Bill O’Reilly, who has a sinecure, maligned Orly Taitz and anyone questioning the eligibility of Barack Obama last night, October 27, 2009, on his Fox TV show.
O’Reilly is well known for being a pompous ass.
Last night, Bill O’Reilly was a coward.
Neither O’Reilly or his female fawners, who agreed the case was frivolous and that Orly Taitz deserved what she got, have done sufficient research to make an intelligent, informed comment on the subject.
I criticize Bill O’Reilly for pontificating on a subject that he knows little about.
I also criticize O’Reilly for shooting the messenger.
Orly Taitz, Philip Berg, Leo Donofrio, Mario Apuzzo, concerned active and retired military, myself, commenters on this blog and millions of concerned Americans are not the guilty party in this matter. Barack Obama is guilty.

- Obama has not provided a long form birth certificate.
- Obama has spent hundreds of thousands of someone’s money to fight proving eligibility.
- Obama has consistently lied to the American people.

- Obama’s further control of federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald should alarm everyone.
So, Bill O’Reilly, quit shooting the messenger and do your damn job. After all, the Obama administration continues to shoot Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity.

With all due respect to everyone, there is a difference with appearing to be ignorant and deliberately choosing to be so.
Its clear by now, that no one in the mainstream media, nor the judiciary (we’ll see what Carter comes up with, but I’m not holding my breath), will go near this issue. As Pastor Manning loudly stated bringing this issue to the fore, will create widestate mayhem. The Constitutional crisis that involves complicit involvement by both Dems and Repubs could cause a backlash, that at least those in power don’t want to see. That may not be true for the populace, but for the moment, this will continue to be suppressed forever.

I stayed up late last night reading the transcripts and I am eager to compare notes with other concerned Americans.First of all,it appeared to me that Judge Carter gave a lot of emphasis to the electoral college system and queried the counsel for plaintiffs hard on this.Neither attorney mentioned the Democratic disaster project whereby each elector was sent an information packet about the concerns on O’s eligibility.I was amazed the judge was not apprised of this project as it appeared he really wanted to know if the electors were made aware.Kreep just spoke on the state laws that would prohibit some 26 or so states from allowing the pledged electors to change their votes. The judge did not seem satisfied with this explanation. He really wanted to know why a senator or Rep. did not stop the train. To me the plaintiff’s counsel were weak at providing the full story on this. I think We the People,Justin Riggs,Dem. Disaster were very persistant on notification. It is my hope that the Kerchner case will help satiate Judge Carter’s interest on what mammoth efforts were made to alert appropriate people in power before utilizing the Judicial branch. Does anyone know if we can clue in Judge Carter on Democratic Disaster or other such info?

Read this article carefully. It outlines what Fox has successfuly accomplished, and will continue to do.
I have mentioned, like others, that Obama is not just a narcissistic person, he has malignant narcisissm which is an entirely different category. Fits of rage are frequent when the reflected self is not what it must be. This is truly Obama’s Achilles heel. This form of rage, despite his cool outward appearance destabilizes character. If continued relentlessly (like Fox is doing) it leads to a disorganization of the rational person, and renders them unable to function.
I know everyone is upset about the BC, but it appears Fox is putting its eggs, where they deem it most effective, and where the Repubs’ hand in the support of Obama (the power elite) will not be exposed. Its working and that really is what matters. Obama is spending more time preoccupied with Fox and his inability to pass health care than to attend to instability in Afghanistan and Iran. This will not be tolerated for much longer.
My problem is that now that a poll shows that 3 in 10 Americans believe he was born outside the US, why is forcing him to produce vitals frivolous?
O’Reilly just insulted 30% of the population who obviously are not satisfied that the question has been resolved as to birthplace let alone his birth status as a NBC with daddy being a British subject of Kenya.
This is a large portion of the population who are unsatisfied and it is an outrage that the Whitehouse will not address it.
Can someone find that Freepers article with all of the various state and local entities requiring a LONG FORM birth certificate and send it to Mr. O’Rielly along with that poll?

