Jerry Buell suspension rescinded, Buell back in classroom tomorrow morning, Florida Lake County School Board

“A Florida teacher has been suspended and removed from the classroom in Mount Dora, Florida, for comments made on his Facebook page against homosexual “marriage.” Liberty Counsel will be representing the teacher in court.
In response to New York’s passage of a same-sex marriage bill, Jerry Buell criticized the new law in a pair of Facebook posts. He wrote, “If they want to call it a union, go ahead. But don’t insult a man and woman’s marriage by throwing it in the same cesspool of whatever. God will not be mocked. When did this sin become acceptable?””
“It appears that not only do members of Congress need to read the US Constitution but also “educators.” The Constitution should be read in every school across the nation at the beginning of each school year.”

According to a just-held press conference by Mr. Buell and his legal representation, Liberty Counsel Attorney Harry Mihet, outside the Lake County Board of Education Administration Building, the school board acknowledged it violated Mr. Buell’s First Amendment rights by suspending him.

Prediction:
Hillary will be the demRat nominee in 2012 as a result of one of the following scenarios:
1) Billary will get bo indicted in Federal Court. Thus making it impossible for him to wage another winning campaign against her.
2) bo will announce that Hillary will be his VP choice in 2012 and he will resign sometime prior to the election.
3) Biden will resign and bo will select Hillary as the new VP.
4) Who knows what EVIL lurks in the hearts of demRats?
The problem with all these scenarios except #4 is that bo is subject to indictment in County Courts in every Conservative County in the US. So keep up the pressure Patriots.

It is now essentially a two-person race between Perry and former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney. And given the general Republican discontent with Romney—especially his flip-flops on issues like abortion and for creating the prequel to ObamaCare in Massachusetts—I think Perry will win the nomination.

You did the right thing, and made a difference. Good for you and your website. People have a right to an opinion, even about gay marriage, and the Constitution says we have to respect that right to an opinion. Freedom of speech isn’t something reserved for progressives, it must be protected for everyone or it means nothing. The same is true about our private lives.

I admire Rubio but IMHO it would be a mistake for Perry to pick him. It is just too easy for Hillary to say that she looked at her friend Phil Berg’s evidence and discovered that bo was not qualified to be President, then launch an attack on Perry/Rubio.
IMHO Gov. Susana Martinez is the best choice for VP for whomever wins the GOP nomination. The Florida Polls already show Perry beating bo. He doesn’t need Rubio to win Florida.
Martinez is a Hispanic Catholic and former Democrat. Rubio is a Cuban member of some small Protestant Church. Also Martinez is a prominent name in the Hispanic Community. Have you ever heard of anyone named Rubio before Rubio? Rubio doesn’t even sound like a Hispanic name.
Uh, rubio is Spanish for blonde. Come on.

I am hopeful that the SLIME who perpetrated the Buell suspension has felt a little of his/her own manure rammed down their own throat for a change. Wonder if he/she enjoyed the FLAVOR. A$$holes pure and simple.
While I am hesitant to criticise ALL public school systems regarding their policies, I do believe that ANY school system which either allows it’s policies to be perverted, or deliberately structures their policies so as to limit or otherwise impede a teacher’s Constitutional rights, does indeed HAVE A PROBLEM NEEDING ATTENTION. This sort of crap is a DIRECT RESULT of the DEMOCRATIC LIBERAL INFLUENCE within our public school systems. Their sick influence is also responsible for much of the sordid acts of perpetrating the hand out of condoms to 1st graders, and assorted other deviate practices involving our children in the classroom. Many of the public school systems have even KNOWINGLY hired REGISTERED SEX offenders to work in public school staffing.
I was really angered when I read about Buell being suspended. Thanks CW for seeing through the LIBERAL SLIME pit. You have only scratched the surface. This LIBERAL INFLUENCE literally pervades our entire educational systems. This includes our colleges and universities, as well. This is one facet of the reason why we have a DUMBED DOWN society filled with so called YUPPIES whose minds have been twisted by the educational systems. The dumbed down yuppies are the largest cross section of Soetoro supporters.
Manning is EXACTLY RIGHT when he describes the illegality of our troops being in Libya, and perhaps the actions of our troops in ALL of the rest of the war theatres as well. If the alleged CINC doesn’t have the LEGAL RIGHT to hold the position as CINC, ANY ORDERS, DIRECTIVES,OR POLICIES WHICH HE INVOLVES HIMSELF WITH ARE NOT LEGAL,AND ANY MILITARY OFFICER HAS THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO EITHER QUESTION SUCH ORDERS,OR DIRECTLY REFUSE TO CARRY OUT THOSE ORDERS. IF HE/SHE DOES CARRY OUT ILLEGALLY ISSUED ORDERS THEY COULD BE ARRESTED AND PROSECUTED BY THE WORLD COURT AS WAR CRIMINALS…….JUST AS WERE THE NAZI PERPETRATORS OF WW2
