would still consider running next year as an independent if he doesn’t believe the candidate who wins the GOP nomination is strong enough to beat Obama. Trump said he’d make a decision after the next season of his show, “Celebrity Apprentice,” ends in June.
“I have an obligation. We have a tremendous following – millions of people who would like to see me run,” Trump said.
Trump also defended Perry’s suggestion Monday that Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke would be committing a “treasonous” act if he pumped more money into the economy.
“It was a meaningless phrase, it was just rhetorical. He’s very emotional about how the country is doing,” Trump said of Perry, pushing back on President George W. Bush’s former political director Karl Rove and other Republicans who have criticized Perry’s comment.
“Karl Rove is an empty hat,” Trump said. “We ended up with Obama because of Karl Rove and George W. Bush.”

Cavuto said, “Speaking of your view of some of these politicians…” and asked Trump if it was true he had been talking to Rick Perry.
“They’ve all been calling,” Trump boasted. He said he’d spoken to Perry “quite a bit.” Trump added, “He’s somebody that’s, I really think, doing a great campaign. I sort of have to smile when they say, ‘Oh, gee some of the statements weren’t proper.’ I think those statements were absolutely what people want to hear, and people are tired of political correctness.”
“Are you talking about the treasonous one about the Fed?” Cavuto asked.
“Yeah, it was a figure of speech and they try and make like it was a gaffe,” Trump said. “That wasn’t a gaffe. And let me tell you something. He picked up plenty of votes with that particular statement, other than from the media.”
“Well, you know, you’re right about that,” Cavuto agreed.

What kind of arseclown would quote Trump’s alleged support of Perry, when only a few short months ago he was trashing Trump as a tool of Barky?
*****************************
You beat me to it. What kind of person would do this? Hmmm.

Donald Trump has said he decided not to run for president in 2012, but the billionaire businessman could still be playing a key behind-the-scenes role in the Republican White House race.
Word is that Trump has spoken on the phone several times with Texas Gov. Rick Perry, the new front-runner for the GOP nomination. Sources say Perry called the billionaire and offered high praise for Trump’s business acumen.
We hear that Trump likes Perry and the two will likely meet face to face sometime in September.
And Trump recently praised another GOP presidential candidate, Ron Paul, saying in a tweet: “Ron Paul is right that we are wasting trillions of dollars in Iraq and Afghanistan.”
Trump has said he would not run for president as a third-party candidate.
Indymac @ 11:28. I thought the same thing myself but was tired of pointing out the obvious. He’s like a runaway train with no conductor. The daily contradictions are astounding and really quite amusing, actually.

Trump’s already been out and about talking up Perry, though he’s also still making noises about mounting an independent run “if he doesn’t believe the candidate who wins the GOP nomination is strong enough to beat Obama,” as the AP reported.
Paxson, those were my thoughts, too. Contradictions galore. Just give it a little time.
demRat hillBots are freaking out now that Mr. Trump has dumped hillary. LOL!
It wasn’t too long ago that FS was smearing Donald Trump as a white collar criminal, a dupe for Hillary and basically an all around bad guy. Now he is Trumpeting an apparent endorsement as a positive development for Perry. One would think that if Trump were all of the things that FS said he was, especially the dupe part about Hillary, he would run like heck from Perry.
Actually, Trump always makes a lot of sense to me. I wish he’d jump in the race as a Republican. I would never vote for him as an independent.

“I do have respect for Gov. Perry, and we have spoken on numerous occasions, that’s right,” Trump told Fox News host Neil Cavuto. “He’ll be coming to New York soon.”
Trump said in recent days he has received several calls from Perry. “We’ve spoken quite a bit. I like him and I respect him,” Trump said.
Trump, who for the time being has pulled his name out of the GOP presidential sweepstakes, defended Perry’s performance on the campaign trail, saying he thinks Perry “is doing a great campaign.”
Trump said Perry’s much-criticized remark that it would be “treasonous” for Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke to pump more money into the economy was no gaffe.
“You know, I sort of have to smile when they say, ‘Oh jeez, some of the statements weren’t proper.’ I think those statements were absolutely what people want to hear. People are tired of political correctness, which doesn’t get anybody anywhere.
“It was a figure of speech and they try to make it like it was a gaffe. That wasn’t a gaffe,” he said. “And let me tell you something, [Perry] picked up plenty of votes with that particular statement — other than with the media.”