Dewey Defeats Truman! The news media screwed up again…
Everyone said we need to change the U.S. constitution so Arnold A. Schwarzenegger, Governor of California, could become President. “Change” is also required for Obama to lawfully become President.
(This even had me checking to see if I was qualified to be President, as I too, like Obama, was born in the United States, to a U.S. citizen and a citizen of a foreign country)
The question over Obama’s birth certificate validity was a smoke screen hiding the true legal reason Obama is prohibited from ever holding the position of President. As a constitutional scholar, Obama always knew he did not qualify to be President. He just didn’t think anyone would figure it out with all his chanting of “yes we can” and “change”. There is one problem, “change” of the constitution is required for Obama to qualify to hold office of the President.
As they say, “Don’t count your chickens before they hatch”.
The Electoral votes have not been officially cast yet, so Obama is not really “President Elect” as of yet. Article II, Section 1 of the United States Constitution and the Twelfth and Twentieth Amendments govern the election of the U.S. President. The members of the U.S. Electoral College are elected by the people in November once every four years in a general election; on the Monday after the second Wednesday in December, electors convene in their respective state capitals (and the District of Columbia) and in turn elect the President of the United States. The electoral ballots are counted in a joint session of Congress on January 6 (as required by 3 U.S. Code, Chapter 1), and if the ballots are accepted without objections, the candidate winning at least 270 electoral votes is announced the President-elect by the incumbent Vice President, in his or her capacity as President of the Senate.

If the President Elect “fails to qualify” the Vice President Elect will take office as President. This also stands to reason that, the President Elect must “qualify” to become President. Again, there is no real “President Elect” or “Vice President Elect” because the electoral votes have not been cast, and no one has “qualified” yet to be President. Note – that the question of “qualification” is directed to a President Elect not Presidential candidate”. So even by winning every single vote in the country and having every single electoral vote cast for a then “President Elect”, that President Elect must still “qualify” to hold office of the President.
NOW for the real Obama qualification problem…
When Obama was born on Aug 4, 1961, regardless of location, he was a “British subject” at birth. Obama knows this and has never disputed this fact. Obama has claimed dual citizenship. It is not relevant “where” Obama was born, because Obama’s father, Obama Sr., was a British subject of Kenya when Obama was born. Obama Sr. was still subject to British law as was the citizenship of his children when Obama was born. By British law, Obama was a British subject “at birth” with split or dual loyalties and citizenship “at birth” if he was also born in the United States as he claims.

Obama might be a “U.S. citizen” if he was born in Hawaii as claimed. There has been much dispute as to this fact. The birth certificate Obama has provided does not prove he was born in Hawaii, but this is not relevant to his lawful disqualification of ever becoming President. The birth certificate provided only proves Obama was certified as a live birth by the Hawaiians, again not really relevant to his lawful disqualification of ever becoming President. This Birth Certificate does not confirm or prove Obama is a “natural born citizen” as described by the founding fathers in the constitutional qualification to becoming President. “Natural born citizen” does not refer to “where” or “how” you were born.
Therefore; Obama is a U.S. citizen born in the United States according to his Hawaiian birth certificate, but he is not necessarily a “natural born citizen”. “Natural born citizen” does not refer to “where” or “how” you were born. It refers to your citizen status at birth. Obama by law was without question, a British subject at birth. Obama’s U.S. Citizen Status is not relevant, because Obama was a British subject at birth; Obama is not lawfully qualified to ever become President of the United States.

There is a legal difference between “U.S. Citizen” and “Natural Born Citizen” as you know. The Supreme Court has ruled on this in prior cases where the “President Elect” had been born in a U.S. territory. Each time it was clear the person had to be “at birth” loyal only to the United States. If you are born within the U.S. or its territories, you are not automatically a “Natural Born Citizen”, but by law you are a “U.S. Citizen”. (See link to Amendment XIV U.S. Constitution above). No where does the 14th Amendment confer “natural born” citizen status.
The foreign citizenship of your parent or parents may directly affect your ability to be qualified as a “natural born citizen” (loyal only to the United States at birth).
Remember the founding fathers were also British subjects at birth.
The founding fathers did not want anyone with birth loyalties to another country (especially British) to ever become President.In fact, because the founding fathers had by birth been British subjects themselves, when they excluded all citizens with British citizenship at birth, they had to grandfather themselves into be eligible for President. This was done by the clause “…or citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this constitution…” Article II Section (1) of the U.S. Constitution. Obama was not around at the time of the adoption of this constitution.
“Natural born citizen” was the term used by the founding fathers in the constitution to describe subjects and loyalty only to the United States “at birth”. As Obama was not around at the signing of the constitution, he is not grandfathered in this clause. Not only is Obama not eligible to become President, but Obama is exactly who was being excluded, “a British subject at birth”, expressly prohibited by the founding fathers from ever becoming President.
Do you really think the founding fathers wanted a loyal “British subject” by birth as President? I think not.
This is no joke. Obama legally is not qualified to take office.
And as a constitutional scholar I think he knew it all the time.
Call or write your Congressional Representatives and Senators give them this information and ask them to object on January 6, 2009 during the joint session to the acceptance of any electoral votes for Obama as President Elect, because Obama is prohibited from ever lawfully becoming President.

