Obama uses taxpayer dollars to hide records, Robert Bauer and US Justice Department attorneys, Howard Coble Congress and media silent

Regardless of whether or not the document placed on WhiteHouse.gov is a legitimate birth certificate for Barack Obama or not, there is still a question that must be answered as well as an investigation that must take place.

Why has Obama used taxpayer dollars and resources to assist him in keeping his birth certificate, college records and other records hidden since he took control of the White House?

Why did Obama make Robert F. Bauer, an attorney with Perkins Coie, who helped Obama keep his records hidden before taking control of the White House, part of his administration as White House Counsel?

“One of the attorneys, Robert Bauer, who helped Obama in 2008 and early 2009 keep his records hidden, worked for the firm of Perkins Coie. Bauer, since early 2009, has assisted Obama as White House Counsel.

Robert Bauer’s salary is $ 172,000.

Here is a list of some of the US Justice Department attorneys who have assisted Obama in keeping his records hidden. Their representation of Obama is a matter of public record. This list does not include the support staffs.

Several months ago I made a series of at least 3 visits to one of Congressman Howard Coble’s NC offices. I shared my concerns about the Blagojevich trial, Obama’s corruption ties and the facts behind Obama’s birth certificate controversies. I prepared a summary and I was told it was forwarded to Coble’s DC office. I have received no response.

From the email sent to Howard Coble’s office:

“Initially, after learning much about Obama’s past, I focused on his corruption connections to people like Tony Rezko and his radical, socialists connections. Reports began coming in about Obama’s birth certificate controversy and lack of natural born citizen status due to his father being Kenyan/British. I did not focus on the eligibility issues initially for many reasons and I believed that all of the other baggage of Obama would stop him. Of course, the Orwellian media covered for him. This is a huge problem.

On August 21, 2008, Philip J. Berg filed a lawsuit questioning Obama’s eligibility. My blog was one of the first to report this and I have had numerous conversations with Mr. Berg, a lifelong Democrat. More lawsuits were filed and a trend developed. Unlike John McCain, who when questioned about eligibility presented a legitimate birth certificate, Obama employed numerous private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records. One of those attorneys was Robert Bauer.

Here is a brief summary regarding Obama’s birth certificate:

The COLB, Certification of Live Birth, that was posted on the internet, has never been authenticated as coming from HI.

A COLB does not prove birth in Hawaii. There are 5 ways now and 4 when Obama was born to get a COLB. One does not have to be born in HI to get one.

The new Governor of HI has stated that he can find no record of a birth certificate for Obama.

Tim Adams, a election clerk in Honolulu in 2008, has signed an affidavit stating there was no birth certificate for Obama in 2008.

Obama for over 2 years has employed numerous private and Government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate.

The Rod Blagojevich trial, consistent with other corruption in the US Justice Dept. as evidenced by recent whistleblowers like J. Christian Adams and the dropping of the case against the New Black Panther party, has been manipulated to avoid implicating or tainting Obama. This is consistent with Obama’s long time disregard for the Constitution and recent snubbing by he and Eric Holder.

Here is a brief summary regarding the Blagojevich trial:

Originally Blagojevich was being groomed for the presidency.

Patrick Fitzgerald knew about the corruption as early as 2003 when a whistleblower came forward and agreed to be wiretapped.

The Tony Rezko trial could have begun earlier but it was obvious early in 2008 that Blagojevich was deeply enmeshed in the Chicago corruption.

Clearly Blagojevich should have been arrested by mid 2008.

Blagojevich was arrested after the election in 2008.

The alleged selling of the senate seat was a clever diversion to keep the attention off of the years of corruption. Read the criminal complaint for more insight.

From the issuance of the criminal complaint at the time of arrest to the issuance of the indictmewnt and now reduction in counts yesterday, the details have been watered down to avoid connecting Obama.

The first trial was a farce. Neither Tony Rezko or Stuart Levine, the key witness at the Rezko trial, were called as witnesses.

Yesterday, counts 1, 2 and 4 were dropped. Counts 1 and 2 compose approx. half of the indictment and list many corruption figures tied to Obama.

A wiretap of Blagojevich from the first trial reveals Blagojevich saying he is more pristine on Rezko (than Obama).

One of the more serious corruption counts is about the rigging of the IL Health Planning and Facilities board. Obama was chairman of the IL Senate Health Board that reduced the members from 15 to 9 to allow rigging of the board.

Testimony of a FBI agent in the Rezko trial revealed that Obama had regular contact with Rezko.

In summary:

I would prefer redressing grievances through channels such as yours and I am fully prepared to confront the entirety of Congress if necessary. I am also prepared to obtain signatures on a petition or to use other vehicles as prescribed in the First Amendment. The cooperation of you and your fellow congressmen is much anticipated and needed.

The Orwellian spin meisters try to discredit any information coming from the internet as internet rumors. I can assure that everything I have written above is based on well documented facts, much of it coming from court documents and the USDOJ.”

People like Glenn Beck have attacked “birthers” yet they have not asked the simple question above. Where are our watchdogs? Where are our checks and balances? Where is Howard Coble and Congress?

I let John Boehner have it when he misquoted the US Constitution. No one, including Howard Coble, a long time favorite of mine, is immune from scrutiny.
