Obama on August 21, 2008 challenging Obama’s lack of “Constitutionally Eligibility” to serve as President of the United States calls for any District Attorney or Attorney General in the United States to investigate and take appropriate legal action against Obama for “FRAUD” as Obama is using a false name and falsely claiming his eligibility for the Presidency of the United States.
Berg said, “Obama’s ‘LEGAL NAME’ is Barry Soetoro, his name when he was adopted or acknowledged by his Step-Father, Lolo Soetoro, in Indonesia. Obama refers to his Step-Father, Lolo Soetoro, in one of his books. Also, on our web site, obamacrimes.com, we have detailed all of the facts that substantiate ‘Soetoro/Obama is a fraud, a phony, an imposter and this is the biggest ‘HOAX’ against our country in our history’. We have a copy of his school record in Indonesia where his name is Barry Soetoro !
I am reaching out to Donald Trump to ask a D.A. or Attorney General that he knows to investigate Soetoro/Obama and take appropriate legal action for the Fraud perpetrated on the United States and its citizens.
Yes, one can use a fictitious name, but not for fraudulent purposes. And by being a candidate for President, the use of Barrack Hussein Obama is fraud.
There is no evidence that we have uncovered, nor has Soetoro/Obama put forth, that he legally changed his name after returning to the United States from Indonesia at age ten [10].”
Berg continued, “It is time for our so called ‘Free Press’ to do what they used to do and that is vet candidates and in this case, Soetoro/Obama.
We are in a Constitutional crisis and it will only get worse.
Soetoro/Obama is not ‘Constitutionally Eligible’ to be President and therefore, everything he has done, all appointments and all signings are voidable.
I am basing this on the research that we and others have done that the overwhelming actual and circumstantial evidence is that Soetoro/Obama was born in Mombasa Kenya Africa and with only one [1] parent, his mother, a U.S. citizen, and by the law in effect on August 4, 1961, she could not convey ‘natural born’ status to Soetoro/Obama.”
Berg states, “Shortly, I will continue to expose Soetoro/Obama by filing another False Claims [Qui Tam] case that I am preparing to file with the additional facts that Attorney General Eric Holder is in a position of Conflict-of-Interest and therefore, he and his staff in the U.S. Attorney General’s Office and Department of Justice should conflict out of the case and appoint a Special Prosecutor.
Also, we will continue putting pressure on Republicans and Darryl Issa (R. California) to hold Hearings to verify if Soetoro/Obama is ‘Constitutionally Eligible’ to be President of the United States.”
Berg said, “I hope that everyone in our country realizes the freedoms that we all enjoy that came forth from our Forefathers who gave us ‘our’ U.S. Constitution, ‘our’ Declaration of Independence and ‘our’ Bill of Rights.”

Mr. Wells’ commentaries are one of the main reasons I come here. He spends countless hours on his informative investigations and then provides a forum for those who otherwise have no voice on public airways. Citizenwells has become home and family to me for almost three years and I won’t abandon it just because another family member is having a breakdown. Maybe it’s the grandma in me. The rest of the family is, well, just that, family. Everyone comes from a different frame of reference and everyone has an opinion. We survived the RAP people and we’ll survive this problem.
I spoke to a close friend who is a board certified behavior analyst in regard to someone who constantly berates others and creates an unrelenting annoyance. Most of friend’s clients are young people with autism who seriously lack social skills. She explained to me that many people who strive to get attention, often times exhibit negative behaviors. When we react to their actions with criticizing comments “to them or about them”, we are reinforcing their negative behaviors. We are giving them the attention they crave. Negative attention is better than no attention.
Friend said that it is best to refrain from any response WHATSOEVER to negative behavior but to respond kindly to ANYTHING of a POSITIVE nature, thus reinforcing the positive behavior. It is important that EVERYONE here take part in this action. NO retalitory responses and NO comments about him/her. Please?

If you should want still more evidence that Barry Soetoro is in fact still his name you only need to access ALL of the public records of ALL the Superior Court system in the US. This was done over a nearly 5 month period by certain members of our local county clerk’s office. To date there has been NO record anywhere in the US of a Petition for name change having been filed by a Barry Soetoro. So many people think this can be done in a lawyer’s office. Perhaps but….a Petition for name change must still be filed with the Superior Court. If granted the name change becomes PUBLIC INFORMATION ,AND permanent record of that court. This was resesrched thoroughly by people who know where to look. Barry Soetoro is so far as we know still his LEGAL NAME. If that is accurate then the US DOES NOT HAVE A LEGAL SITTING POTUS,OR CINC. FURTHER CHIEF JUSTICE ROBERTS HAVING SWORN IN A FALSE,AND FRAUDULENT ENTITY POSING AS THE ELECTED CANDIDATEIS IS COMPLICIT IN THE ELECTION FRAUD. What if? We know that he has lived in Illinois for several years and has a lot of dirty doing that he is envolved in and we know he gave up his law license so maybe Chicago is the place to look too. One of his worries is the adoption/name change maybe just maybe they are cooking up something now to cover up the fact that he did change his name from Soetoro to Obama and it is going to come from Illinois instead of Hawaii.
Something else! Why would he go by a name that if Obama is not his blood father why in the world would he want to live his life with that name? His so called mother died 20 + years ago right? So Barry was old enough to know the truth about his life. Having his mother and grandmother cremanted so we have been told is very strange to me.
I know that I am not the brightest light bulb in the room but if I was writing his bio it would start about two identical twins born in Kenya or near by country not USA. I can go on but I will stop! My point is I have noticed subtle differences in his appearance at times.
1. The back edges of his ears at times is smooth and other times not.
2. on the right side near his mouth he has a little round scar and sometimes not. Looks like a shaving scar or a mole removed.
3. Sometimes his teeth especially on the left upper are as smooth as a piece of ice and other times they are pointed.
4. Sometimes when he talks he has this hissing sound.
5. Of course his blemishes on his face can be covered up with makeup.
6. I have noticed how he sucks on his lower lips in between words and sometimes not.
7. Sometimes his forehead on the sides is pushing out further then the other part of his face.
8. Oh yes those purple lips that can come and go.
9. The hair dying. One day he is gray and one day he is not.
10. Is any one checking for that scar on his lip from the basket ball event?