I’ve been wondering the same. I have a few ideas, will post later, when I have time.
O’Reilly does not evidently know a lot about the eligibility question or else he wouldn’t attempt the question using unskilled attorneys in the matter. They are self promoting entertainment mouths who are themselves thus already tainted on the public question. They, obviously showed that they know nothing about the Constitution. If he were even beginning to demonstrate any integrity re: such an enormously important question he would at least have had an informative Constitutional lawyer to explain the question and the precedent cases. Because O’Reilly is soooo defensive of his manhood (always getting co-opted by cutsy bimbos) he will not give Orly a chance either. He will be as dismissive of her in order not to appear to accept any “birther” nonsense. He needs to have a Constitutional lawyer explain things to him (and the audience) – like Appuzzo (get the duo w/Kerchner along too). You don’t go into court on, say, a copyright question and tote along bimbo attorneys rather than a copyright expert.

one last comment about this. I’m looking at this on a much grander scale than the microcosm of simply what’s happening in D.C. The take down/take over of this nation is nothing more than a basic coup d’ etat, albeit a somewhat modified version of ones used routinely in other countries. As I read about THAT simple structure it sticks out like a sore thumb that is what is going on. Still a very necessary coup, given the ultimate goal of global governance. Because everything is so compartmentalized, within our own government, it may not be as easy to see.

President Barack Obama has done all of those things — and more.
What’s remarkable is what hasn’t happened. These episodes haven’t become metaphors for Obama’s personal and political character — or consuming controversies that sidetracked the rest of his agenda.
It’s a sign that the media’s echo chamber can be a funny thing, prone to the vagaries of news judgment, and an illustration that, in politics, context is everything.
Conservatives look on with a mix of indignation and amazement and ask: Imagine the fuss if George W. Bush had done these things?
And quickly add, with a hint of jealousy: How does Obama get away with it?
“We have a joke about it. We’re going to start a website: IfBushHadDoneThat.com,” former Bush counselor Ed Gillespie said. “The watchdogs are curled up around his feet, sleeping soundly. … There are countless examples: some silly, some serious.”
Indeed, Bush got grief for secret meetings with the oil industry, politicizing the White House and spending too much time on his beloved bike. But it’s not just Republicans who notice. Media observers note that the president often gets kid-glove treatment from the press, fellow Democrats and, particularly, interest groups on the left — Bush’s loudest critics, Obama’s biggest backers.
But others say there’s a larger phenomenon at work — in the story line the media wrote about Obama’s presidency. For Bush, the theme was that of a Big Business Republican who rode the family name to the White House, so stories about secret energy meetings and a certain laziness, intellectual and otherwise, fit neatly into the theme, to be replayed over and over again.

I won’t hold my breath on the press. They’re owned by giant corporations. Corporations are the driving force behind global governance.
As you know, right now, there are numerous people that could be interviewed on the news (including Orly) that would change the course of events. The stations – including FOX – won’t have them on. Instead they have ex-government officials/employees such as Rove, Ollie North, Dana, Newt, Dick Morris and the list goes on…pretending to provide valuable insight. And we are soooooo thankful to have this inside tract. It’s basically all garbage – nothing more than controlled opposition. And as Buraq 08 said, FOX even interviews their own employees.
Maybe the best comparison to the illegal Obama administration would be doctors fighting cancer. First you remove the malignant cells, then you bombard with the cancer fighting drugs. Allow the medication to work, allow healing to take place. Healthy patient, healthy government.

