Richard R Wier, Jr, Larry Sinclair, Weir backs out, Delaware arraignment, Joe Biden, Attorney General Biden, Pressure on Weir?

Larry Sinclair was notified yesterday at 5:15 by Richard R Wier, Jr, that Mr. Weir was backing out of his agreement to represent him. I spoke to Larry Sinclair this morning and he stated that Mr. Weir called him and was upset about statements that Mr. Sinclair had made about Obama and the Bidens. Sinclair told Mr. Weir that most of what he had heard came from other bloggers trying to discredit Sinclair.

According to Mr. Sinclair, this is the reason given by Mr. Weir:

“I cannot represent you knowing that you are saying the things you are saying about Senator Barack Obama and the Bidens.”

Here is a copy of the agreement between Larry Sinclair and Richard R Wier, Jr, the former Attorney General of Delaware:

  1. Just what kind of freedom exists in this wonderful USA? The only oneswith rights are those with money? How can this be? Thee actions just prove that Larry Sinclair must have struck a nervereal close to home.

  2. When one shows this type of behavior, perhaps Mr. Sinclair is better off without him.

Last week a supporter of HC was asked what did she think would make BO not be the candidate; her reply, “that she was counting on common sense breaking out”.

When is this going to happen?

  3. He backed out because of stuff that he read on the internet that he thought Larry Sinclair said about Obama and the Bidens? Had he ever heard of Larry Sinclair before he decided to take the case?

Looks like the Obama team was able to fight this “smear” alright. By getting Larry Sinclair all twisted up in a separate legal battle, he has less time to devote to Obama’s story. Unless of course this is all just a coincidence.

To me it doesn’t look like a coincidence. It looks planned.

  4. Is MSWord smarter then the rest of America? Why does it always try to correct the word “Obama” and make it “Osama?”
    Scary.