This is at least the third obot attempt to drive good conservatives from CW. All other obot attempts have failed and this one will too.
Things seem to already have calmed down considerably.
Ginger,…………………. We must FIRST have a FEDERAL COURT system that is comitted to upholding OUR LAW OF THE LAND, not a court system that is COMPLETELY corrupt and in the HIP POCKET of the USURPER. Until that happens NOBODY WILL EVER BE SUCCESSFUL IN GETTING TO DISCOVERY. Their actions will be dismissed out of hand. We need to somehow clean house on the DOJ first. Eric Holder would be a great start. Then we need to go after the LARD ASS who heads the DOJ. It was she who ordered the attorneys to IGNORE the complaints resulting from the Black Panthers harrassment of voters. She needs to receive a size 11 on her backside. Perhaps a little excersize,or meaningful employment might cause her to lose a little weight as well. She is about the most obnoxious person I have ever looked upon. I also think that it was at her direction that the complaint against Soetoro’s campaign funding was IGNORED. The formal complaint was correctly and legally filed in Chicago long befrore Soetoro was allegedly elected. In a nutshell,he recieved MILLIONS from OFFSHORE sources which in itself is ILLEGAL. Then it was broken down into $200.00 increments, and called SMALL CONTRIBUTIONS. I personally think that each was separately contacted and advised that if they valued their present state of health they would drop,and otherwise forget their complaint. ALL of the Superior court system in the US was searched by competent individuals,of a county clerks office. This was done over a period of over 5 months, and involved hundreds of hours of research. Tom dat NO RECORD of a Petition for name change has been found filed by Barry Soetoro. His name can otherwise only be changed by legal ADOPTION, which then becomes the surname of the adopting persons.

If Congress is to EVER recover one shred of respectability they are going to HAVE to start diong what they are there to do in the first place. To date Congress is a place which when witnessed in action causes most people revulsion,and a need to vomit. They are there to MAKE LAW and NOT TO ENFORCE IT. It appears to me that the entire legislative body has become INSANE. Neither the house or the Senate seem to have it together. As of the last few days 85 Congressmen have backed the BALANCED BUDGET ACT. One of them is now stating that he and his followers are going to push for a 14 trillion reduction of the debt over 10 years. I admire his prowess but in reality it is very doubtful that such a figure will ever be adopted. My best guess is that some arbitrary figure like maybe 500 billion over 5 years might be a better guess. But sadly this is only a DROP in the bucket. In a less convoluted way of thinking a good arbitrary figure would probably start at somewhere around one trillion over 6 years. That might still allow a little expansion of our GNP. Otherwise I think that the 14 trillion is going to inhibit our country so badly that we will see another 10 years of DEPRESSION. I am not sure that the demands of the Repubs is even workable. I do however admire their STARCH. So far no other Repubs have had the GONADS to even tell anybody what time of day it is. I only back them as far as their stance is concerned. That is admirable. The Libs need to get rid of HARRY REID. He is going to present the LIBS side of things with either stone cold silence,or perhaps even a CHILDISH little walkout. If they do that then 2012 will be a LANDSLIDE VICTORY for REPUBS. In fact such a walkout could bring about the DEMISE OF THE ENTIRE DEMOCRATIC PARTY. If the LIBS,or the REPUBS do anything that effects our seniors badly, the opposing party will emerge victorious in 2012. There are a hell of a lot of seniors who are still able to walk to a voting booth, and still have enough of their wits left to know where the problem is, and lastly know exacttly what to do about it. So for now it appears that we are going to see a government shutdown. How long it lasts will depend largely upon people like Harry Reid, and ” The PRETENDER”. I being a senior myself know that I can safely say that if anything is done that causes seniors to suffer more than they already are, because of Soetoro,and his bullshi# there will be a level of political hell unleashed against the OFFENDER, which will burn his backside to a crisp.

Mr Young’s wife, Cheri, said on Oprah Winfrey’s show last year: ‘I won’t give any fine details, but I’ll tell you yes, he is naked.
‘He is performing sexual acts. The woman is holding the camera. He is aware he is being taped.’
According to the Wall Street Journal Mr Young has described the tape as like ‘watching a traffic pile-up occur in slow motion – repelling but also transfixing.’

The USA is not a corporation.
A coporation is a legal entity brought about by people buying shares. (or at least that is one form).
The questions is far from moot….

The USA in fact is a corporation. All governmental authority in the United States takes on the form of a corporation. You will see along roadsides everywhere signs of what appear to be abandoned intersections the name of a village, a post office, a church, and a hitching post, and on the sign will say ‘……., Incorporated,’ and then usually a date and population.
The members of the corporations are its citizens.
I haven’t seen any reports from you or the press regarding the possible fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud in connection with Obama’s relationship with Brazilian oil company, Petrobras, and George Soros. Also, what about the possible fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud as relates to the Chicago Climate Exchange that Obama and his close friends, including Al Gore, invested in. They could personally benefit in the $ billions if Obama could get Cap and Trade approved by Congress. At the least, this is a serious conflict of interest.
When are all you so called experts going to connect the dots on these matters? Are you blind?