Good article, but it misses the key idea behind ObamaCare: the whole point of it is to make private health insurance so expensive compared to the government “option”, that people will “choose” the government health insurance plan. Not much of a “choice”, really.

That is a great question. My quick (general) answer is, if we cannot sufficiently empower ourselves and our neighbors to cause our elected officials to do their jobs NOW, what difference does it make who are those elected officials?
We are not certain that, these officials have not commenced some sort of inquiry into our charges. But certainly, if we filed complaints in sufficient numbers – not only in those states already identified as amenable to these complaints of election fraud but also in additional states not yet identified by citizens who need to look up their own laws – we would not only increase the likelihood our state officials would respond with action; but also attract the attention of the press.
And these state officials seeking re-election do not want bad press.

Nothing. The AG has the discretion, in law, to conduct investigations. So, we must persuade him or her, through the legal means available, to exercise discretion in the interest of preserving the integrity of the voting process. And, as I said, this can be done through impressive numbers of complaints filed.

I think BO is constantly having tantrums, but they don’t appear in a conventional way.
“Obama’s revenge” is being acted out everyday in a calculated, CONTROLLED way. That’s why he has “telepromtitis”, a way of delivering a message without any personal investment. It’s why he stumbles, bc what he says and what he feels/believes are not synchronized.
The only authentic moments are when he is publicly humiliated, or feels he is losing , like when Wilson called him a liar. Did you see the look on his face, and even then he tried to control it by, saying “not true” with that calm, contrived style he has.
This is why it is so agonizing to listen to him, there is no there, there.

As far as the teleprompter is concerned, what galls me is he doesn’t even know what he is saying; he just says it. When the teleprompter malfunctioned, he was lost. Most people would know the content of what they were going to say without help. Most people are strong enough in their convictions to speak to those convictions non-stop. The transcript reflects that Judge Carter’s knowledge of the nbc issue is that of an unprepared 6th grader. Some of his observations were downright faulty.

This might not be of interest to the readers here, so I apologize in advance. Please bear with me . These are only my ideas. I cannot declare them as facts nor confirm them.
I think you’re right when you say there are more than one false flag operations currently. So the first is to define what they are.
Does Obama represent the facist/corporate state or is he the agent to introduce marxist/communist policy. Worst still, is one being used to bring in the other.
I have a hunch that it’s the latter ultimately. Currently he is trying to follow the dictates of the corporate state to seize power, with the ultimate intent of consolidating a socialist state.
This is what I was referring to earlier when I suggested that the elite are at war. The Bush/Cheney faction is outraged with what is happening with Afghanistan for example; McChrystal, among many, represents them.
Soros/Brzezsinski have other ideas, thus Obama is “dithering” on Afghanistan. They want health care reform, the sine qua non of socialism. Soros wants Wall Street destroyed.
In using those paradigms, one can then begin to fill in the blanks. Obama will be a mole and Congress the pansies, if he is operating for Soros et al.
If he is working for the corporate/facist state, he will be the pansy. He certainly has many of the theatrical characteristics that Tarpley describes, but he will also be the one to take the fall, as did Bush.
I think Obama is in a dangerous situation right now. The Cheney faction, are ultimately more experienced, more able to bring down head of state that the Soros et al. group. This is why reference to Carter and JFK are coming up frequently. In 2000, Soros wanted Gore and despite spending millions was unsuccessful.
One could develop this further, but I think best to stop here for now.

The law allows the exercise of discretion in determining which ‘cases’ to investigate or prosecute. The court will not order an AG to do anything that is not explicitly spelled out in the law. (This explains why Mandamus cases asking the court to order the SoS to vet BO were doomed to fail. Arguing the SoS MUST vet the candidate because she took an oath to uphold the Constitution has nothing to do with carrying out laws to place names ballot. Indeed, it presupposes PROOF that BO is ineligible; and that the SoS could prevent this proven usurper from gaining office if she would just vet him as to Constitutional qualifications for the job.) State executive officials must obey the law the citizens of their states wrote, and not the law as a few disgruntled citizens wish it read.