“Hillary… is looking like Barry frigging Goldwater to me right now. She’s the only grown up in the room and…there is no doubt that she is an American and loves our country…”
It is good to see that Mr. Trump has decided to associate with real “grownup in the room” and dump the demRat perverts.
demRat hillBots are FREAKING OUT now that Mr. Trump has dumped the LOSER hillary in favor of a WINNER.
LOL!
Has anyone else taken note of FS ‘s bizarre infatuation with Hillary Clinton. It’s like the seven degrees of Kevin Bacon theory. Every cockamamie conspiracy that he concocts in his circular thinking (like a hamster on a wheel ) brain includes her in some fashion. Now, despite zero evidence in the first place that Trump was in cahoots with Hillary, he now declares that Trump is no longer in cahoots with Hillary (despite no proof that he isn’t ).
Is it just me or can anyone else see the insanity in this train of thought?
Paxson, absolutely insane and irrational.
Paxson, I heard Trump say just recently that Hillary is a friend of his.
I’ve heard him say that too. Hes a smooth talker and likes to be friends with powerful people. His analysis of the country still makes a lot of sense to m, even if his coziness with Democrats is troubling to me. Perhaps he can talk some sense into them?
Sorry hillbot demRats but Trump has not made any statements praising hillary in more than a year. Of course, Trump funded hillary’s senatorial campaigns and her failed presidential campaign but it looks like he no longer wants to be associated with a LOSER.
hillary can’t even win the demRat nomination let alone the General Election.
So all is forgiven with Trump for FS because he has said what he wants him to say about Perry. All that vitriol that he spewed a short while ago is water under the bridge. Nothing to see here folks, move along now. Despite no evidence of anything Trump has declined Hillary’s advances and into the arms of Rick Perry.
Insanity.
Pathetic that the hillbot demRats LIE about everything including FALSELY alleging the Trump has been saying nice things about hillary lately.
LOL!
LOL!
The hillbot demRat’s hearts are broken now that Mr. Trump has dumped the LOSER hillary.
If not for FS’s ongoing love affair with Hillary and all of the mythical power that she wields, Hillary would be fading away in the sunset as an ineffective Secretary of State. Essentially out of the public eye and neutralized. But FS is obsessed by her. The only reason that I can tell is that FS was part of her gang at one point. He just can’t get “her irrelevancy ” out of his mind.
WOW! hillary maybe has as much as 27% support in the demRat party.
LOL!
http://www.theblaze.com/stories/27-percent-of-dems-want-new-candidate-in-2012-could-it-be-hillary/
According to Fox News, a new poll reveals that 27 percent of Democrats would like to see a candidate other than President Obama run for office in 2012. Some are even hinting that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton could be that candidate.
Laura Ingraham, who does not think Clinton will run, blames Democrats’ discontent on how the president has handled the economy, saying, “the pace of this recovery, if you can call it a recovery at all, is anemic and something has to be done.”
Sounds like hillbot paxson is the one who has a crush on hillary. LOL!

FS @ 12:58. No FS, I am not coming to any conclusions about Trump and Hillar as that would be speculation (despite your use of this, it is no substitute for facts) Read between the lines as I am mocking you and using yourown thoughts and ideas in the process to do so.
When do the men in the white coats show up.
LMAO

My theory – Trump should run as a Constitutionalist as he was the only one who questioned the Usurper’s eligibility. Both Dems and Repubs who believe in the Constitution would vote for him. AS A RESULT no party would get the necessary 270 Electoral College votes and therefor the Republican Congress would choose the next President.
PS – If any of you have a Prayer List would you please include Chris,Christian and Emily Griffith on it.

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/09/04/republicans-skeptical-ahead-obama-jobs-speech/
Republicans said Sunday they’re not holding out hope for President Obama’s upcoming jobs speech, saying the ideas they’ve heard so far do not represent the kind of growth plan the economy needs.
Tea Party-aligned Sen. Jim DeMint, R-S.C., said bluntly that he’s “tired of speeches.” Running through several proposals that could make an appearance in the president’s speech, DeMint said the ideas Obama has are not the proposals the private sector needs.
Speaking on “Fox News Sunday,” former Vice President Dick Cheney also said Obama is responsible for far too much regulation on the private sector to make him hopeful about the upcoming address.
“I don’t think it’ll get the job done,” Cheney said.