Bill O’Reilly is a Coward
Yes, O’Reilly is a coward and a bully, who hides in the safety and comfort of Rupert Murdoch’s Fox News offices in New York, while throwing barbs at his enemies, at least those shared by his masters.
O’Reilly, on national TV Wednesday evening, attacked attorney Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq., one of the few people in the world willing and able to take on the issue of the fraudulent de facto “Presidency” of Barack Hussein Obama/Soetoro. He went after the case presided over by a hostile Judge Land, who dismissed it, ridiculed, threatened and finally sanctioned Taitz for the unusually high sum of $20,000.
Taitz was not told in advance of this broadcast, nor interviewed, allowed to rebut, or even asked for comments. Taitz’s previous letters to Fox and O’Reilly went ignored. This is “Fair and Balanced?” Hah!
O’Reilly’s previous statements about the Obama Eligibility Challenge Movement were dismissive and biased, so no wonder he would heap scorn upon a dismissed case. He failed to mention that there were actually two cases, with the first one ending up as a partial victory, when the Army reversed the plaintiff’s deployment orders.
Judge Land is very obviously biased and cavalalierly dismissed the case, with an incomplete analysis, based mainly upon standing and jurisdictional issues. Without getting into all the ins and outs of the case, Obama has never actually provided proof of eligibility, nor been thoroughly vetted by any official arm of the government– and that includes Congress, DOJ, all 50 states, electoral college, political parties or the courts, for that matter. There has never been a hearing of the actual evidence in any court. The “media” have ranged from silent to hostile. The evidence is shocking, although it is difficult to prove a negative, when all records have been frozen and Obama has stonewalled every effort to dislodge records of birth, travel, passports, citizenship, schools, scholarships, work, publications, memberships, selective service, social security and finances, most of which McCain supplied for himself, even enduring a Senate investigation of his eligibility, unlike Obama.
Why did O’Reilly not comment at all, or even acknowledge Barnett v Obama, one of Dr. Taitz’s cases that is alive and going forward to a January 26, 201 trial? Rhetorical question—humor me. Plaintiffs include presidential candidate Alan Keyes, VP candidate Wiley Drake, legislators and military servicemen, including case namesake Capt. Pamela Barnett.
O’Reilly, grow some cojones. You have gotten fat, arrogant and lazy, sitting on your perch, lapsing into the Mainstream Media Anchor syndrome. You’re only one step from being Dan Rather. We’d like to know what Barack Obama is holding over you, since it is obvious to anyone with a brain that Obama, or whatever his name really is, would have produced copious proof of his Natural Born Citizenship long ago, if only he had it. Instead, he hides behind a team of DOJ lawyers and a multi-million dollar team of attorneys, one of whom (Robert Bauer, coincidentally married to Anita Dunn– Maoist and Obama Chief of Communications), is joining the White House in a full time capacity. Why are you not “reporting” on that, O’Reilly?
Or maybe, we’ve actually underestimated you and you’ve cleverly used the Land sanctions to reintroduce the eligibility issue to national TV and give it full and fair exposure later, as the public craves more and more? Which is it?

Friends of Orly will be insisting upon an equal time broadcast for Orly and will back it up with the alternative of demonstrations at Fox News and requests to advertisers to abandon Fox News, if her request is not granted. Millions of The People are already furious that their institutions have failed to deal properly with the issue. With the courts so far not remedying the situation and the Mainstream Media (Fox is now bigger than CNN) not addressing it either, the frustration is building and building, with more people joining each month.

Yesterday evening I watched Bill O’Reilly discuss with an attorney heading up a movement to have Lou Dobbs fired from his job because Lou brought up the birth certificate issue. (What a pity there are so many insecure people will do any thing to any one who dare even mentions that Obama might be a fake?) O’Reilly was defending Lou Dobbs to the idiot attorney. Then he said it loud and clear. These are not his exact words–but as close as I can remember.”
” I understand there are a lot of people who can’t accept a black president and are trying to stir up this issue of citizenship. The issue of Obama’s birth place came up months ago. We looked into it. We saw documents that said He was born in Hawaii. I believe Obama is a citizen. I have no problem with that. . .” and he dismissed the millions of people, 100’s of law suits, and volumes of information with the wave of a contemptuous hand.
He conveniently forgot that Obama couldn’t even get a secret service clearance because of his lack of documentation. He forgot to mention Obama has totally refused to produce a single document that has been requested in the law suits. The average person couldn’t even get a driver’s license with out a birth certificate. I felt the blood “shoot out of my eyes”
This morning I read that smug, convoluted brief by the defendants in the Kerchner case. I for the second time saw the mangling, distortion, and abuse of our sacred language against right and in defense of evil. It will be interesting to see if this judge has been bought off like the rest of the hypocrites.
Of all the monster movies I have ever seen, I have never seen one that has come even close to the monster disguised as government “for your own good” as what America now has. The government of America is a citizen destroying monster. From now on when I refer to the government, it will be called “The Monster.” The only way the victim/citizens will ever defeat this monster is with a unanimous identification and acknowledgement of the problem. The horror of all this is the large number of mindless citizens who not only fail to recognize the problem, they actually support it. O’Reilly is one of those supporters!
The look and tone of Bill O’Reilly stayed in my head long after the program was over. It bothered me that he felt the issue was over some citizen’s inability to accept a black man as president. He couldn’t be more off base. It isn’t about race. It is entirely and everything about the rule of the Constitution. Either follow it as the rule of our law or we live under tyranny!
I saw something in him and needed to identify it. He was so glib and smug when he made that statement. Here is a man in a powerful position who is consciously and deliberately betraying America by supporting Obama’s lie and demeaning those who challenge it. Last night I lost what little respect I had for him.
What documents did O’Reilly see that convinced him Obama was born in Hawaii? If he saw something the rest of us have not, share it with us. Why is he holding out? Were they the same old forged COLB?
Why does O’Reilly close all doors about the vital information of Kerchner vs. Obama, Major Cook’s recent victory in GA, the long dirty list of lies, contradictions, and the NBC definition in Article 2 of the Constitution, along with Obama’s many ssn, forged draft documents, his lock up of all his pertinent school records, the $1,000,000 + Obama has spent defending the law suits, and most of all Obama’s blatant refuseful to produce one document plaintiff’s have been requesting in courts?
Whether or not Obama is a citizen is almost insignificant compared with the story of what Obama and his machine are doing to prevent the facts from coming forward. They lie. They obfuscate. They intimidate, bribe, or . . . others to either lie, shut up, or attack their challengers. This reads as well or better than any James Bond novel. It is a fantastic story. The great Obama cover up! Fox news is simply ignoring it? If O’Reilly were truly “looking out for us”, Mr. O’Reilly would be interested enough in all the legal and other shenanigans over this issue. This is news! The actions are suspicious enough in themselves. They should be reported to the public. He and Fox news appear to be oblivious to all that. They totally ignore the fantastic war between patriots who are responsible enough to demand the facts and Obama who is refusing top say a word. They pretend every thing is absolutely correct about Obama.
If O’Reilly did a total and complete in depth report on this along with interviewing Mr. Apuzzo, Dr. Taitz, Mr., Berg, Joseph Farah, Allan Keyes, Lt. Fitzpatrick, Major Cook, and more and then made his that statement in his usual pompous, arrogant and condescending way–I might disagree, but at least I would have felt he did his home work and isn’t talking like a man with a paper annus.
What I finally realized, is that Bill O’Reilly is a two faced SOPHIST (Look that up Mr. O’Reilly) who is nothing more than a glorified entertainer for sale to the highest bidder. He is so full of himself; he fails to recognize he is as transparent as plastic. What comes out of him is nothing more than astral puke. I am beginning to suspect O’Reilly might be a member of NWO, the Trilateral, or something just as awful. One thing I know for certain–he is not looking out for us.
Bottom line–boycott Fox news. If you are too addicted, at least take what they say with a grain of salt. If you really want to express yourself, inundate them with your dissatisfaction over the way they are handling this vital issue. Either Fox news is a stand up and ethical company or it is in bed with Obama! My guess is they have been bought and are kept by the Obama money supporters.
Shooting the “messenger” takes on a stark new meaning with reports of shots fired into Lou Dobbs house.
This incident should be above the fold headline news everywhere. But alas hardly a mention anywhere.

To keep his job he must remain loyal, or be canned like Glenn Beck who was giving the public too much information, but could have given us a lot more. Rush Limbaugh and O’reilly have vboth called messengers like me conspircy nuts, crazies, so as to prevent any Constitutional conservatives like Allen West, Akins, and Ron Paul from getting nominated. The one party system consiting of he combined democrate and repubican entities, make one party, do not want anyone but there own One Worlders elected, formally know as internationalist- international communism.
